2,在纯电驱动模式下时,可根据驾驶员对动力的需求选择双电机驱动或单电机驱动,从而可最大化实现燃料经济性,并且在双电机和单电机的纯电动模式下均配备不同的挡位以优化系统效率,从而减少传动系损失。此外,据本发明的混合驱动系统还可实现发动机的单独驱动,因此在特殊工况下(例如,高速行驶、越野行驶、电池电力不足等)能够利用发动机直接驱动车辆。
3,通将行星齿轮机构设置在发动机与第一电机之间,可有利于提升发动机的转速并且更好地配合第一电机的转速,从而可在第一电机作为发电机时提高发电效率;此外,通过将行星齿轮机构设置在第一电机的输出侧,可有利于将第一电机和第二电机的转速进行匹配来优化双电机驱动模式下的传动系效率。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种双电机混合驱动系统,以下将参照图1和图2详细描述根据本发明的双电机混合驱动系统的实施例。
根据本发明的双电机混合驱动系统包括发动机模块、第一电机模块、第二电机模块和动力输出模块。发动机模块与第一电机模块串联布置并且驱动连接到第一电机模块,第二电机模块与第一电机模块并联布置以彼此独立地输出驱动力,动力输出模块驱动连接到第一电机模块和第二电机模块,以接收来自发动机模块、第一电机模块和/或第二电机模块的驱动力。
图1是根据本发明的第一实施例的双电机混合驱动系统的示意图。参照图1,发动机模块可包括发动机10、发动机输出轴11、单向离合器12和行星齿轮机构,行星齿轮机构包括行星架13、太阳轮14、行星齿轮15和大齿圈16。
发动机10经由发动机输出轴11输出第一驱动力,单向离合器12连接到行星架13之间以允许行星架13仅沿一个方向旋转,大齿圈16固定地设置,并且行星齿轮15被行星架13支撑并且与大齿圈16和太阳轮14啮合,并且行星架13为行星齿轮机构的输入端,太阳轮14为行星齿轮机构的输出端。
单向离合器12设置在发动机输出轴11与行星架13之间,并且发动机模块经由太阳轮14驱动连接到第一电机模块。
第一电机模块包括第一电机17、第一电机轴18、第二主动齿轮19和同步器20。
第一电机17与发动机10串联布置并且能够接收发动机模块的第一驱动力,并且第一电机17能够通过第一电机轴18输出第二驱动力,第一电机轴18和发动机输出轴11同轴布置,第二主动齿轮19可旋转地支撑在第一电机轴18上以能够相对于第一电机轴18独立旋转,同步器20固定连接到第一电机轴18上并且能够将第二主动齿轮19选择性地驱动连接到第一电机轴18以使第二主动齿轮19与第一电机轴18同步旋转,第二主动齿轮19设置在第一电机17与同步器20之间。
第二电机模块包括结合齿21、第一主动齿轮22、第二电机轴23和第二电机24。
第二电机24经由第二电机轴23输出第三驱动力,第二电机轴23与第一电机轴18同轴设置,第一主动齿轮22固定连接到第二电机轴23上以与第二电机轴23同步旋转,结合齿21设置在第二电机轴23的端部并且靠近同步器20,并且结合齿21能够与同步器20选择性地结合,以使经由第一电机轴18传递的第二驱动力和经由第二电机轴23传递地第三驱动力彼此耦合。
动力输出模块包括第一从动齿轮25、主减齿轮26、第二从动齿轮27、主减大齿轮25和差速器29。
第一从动齿轮25、主减齿轮26和第二从动齿轮27均固定连接到第一中间轴上,第一中间轴与第一电机轴18和第二电机轴23平行布置,第一从动齿轮25与第一主动齿轮22啮合连接以接收来自第二电机24的第三驱动力,第二从动齿轮27与第二主动齿轮19啮合连接以接收来自第一电机17的第二驱动力或者来自发动机10的第一驱动力,主减齿轮26布置在第一从动齿轮25和第二从动齿轮27之间并且与形成在差速器29的壳体上的主减大齿轮25啮合连接,以将来自发动机10、第一电机17或第二电机24的驱动力传递到差速器29。
作为一个变型示例,动力输出模块还可包括第三从动齿轮(未示出)和第二中间轴(未示出),第三从动齿轮可固定设置在第二中间轴上并且与主减大齿轮28和太阳轮14啮合连接,从而动力输出模块可直接接收来自发动机10的第一驱动力。
参照图2,示出了根据本发明的第二实施例的双电机混合驱动系统的示意图。根据第二实施例的双电机混合驱动系统的结构与根据第一实施例的双电机混合驱动系统的结构的不同之处在于:单向离合器12设置在第一电机轴18与行星架13之间,并且第一电机17经由太阳轮14驱动连接到动力输出模块。例如,太阳轮14可驱动连接到第一电机轴18,并且经由设置在第一电机轴18上的第二主动齿轮驱动连接到动力输出模块。
作为一个变型示例,动力输出模块还可包括第三主动齿轮(未示出)、第三从动齿轮(未示出)和第二中间轴(未示出)。第三主动齿轮固定设置在发动机输出轴11上,并且第三从动齿轮固定设置在第二中间轴上并且与主减大齿轮28和第三主动齿轮啮合连接,从而动力输出模块可直接接收来自发动机10的第一驱动力。

