Abstract
The invention discloses a renovation method of a light steel roof, which comprises the following steps: 1) laying a coating: filling heat preservation strips in wave troughs of the metal roof boards, and then paving a steam-insulating film, a heat preservation board and a waterproof layer consisting of waterproof coiled materials; 2) installing an integrated support: fixedly connecting a support main body of the integrated support with the wave crest of the metal roof panel, covering a joint part of the support main body and the waterproof layer with a waterproof sheet of the integrated support, and fixedly connecting the waterproof sheet with the waterproof layer; 3) installing a photovoltaic bracket; 4) and installing the photovoltaic panel. When the light steel roof is renovated, the heat-insulating strip, the steam-insulating film, the heat-insulating plate, the fireproof plate and the waterproof coiled material are laid on the metal roof board, so that the service life of the metal roof board is prolonged, the service life of the metal roof board is equivalent to that of the photovoltaic board, and the metal roof board is prevented from being replaced in advance; and an integrated support, a photovoltaic support and a photovoltaic panel are further arranged on the metal roof panel, so that the reliable application of photovoltaic power generation on the light steel roof is realized.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for renovating a light steel roof.
Background
Photovoltaic (solar photovoltaic power generation system) is a power generation system that directly converts solar radiation energy into electrical energy using the photovoltaic effect of solar cell semiconductor materials. With the popularization of photovoltaic application, it has become a demand to install photovoltaic panels on roofs. The old light steel roof has no waterproof coiled material laid on the metal roof board, so the metal roof board is easy to rust and has poor durability, local maintenance is needed after 3-5 years of use, replacement is needed after 7-8 years of use, the service life of a photovoltaic system can be as long as 25 years, and the service lives of the light steel roof and the photovoltaic board are inconsistent. If the metal roof panel needs to be replaced on the light steel roof provided with the photovoltaic panel, the cost for disassembling and assembling the metal roof panel is increased, and the cost for disassembling and re-assembling the photovoltaic panel is additionally increased; moreover, normal production and operation can be affected during the replacement of the metal roof panels and the disassembly and assembly of the photovoltaic panels, which causes the increase of production and operation cost and time cost.

The invention aims to provide a method for renovating a light steel roof, wherein the light steel roof comprises a metal roof plate supported by a purline, and the metal roof plate comprises wave crests and wave troughs; the refurbishing method comprises the following steps:
1) laying a coating: filling heat preservation strips in wave troughs of a metal roof panel, then laying a steam-isolating film on the metal roof panel and the heat preservation strips, then laying a heat preservation plate on the steam-isolating film, and then laying a waterproof layer consisting of waterproof coiled materials on the heat preservation plate; adjacent waterproof rolls in the waterproof layer are mutually lapped, the waterproof layer is fixedly connected with the purline by adopting a fixing piece, so that the fixing piece is covered by a lapping part, and the lapping part is welded and fixed by hot air;
2) installing an integrated support: the integrated support comprises a support main body and a waterproof sheet integrally connected with the support main body, and the support main body penetrates through the waterproof sheet; the support main body penetrates through the waterproof layer, the heat insulation plate and the steam insulation film and is fixedly connected with the wave crest of the metal roof panel, the waterproof sheet covers the joint part of the support main body and the waterproof layer, and the waterproof sheet is fixedly connected with the waterproof layer;
3) installing a photovoltaic support: fixedly mounting a photovoltaic bracket on the top of the support main body;
4) installing a photovoltaic panel: and a photovoltaic panel is fixedly installed on the photovoltaic bracket.
Preferably, in the step 1), a fireproof plate is paved on the heat-insulation plate, and then a waterproof layer is paved on the fireproof plate.

2. the waterproof layer (waterproof coiled material) is fixedly connected with the purline by the fixing piece, and the wind load can be resisted by the drawing force of the fixing piece and the purline, so that the waterproof layer (waterproof coiled material) is firmly and reliably installed;
3. the waterproof layer is not only added when the light steel roof is renovated, but also the heat preservation strips and the heat preservation plates are added, so that the light steel roof has good heat preservation performance; a steam-insulating film is also added, so that the light steel roof has good steam-insulating performance; the fireproof plate is added, so that the light steel roof has good fireproof performance; when the light steel roof is renovated, the heat preservation strip, the steam-isolating film, the heat preservation plate, the fireproof plate and the waterproof coiled material are added, so that the service life of the metal roof plate can be greatly prolonged, the service life of the metal roof plate is equivalent to that of the photovoltaic plate, the metal roof plate can be prevented from being replaced in advance, and the reliable application of photovoltaic power generation on the light steel roof is further realized;
4. the invention adopts the prefabricated integrated support, and the waterproof sheet of the integrated support can cover the joint part of the support main body and the waterproof layer, so that the integrated support is more convenient to install;
5. according to the invention, the double-sided power generation photovoltaic panel is adopted, and the waterproof coiled material with the light reflection rate not lower than 98%, such as a white waterproof coiled material, is adopted, so that the waterproof coiled material can reflect light, more light can be reflected to the back of the photovoltaic panel, and the power generation capacity of the photovoltaic panel can be improved;
6. according to the invention, the photovoltaic panel is obliquely arranged relative to the horizontal plane, and the inclination angle is not more than 45 degrees, so that the photovoltaic panel can receive more light, and the power generation capacity of the photovoltaic panel can be improved.

1) laying a coating: filling heat preservation strips 3 in wave troughs 22 of a metal roof board 2, then paving a steam-insulating film 4 on the metal roof board 2 and the heat preservation strips 3, then paving a heat preservation board 5 on the steam-insulating film 4, then paving a fireproof board 6 on the heat preservation board 5, and then paving a waterproof layer 7 consisting of waterproof coiled materials 71 on the fireproof board 6; the adjacent waterproof rolls 71 in the waterproof layer 7 are mutually lapped, the waterproof layer 7 is fixedly connected with the purline 1 by adopting a fixing piece (the fixing piece is not shown in the figure), so that the fixing piece is covered by the lapping part 72, and the lapping part 72 is welded and fixed by hot air;
specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the reflection rate of the waterproof roll 71 is not less than 98 percent, for example, a white PVC waterproof roll 71 or a white TPO waterproof roll 71 is adopted;
the hot air welding temperature of the lap joint part 72 is not lower than 500 ℃;
2) installing the integrated support 8: the integrated holder 8 includes a holder main body 81 and a waterproof sheet 82 (only a part of the waterproof sheet is shown in the drawing) integrally connected to the holder main body 81, the holder main body 81 penetrating the waterproof sheet 82; the support body 81 penetrates through the waterproof layer 7, the fireproof plate 6, the heat insulation plate 5 and the steam insulation film 4 and is fixedly connected with the wave crest 21 of the metal roof panel 2, the waterproof sheet 82 covers the joint part of the support body 81 and the waterproof layer 7, and the waterproof sheet 82 and the waterproof layer 7 are welded, sealed and fixed;
3) installing the photovoltaic bracket 91: fixedly mounting the photovoltaic bracket 91 on the top of the support main body 81;
4) mounting the photovoltaic panel 92: a photovoltaic panel 92 is fixedly mounted on the photovoltaic bracket 91;
specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the photovoltaic panel 92 is a double-sided power generation photovoltaic panel 92;
laying the photovoltaic panel 92 flat on the photovoltaic support 91;
