An environment-friendly mercerizing machine production line based on waste water collection comprises mercerizing equipment, cleaning equipment and drying equipment which are sequentially arranged, cloth can be conveyed to sequentially pass through the mercerizing equipment, the cleaning equipment and the drying equipment, and is characterized in that the cleaning equipment comprises a box body (1) and a concentration box (2), an inner cavity of the box body (1) is divided into a water storage cavity (3) positioned on the right side and a collection cavity (4) positioned on the left side, a filter screen (30) is fixed in the collection cavity (4), a longitudinal left fixing plate (5) and a longitudinal right fixing plate (6) which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the upper end of the collection cavity (4) are fixed at the top of the box body (1), two vertically-arranged rotating rods (7) are rotatably arranged between the left fixing plate (5) and the right fixing plate (6), and a feeding roller (8) is fixedly sleeved, a hollow moving plate (9) movably penetrates between the upper ends of the left fixing plate (5) and the right fixing plate (6), water spray holes are uniformly distributed in the bottom surface of the moving plate (9), and the moving plate (9) is positioned above the front side of the feeding roller (8);

5. The environment-friendly mercerizer production line based on wastewater collection as claimed in claim 4, wherein the outlet end of the infusion pump (29) is communicated with the mercerizing equipment.

The environment-friendly mercerizing machine production line based on wastewater collection as claimed in claim 1, wherein mounting holes matched with the moving plate (9) are formed in the upper ends of the left fixing plate (5) and the right fixing plate (6), two ends of the moving plate (9) are movably inserted into the corresponding mounting holes, and a limiting block is fixed at the left end of the moving plate (9).

The environment-friendly mercerizer production line based on wastewater collection according to claim 1, wherein a controller is fixed on the front side of the box body (1), the output end of the controller is electrically connected with the driving motor (10), and a power supply for supplying energy is fixed on the rear side of the box body (1).
