本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种保温墙体装饰层干料、砂浆及墙体。本发明提供的保温墙体装饰层干料,包括如下重量份的组分,水泥340‑550份;砂子450‑660份;矿物活性掺合料1‑80份;高分子聚合物2‑60份;外加剂2.3‑21份;颜料0‑30份,椰油基单乙醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚1‑3份。本发明通过各组分之间的配合以及用量调整,能够使得保温墙体装饰层材料具有高强度,抗压强度≥40MPa,高憎水性,质量吸水率≤3%,面积吸水率≤155g/m2,低泛碱,作为外墙装饰材料耐久性≥50年,解决了墙体饰面层使用年限不足25年的问题。另外,泛碱问题是砂浆类难以治愈的“癌症”,本发明通过组分椰油基单乙醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚与其它组分配合使用,同时解决泛碱及颜料分散不均匀,上墙泛花问题。

背景技术
建筑物隔热保温是节约能源、改善居住环境和使用功能的一个重要方面。建筑能耗在人类整个能源消耗中所占比例一般在30-40%,绝大部分是采暖和空调的能耗,故建筑节能意义重大。
随着外墙外保温技术在实际工程中应用,外墙保温存在的问题也逐渐暴露。现有的外墙保温板在注重保温效果的同时,也在逐步改善其耐久性、美观等特性。装饰层作为直接与外界接触的建筑层,要求装饰层具有较高的强度、憎水性、抗老化性、较低的吸水率,并且避免出现砂浆泛碱等问题;另外,由于颜料的添加,还存在颜料分散不均匀,上墙泛花等问题。有鉴于此,现有技术中装饰层的上述性能还有待进一步改善。

因此,本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的保温墙体装饰层强度、憎水性、抗老化性等性能还有待进一步改善的缺陷,从而提供一种保温墙体装饰层干料、砂浆及墙体。

可选的,所述高分子聚合物中包括可再分散性乳胶粉和聚乙烯醇;
可选的,包括可再分散性乳胶粉15-50份,聚乙烯醇1-10份。
可选的,所述砂子的粒径所述砂子的粒径≤830μm;
可选的,所述砂子的粒径为100-830μm。
可选的,所述矿物活性掺合料为矿粉、硅灰、粉煤灰中的至少一种。
可选的,所述外加剂为羟乙基纤维素醚,憎水剂,减水剂,消泡剂,缓凝剂中的至少一种。
可选的,所述外加剂中包括羟乙基纤维素醚0.1-2份,憎水剂1-5份,减水剂0.1-2份,消泡剂0.1-2份,缓凝剂1-10份。
可选的,所述水泥为普通硅酸盐水泥,白水泥,特种水泥中的至少一种;
所述憎水剂为有机硅类憎水剂;可以为市售产品,例如市售商品型号可选的为powder-A,powder-D,N710或P750;
所述减水剂为聚羧酸系减水剂;可以为市售产品,例如市售商品型号可选的为FOX-C900、5731F;
所述消泡剂为本领域常规消泡剂,例如,市售消泡剂的型号可以为352-B,3050、7610等。
所述缓凝剂为柠檬酸、白砂糖、葡萄糖酸钠中的至少一种;
所述颜料为无机颜料,可选的,所述颜料为氧化铁系列颜料,进一步可选的,所述颜料为氧化铁红,酞青蓝、氧化铁黄或氧化铁黑。
本发明还提供一种保温墙体装饰层砂浆,包括上述保温墙体装饰层干料。
可选的,所述保温墙体装饰层砂浆中水与所述保温墙体装饰层干料的质量比为0.1-0.2。
本发明还提供一种保温墙体,包括上述的保温墙体装饰层砂浆。
本发明技术方案,具有如下优点:
本发明提供的保温墙体装饰层干料,包括如下重量份的组分,水泥340-550份;砂子450-660份;矿物活性掺合料1-80份;高分子聚合物2-60份;外加剂2.3-20份;颜料0-30份,椰油基单乙醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚1-3份。本发明通过各组分之间的配合以及用量调整,能够使得保温墙体装饰层材料具有高强度,强度≥40MPa,高憎水性,质量吸水率≤3%,面积吸水率≤155g/m2,低泛碱,作为外墙装饰材料耐久性≥50年,解决了墙体饰面层使用年限不足25年的问题。另外,泛碱问题是目前砂浆类难以治愈的“癌症”,本发明通过组分椰油基单乙醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚与其它组分之间的配合使用,能够同时解决泛碱以及颜料分散不均匀,上墙泛花的问题。
本发明提供的保温墙体装饰层干料,通过对高分子聚合物的限定,能够提高砂浆的憎水性和抗裂性,使无机装饰层材料具有了超高强、低吸水的特性。
本发明提供的保温墙体装饰层干料,通过对砂子粒径的限定,能够提高砂浆的集配效果,通过粉料集配设计,提高砂浆的致密性,从而提高砂浆的强度,降低吸水率。
本发明提供的保温墙体装饰层干料,本发明通过对外加剂组成的限定,能够进一步提升保温墙体装饰层材料的各项性能。例如,可以避免憎水剂添加过多容易造成开裂,憎水剂添加过少导致材料的憎水性不足等问题。

