As shown in fig. 1, the first filter element 4, the second filter element 5 and the electric heater 6 are longitudinally stacked and installed inside the outer casing 1, that is, in the structure shown in this embodiment, the fan 3 rotates to form negative pressure, air is sucked into the air duct through the air inlet 101, then sequentially passes through the first filter element 4, the electric heater 6 and the second filter element 5, and is discharged through the air outlet 102 after being filtered, humidified and heated twice in the process, in order to avoid that moisture on the second filter element 5 affects the operation of the fan, a partition plate 16 can be installed between the second filter element 5 and the fan 3, and an air inlet hole matched with the air inlet end of the fan 3 is formed in the partition plate 16.
More importantly, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a water pump module 7 is further installed in the water tank 2, the water pump module 7 is communicated with the water diversion groove 8 at the upper part of the second filter element 5 through a water pumping pipeline, the lower part of the second filter element 5 is further provided with a water collection groove 9 structure, and meanwhile, the water collection groove 9 is communicated with the water tank 2 through a water drainage hole 91. That is, the water in the water tank is pumped into the water diversion groove 8 by the water pump module 7, the water evenly flows into the second filter element 5 by the water diversion groove 8, the second filter element 5 is kept wet, and the residual water flows into the water collection groove 9 along the second filter element 5 because the water pumping amount of the water pump module 7 is far greater than the evaporation amount of the second filter element 5, and then flows back into the water tank 2 through the water drainage hole 91, and thus the water circulation is performed.
As mentioned above, in this embodiment, by adding the electric heater 6 between the first filter element 4 and the second filter element 5, the air entering from the air inlet 101 can be coarsely filtered by the first filter element 4, and then heated by the electric heater 6 and then contacted with the wet second filter element 5, so that the moisture on the second filter element 5 is evaporated and discharged from the air outlet 102, and in this process, the air is secondarily filtered by the second filter element 5, and in the process of operating the fan 3, the functions of humidification, air purification and electric heating are simultaneously realized. When the water pump module 7 stops running, the heated air can dry the second filter element 5, so that bacteria are not easy to breed in the second filter element 5 when the filter element is used for a long time or not used for a long time. Namely, the humidifier provided by the embodiment not only can realize air purification through the dry and wet filter element while humidifying, but also can realize rapid humidification by heating the air flow by the electric heater, and can inhibit mold breeding on the filter element and peculiar smell generated by the mold breeding on the filter element through normal-temperature air drying or hot air drying when not in use.
On the other hand, through vertically laminating two filter cores and electric heater and installing in the wind channel, not only simple structure, still accessible increase the filter core area promotes the area of contact of air current and filter core, is favorable to reducing the noise that the wind channel is narrow or the bend is more and arouses. And meanwhile, the heated air contacts with the second filter element 5, so that the moisture on the second filter element 5 can be evaporated more easily, and the humidification amount of the humidifier can be further improved under the condition of the same airflow velocity and contact area.
Based on the above embodiment, it is preferable that the present invention adopts a structure of side air intake and top air outlet as shown in fig. 1, so that the air intake 101 is designed at the side of the outer housing 1, the air outlet 102 is designed at the top of the outer housing 1, the grid is installed on the air outlet 102, and the vortex fan is used as the fan 3. Thereby realizing the axial air inlet and radial air outlet of the fan rotating shaft, and being matched with the air duct shown in figure 2. Further, based on the aforementioned air duct structure, in order to facilitate water addition into the water tank 2, in the air duct structure design, the air outlet 102 may be designed to be further communicated with the water tank 2, and the fan 3 is disposed between the air outlet 102 and the water tank 2, and an arc-shaped baffle 10 is required to be disposed at the upper edge of the fan 3, so as to avoid the influence of water addition on the fan 3. Meanwhile, in order to ensure noise reduction, a noise reduction grille 15 can be additionally arranged on the arc-shaped baffle 10.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, it is more preferable that the water diversion trench 8 is provided with a plurality of water diversion holes, and the plurality of water diversion holes are regularly arranged on the water diversion trench 8, so that water in the water diversion trench 8 uniformly flows into the second filter element 5, so as to ensure the wetting uniformity of the second filter element 5; as shown in fig. 5, in order to facilitate replacement of the cartridge, the inventors have adopted a side-mounted structure, specifically, a structure in which the second cartridge 5 is inserted into the inside of the outer case 1 from the side, and a decorative cover 11 is installed at a corresponding position of the outer case 1. After the decorative cover 11 is opened, the second filter element 5 can be pulled out from the side surface of the outer shell 1, and the arc-shaped recess can be additionally arranged on the second filter element 5 for convenient extraction.
As mentioned above, the present invention employs two filter cartridges, wherein the first filter cartridge 4 is used for coarse filtration of air and the second filter cartridge 5 is used for humidification and secondary filtration; therefore, the two filter elements can be made of fiber materials, the first filter element 4 is a dry filter element and is close to the air inlet 101, and air enters the air channel from the air inlet 101 and is subjected to coarse filtration through the first filter element 4, so that dust, fiber and other substances of the air are prevented from being attached to the electric heater.

As an extension design of the ultraviolet lamps 12, the installation positions of the ultraviolet lamps 12 may be used as an irradiation outlet, ultraviolet irradiation may be realized by an optical fiber light guiding manner, so that water in the water tank may be sterilized, and the cost is lower compared with the direct installation of the ultraviolet lamps 12 by the optical fiber light guiding design manner.
