In addition, when the rotating wheel 11 of the cigarette packet transferring mechanism 1 rotates to the cigarette packet pushing-out position, exactly one stopper 4 is aligned with the stopper 5 fixed on the frame 2, and the controller 6 drives the stopper 5 to be inserted into the stopper 4 aligned with the stopper, so that the rotating wheel 11 can be locked at the cigarette packet pushing-out position, and the cigarette packet inside the mold box 12 can be smoothly pushed into the cigarette box on the cigarette box conveying belt. The rotating wheel 11 is ensured not to swing unnecessarily due to inertia after rotating to the preset position, so that the rotating wheel 11 is accurately positioned at the preset position.
As described above, the preset positions include the cigarette packet pushing-in position and the cigarette packet pushing-out position, it can be understood that, when the driving motor drives the cam 63 to rotate through the transmission shaft 31 so that the first arc surface 631 of the cam 63 abuts against the swinging end of the swinging member, the driving motor drives the rotating wheel 11 to rotate away from the preset position through the middle shaft 32 and rotate between the cigarette packet pushing-in position and the cigarette packet pushing-out position.
The applicant has found that the filling machine provided by the embodiment can stably operate at a machine speed of 22 bars/min, and further, the filling machine can reach 27 bars/min at the maximum.
Example two
The present embodiments provide a filling machine. The filling machine provided in this embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the controller 6 is designed differently. The controller 6 comprises a driving cylinder, a spindle encoder and a microprocessor. The output shaft of the driving cylinder is connected to the connecting block 532 of the detent mechanism 5, that is, the driving cylinder can drive the detent mechanism 5 to switch between the extended state and the retracted state. The spindle encoder is used for sensing the rotation angle of the middle shaft 32 and is connected with the microprocessor. The microprocessor is also connected with the driving cylinder. When the spindle encoder senses that the center shaft 32 rotates to align one of the stoppers 4 with the corresponding retainer 5, the microprocessor controls the output shaft of the driving cylinder to extend to drive the telescopic head 55 of the retainer 5 to be inserted into the corresponding stopper 4. When the middle shaft 32 needs to continue rotating, the microprocessor controls the output shaft of the driving cylinder to retract so as to drive the telescopic head 55 of the position clamping device 5 to withdraw from the corresponding position limiting device 4. Therefore, the filling machine can effectively solve the problem that the rotating wheel 11 is not accurately positioned, and meanwhile, the rotation of the rotating wheel 11 at other positions cannot be interfered, so that the improvement of the capacity of the filling machine is facilitated, and the stop frequency is greatly reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A positioning device for a filling machine, the filling machine comprising a cigarette packet transfer mechanism (1) and a frame (2), the cigarette packet transfer mechanism (1) comprising a rotating wheel (11) rotatably mounted to the frame (2) and a mould box (12) fixed to the rotating wheel (11), characterized in that the positioning device comprises a plurality of stoppers (4), a clamping device (5) and a controller (6); the plurality of the limiting devices (4) are respectively fixed on the rotating wheel (11), the clamping devices (5) are fixed on the rack (2), and the controller (6) is connected with the clamping devices (5); when the rotating wheel (11) rotates to a preset position, at least one stopper (4) is aligned with the position clamping device (5); the position clamping device (5) has an extending state and a retracting state; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the controller (6) is used for controlling the position clamping device (5) to maintain the retraction state when the rotating wheel (11) is not at the preset position;
the controller (6) is also used for driving the position clamping device (5) to be switched to the extending state from the retracting state when the rotating wheel (11) rotates to the preset position, so that the position clamping device (5) is inserted into the position limiting device (4) aligned with the position clamping device (5).

The positioning device for a filling machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the filling machine further comprises a power and transmission mechanism (3), the power and transmission mechanism (3) comprising a driving motor, a middle shaft (32), a gear set (33) and a transmission shaft (31), the driving motor being connected with the middle shaft (32) and the transmission shaft (31) through the gear set (33), respectively; the rotating wheel (11) is fixedly sleeved on the middle shaft (32); the controller (6) comprises a steel rope (61), a swinging rod (62) and a cam (63); the swinging piece is provided with a fixed end and a swinging end, the fixed end is fixed on the rack (2), and the swinging end is connected with the clamping device (5) through the steel rope (61); the cam (63) is fixedly sleeved on the transmission shaft (31), the center of a base circle of the cam (63) is located on the line of a center shaft (32) of the transmission shaft (31), the peripheral side surface of the cam (63) is abutted against the swinging end of the swinging piece, and the peripheral side surface comprises a first arc surface (631) with a larger radius and a second arc surface (632) with a smaller radius; when the first arc surface (631) abuts against the swinging end of the swinging piece, the swinging piece pulls the position clamping device (5) through the steel rope (61) so as to maintain the position clamping device (5) in the retraction state; when the second arc surface (632) abuts against the swinging end of the swinging piece, the pulling force of the swinging piece on the position clamping device (5) disappears, and the position clamping device (5) is converted into the extending state from the retracting state.

