Abstract

The invention provides a fixing seat of an electronic device, which comprises a base, an upright foot rest, an extension lengthening bottom plate and a force guiding mechanism. The upright leg frame is arranged on the base. The extension lengthening bottom plate is movably arranged on at least one side of the base. The force guiding mechanism is arranged on the vertical foot rest and comprises a fixed pulley, a movable pulley and a driving wire, wherein the driving wire is connected with the extended and lengthened bottom plate, and the driving wire drives the extended and lengthened bottom plate through the action of the fixed pulley and the movable pulley.

Technical Field

Background
The fixing base of the electronic device, such as the fixing base of the display or television, is provided with an angle-adjustable movable rotating shaft for the convenience of the user to watch. Meanwhile, in order to enable the electronic device to be firmly arranged on the fixing base, the size of the fixing base is increased along with the increase of the size of the electronic device, so that the electronic device is ensured not to topple over. However, the size of the fixing base increases, and the required packaging cost and packaging space increase relatively. Therefore, how to design the fixing seat with adjustable size and adjust the supporting property of the fixing seat according to the requirement of the user is a problem to be solved in the industry.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a fixing seat of an electronic device, which is provided with an adjustable extension and lengthening bottom plate so as to meet the actual requirement.
According to an aspect of the present invention, a fixing base of an electronic device is provided, including a base, an upright stand, an extended and lengthened bottom plate, and a force guiding mechanism. The electronic device 100 is, for example, a display or a television with a wide screen scale, and is disposed on the fixing base 102. The electronic device 100 includes a housing 101 fixedly connected to a slider 105 of a fixed base 102, and the housing 101 can move up and down. For example, the electronic device 100 has a large-sized screen with a length/width ratio greater than 1.33 or 1.66, in order to make the electronic device 100 stably disposed on the fixing base 102, the fixing base 102 is provided with at least one extended and lengthened bottom plate 107 along the length direction of the electronic device 100, so as to improve the support of the fixing base 102. In particular, in the present embodiment, when the center of gravity of the electronic device 100 is changed relative to the height of the fixing base 102, increasing the supporting area of the base 103 helps to improve the supporting stability of the entire fixing base 102, so as to avoid the electronic device 100 from toppling over.
Referring to fig. 1, 2A and 2B, the fixing base 102 includes a base 103, an upright stand 104, an extended and lengthened bottom plate 107 and a force guiding mechanism 110. The stand 104 is disposed on the base 103, and the base 103 and the stand 104 are disposed at a center (a center line position in a length direction) of the electronic device 100 for supporting the electronic device 100. In order to maintain substantial support, the length of the base 103 is preferably 1/3 or more of the length of the housing 101 of the electronic device 100 even without the auxiliary support of the extended extension base 107. In addition, with the auxiliary support of the extended extension bottom plate 107, the bottom plate length of the fixing base 102 may be increased, preferably 2/3 or more of the length of the housing 101 of the electronic device 100 or more than the length of the housing 101 of the electronic device 100, so as to improve the support of the fixing base 102.
Referring to fig. 1, 2A and 2B, the stand 104 includes a rail seat 106 and a slider 105, and the housing 101 of the electronic device 100 is disposed on the slider 105 to move up and down along with the slider 105. When the slider 105 moves to a predetermined position, the slider is fixed to the slide rail seat 106 by a locking member (not shown). In fig. 2A, when the housing 101 is moved to the first height H1, the extended extension base 107 may be moved away from the base 103 by elastic force or manual/hydraulic driving, and in fig. 2B, when the housing 101 is moved from the first height H1 to the second height H2, the extended extension base 107 may be moved closer to the base 103 by the driving wire 1104, wherein the first height H1 is higher than the second height H2.
Referring to fig. 1, 2A and 2B, the extended extension chassis 107 includes a first daughter board 1071 and a second daughter board 1072, and the base 103 is disposed between the first daughter board 1071 and the second daughter board 1072. The first and second sub-plates 1071 and 1072 are movable relative to the base 103 by the force-guiding mechanism 110 to increase or decrease the distance between the extended extension base 107 and the base 103. However, in alternative embodiments, the extended extension base 107 may include only one slidable daughter board.
