A medical waste incineration treatment device with a smoke purification function comprises a treatment cylinder (4), a left incinerator (20), a right incinerator (23) and a partition plate (7); the device is characterized in that a base (1) is fixedly welded at the lower part of a treatment cylinder (4), a sealing cover plate (14) is movably connected to the top of the treatment cylinder (4), a partition plate (7) is fixedly connected to the middle of the inner side of the treatment cylinder (4), one side of the partition plate (7) penetrates through and extends to the outer side of the treatment cylinder (4), the partition plate (7) partitions the upper side in the treatment cylinder (4) into a crushing cavity (13), the partition plate (7) partitions the lower side in the treatment cylinder (4) into a treatment cavity (6), a support rod (16) is fixedly installed at the upper side in the crushing cavity (13), and a crushing motor (17) is fixedly connected to the middle position of the support rod (16);
the inner lower side of the crushing cavity (13) is movably connected with an inclined vibrating plate (12), the lower left side of the vibrating plate (12) is fixedly connected with a vibrating motor (8), one side of the vibrating motor (8) is movably connected with a knocking hammer (10) which is arranged corresponding to the vibrating plate (12), the outer penetrating end of a partition plate (7) is fixedly connected with a left incinerator (20) and a right incinerator (23), the lower right side of the crushing cavity (13) is connected with a connecting pipe (21) in a penetrating way corresponding to the sliding direction of the vibrating plate (12), the other side of the connecting pipe (21) is connected in the left incinerator (20) in a penetrating way, an air outlet pipe (22) is connected between the left incinerator (20) and the right incinerator (23) in a penetrating way, and the lower side of the left incinerator (20) and the lower side of the right incinerator (23) are connected with a waste collecting box (25) which are integrally designed in a penetrating way.

The medical waste incineration treatment device with the smoke purification function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a metal lifting handle (15) is welded to the front side of the upper portion of the sealing cover plate (14), and a movable shaft is movably connected to one side of the sealing cover plate (14) and the inner wall of the treatment cylinder (4).
3. The medical waste incineration device with the smoke purification function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a rubber pad corresponding to the treatment cylinder (4) is fixedly connected to the lower side of the inside of the sealing cover plate (14).
4. The medical waste incineration device with the smoke purification function according to claim 1, wherein a blower fan is fixedly connected to the upper side inside the incinerator (20).

The medical waste incineration device with the smoke purification function according to claim 1, wherein the lower sides of the left incinerator (20) and the right incinerator (23) are respectively provided with a residue collection port communicated with the waste collection tank (25), the outer side of one end of the waste collection tank (25) is fixedly connected with a conveying motor, the conveying motor is movably connected with a conveying rod, the conveying rod extends into the waste collection tank (25) in a penetrating manner, and the penetrating end of the conveying rod is fixedly connected with a plurality of spiral conveying blades.

The medical waste incineration treatment device with the smoke purification function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a hollow frame (18) is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the support rod (16), a hollow table (32) is arranged in the middle of the hollow frame (18), four groups of connecting rods (33) are fixedly welded between the outer side of the hollow table (32) and the hollow frame (18), and the hollow table (32) is opposite to the upper portion of the crushing motor (17).

The medical waste incineration treatment device with the smoke purification function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a stirring motor (11) is fixedly installed at the middle position of the upper side inside the treatment chamber (6), a stirring rod (5) is movably connected to the lower portion of the stirring motor (11), a plurality of stirring fan blades (3) are connected to the stirring rod (5), a fastening clamp (31) is fixedly connected to the joint of the stirring fan blades (3) and the stirring rod (5), a filter (2) is fixedly connected to the lower side inside the treatment chamber (6), an exhaust port (30) communicated with the treatment chamber (6) is connected to the lower right side of the treatment barrel (4), a communicating pipe (28) is fixedly connected to one end of the exhaust port (30), and an induced draft fan (29) is arranged at the end of the communicating pipe (28).

The medical waste incineration device with the smoke purification function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a crushing rod is movably connected to the lower portion of the crushing motor (17), and a plurality of crushing knives (19) with different lengths are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the crushing rod.

The medical waste incineration device with a smoke purification function according to claim 1, wherein a bent connection pipe (24) is connected to an upper portion of a front end of the right incinerator (23) in a penetrating manner, the other side of the bent connection pipe (24) is connected to an inside of the treatment chamber (6) in a penetrating manner, a waste heat recovery unit (26) and a slaked lime treatment unit (27) are connected to the bent connection pipe (24), and the harmful gas incinerated inside the right incinerator (23) flows into the inside of the treatment chamber (6) through the bent connection pipe (24).
10. The medical waste incineration disposal device with a smoke purification function as claimed in claim 1, wherein vibration springs (9) are connected to the left and right sides of the lower portion of the vibration plate (12) and the inner wall of the pulverization chamber (13).
