The two connecting bottom plates 212 are arranged in parallel at intervals, two ends of each connecting bottom plate 212 are respectively connected with two corresponding sliding fixed blocks 215 on the two adjusting slide rails 211, and the two sliding fixed blocks 215 on one adjusting slide rail 211 are respectively connected with the hand wheel adjusting member 22, so that the two sliding fixed blocks 215 respectively drive the two connecting bottom plates 212 to relatively approach or relatively move away along the adjusting slide rails 211 under the adjustment of the hand wheel adjusting member 22, and the supporting width of the bag placing positioning frame 21 on the packaging bag is adjusted. Two adjusting bottom plates 213 are located between the two connecting bottom plates 212 and are adjustably connected to the two width edges, respectively, to adjust the supporting length of the bag holding positioning frame 21 for the packing bag. The adjusting baffles 214 are vertically arranged and are respectively fixed with the connecting bottom plate 212 and the adjusting bottom plate 213 so as to adjust the supporting height of the bag placing positioning frame 21 on the packaging bag, and the connecting bottom plate 212, the adjusting bottom plate 213 and the adjusting baffles 214 enclose a frame cavity.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, a waist-shaped groove extending in the length direction is formed on the adjusting bottom plate 213, and the position of the connecting edge connecting the adjusting bottom plate 213 and the width edge of the upper shelf 11 in the waist-shaped groove is adjusted, so that the fixing position of the adjusting bottom plate 213 relative to the width edge can be adjusted, and further, the distance between the two adjusting bottom plates 213 is adjusted, so as to adjust the supporting length of the bag placing positioning frame 21 for the packaging bag. The adjusting baffles 214 are vertically arranged and are respectively fixed with the connecting bottom plate 212 and the adjusting bottom plate 213 so as to adjust the supporting height of the bag placing positioning frame 21 on the packaging bag, and the connecting bottom plate 212, the adjusting bottom plate 213 and the adjusting baffles 214 enclose a frame cavity. Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the adjusting baffle 214 defines the outer boundary of the bag placing and positioning frame 21, i.e. the position of the packaging bag, and a frame cavity for accommodating and positioning the packaging bag is formed by the connecting bottom plate 212, the adjusting bottom plate 213 and the adjusting baffle 214, and the volume of the frame cavity is adjustable.
In the preferred embodiment of this alternative, as shown in fig. 1, the support width of the connecting bottom plate 212 to the length edge of the package bag is 6mm to 10mm; the support width of the adjustment bottom plate 213 adjacent to the bag opening mechanism 30 to the width side of the packaging bag is 15mm to 20mm, and the support width of the other adjustment bottom plate 213 to the width side of the packaging bag is 30mm to 40mm. When the vertical stacking of the packaging bags is carried out, a large number of test machine tests are carried out, effect analysis and data summarization of each test are combined, when the supporting parameters of the bag placing positioning frame 21 on the packaging bags are as above, the packaging bags stacked vertically are supported stably, the bottommost packaging bag is easy to be drawn out from the bag outlet 201, the vertical stacking requirements of the rest packaging bags are not influenced in the process of drawing the bottommost packaging bag, and only the bottommost packaging bag is guaranteed to be drawn out each time, and the rest packaging bags are not influenced by the drawn packaging bags; certainly, the negative pressure is set in a matched manner, and when the negative pressure value is-0.03 MPa to-0.1 MPa, the extraction effect of the packaging bag is optimal.
