According to the die cutting method, the two separated split release films are obtained by one-time die cutting in the step (1), and the split release film structure obtained by the die cutting in the step (1) can meet the die cutting requirements of products with various structures no matter how the external outline of the product changes; therefore, by adopting the die cutting method, the same die cutting knife can be adopted as the first-step die cutting knife of all products, and the universality of the first-step die cutting knife is improved. (d) and respectively discharging the waste materials of the conductive cloth 15 and the handle release film material belt 13 to obtain the conductive cloth die-cut piece 1.
Comparative example
The comparative example adopts another die cutting method to obtain the conductive cloth die-cut piece 1 product shown in figure 1, and comprises the following steps, wherein the die cutting process is shown in figure 7:

(d) and respectively discharging the waste materials of the conductive cloth 15 and the handle release film material belt 13 to obtain the conductive cloth die-cut piece 1.
In the punching process, the structure of the one-time punching die-cutting rule 9 needs to be designed according to the special shapes of different products, and if the outline shape of the conductive cloth product changes, the structure of the one-time punching die-cutting rule 9 needs to be correspondingly changed, so that 3 die-cutting rules are required to be arranged for each product; in the die cutting process, the die cutting rule 9 for one-time punching is a universal die, 2 die cutting rules are required to be newly arranged for each product, so that the die cost is reduced, and the cost of 400 yuan can be saved by one cutter according to 400 yuan calculation for each design change; in addition, in the pilot stage of products, the die needs to be frequently adjusted, at least more than 2 design changes are needed from verification to mass production of the products at present, and the die cutting method can obviously solve the die cost.