The positioning device for filling machines according to claim 2, characterized in that the detent (5) comprises a base (51), an outer guide (52), an inner guide (53), a return spring (54) and a telescopic head (55); the base (51) is fixed on the frame (2), the outer guide (52) is installed on the base (51), the inner guide (53) can be slidably arranged on the outer guide (52) in a penetrating mode, the telescopic head (55) is fixedly connected to one end of the inner guide (53), the other end of the inner guide (53) is connected with the steel rope (61), and two opposite ends of the reset spring (54) respectively abut against the telescopic head (55) and the outer guide (52); when the position fastener (5) is in the retraction state, the return spring (54) is in a compression state; when the position clamping device (5) is in the extending state, the return spring (54) is in a natural state;
during the rotation of the cam (63) with the transmission shaft (31):
when the driving motor drives the cam (63) to rotate through the transmission shaft (31) so that the first arc surface (631) abuts against the swinging end of the swinging piece, the swinging piece generates a pulling force towards the direction away from the stopper (4) to the inner guide piece (53) through the steel rope (61), and the inner guide piece (53) forms a pressure to the return spring (54) through the telescopic head (55) so that the return spring (54) is kept in a compressed state;
when the driving motor drives the cam (63) to rotate through the transmission shaft (31) so that the second arc surface (632) abuts against the swinging end of the swinging piece, the pulling force of the swinging piece on the inner guide piece (53) disappears, and the telescopic head (55) moves towards the stopper (4) for a certain distance under the rebound action of the return spring (54).

The positioning device for the filling machine according to claim 3, characterized in that when the rotation wheel (11) is driven by the driving motor through the central shaft (32) to rotate to the preset position, the cam (63) is driven by the transmission shaft (31) to rotate to enable the second arc surface (632) to abut against the swinging end of the swinging member, and the telescopic head (55) moves a certain distance towards the stopper (4) under the rebounding action of the return spring (54) and extends into the stopper (4) aligned with the stopper (5).

The positioning device for a filling machine according to claim 5, wherein said filling machine further comprises a cigarette pack feeding conveyor mechanism and a cigarette pack feeding conveyor mechanism, said cigarette pack feeding conveyor mechanism comprising a cigarette pack lane, said cigarette pack feeding conveyor mechanism comprising a cigarette pack conveyor belt; the preset positions comprise a cigarette packet pushing-in position and a cigarette packet pushing-out position; when the rotating wheel (11) rotates to the cigarette packet pushing-in position, a mould box (12) on the rotating wheel (11) is aligned with the cigarette packet channel; when the rotating wheel (11) rotates to the cigarette packet pushing-out position, the mould boxes (12) on the rotating wheel (11) are aligned with the cigarette packets on the cigarette packet conveying belt.

The positioning device for the filling machine according to claim 6, wherein when the driving motor drives the cam (63) to rotate through the transmission shaft (31) so that the first arc surface (631) of the cam (63) abuts against the swinging end of the swinging member, the driving motor drives the rotating wheel (11) to rotate away from the preset position through the middle shaft (32) and rotate between the cigarette packet pushing-in position and the cigarette packet pushing-out position.

The positioning device for filling machines according to claim 3, characterized in that said external guide (52) comprises two sleeves (521) and flaps (522) respectively connected to the same side of said two sleeves (521), said internal guide (53) comprises two shafts (531) respectively inserted inside said two sleeves (521) and connecting blocks (532) respectively connected to the same side of said two shafts (531); the telescopic head (55) is respectively connected with one end of each of the two shaft rods (531) which is far away from the connecting block (532), and the return spring (54) respectively supports against the telescopic head (55) and the blocking piece (522); the steel rope (61) is connected to the connecting block (532).