In this alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the handwheel adjusting member 22 includes an adjusting base 221 disposed on the width edge of the upper rack 11, a forward and backward screw rod 222 inserted into the adjusting base 221, and an operating handwheel 223 connected to the end of the forward and backward screw rod 222. The adjustment base 221 is located between the two connection bases 212. After the two ends of the positive and negative lead screws 222 extend out of the adjusting base 221, the two ends are connected with the two sliding fixing blocks 215 which are correspondingly arranged in a positive and negative threaded manner. When the operation hand wheel 223 is rotated, the operation hand wheel 223 drives the forward and reverse screw rods 222 connected with each other to rotate, and when the forward and reverse screw rods 222 rotate, the two sliding fixing blocks 215 respectively connected with the forward and reverse screws are driven to relatively draw close or move away from each other, so that the two connecting bottom plates 212 are correspondingly driven to synchronously draw close or move away from each other relatively, and the supporting width of the bag placing positioning frame 21 on the packaging bag is adjusted.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bag suction and delivery mechanism includes a bag suction mechanism 40 for sucking the lowermost packaging bag, and a bag delivery mechanism 50 for delivering the packaging bag sucked by the bag suction mechanism 40 to the bag opening mechanism 30. The bag feeding mechanism 50 comprises a bag feeding slide rail 51 fixed on the bottom layer frame 12, an installation support 52 connected to the bag feeding slide rail 51 in a sliding mode, an installation support plate 53 fixedly supported on the bottom layer frame 12, and a bag feeding driving cylinder 54 arranged on the installation support plate 53, wherein the driving end of the bag feeding driving cylinder 54 is fixed with the installation support 52, the bag feeding driving cylinder 54 is connected with a controller, and in the working process, the controller controls the bag feeding driving cylinder 54 to stretch and retract so as to drive the installation support 52 to slide in a reciprocating mode, and the bag feeding operation from the bag placing positioning component 20 to the bag opening mechanism 30 is achieved. The bag suction mechanism 40 comprises a bag suction driving cylinder 41 vertically arranged on the mounting support 52, a first mounting plate 42 connected to the top end of the bag suction driving cylinder 41, and a bag suction disc group 43 arranged on the first mounting plate 42, the bag suction driving cylinder 41 is connected with a controller, the bag suction disc group 43 is connected with a vacuum extractor, during operation, the controller controls the bag suction driving cylinder 41 to stretch, and then the bag suction driving cylinder 42 drives the bag suction disc group 43 to vertically lift up and down relative to the vertically stacked packaging bags, when the bag suction disc group 43 rises to be closely attached to the bottommost packaging bag, the controller controls the vacuum extractor to vacuumize the bag suction disc group 43, and the bag suction disc group 43 tightly sucks the bottommost packaging bag 70.
In this alternative, as shown in FIG. 1, the first mounting plate 42 is "T" shaped and includes a head plate and a spreader plate connected perpendicularly to the head plate. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bag opening mechanism 30 includes an upper bag opening disc group 31 and a lower bag opening disc group 32 which are disposed opposite to each other in the up-down direction, a second mounting plate 33 connected to the upper bag opening disc group 31, an upper bag opening member connected to the second mounting plate 33, a third mounting plate 35 connected to the lower bag opening disc group 32, and a lower bag opening member connected to the third mounting plate 35. The upper bag opening disk set 31 and the lower bag opening disk set 32 are respectively connected with a vacuum extractor. The upper bag opening member and the lower bag opening member are respectively connected to the mounting frame 10, and are respectively connected with the controller, so as to drive the corresponding upper bag opening disc set 31 and the lower bag opening disc set 32 to be relatively close to or relatively separated from each other, during operation, the controller controls the upper bag opening member and the lower bag opening member to act, and further correspondingly drives the upper bag opening disc set 31 and the lower bag opening disc set 32 to be relatively close to or relatively separated from each other through the second mounting plate 33 and the third mounting plate 35, during relative close, the controller controls the vacuumizing device to act, so that the upper bag opening disc set 31 and the lower bag opening disc set 32 relatively tightly suck two outer bag surfaces of the packaging bag, and when the upper bag opening disc set 31 and the lower bag opening disc set 32 are relatively separated from each other, the opening of the packaging bag is opened.
In this alternative, as shown in fig. 1, the bag opening member includes a first bag opening driving cylinder 34 connected to the second mounting plate 33, a mounting slider 38 for mounting the first bag opening driving cylinder 34, a mounting slide rail for slidably mounting the mounting slider 38, and a second bag opening driving cylinder 39 for driving the mounting slider 38 to move, the first bag opening driving cylinder 34 is fixed to the mounting slider 38, the mounting slider 38 is slidably mounted on the mounting slide rail, the mounting slider is connected to a driving end of the second bag opening driving cylinder 39, the mounting slide rail and the second bag opening driving cylinder 39 are both disposed on the extending frame 13, and the first bag opening driving cylinder 34 and the second bag opening driving cylinder 39 are respectively connected to the controller. The upper bag opening plate group 31 comprises a plurality of upper bag opening suction cups, and the plurality of upper bag opening suction cups are sequentially arranged on the second mounting plate 33 at intervals along the width direction of the packaging bag. During operation, the controller controls the second bag opening driving cylinder 39 to stretch and retract, so as to drive the mounting sliding block 38 connected with the second bag opening driving cylinder to slide on the mounting sliding rail, the mounting sliding block 38 drives the first bag opening driving cylinder 34 to linearly slide, and simultaneously the controller also controls the first bag opening driving cylinder 34 to stretch and retract, so as to drive the second mounting plate 33 connected with the first bag opening driving cylinder to move, so that the upper bag opening disc set 31 slides up and down. By arranging the second bag opening driving cylinder 39 and the first bag opening driving cylinder 34, the sliding stroke of the first bag opening driving cylinder 34 is effectively shortened, and the movement is stable and reliable.
