It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 4, the sorting roller 36 penetrates through the side wall 37, one end of the sorting roller 36 is connected with a gear 361, adjacent gears 361 are engaged with each other, a driven disc 362 is installed on a group of gears 361 at the top, a first motor 364 is installed on the guide bracket 31, a driving disc 363 is connected to a power end of the first motor 364, and the driving disc 363 and the driven disc 362 are in transmission connection through a first belt.

In this embodiment, in the process of pushing the pressurizing push seat 32 by the pushing assembly 34, the cam 344 is driven to rotate by the driving part 345, the cam 344 moves the driving rack 343 in the left-right direction, and the top end of the driving rack 343 is inserted on the guiding rod 341, so that the up-down position of the guiding rod 341 does not move, when the cam 344 rotates, the protruding end of the cam 344 is far away from the driving rack 343, at this time, the constant diameter circumferential surface of the cam 344 contacts with the driving rack 343, and the pressurizing push seat 32 is close to the fabric side, and when the cam 344 rotates to gradually close to the protruding end and contacts with the driving rack 343, at this time, the pressurizing push seat 32 is gradually far away from the fabric, and when the protruding end of the cam 344 is far away from the driving frame 343 from contacting with the driving frame 343 again, the pressurizing push seat 32 is gradually close to one side of the fabric, therefore, when the pushing component 34 pushes the pressurizing push seat 32 to move back and forth, when the pressurizing push seat 32 on one side of the fabric is close to the fabric, the pressurizing push seat 32 on the other side is always stopped at a position close to the fabric until the pressurizing push seat 32 on the moving side reaches the side close to the fabric, the position is kept unchanged, the pressurizing push seat 32 on the other side is far away from the fabric, the maximum stroke is reached, the air between the two groups of pressurizing push seats 32 is returned again, and the air flow on the two sides of the fabric is circularly pressurized, so that the refining liquid can rapidly permeate the fabric.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the driving part 345 includes a central rod 3452 penetrating through the cam 344, a mounting seat 3451 connected to the guide bracket 31, a rotating disc 3453 connected to one end of the central rod 3452, and a second motor 3455 mounted on the mounting seat 3451; the central rod 3452 is mounted on the mounting base 3451 in a penetrating manner, the other end of the central rod 3452 is connected to a power end of a second motor 3455, and the rotating discs 3453 are connected to each other by a second belt 3454.
It should be noted that, in the driving process of the cam 344, the power end of the second motor 3455 drives the central rod 3452 of one group to rotate, the central rod 3452 drives the cam 344 thereon to rotate, the other end of the central rod 3452 transmits power to the rotating disk 3453 of the other group through the rotating disk 3453 by using the second belt 3454, and the rotating disk 3452 drives the cam 244 to synchronously rotate by the central rod 3452 thereon, so as to synchronously drive the two groups of the pressure boost bases 32.
As shown in fig. 3, the drug delivery assembly 35 includes:
a dispensing box 351, the dispensing box 351 being mounted on the pressurizing pusher 32;

