The driving motor 331 is started, the moving block 31 is moved to the vertical beam 1, meanwhile, the inserting plate 42 and the goods are moved to the position above the conveying belt 522, the air pump 431 is closed, the spring 432 is automatically contracted, the inserting plate 42 slides towards the slot 411, the goods are blocked by the overturning plate 44, slide relative to the inserting plate 42 and fall on the conveying belt 522; the conveyor belt 522 and the goods are then moved to the appropriate height to access the goods.