In this alternative, as shown in fig. 1, the bag opening member includes a third bag opening cylinder 36 fixed to the third mounting plate 35, and the third bag opening cylinder 36 is connected to the extension frame 13 and connected to the controller. The lower bag plate group 32 comprises a plurality of lower bag suckers which are sequentially arranged on the third mounting plate 35 at intervals along the width direction of the packaging bag. When the bag opening device works, the controller controls the third bag opening driving cylinder 36 to stretch and retract, and then the third mounting plate 35 drives the lower bag opening plate group 32 connected with the third bag opening driving cylinder to slide up and down.
In the preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the bag opening mechanism 30 further includes a buffer plate 37 for preventing the opening of the packaging bag from falling down. Buffer board 37 is vertical to be set up on extending frame 13, and the slope of bag dish group 32 is opened towards down in the time of buffer board 37's upper end upwards extends to bag dish group 32's top is opened under the height, and then smoothly guides the open end of wrapping bag to the top of bag dish group 32 under, effectively prevents to couch under the wrapping bag open end and then leads to opening the bag not smooth or the sack is opened and can not be opened. In the embodiment of the preferred embodiment, the included angle between the buffer plate 37 and the horizontal plane is 30-45 °. During the actual action, wrapping bag 70 is at the in-process of left motion, owing to receive suction, the effect of resistance and gravity, deformation can take place, probably lead to the sack tenesmus, bump into the lower bag sucking disc, lead to wrapping bag 70 can't accurately deliver to supreme bag sucking disc of opening and under between the bag sucking disc, so design a buffer board 37 and play the adjustment effect, through a buffering inclined plane, finally the sack can just in time be arranged in under on the bag sucking disc, two open between the bag sucking disc, ensure that follow-up bag opening action is accomplished, and through the experiment of trying on the machine many times, buffer board and horizontal contained angle are when 30 ~ 45, the best effect.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the vacuum extractor is a vacuum pump. The controller comprises a PLC, a negative pressure detector for detecting the negative pressure of the loop, bag opening detectors arranged in the first bag opening driving cylinder 34 and the third bag opening driving cylinder 36, a bag feeding detector arranged in the bag feeding driving cylinder 54, a bag suction detector arranged in the bag suction driving cylinder 41 and a bag lack detector 61 connected to the mounting support plate 53. The negative pressure detector, the bag opening detector, the bag feeding detector, the bag suction detector and the bag lack detector 61 are respectively connected with the PLC.
The automatic bag feeding device comprises the following specific working processes:
before the device is normally started, as shown in fig. 1, the packaging bags 70 are vertically stacked on the bag placing positioning member 20, and after the packaging bags are placed, the adjusting baffle 214 is adjusted to enable the stacked packaging bags to be fixed, and then the device can be normally started.
Starting the equipment, wherein the bag suction driving cylinder 41, namely an air cylinder or an oil cylinder, firstly extends upwards, simultaneously drives the first mounting plate 42 and the bag suction disc group 43 to move upwards together, sucks the packaging bag 70 under the suction action of the first bag suction sucking disc and the second bag suction sucking disc, then the bag suction driving cylinder 41 starts to retract, and simultaneously draws out the packaging bag 70 from the bag outlet 201; then the bag feeding driving cylinder 54 extends leftwards, and the bag sucking driving cylinder 41, the first mounting plate 42 and the bag sucking disc group 43 are driven by the mounting support 52 to feed the sucked packaging bag 70 into the space between the upper bag opening disc group 31 and the lower bag opening disc group 32 under the action of the bag feeding slide rail 51. After the bag feeding detector detects that the bag feeding is in place, the first bag opening driving cylinder 34, the second bag opening driving cylinder 39 and the third bag opening driving cylinder 36 move simultaneously to enable the upper bag opening sucker and the lower bag opening sucker to be closed to suck the packaging bag, and then the first bag opening driving cylinder 34 and the third bag opening driving cylinder 36 retract to complete bag opening. Finally, the bag feeding driving cylinder 54 starts to retract to the starting position, and a new bag feeding operation can be started again. Preferably, the mounting plate 53 is provided with a bag missing detector 61, i.e. a photoelectric sensor, for detecting whether the packaging bag 70 is used up, so as to remind the customer to put the bag in time.
