A spreader 1 according to an embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to figures 1 to 4. The spreader 1 is used to hoist the housing 3. The housing is formed with a mounting hole 31. The spreader 1 comprises at least two lifting arms 21 and a lock 11. The locking member 11 is formed with a moving hole 111. The lifting arm 21 extends at least partially into the mounting hole 31 after passing through the moving hole 111, and the lifting arm 21 can move axially along the mounting hole 31. As shown in the area marked B in fig. 1, the inner sidewall of the locking piece 11 is formed with at least a locking portion 121. The outer side wall of the lifting arm 21 is formed with at least one locking engagement portion 23. When the lifting arm 21 is moved axially along the mounting hole 31 to the lifting position, as shown in fig. 1, the locking portion 121 is disengaged from the locking engagement portion 23, and the lifting arm 21 is expanded radially outward along the mounting hole 31 to lift the housing 3. As shown in fig. 3, when the lifting arm 21 leaves the lifting position, the locking portion 121 is connected to the locking engagement portion 23 to restrict the lifting arm 21 from opening outward in the radial direction.
That is, when the reaching position where the lifting arm 21 reaches into the mounting hole 31 is not at the lifting position, for example, the initial stage when the spreader 1 is axially moved from top to bottom to gradually approach the lifting position and the later stage when the spreader 1 is gradually moved from bottom to top from the lifting position after the completion of the lifting, the locking portion 121 and the locking engaging portion 23 are connected to cooperate to lock the lifting arm 21, thereby restricting the lifting arm 21 from being opened outward in the radial direction. When the projecting position of the lifting arm 21 is in the lifting position, for example the position shown in fig. 1 and during the transfer of the housing 3 by lifting, the locking part 121 and the locking counter-part 23 are disengaged, so that the lifting arm 21 is no longer locked, whereby the lifting arm 21 opens the lifting housing 3 radially outwards. Like this, at the in-process that hoist and mount shifted casing 3, hoist 1 can avoid the too early or unexpected condition of opening of lifting arm 21, avoids damaging casing 3, guarantees casing 3 hoist and mount quality.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 or 3, the inner sidewall of the locking member 11 is formed with at least one locking slide groove 12 recessed radially outward therefrom. The locking slide 12 comprises a first and a second recess 122 arranged in the axial direction. The second recess 122 has a greater recess depth than the first recess. The locking portion 121 is formed as a first concave portion. The outer side wall of the lifting arm 21 is formed with at least one locking stopper 231 extending radially outwardly thereof. The lock engagement portion 23 is formed as a lock slider 231. Thus, when the lifting arm 21 is moved to the lifting position, the locking slider 231 is disengaged from the first to second recesses 122, and the lifting arm 21 can be expanded radially outward along the mounting hole 31 to lift the housing 3. When the lifting arm 21 leaves the lifting position, the bottom wall of the first concave portion abuts against the locking slider 231, so that the lifting arm 21 is restricted and cannot be opened outward in the radial direction along the mounting hole 31.
In other modified examples, the inner sidewall of the locking piece 11 is formed with at least one locking stopper 231. The locking portion 121 is formed to lock the slider 231. The outer side wall of the lifting arm 21 is formed with at least one locking runner 12 recessed inwards in the radial direction thereof. The locking slide 12 comprises a first and a second recess 122 arranged in the axial direction. The second recess 122 has a greater recess depth than the first recess. The lock engagement portion 23 is formed as a first recess.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, the spreader 1 comprises a mounting member 22 for mounting the lifting arm 21 and at least one resilient member 13. The locking element 11 is movable in the axial direction of the spreader 1, and at least one resilient element 13 is arranged between the mounting element 22 and the locking element 11, the resilient element 13 being configured to be compressed when the lifting arm 21 is moved to the lifting position and to return to its original shape when the lifting arm 21 is moved away from the lifting position. Thus, the elastic member 13 can exert not only an elastic restoring force for connecting the locking portion 121 and the lock engagement portion 23 to each other, so that the lifting arm 21 of the spreader 1 is locked again by the locking portion 121 and the lock engagement portion 23, but also a force for moving away from the lifting position can be exerted on the spreader 1, thereby saving the time for moving away the spreader 1 and the lifting force.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the elastic member 13 is plural, and the plural elastic members 13 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the locking piece 11. The uniform arrangement of the plurality of elastic members 13 allows the locking unit 11 to be uniformly stressed. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the locking member 11 is provided with four blind holes at regular intervals in the circumferential direction, and the elastic member 13 is at least partially disposed in the blind holes. The elastic member 13 is a member having elasticity, such as an elastic sleeve, a spring, or the like.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the spreader 1 further comprises at least one fastener 15. Locking element 11 is formed with an aperture 112. The fastener 15 includes a connecting portion 151 and a stopping portion 152. The connecting portion 151 has one end connected to the stopping portion 152 and the other end passing through the through hole 112 to be fixedly connected to the mounting member 22. Thereby, the lock 11 can move between the mounting piece 22 and the stopper 152. That is, the fastener 15 limits the moving distance of the locker 11, increases the connection tightness of the locker 11, and prevents the locker 11 from being unintentionally separated from the lifting arm 21.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the spreader 1 comprises at least one protective sheath 14, the protective sheath 14 being connected to the mounting member 22 and the locking member 11, respectively. The protective sleeve 14 is sleeved outside the connecting portion. The protective sleeve 14 may avoid excessive wear of the fastener 15.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the lifting arm 21 comprises a turning part 211 and a lifting part 212, as shown in fig. 4. The hanging portion 212 is provided at one end of the rotating portion 211 and extends outward in a radial direction thereof. The lifting part 212 can increase the reliability of lifting and prevent the housing 3 from falling off during the lifting and transferring process.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, the spreader 1 further comprises a mounting member 22 and at least two pivot shafts 25, the at least two pivot shafts 25 being spaced apart from each other at the mounting member 22, and the lifting arm 21 being rotatably connected to the pivot shafts 25. A clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the lifting arm 21 about the pivot axis 25 makes it possible to contract the lifting arm 21 radially inwards or to expand it radially outwards, respectively.