水泥(42.5型号)340kg,砂子660kg,矿物活性掺合料1kg,高分子聚合物60kg,外加剂2.3kg,椰油基单乙醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚3kg;其中,砂子中粒径在20-40目的砂子、40-70目的砂子与粒径在70-140目的砂子的质量比为1:1:1;矿物活性掺合料为矿粉;高分子聚合物中可再分散性乳胶粉(5048H型号),聚乙烯醇(2488冷溶型)的质量比为3:1;外加剂中羟乙基纤维素醚(MH300P2型号),憎水剂(Powder-A型号),减水剂(FOX-C900型号),消泡剂(352-B型号),缓凝剂(柠檬酸钠)的质量比为0.1:1:0.1:0.1:1。
将保温墙体装饰层干料的各组分混合均匀,然后与水混匀,即得。

水泥(42.5型号)500kg,砂子580kg,矿物活性掺合料60kg,高分子聚合物35kg,外加剂5.1kg,颜料(氧化铁红)6.9kg,椰油基单乙醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚2.5kg;其中,砂子中粒径砂子中粒径在20-40目的砂子、40-70目的砂子与粒径在70-140目的砂子的质量比为1:2:3;矿物活性掺合料硅灰;高分子聚合物中可再分散性乳胶粉(5048H型号),聚乙烯醇(2488冷溶型)的质量比为15:1;外加剂中羟乙基纤维素醚(MH300P2型号),憎水剂(Powder-A型号),减水剂(FOX-C900型号),消泡剂(352-B型号),缓凝剂(葡萄糖酸钠)的质量比为1:3:1:1:5。

水泥(42.5型号)450kg,砂子550kg,矿物活性掺合料50kg,高分子聚合物32kg,外加剂6kg,椰油基单乙醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚1.5kg;其中,砂子中粒径砂子中粒径在20-40目的砂子、40-70目的砂子与粒径在70-140目的砂子的质量比为1:2:2;矿物活性掺合料中硅灰、粉煤灰的质量比为1:1;高分子聚合物中可再分散性乳胶粉(5048H型号),聚乙烯醇(2488冷溶型)的质量比为3:1;外加剂中羟乙基纤维素醚(MH300P2型号),憎水剂(Powder-A型号),减水剂(FOX-C900型号),消泡剂(352-B型号),缓凝剂,颜料(氧化铁红)的质量比为1:3:1:1:5:15;缓凝剂中柠檬酸钠。

将保温墙体装饰层干料的各组分混合均匀,然后与水混匀,即得。
实验例
对本发明实施例和对比例的保温墙体装饰层砂浆进行性能测试,其中,不透水性,水蒸气透过湿流密度,抗压强度,面积吸水量的测试方法依据JGJ144-2019外墙外保温工程技术标准;质量吸水率参照GB/T 7019-2014标准进行测试。测试结果见下表:
泛碱性能检测:
将装饰层砂浆喷涂于保温板表面制备出600×1200的样板,置于自然环境中,利用循环淋水装置,循环淋水7d,然后在自然环境下风干,观察泛碱情况。

Claims (14)
1.一种保温墙体装饰层干料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分,
水泥340-550份;
砂子450-660份;
矿物活性掺合料1-80份;
高分子聚合物2-60份;
外加剂2.3-21份;
颜料0-30份;
椰油基单乙醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温墙体装饰层干料,其特征在于,所述高分子聚合物中包括可再分散性乳胶粉和聚乙烯醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保温墙体装饰层干料,其特征在于,所述砂子的粒径≤830μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保温墙体装饰层干料,其特征在于,所述矿物活性掺合料为矿粉、硅灰、粉煤灰中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的保温墙体装饰层干料,其特征在于,所述外加剂为羟乙基纤维素醚,憎水剂,减水剂,消泡剂,缓凝剂中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的保温墙体装饰层干料,其特征在于,所述外加剂中包括羟乙基纤维素醚0.1-2份,憎水剂1-5份,减水剂0.1-2份,消泡剂0.1-2份,缓凝剂1-10份。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的保温墙体装饰层干料,其特征在于,所述水泥为普通硅酸盐水泥,白水泥,特种水泥中的至少一种;
所述憎水剂为有机硅类憎水剂;
所述减水剂为聚羧酸系减水剂;
所述缓凝剂为柠檬酸、白砂糖、葡萄糖酸钠中的至少一种;
所述颜料为无机颜料。
8.根据权利要求2所述的保温墙体装饰层干料,其特征在于,包括可再分散性乳胶粉15-50份,聚乙烯醇1-10份。
9.根据权利要求3所述的保温墙体装饰层干料,其特征在于,所述砂子的粒径为100-830μm。
10.根据权利要求7所述的保温墙体装饰层干料,其特征在于,所述颜料为氧化铁系列颜料。
11.根据权利要求9所述的保温墙体装饰层干料,其特征在于,所述颜料为氧化铁红,酞青蓝、氧化铁黄或氧化铁黑。
12.一种保温墙体装饰层砂浆,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-11任一项所述的保温墙体装饰层干料。
13.根据权利要求12所述的保温墙体装饰层砂浆,其特征在于,水与所述保温墙体装饰层干料的质量比为0.1-0.2。
14.一种保温墙体,其特征在于,包括权利要求12或13所述的保温墙体装饰层砂浆。