A bag suction principle: as shown in fig. 3, the four sides of the packing bag are placed on the coupling bottom plate 212 and the regulating bottom plate 213, first, to ensure that the stacked packing bags 70 do not leak from above; because the packing bag has good ductility and flexibility, when the suction bag sucker sucks the center of the packing bag 70 and pulls downwards, the packing bag can be slightly deformed, four edges are pulled out from the upper connecting bottom plate 212 and the adjusting bottom plate 213, and the rest packing bags 70 are continuously pressed on the connecting bottom plate 212 and the adjusting bottom plate 213 under the action of gravity, so that the aim of pulling out one packing bag at a time is fulfilled.
An automatic control section: the device consists of a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), a vacuum pump, a bag suction driving cylinder 41, a bag conveying driving cylinder 54, a first bag opening driving cylinder 34, a second bag opening driving cylinder 39, a third bag opening driving cylinder 36, an upper bag opening plate group 31, a lower bag opening plate group 32, a bag suction plate group 43, a negative pressure detector, a bag opening detector, a bag conveying detector, a bag grabbing detector and a bag missing detector 61. When the vacuum sucking disc works, the negative pressure detector detects the negative pressure of the system and transmits a negative pressure signal to the PLC, and the PLC starts or stops the vacuum pump according to a set pressure parameter to provide a stable negative pressure air source for the sucking disc; the bag grabbing detector feeds the position of the bag sucking driving cylinder 41 back to the PLC, when the position is correct, the bag sucking driving cylinder 41 is controlled to extend upwards, the PLC controls the bag sucking disc group 43 to suck the packaging bag 70 after the bag sucking driving cylinder 41 extends to the proper position, the PLC controls the bag sucking driving cylinder 41 to retract downwards after the packaging bag is sucked, the packaging bag 70 is pulled out from the bag outlet 201 of the bag placing positioning frame 21, the PLC controls the bag feeding driving cylinder 54 to extend forwards after the bag sucking driving cylinder 41 retracts to the proper position, the bag feeding detector detects whether the packaging bag is in the proper position at the moment, the PLC controls the first bag opening driving cylinder 34 and the second bag opening driving cylinder 39 to extend downwards after the packaging bag is placed in the proper position, the third bag opening driving cylinder 36 extends upwards, the packaging bag is clamped by the upper bag opening disc group 31 and the lower bag opening disc group 32, the PLC controls the upper bag opening disc group 31 and the lower bag opening disc group 32 to suck the packaging bag, the PLC controls the bag sucking disc group 43 to release the packaging bag, the first bag opening driving cylinder 34 retracts upwards after the packaging bag group 43 releases the packaging bag, the third bag opening cylinder 36 retracts downwards, the packaging bag opens, the packaging bag opening cylinder 36 retracts to the packaging bag, the packaging bag is opened, the packaging bag releasing detector detects whether the packaging bag is opened, and the packaging bag is released, and the packaging bag releasing PLC controls the packaging bag releasing mechanism to release to complete the PLC controls the packaging bag and the PLC controls the bag releasing mechanism to release. In the working process, if the inner packing bag of the bag placing positioning frame 21 is exhausted, the bag lack detector 61 transmits a signal back to the PLC, the PLC controls the whole mechanism to pause and send out an alarm signal after the current cycle is completed, and the normal work is not recovered until the bag placing positioning frame 21 has a bag.

