Detailed Description
In order to further understand the objects, structures, features and functions of the present invention, the following embodiments are described in detail.
The following embodiments are presented for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. The following description will be given with the same/similar reference numerals as used for the same/similar elements. Directional terms as referred to in the following examples, for example: up, down, left, right, front or rear, etc., are referred to only in the direction of the attached drawings. Accordingly, the use of directional terms is intended to be illustrative and not limiting.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2A and fig. 2B, wherein fig. 1 is a front view illustrating a fixing base 102 according to an embodiment of the invention, fig. 2A is a rear view illustrating the fixing base 102 of an electronic device 100 according to an embodiment of the invention, and fig. 2B is a diagram illustrating that the size of the fixing base 102 is correspondingly adjusted when the electronic device 100 moves from a first height H1 to a second height H2.
The electronic device 100 is, for example, a wide screen ratio monitor or a television, and is disposed on the fixing base 102. The electronic device 100 includes a housing 101 fixedly connected to a slider 105 of a fixing base 102, and the housing 101 can move up and down. For example, the electronic device 100 has a large-sized screen with a length/width ratio greater than 1.33 or 1.66, and in order to stably fix the electronic device 100 on the fixing base 102, at least one extending and lengthening bottom plate 107 is disposed on the fixing base 102 in the length direction of the electronic device 100, so as to improve the support of the fixing base 102. In particular, in the embodiment, when the height of the center of gravity of the electronic device 100 relative to the fixing base 102 is changed, the supporting area of the base 103 is increased to improve the supporting stability of the fixing base 102 as a whole, so as to prevent the electronic device 100 from falling.
Referring to fig. 1, 2A and 2B, the fixing base 102 includes a base 103, an upright stand 104, an extended base plate 107 and a force guiding mechanism 110. The stand 104 is disposed on the base 103, and the base 103 and the stand 104 are disposed at the center (the centerline of the length direction) of the electronic device 100 for supporting the electronic device 100. To maintain substantial support, the length of the base 103 is preferably 1/3 or greater than the length of the housing 101 of the electronic device 100, even without additional support extending the elongated bottom panel 107. In addition, under the auxiliary support of extending the extended bottom plate 107, the length of the bottom plate of the fixing base 102 can be increased, preferably 2/3 or more of the length of the casing 101 of the electronic device 100 is equal to or greater than the length of the casing 101 of the electronic device 100, so as to improve the support of the fixing base 102.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2A and fig. 2B, the vertical stand 104 includes a slide rail seat 106 and a slide block 105, and the housing 101 of the electronic device 100 is disposed on the slide block 105 to move up and down along with the slide block 105. When the slide 105 moves to a predetermined position, it can be fixed to the slide seat 106 by a locking member (not shown). In fig. 2A, when the housing 101 moves to the first height H1, the extension base plate 107 can be moved away from the base 103 by elastic force or manual/hydraulic driving method, and in fig. 2B, when the housing 101 moves from the first height H1 to the second height H2, the extension base plate 107 can be moved close to the base 103 by the driving wire 1104, wherein the first height H1 is higher than the second height H2.
Referring to fig. 1, 2A and 2B, the extended and lengthened bottom plate 107 includes a first sub-plate 1071 and a second sub-plate 1072, and the base 103 is disposed between the first sub-plate 1071 and the second sub-plate 1072. The first sub-plate 1071 and the second sub-plate 1072 are movable relative to the base 103 by the action of the force guide mechanism 110 to increase or decrease the distance between the extended base plate 107 and the base 103. However, in another embodiment, the extended length backplane 107 may comprise only one slidable daughter board.
In addition, the fixing base 102 further includes a first elastic member 1081 and a second elastic member 1082, the first elastic member 1081 is disposed between the first sub-board 1071 and the base 103, and the second elastic member 1082 is disposed between the second sub-board 1072 and the base 103. The first elastic member 1081 is configured to provide a first pushing force F1 to the first sub-plate 1071, and the second elastic member 1082 is configured to provide a second pushing force F2 to the second sub-plate 1072, the first pushing force F1 being opposite to the second pushing force F2. However, in the case that only a single daughter board is slidable, only a single elastic member needs to be disposed on one side of the base 103, and two elastic members need not be disposed on two sides of the base 103.
