In the embodiment of the invention, the automatic oil supply and lubrication method for the machine tool is applied to a numerical control machine tool, secondary oil pumping is realized, the oil pump starts to pump oil after starting up until the actual pressure value of the oil pipe reaches a pressure threshold value, oil pumping is stopped, the machine tool continues to work, the waiting time is preset, and after the preset time is reached, the oil pump continues to supplement oil into the oil pipe, so that lubricating oil in the oil pipe is kept sufficient all the time, the problem that the oil pipe of the machine tool does not pump oil or pumps oil insufficiently is solved, all parts of the machine tool are lubricated sufficiently in time, and the service life of the machine tool is greatly prolonged.
Specifically, a lubricating oil lamp is arranged and connected with a coil of the first contactor KM1, the coil of the first contactor KM1 is electrified, and the lubricating oil lamp is on; when the oil pump works to pump oil, the lubricating oil lamp is on for displaying the working state of the numerical control machine tool, the monitoring is convenient, the starting triggers the oil pump to work, the lubricating oil lamp is on, the oil pump stops pumping oil, and the lubricating oil lamp is off.
In another embodiment of the present invention, in the step S200 and the step S400 of the method for automatically supplying oil and lubricating a machine tool, when the actual pressure value of the oil pipe is less than the pressure threshold value, the oil pump continues to operate; when the actual pressure value of the oil pipe reaches a pressure threshold value, the oil pump stops working; specifically, can select the PLC controller among the prior art of using, oil pump and digit control machine tool are connected to the PLC controller, and through comparison instruction (the parameter setting 0 or 1) in the PLC controller, the actual pressure value of oil pipe reaches pressure threshold value, and the digit control machine tool takes place the signal to the PLC controller in, and comparison instruction's parameter 1 satisfies the condition and switches on, and the PLC controller control oil pump stop work.
In another embodiment of the present invention, in the step S200 and the step S400 of the method for automatically supplying oil and lubricating a machine tool, when the actual pressure value reaches the pressure threshold value, timing is started, and the oil pump stops working after a preset time is reached; by timing, the accuracy of pressure detection is improved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, in the step S200 and the step S400 of the automatic oil supply lubrication method for a machine tool, when the actual pressure value reaches the pressure threshold, a time count is started; and after the preset time is reached, if the oil pump still works, alarming is started.
In another embodiment of the present invention, in the step S200 and the step S400 of the method for automatically supplying oil to and lubricating a machine tool, an oil level sensor is disposed in an oil tank connected to the oil pump, and when the amount of lubricating oil in the oil tank is too small, an alarm is initiated to facilitate monitoring of the operating state of the numerical control machine tool.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic oil supply lubricating system for a machine tool, comprising:
the oil charging circuit comprises a first normally open switch, a first contactor, a second contactor and a first time relay; one ends of the normally open contacts of the first normally open switch and the first contactor are connected to one end of the normally closed contact of the first time relay, and the other end of the normally closed contact of the first time relay is connected to one end of the coil of the first contactor and one end of the coil of the first time relay respectively; one end of a normally open contact of the first contactor is connected to one end of a coil of the second contactor, and the other end of the coil of the second contactor is connected with an oil pump;
an oil replenishment circuit comprising a second time relay and a third time relay; one end of a normally closed contact of the second time relay is connected to one end of a coil of the third time relay, and one end of a normally open contact of the third time relay is connected to one end of the coil of the second contactor and one end of the coil of the second time relay respectively.
2. The automatic machine tool oil supply and lubrication system according to claim 1, further comprising a manual driving circuit, wherein the manual driving circuit comprises a second normally open switch and a third contactor; one end of the second normally open switch is connected to one end of the coil of the third contactor, one end of a normally open contact of the third contactor is connected to one end of a normally closed contact of the first contactor, and the other end of the normally closed contact of the first contactor is connected to one end of a normally closed contact of the first time relay; the one end of the normally closed contact of third contactor connects in the one end of the normally open contact of first contactor, the other end of the normally open contact of first contactor connect in the one end of the normally closed contact of first time relay, the other end of the normally closed contact of first time relay connect respectively in the coil of first contactor and the one end of the coil of first time relay.

The automatic oil supply lubrication system for the machine tool according to claim 1, further comprising a pressure detection circuit; the pressure detection circuit comprises a fourth contactor, a fifth contactor and a comparison function module; one end of a normally open contact and one end of a normally closed contact of the fourth contactor are both connected to one end of the comparison function module, the other end of the comparison function module is connected to one end of the fourth time relay, and the other end of the fourth time relay is connected to one end of a coil of the fifth contactor; and one end of the normally closed contact of the fifth contactor is respectively connected with the normally closed contact of the first time relay, the normally closed contact of the second time relay, the normally open contact of the third time relay and one end of the normally open contact of the first contactor.

The automatic oil supply and lubrication system for the machine tool according to claim 3, further comprising an oil pressure alarm circuit; the oil pressure alarm circuit comprises a fifth time relay and a sixth contactor; the one end of the normally open contact of second contactor connect in the one end of the normally open contact of fourth contactor and normally closed contact, the normally open contact of fourth contactor and the other end of normally closed contact all connect in the one end of comparison function module, the other end of comparison function module connect in the one end of fifth time relay's coil, the other end of fifth time relay's coil connect in the one end of sixth contactor's coil.
5. The automatic oil supply and lubrication system for the machine tool according to claim 3, further comprising an oil level alarm circuit, wherein the oil level alarm circuit comprises a seventh contactor and an eighth contactor; and one ends of the normally open contact and the normally closed contact of the seventh contactor are connected to one end of the comparison functional module, and the other end of the comparison functional module is connected to one end of the coil of the eighth contactor.
6. An automatic oil supply lubrication method for a machine tool is characterized by comprising the following oil supply steps:
s100: starting up to trigger an oil pump to work, and starting to calculate the time for pumping oil to an oil pipe by the oil pump;
s200: detecting the pressure in the oil pipe, acquiring the pressure in the oil pipe to obtain an actual pressure value of the oil pipe, judging whether the actual pressure value is equal to or greater than a preset pressure threshold value, and if so, stopping pumping oil by the oil pump;
s300: when the preset time is reached, the oil pump continues to work and supplies oil to the oil pipe;
s400: and detecting the pressure in the oil pipe again, acquiring the pressure value in the oil pipe to obtain the actual pressure value, judging whether the actual pressure value is greater than the preset pressure threshold value, and if so, stopping pumping oil by the oil pump.
7. The automatic oil supply and lubrication method for the machine tool according to claim 6, wherein in the step S200 and the step S400, when the actual pressure value is less than the pressure threshold value, the oil pump is continuously operated; and when the actual pressure value reaches the pressure threshold value, the oil pump stops working.
8. The automatic oil supply and lubrication method for the machine tool according to claim 6, wherein in the step S200 and the step S400, when the actual pressure value reaches the pressure threshold value, timing is started, and the oil pump is stopped after a preset time.
9. The automatic oil supply and lubrication method for the machine tool according to claim 6, wherein in the step S200 and the step S400, when the actual pressure value reaches the pressure threshold value, timing is started; and after the preset time is reached, if the oil pump still works, alarming is started.
10. The automatic oil supply and lubrication method for the machine tool according to claim 6, wherein in the steps S200 and S400, an oil level sensor is arranged in an oil tank connected with the oil pump, and when the lubricating oil in the oil tank is too little, an alarm is started.
