Background

The invention has the advantages that the logical relation of the original equipment is changed by the local design of the electric loop and the PLC program, the digital display time control is added, the automatic secondary lubrication of the equipment is realized, the detection distortion and the potential safety hazard caused by insufficient lubrication are effectively avoided, the tire detection qualification rate is improved, and the safe operation of the equipment is ensured.

The device is powered on, the PLC completes self-checking and enters an automatic lubrication program, the sensor of the lubrication part detects whether a tire is on the lubrication conveying belt, if the tire reaches a specified position, the conveying roller of the lubrication part is stopped, the lubricating roller of the lubrication part is started to be lifted until the lubricating roller is lifted in place, the tire holder is started to attach the tire to the lubricating roller, meanwhile, the conveying rollers on the two sides of the lubrication part respectively perform forward rotation and reverse rotation, and the tire rotates to be matched with the lubricating roller to lubricate the tire opening.
And after the tire lubrication is finished, the tire gripper is opened, the lubricating roller descends, the tire waits for entering the detection part for detection, and meanwhile, the external time relay is electrified to start timing.
When the part to be detected allows the tire to enter the detection part for detection, whether an external time relay delays a signal is judged firstly, if not, the tire is released, and the next tire lubricating process is started.
If the time delay reaches the signal, the current step is cancelled, secondary lubrication is carried out on the tire from the step of lifting the lubricating roller, and a new lubricating process is carried out.