Claims (6)

1.一种双电机混合驱动系统,其特征在于,所述双电机混合驱动系统包括发动机模块、第一电机模块、第二电机模块和动力输出模块,
其中,所述发动机模块与所述第一电机模块串联布置并且驱动连接到所述第一电机模块,所述第二电机模块与所述第一电机模块并联布置以彼此独立地输出驱动力,所述动力输出模块驱动连接到所述第一电机模块和所述第二电机模块,以接收来自所述发动机模块、所述第一电机模块和/或所述第二电机模块的驱动力;
所述发动机模块包括发动机(10)、发动机输出轴(11)、单向离合器(12)和行星齿轮机构,所述行星齿轮机构包括行星架(13)、太阳轮(14)、行星齿轮(15)和大齿圈(16);
其中,所述发动机(10)经由所述发动机输出轴(11)输出第一驱动力,所述单向离合器(12)连接到所述行星架(13)之间以允许所述行星架(13)仅沿一个方向旋转,所述大齿圈(16)固定地设置,并且所述行星齿轮(15)被所述行星架(13)支撑并且与所述大齿圈(16)和所述太阳轮(14)啮合,并且所述行星架(13)为所述行星齿轮机构的输入端,所述太阳轮(14)为所述行星齿轮机构的输出端;
所述第一电机模块包括第一电机(17)、第一电机轴(18)、第二主动齿轮(19)和同步器(20);
其中,所述第一电机(17)与所述发动机(10)串联布置并且能够接收所述发动机模块的第一驱动力,并且所述第一电机(17)能够通过所述第一电机轴(18)输出第二驱动力,所述第一电机轴(18)和发动机输出轴(11)同轴布置,所述第二主动齿轮(19)可旋转地支撑在所述第一电机轴(18)上以能够相对于所述第一电机轴(18)独立旋转,所述同步器(20)固定连接到所述第一电机轴(18)上并且能够将所述第二主动齿轮(19)选择性地驱动连接到所述第一电机轴(18)以使所述第二主动齿轮(19)与所述第一电机轴(18)同步旋转,所述第二主动齿轮(19)设置在所述第一电机(17)与所述同步器(20)之间;
所述第二电机模块包括结合齿(21)、第一主动齿轮(22)、第二电机轴(23)和第二电机(24),
其中,所述第二电机(24)经由所述第二电机轴(23)输出第三驱动力,所述第二电机轴(23)与所述第一电机轴(18)同轴设置,所述第一主动齿轮(22)固定连接到所述第二电机轴(23)上以与所述第二电机轴(23)同步旋转,所述结合齿(21)设置在第二电机轴(23)的端部并且靠近所述同步器(20),并且所述结合齿(21)能够与所述同步器(20)选择性地结合,以使经由所述第一电机轴(18)传递的第二驱动力和经由所述第二电机轴(23)传递地第三驱动力彼此耦合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双电机混合驱动系统,其特征在于,所述动力输出模块包括第一从动齿轮(25)、主减齿轮(26)、第二从动齿轮(27)、主减大齿轮(25)和差速器(29);
其中,所述第一从动齿轮(25)、所述主减齿轮(26)和所述第二从动齿轮(27)均固定连接到第一中间轴上,所述第一中间轴与所述第一电机轴(18)和所述第二电机轴(23)平行布置,所述第一从动齿轮(25)与所述第一主动齿轮(22)啮合连接以接收来自所述第二电机(24)的第三驱动力,所述第二从动齿轮(27)与所述第二主动齿轮(19)啮合连接以接收来自所述第一电机(17)的第二驱动力或者来自所述发动机(10)的第一驱动力,所述主减齿轮(26)布置在所述第一从动齿轮(25)和所述第二从动齿轮(27)之间并且与形成在所述差速器(29)的壳体上的主减大齿轮(25)啮合连接,以将来自所述发动机(10)、所述第一电机(17)或所述第二电机(24)的驱动力传递到所述差速器(29)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双电机混合驱动系统,其特征在于,所述单向离合器(12)设置在所述发动机输出轴(11)与所述行星架(13)之间,并且所述发动机模块经由所述太阳轮(14)驱动连接到所述第一电机模块。
4.根据权利要求2所述的双电机混合驱动系统,其特征在于,所述单向离合器(12)设置在所述第一电机轴(18)与所述行星架(13)之间,并且所述第一电机(17)经由所述太阳轮(14)驱动连接到所述动力输出模块。
5.根据权利要求3所述的双电机混合驱动系统,其特征在于,所述动力输出模块还包括第三从动齿轮和第二中间轴,所述第三从动齿轮固定设置在所述第二中间轴上并且与所述主减大齿轮(28)和所述太阳轮(14)啮合连接。
6.根据权利要求4所述的双电机混合驱动系统,其特征在于,所述动力输出模块还包括第三主动齿轮、第三从动齿轮和第二中间轴,所述第三主动齿轮固定设置在所述发动机输出轴(11)上,并且所述第三从动齿轮固定设置在所述第二中间轴上并且与所述主减大齿轮(28)和所述第三主动齿轮啮合连接。