In addition, the fixing base 102 further includes a first elastic member 1081 and a second elastic member 1082, wherein the first elastic member 1081 is disposed between the first sub-board 1071 and the base 103, and the second elastic member 1082 is disposed between the second sub-board 1072 and the base 103. The first elastic member 1081 is configured to provide a first pushing force F1 to the first sub-board 1071, and the second elastic member 1082 is configured to provide a second pushing force F2 to the second sub-board 1072, wherein the first pushing force F1 is opposite to the second pushing force F2. However, when only a single daughter board is slidable, only a single elastic member is required to be disposed on one side of the base 103, and two elastic members are not required to be disposed on two sides of the base 103.
In the embodiment, the elastic member is a coil spring, which is sleeved on a connecting rod (not shown) connected between the base 103 and the extended and lengthened bottom plate 107, but the elastic member may be other structures, such as a pneumatic cylinder or a driving device of a hydraulic cylinder.
Referring to fig. 1, 2A and 2B, the force guiding mechanism 110 is, for example, a wire/wheel auxiliary guiding mechanism, which includes a fixed pulley, a movable pulley 1103 and a driving wire 1104. The number of fixed pulleys may be one or more, and the following embodiments are described with two fixed pulleys 1101/1102, but the invention is not limited thereto.
The movable pulley 1103 is provided on the slider 105, and the first fixed pulley 1101 and the second fixed pulley 1102 are provided on the rail seat 106, and when the slider 105 moves up and down with respect to the rail seat 106, the movable pulley 1103 also moves with respect to the first fixed pulley 1101 and the second fixed pulley 1102. In order to increase the stability of the force guiding mechanism 110, the present embodiment provides a first fixed pulley 1101 and a second fixed pulley 1102 on the left side of the movable pulley 1103, and provides another first fixed pulley 1101 and another second fixed pulley 1102 on the right side of the movable pulley 1103. The movable pulley 1103 is movably disposed at a central pivot point between the first fixed pulley 1101 and the second fixed pulley 1102, and the movable pulley 1103 can move up and down along with the electronic device 100. However, when only a single sub-board is slidable, it is also possible to provide only the fixed pulleys 1101/1102 on the left or right side of the movable pulley 1103, and it is not necessary to provide the fixed pulleys 1101/1102 on both sides of the movable pulley 1103. Therefore, when the movable pulley 1103 moves from the first position to the second position, the driving wire 1104 drives at least one of the first and second sub-boards 1071 and 1072 to approach the base 103; when the movable pulley 1103 moves from the second position to the first position, the driving wire 1104 drives at least one of the first and second sub-boards 1071 and 1072 to move away from the base 103.
Referring to fig. 2A and 2B, the driving line 1104 is connected between the first daughter board 1071 and the second daughter board 1072. The first fixed pulley 1101 and the second fixed pulley 1102 are rotatably disposed at upper and lower fulcrum positions of the rail seat 106, and the driving wire 1104 may be connected to the first and second sub-plates 1071 and 1072 of the extended extension base plate 107 through the upper and lower fulcrum positions. When the electronic device 100 is adjusted from the first height H1 to the second height H2, the movable pulley 1103 moves downward to pull the driving wire 1104, so that the driving wire 1104 can drive the first and second sub-boards 1071 and 1072 to move toward the base 103, so that the distance between the first and second sub-boards 1071 and 1072 relative to the base 103 is reduced, and the occupied area of the fixing base 102 is reduced. At this time, when the electronic device 100 is adjusted from the first height H1 to the second height H2, the height of the electronic device 100 is reduced and the center of gravity is relatively lowered, so that the problem of unstable center of gravity of the electronic device 100 is not generated even if the size of the fixing base 102 is reduced.

The distance between the second sub-board 1072 and the base 103 may be changed by the actuation of the force guiding mechanism 110. And vice versa. According to the embodiment of the invention, the fixing base can relatively increase the area of the base along with the increase of the height of the electronic device, so that the electronic device is firmly arranged on the fixing base, and a user can adjust the height of the electronic device according to needs without replacing a larger or wider base, thereby saving cost. In addition, the size of the fixing seat of the present embodiment can be enlarged or reduced, and when the size is reduced, the required packaging cost and packaging space are relatively reduced.