the medicine guide valve 353 controls the medicine guide pipe 352 at the moving side to convey the medicine to the medicine distribution nozzle 33 for spraying, and controls the medicine guide pipe 352 which is always close to the fabric or far away from the fabric side to stop medicine conveying.
In this embodiment, the refining liquid is intermittently controlled by the chemical guiding valve 353 to be delivered to the chemical distributing nozzle 33 on the movable pressurizing pushing seat 32, and the refining liquid is sprayed on the fabric from the chemical distributing nozzle 33 on the side, and the gas flow pressurizing treatment is performed on the side while spraying, so that the refining liquid on the side can be quickly permeated to the other side of the fabric after spraying.
As shown in fig. 5-7, the medicine introducing valve 353 includes:
a valve seat 3531, wherein the valve seat 3531 is of a hollow structure;
a valve core 3532, wherein the valve core 3532 is rotatably arranged in the middle of the inner cavity of the valve seat 3531;
a baffle seat 3533, wherein the baffle seat 3533 is installed on the inner cavity wall of the baffle seat 3533; and
a medicine inlet 3534, wherein the medicine inlet 3534 is hung on the baffle seat 3533;
a semi-cylindrical notch 3535 is formed in one side of the valve core 3532, and the notch 3535 corresponds to the medicine inlet 3534 in position.
In this embodiment, when the refining liquid is intermittently led out to each medicine guiding tube 352 by using the medicine guiding valve 353, the pressurized refining liquid enters through the feeding port 3534 on the stopper seat 3533 in the valve seat 3531, and the communication or closing between the inner cavity of the valve seat 3531 and the medicine inlet 3534 is controlled by the rotating valve spool 3532, that is, when the valve seat 3531 and the medicine inlet 3534 are closed, the side wall of the valve spool 3533, which is far away from the notch 3535, is always sealed on the medicine inlet 3534, and when the valve spool 3532 rotates until the notch 3535 corresponds to the medicine inlet 3534, the medicine inlet 3534 is communicated with the hollow cavity of the valve seat 3531, so that the refining liquid is led into the corresponding medicine distributing nozzle 33 through the medicine guiding tube 352 and is sprayed.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a driving assembly for driving the valve core 3532 to rotate is further disposed on the valve seat 3531, and the driving assembly includes a driving disk 3536 connected to one side of the valve core 3532, a third belt 3537 sleeved between the driving disks 3536, and a third motor 3538 connected to the other side of the valve core 3532.
When the valve core 3532 is driven to rotate, the notches 3535 of the valve cores 3532 on the two groups of medicine guiding valves 353 are oppositely arranged, the third motor 3538 can simultaneously drive the two groups of valve cores 3532 to rotate, the pressurizing push seat 32 completes one forming action when the valve core 3532 rotates for one circle, and the notches 3535 correspond to the medicine inlet 3534 all the time when the pressurizing push seat 32 reaches the nearest distance from the fabric from the farthest position.
Example two
As shown in fig. 8, in which the same or corresponding components as in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment, only the differences from the first embodiment will be described below for the sake of convenience. The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the water washing part 400 includes:
a water washing tank 41;
an inverting assembly 42, the inverting assembly 42 being disposed within the washing section 400; and
the washing pieces 43 are arranged on two sides of the fabric above the washing tank 41;
the inverting unit 42 inverts the fabric fed into the washing bath 41 into a horizontally arranged "triangular" shape, and then washes the fabric fed upward by the washing unit 43.
In this embodiment, the surface fabric after adding medicine portion 300 and adding the medicine can continue to let in to washing tank 41, and in washing tank 41, can arrange the apex angle through upset subassembly 42 and be located "triangle-shaped" of top one side, then upwards turn to the surface fabric again and carry to washing 43 both sides, wash the surface fabric both sides through washing 43, and the flush fluid of "triangle-shaped" surface fabric top can fall to this surface fabric on, through the water conservancy diversion effect of this "triangle-shaped", break away from the surface fabric with the flush fluid drainage, when preventing to wash, the pectin that washes away after the emulsification, impurity etc. are piled up at the upwards corner that turns to of surface fabric.
It should be added that, as shown in fig. 2, a turning guide roller 411 is provided at one side of the washing tub 41.
In this embodiment, the fabric conveyed upward can be guided into the washing tank 41 by the guide roller 411.
As shown in fig. 9, the flipping unit 42 includes:
the driving gear boxes 421, the driving gear boxes 421 are installed at both sides of the water washing tank 41;
the lifting screw 422 is connected to the power end of the driving gear box 421;
the driving gear box 421 drives the raising screws 422 held on both sides of the fabric to pull the fabric toward both sides in the width direction.
In this embodiment, the fabric is raised from the center into a triangular shape by the raising screw 422, and the raising screw 422 is driven to rotate by the driving tooth direction 421, so that the washed emulsified pectin, impurities and the like can be guided to the two sides of the fabric while the fabric is pulled to the two sides; it should be added that the turning assembly 42 further includes a fourth motor 423, and a power end of the fourth motor 423 is connected to the driving gear box 421, so that the fourth motor 423 drives the raising screw 422 to rotate and work through the driving gear box 421.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 2, the flushing member 43 includes flushing seats 431 disposed on both sides of the fabric, a flushing nozzle 432 mounted on the flushing seats 431, and a top guide roller 433, and the top guide roller 433 is mounted on the top end of a group of the flushing seats 431.
In this embodiment, the washing nozzles 432 on the washing bases 431 on the two sides of the fabric can wash emulsified pectin, impurities and the like on the fabric, and the emulsified pectin, the impurities and the like are continuously guided out through the top guide roller 433 to enter the next procedure.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 11, a chemical fiber fabric efficient cold-batch open-width desizing method comprises the following steps:
step one, soaking pretreatment, namely introducing the fabric into a soaking part 200 for wetting, and vertically and upwardly conveying the fabric into a medicine adding part 300;
secondly, finishing the fabric, namely finishing the fabric into a bent shape by finishing rollers 36 which are arranged on the two sides of the fabric in a staggered manner and conveying the fabric;
thirdly, adding medicine into the fabric, wherein the medicine guide valve 353 controls the medicine guide pipe 352 on the moving side to be guided into the medicine distribution box 351, and the medicine is sprayed on one side of the fabric by the medicine distribution box 351 through the medicine distribution nozzle 33;
step four, pressurizing air flow, namely pushing the pressurizing push seat 32 on one side of the fabric to approach the fabric by the pushing component 34, and controlling the pressurizing push seat 32 on the other side of the fabric to always approach the fabric, so that the fabric spraying agent on the pushing side is pushed to the other side of the fabric under the pressure of the air flow;
step five, returning the falling medicine, namely spraying the medicine into a pressurizing cavity 38 formed by a pressurizing pushing seat 32, a guide support 31 and a side wall 37, moving the pressurizing pushing seat 32 on the other side of the fabric to one side far away from the fabric, and continuously returning the part of the falling medicine fog carried by the air entering from the bottom opening of the pressurizing cavity 38 into the pressurizing cavity 38 to suck and pull the medicine fog on the fabric;
sixthly, the fabric is turned over, the fabric transmitted to the washing part 400 forms a triangular shape under the guidance of the turning component 42, and meanwhile, the lifting screw 422 on the turning component 42 draws the triangular fabric towards the two sides of the width of the fabric;
and seventhly, washing the fabric, wherein the washing piece 43 washes two sides of the fabric conveyed upwards after guiding, and when the washing liquid above the triangular fabric reaches the fabric, the washing liquid slides along the oblique traction direction of the fabric.