Specifically, the hanger 1 further includes a slider 24, at least two lifting arms 21 surround to form a sliding hole, the slider 24 passes through the sliding hole and can slide axially along the sliding hole, the outer side wall of the slider 24 is formed with a pushing portion, the inner side wall of the lifting arm 21 is formed with a pushing matching portion, and when the slider 24 slides for a certain position, the pushing portion is connected with the pushing matching portion to push the lifting arm 21 to rotate around the rotating shaft 25. More specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the inner side wall of the lifting arm 21 is formed with an upper push-fit inclined surface 213 and a lower push-fit inclined surface 214. The slider 24 has an upper push slope 241 and a lower push slope 242 formed on the outer side wall thereof. Thus, when the slider 24 is lifted and the upper push inclined surface 241 contacts the upper push matching inclined surface 213, the slider 24 continues to move upward to push the at least two lifting arms 21 to rotate clockwise around the rotating shaft 25. In this way, the parts of the lifting arms 21 above the rotation axis 25 are radially distanced from each other and the parts of the lifting arms 21 below the rotation axis 25 are brought closer to each other due to the leverage of the rotation axis 25. That is, the part of the lifting arm 21 below the rotating shaft 25 is contracted radially inward. When the slide 24 moves down and the lower push inclined surface 242 contacts the lower push fit inclined surface 214 on the inner side wall of the lifting arm, the slide 24 further moves down to push at least two lifting arms 21 to rotate counterclockwise around the rotating shaft 25. In this way, the parts of the lifting arms 21 located below the swivel axis 25 will be radially distanced from each other, i.e. the lifting arms 21 will be splayed radially outwards to lift the housing 3.
Further, the specific operating conditions of the spreader 1 as shown in fig. 1-4 are as follows:
when the spreader 1 is used for hoisting, as shown in fig. 3, the lock 11 is in the locked position when the spreader 1 is in the initial state, even if the locking portion 121 and the locking engagement portion 23 are connected, the locking portion 121 restricts the lifting arm 21 from opening outward in the radial direction. That is, the lifting arm 21 is in the contracted state.
In the process that the operator moves the spreader 1 downwards, the lifting arm 21 is moved downwards to reach the middle of the mounting hole 31 of the housing 3. The lock 11 and the lifting arm 21 are moved synchronously downwards relative to the housing 3, the lock 11 always being in the locked position. In this way, the lifting arm 21 can no longer be opened radially outwards even if the operator slides the slide 24 early. Therefore, the mounting hole 31 of the housing 3 is not damaged.
The operator continues to move the spreader 1 downwards. The locking piece 11 is in contact with the end surface of the shell 3 and is stopped by the end surface of the shell 3, the locking piece 11 and the lifting arm 21 do not move synchronously any more, namely, the lifting arm 21 continues to move downwards relative to the shell 3, the locking piece 11 is static and motionless relative to the shell 3, then the locking piece 11 moves upwards relative to the lifting arm 21, namely, the locking piece 11 moves upwards along the axial direction of the lifting arm 21 and gradually leaves from a locking position, meanwhile, the elastic piece 13 is gradually compressed, and the locking matching part 23 gradually leaves from the locking part 121.
As shown in fig. 1, when the lifting arm 21 is in the lifting position, that is, the lifting part 212 of the lifting arm 21 is located below the joint of the first diameter part and the second diameter part of the mounting hole 31, the locking part 23 is completely separated from the locking part 121, and the lifting arm can be opened radially outward along the mounting hole 31, so that the lifting part 212 of the lifting arm 21 supports the joint of the first diameter part and the second diameter part of the mounting hole 31 to lift the housing 3.
When the housing 3 is transferred into position, the slider 24 is slid upwards and the lifting arm 21 is no longer spread open. That is, the lifting arm 21 is contracted inward in the radial direction to the retracted state. The latch 11 is returned to the latching position along the axial direction of the boom arm 21 by the elastic restoring force of the elastic member 13, and the boom arm 21 is latched by the latching portion 121 on the inner side wall of the latch 11. In this way, the lifting arm 21 cannot open any more to damage the housing 3 during the gradual upward movement of the spreader 1 out of the mounting hole 31, even if the operator accidentally slides the slider 24.
In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, the first feature "on" or "under" the second feature may be directly contacting the first and second features or indirectly contacting the first and second features through an intermediate. Also, a first feature "on," "over," and "above" a second feature may be directly or diagonally above the second feature, or may simply indicate that the first feature is at a higher level than the second feature.