In the embodiment, the elastic member is, for example, a coil spring, which is sleeved on a connecting rod (not shown) connected between the base 103 and the extended base plate 107, but the elastic member may be other structures, such as a driving device such as a pneumatic cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2A and fig. 2B, the force guiding mechanism 110 is, for example, a wire/wheel auxiliary guiding mechanism, which includes a fixed pulley, a movable pulley 1103 and a driving wire 1104. The number of the fixed pulleys may be one or more, and the following embodiment is described with two fixed pulleys 1101/1102, but the invention is not limited thereto.
The movable pulley 1103 is provided on the slider 105, and the first fixed pulley 1101 and the second fixed pulley 1102 are provided on the rail holder 106, and when the slider 105 moves up and down with respect to the rail holder 106, the movable pulley 1103 also moves with respect to the first fixed pulley 1101 and the second fixed pulley 1102. In this embodiment, in order to increase the stability of the force guide mechanism 110, a first fixed pulley 1101 and a second fixed pulley 1102 are provided on the left side of the movable pulley 1103, and another first fixed pulley 1101 and another second fixed pulley 1102 are provided on the right side of the movable pulley 1103. The movable pulley 1103 is movably disposed at a center fulcrum position between the first fixed pulley 1101 and the second fixed pulley 1102, and the movable pulley 1103 can move up and down with the electronic device 100. However, in the case where only a single sub-plate is slidable, it is also possible to provide only the fixed pulley 1101/1102 on the left or right side of the movable pulley 1103, and not to provide the fixed pulley 1101/1102 on both sides of the movable 1101/1102 pulley 1103. Therefore, when the movable pulley 1103 moves from the first position to the second position, the driving wire 1104 may drive at least one of the first sub-board 1071 and the second sub-board 1072 to approach the base 103; when the movable pulley 1103 moves from the second position to the first position, the driving wire 1104 may drive at least one of the first sub-board 1071 and the second sub-board 1072 to move away from the base 103.
Referring to fig. 2A and 2B, the driving line 1104 is connected between the first sub-board 1071 and the second sub-board 1072. The first and second fixed pulleys 1101 and 1102 are rotatably disposed at upper and lower fulcrum positions of the rail seat 106, and the driving wire 1104 is connected to the first and second sub-plates 1071 and 1072 of the extension base plate 107 through the upper and lower fulcrum positions. When the electronic device 100 is adjusted from the first height H1 to the second height H2, the movable pulley 1103 moves downward to pull the driving wire 1104, so that the driving wire 1104 can drive the first sub-board 1071 and the second sub-board 1072 to move toward the base 103, and the distance between the first sub-board 1071 and the second sub-board 1072 relative to the base 103 is shortened to reduce the area occupied by the fixing base 102. At this time, when the electronic device 100 is adjusted from the first height H1 to the second height H2, the height of the electronic device 100 is lowered and the center of gravity is relatively lowered, so that even if the size of the fixing base 102 is reduced, the problem of unstable center of gravity of the electronic device 100 does not occur.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic view of a fixing base 102 of an electronic device 100 according to another embodiment of the invention is shown. The present embodiment is different from the above embodiments in that: the distance between the first sub-board 1071 and the base 103 is kept fixed, that is, the first sub-board 1071 can be locked or clipped so as not to move. The distance between the second sub-plate 1072 and the base 103 can be changed by the operation of the force guide mechanism 110. And vice versa. Therefore, the fixing base 102 of the present embodiment substantially has a slidable sub-board.
According to the above embodiment of the invention, since the fixing base can relatively increase the area of the base along with the increase of the height of the electronic device, the electronic device is stably arranged on the fixing base, and a user can adjust the height of the electronic device as required without replacing a larger or wider base, thereby saving the cost. In addition, the size of the fixing base of the embodiment can be enlarged or reduced, and when the size is reduced, the required packaging cost and the packaging space are relatively reduced. Therefore, the increase of the packaging and transporting cost can be avoided, the size of the fixing seat can be increased according to the requirements of users, the support performance of the fixing seat is improved, and the use is more convenient.
The present invention has been described in relation to the above embodiments, which are only exemplary of the implementation of the present invention. It should be noted that the disclosed embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. Rather, it is intended that all such modifications and variations be included within the spirit and scope of this invention.