Further, an electrode interface is further provided on the upper portion of the umbrella-shaped disc 74, and the electrode interface can be connected by adopting a conventional contact or a wireless electromagnetic coil, so as to prevent water in the water pumping pipeline from splashing onto the electrode interface when the upper portion and the lower portion of the humidifier are separated, and the height of the electrode interface 13 is preferably designed to be higher than the height of the water inlet 73 in the above-mentioned design, as shown in fig. 7. Preferably, in order to collect water level conveniently, a water level collection module is additionally arranged on the water pump housing 71 of the water pump module 7, and the water level in the current water tank 2 is collected by means of long and short electrodes or patch capacitance calibration and the like and is transmitted to an electric control module of the humidifier. In order to ensure the stability of the installation of the water pump module 7 in the water tank 2, the lower part of the water pump housing 71 and the bottom of the water tank 2 may be fixed by magnetic attraction. So as to facilitate the disassembly and fixation.
Referring to fig. 6, in a more preferred embodiment of the present invention for solving the technical problem, the inventor has added a filter screen 14 on the upper portion of the water tank 2 in order to ensure the cleanliness of the return water flowing into the water tank on the first filter element 5, the filter screen 14 being disposed between the drain hole 91 and the inner cavity of the water tank 2; as shown in the figure, the filter screen can adopt a larger area, namely, except for a water inlet area communicated with the air outlet 102, the filter screen 14 is fixed in other areas, then the water drain hole 91 of the water collecting tank 9 corresponds to a preferred position on the filter screen 14 so as to avoid influencing the water pump module 7 and the water inlet area, meanwhile, the filter screen 14 can also form a fixation on the upper part of the water pump module 7 so as to ensure the installation stability of the water pump module 7, and a grid can be still installed on the water inlet area. The filter screen 14 can be installed on the upper portion of the water tank 2 by adopting a detachable structure so as to be convenient to detach and clean, and the structure of the filter screen 14 can adopt a multi-layer separation type structure so as to ensure the filtering effect, ensure that impurities on the second filter element 5 can not reenter the inside of the water tank 2, and the dust holding capacity of the filter screen can be improved by the large-area filter screen 14.
Based on the structure of the embodiment, the electric control part can be designed, for example, a magnetic attraction or a Hall sensor is arranged on the handle cover 11, when the handle cover 1 is pulled out, the electric heater 6 is controlled to be disconnected from the power supply of the fan 3, and meanwhile, when the outer shell 1 leaves the lower water tank, the same safety measure can be adopted.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, in actual use, the electric heater 6 is started after the power is turned on, the submersible pump 72 in the water pump module 7 pumps water in the water tank 2 into the water diversion groove 8, and the water evenly flows into the second filter element 5 through the water diversion groove 8, so that the second filter element 5 is kept moist, and the rest water flows into the water collection groove 9; simultaneously, the fan 3 starts to rotate, external air forms air flow to enter the air duct through the air inlet 101 at the side surface of the outer shell 1, and firstly passes through the first filter element 4 to perform primary filtration, then the air flow contacts with the electric heater 6 and heats up, the heated air flow passes through the second filter element 5 and is discharged through the air outlet 102 at the top of the outer shell 1 under the action of the arc baffle 10 and the arc air deflector 17, in the process, the air flow is subjected to secondary filtration through the second filter element 5, so that dust, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde and other substances which are easy to dissolve in water in the air are remained in the water, and meanwhile, the moisture on the second filter element 5 is evaporated, and at the moment, the air flow discharged from the air outlet 102 is humidified, filtered and heated air, so that the indoor air is purified and the temperature and the humidity are regulated.
The water in the water collecting tank 9 flows into the filter screen 14 through the water drain hole 91 and then flows back into the water tank 2, in the process, the submersible pump 72 continuously pumps the water in the water tank 2 into the water diversion tank 8 and flows into the water collecting tank 9 through the second filter element 6, so that impurities on the second filter element 6 can be flushed down and flow into the filter screen 14 through the water drain hole 91 for filtering, the impurities are left on the filter screen and do not enter the water tank for circulation, the water purifying effect is achieved, and the filter screen 14 can be detached for cleaning.
When water needs to be added, the water is directly led in from the air outlet 102, and the water flow directly flows into the water tank 2 under the action of the arc baffle 10, so that the operation of the electric heater 6 and the fan 3 is not affected;
when the long-term humidifier is not used, the submersible pump 72 can be closed, water in the water tank 2 does not enter the water diversion channel 8 any more, and air heated by the electric heater 6 through the fan 3 is continuously discharged from the air outlet 102 through the second filter element 6, so that the second filter element 5 can be dried quickly, and bacteria breeding can be avoided.

the second filter element (5) is inserted into the outer shell (1) from the side surface, and a decorative cover (11) is arranged at the corresponding position of the outer shell (1);
the electric control part controls the electric heater (6) to be disconnected with the power supply of the fan (3) when the decorative cover (11) is pulled out;
the upper part of the umbrella-shaped disc (74) is also provided with an electrode interface (13), and the height of the electrode interface (13) is higher than that of the water inlet (73) so as to prevent water in the water pumping pipeline from splashing on the electrode interface (13) when the upper part and the lower part of the humidifier are separated;
a grid is arranged on a water inlet area of the upper part of the water tank (2) communicated with the air outlet (102), a filter screen (14) is fixed on other areas, and the filter screen (14) is arranged between the water drain hole (91) and the inner cavity of the water tank (2); the filter screen (14) is of a multi-layer separated structure.