1. An automatic bag feeding apparatus for built-in installation in a main frame of a vacuum packaging machine, comprising:
the packaging bag stacking and positioning device comprises a mounting rack (10) connected with the main rack, wherein bag placing and positioning members (20) used for vertically stacking and positioning packaging bags of different types and/or different sizes are arranged on the mounting rack (10), and bag outlet openings (201) are formed in the bottoms of the bag placing and positioning members (20) so that the packaging bags which are vertically stacked and positioned can be sequentially drawn out from the bag outlet openings (201);
the mounting rack (10) is further provided with a bag sucking and conveying mechanism, a bag opening mechanism (30), a controller and a vacuum extractor connected with the controller, the bag sucking and conveying mechanism is located below the bag placing positioning member (20), the bag opening mechanism (30) is located at the discharge end of the bag sucking and conveying mechanism, and the bag sucking and conveying mechanism is respectively connected with the controller and the vacuum extractor and used for sucking the bottommost packaging bag tightly and then drawing the packaging bag out of the bag outlet (201) and transferring the packaging bag to the bag opening mechanism (30);
the bag opening mechanism (30) is respectively connected with the controller and the vacuum extractor so as to suck and tightly convey the bags to opposite two surfaces of the packaging bags at the station and then move reversely to open the openings of the packaging bags, so that the subsequent bag grabbing and feeding operations can be carried out;
the mounting frame (10) is frame-shaped and comprises an upper layer frame (11) and a bottom layer frame (12) which are arranged oppositely up and down, and an extension frame (13) connected with one end of the upper layer frame (11) and one end of the bottom layer frame (12); the bag placing positioning component (20) comprises a bag placing positioning frame (21) arranged on the upper layer frame (11), and a frame cavity of the bag placing positioning frame (21) is used for vertically stacking and positioning the packaging bags; the bag placing positioning frame (21) comprises two adjusting slide rails (211), two sliding fixing blocks (215) which are connected to the adjusting slide rails (211) in a sliding manner, two connecting bottom plates (212), two adjusting bottom plates (213) and a plurality of adjusting baffles (214); the two adjusting slide rails (211) are respectively arranged on the two width edges of the upper layer frame (11) and extend along the width edges; the two connecting bottom plates (212) are arranged in parallel at intervals, two ends of each connecting bottom plate (212) are respectively connected with two corresponding sliding fixing blocks (215) on the two adjusting slide rails (211), and the two sliding fixing blocks (215) on one adjusting slide rail (211) are respectively connected with the hand wheel adjusting component (22), so that the two sliding fixing blocks (215) respectively drive the two connecting bottom plates (212) to relatively approach or relatively move away along the adjusting slide rails (211) under the adjustment of the hand wheel adjusting component (22), and the supporting width of the bag placing positioning frame (21) on the packaging bag is adjusted; the two adjusting bottom plates (213) are positioned between the two connecting bottom plates (212) and are respectively adjustably connected with the two width edges so as to adjust the supporting length of the bag placing positioning frame (21) to the packaging bag; the adjusting baffles (214) are vertically arranged and are respectively fixed with the connecting bottom plate (212) and the adjusting bottom plate (213) so as to adjust the supporting height of the bag placing positioning frame (21) on the packaging bag, and a frame cavity is enclosed by the connecting bottom plate (212), the adjusting bottom plate (213) and the adjusting baffles (214);
the bag opening mechanism (30) comprises an upper bag opening plate group (31) and a lower bag opening plate group (32) which are arranged oppositely up and down, a second mounting plate (33) connected with the upper bag opening plate group (31), an upper bag opening member connected with the second mounting plate (33), a third mounting plate (35) connected with the lower bag opening plate group (32), and a lower bag opening member connected with the third mounting plate (35); the upper bag opening plate group (31) and the lower bag opening plate group (32) are respectively connected with a vacuum extractor; the upper bag opening member and the lower bag opening member are respectively connected to the mounting frame (10), and are respectively connected with the controller so as to drive the corresponding upper bag opening disc set (31) and the corresponding lower bag opening disc set (32) to relatively close or relatively separate;
the upper bag opening component comprises a first bag opening driving cylinder (34) connected with a second mounting plate (33), a mounting sliding block (38) used for mounting the first bag opening driving cylinder (34), a mounting sliding rail used for slidably mounting the mounting sliding block (38), and a second bag opening driving cylinder (39) used for driving the mounting sliding block (38) to move, wherein the first bag opening driving cylinder (34) is fixed with the mounting sliding block (38), the mounting sliding block (38) is slidably mounted on the mounting sliding rail, the mounting sliding block is connected with the driving end of the second bag opening driving cylinder (39), the mounting sliding rail and the second bag opening driving cylinder (39) are both arranged on the extending frame (13), and the first bag opening driving cylinder (34) and the second bag opening driving cylinder (39) are respectively connected with a controller; the upper bag opening plate group (31) comprises a plurality of upper bag opening suckers which are sequentially arranged on the second mounting plate (33) at intervals along the width direction of the packaging bag; the lower bag opening component comprises a third bag opening driving cylinder (36) fixed with a third mounting plate (35), and the third bag opening driving cylinder (36) is connected to the extension frame (13) and is connected with the controller; bag dish group (32) are opened including a plurality of bag sucking discs of opening down, and a plurality of bag sucking discs of opening down are laid on third mounting panel (35) along the width direction of wrapping bag interval in proper order.
2. The automatic bag feeding device according to claim 1,
the bag placing positioning component (20) is arranged on the upper layer frame (11);
the bag sucking and conveying mechanism is arranged on the bottom layer frame (12);
the bag opening mechanism (30) is arranged on the extending frame (13).