the medicated portion (300) includes:
a guide bracket (31);
the pressurizing push seat (32) is connected to the bottom of the guide support (31) in a sliding mode;
the medicine distributing spray head (33) is arranged on one side of the pressurizing push seat (32);
the power end of the pushing component (34) is connected to the other end of the pressurizing pushing seat (32);
the medicine guiding component (35), the medicine guiding component (35) is connected with the medicine distributing nozzle (33); and
the arrangement rollers (36) are arranged on two sides of the fabric in a staggered mode along the fabric conveying direction;
the pushing component (34) drives the pressurizing pushing seat (32) to approach one side of the fabric, the pressurizing pushing seat (32) on the other side of the fabric is always close to the fabric, and the medicine distributing sprayer (33) on the moving side is controlled by the medicine guiding component (35) to spray the medicine on one side of the fabric which is finished by the finishing roller (36);
the medicine adding portion (300) further includes:
the side walls (37) are clamped at two sides of the pressurizing push seat (32); and
a pressurizing cavity (38) with an opening at the bottom is formed among the side wall (37), the guide bracket (31) and the pressurizing push seat (32).

one end of the guide rod (341) is connected with the pressurizing push seat (32), and the other end of the guide rod (341) is movably inserted into one side of the guide bracket (31);
one end of the elastic piece (342) is connected to the pressurizing push seat (32), and the other end of the elastic piece (342) is connected with the guide rod (341);
the driving frame (343) is a step-shaped rod piece, and the top end of the driving frame (343) is movably inserted into the guide rod (341);
a cam (344), the cam (344) being arranged inside a corner of the drive rack (343); and
a drive portion (345), a power end of the drive portion (345) being connected to the cam (344).

a dispensing box (351), wherein the dispensing box (351) is mounted on the pressurizing push seat (32);
a medicine guide pipe (352), wherein one end of the medicine guide pipe (352) is connected to the medicine distribution box (351); and
the medicine guide valve (353) is connected to the other end of the medicine guide pipe (352);
the medicine guide valve (353) controls the medicine guide pipe (352) on the moving side to convey the medicine to the medicine distribution spray head (33) for spraying, and controls the medicine guide pipe (352) which is always close to the fabric or far away from the fabric side to stop medicine conveying.
4. The efficient cold-batch open-width desizing device for the chemical fiber fabrics, which is characterized in that the chemical fiber fabric guiding valve (353) comprises:
a valve seat (3531), the valve seat (3531) being a hollow structure;
the valve core (3532), the said valve core (3532) is installed in the middle of cavity of the said valve seat (3531) rotatably;
a baffle seat (3533), wherein the baffle seat (3533) is installed on the inner cavity wall of the baffle seat (3533); and
the medicine inlet (3534) is hung on the baffle seat (3533) in a penetrating way;
a semi-cylindrical notch (3535) is formed in one side of the valve core (3532), and the notch (3535) corresponds to the position of the medicine inlet (3534);
the water washing section (400) includes:
a water washing tank (41);
an inverting assembly (42), the inverting assembly (42) disposed within the water wash section (400); and
the washing pieces (43) are arranged on two sides of the fabric above the washing pool (41);
the overturning assembly (42) overturns the fabric conveyed into the washing pool (41) into a horizontally arranged triangular shape, and then washes the fabric conveyed upwards through the washing piece (43).

the driving gear boxes (421), and the driving gear boxes (421) are arranged at two sides of the water washing pool (41);
