The invention discloses alcohol-free fountain solution which is prepared from the following substances in percentage by mass: 20 to 35 percent of water, 0.5 to 3 percent of sodium hydroxide, 1 to 3 percent of sodium nitrate, 1 to 3 percent of sodium citrate, 1 to 3 percent of sorbitol, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of preservative, 28 to 45 percent of ethylene glycol tertiary butyl ether, 1 to 4 percent of surfactant, 0.1 to 2 percent of defoaming agent, 0.5 to 3 percent of citric acid monohydrate, 8 to 15 percent of glycerol and 8 to 12 percent of antifreeze. Further, the material is prepared from the following substances in percentage by mass: 32.5% of water, 2% of sodium hydroxide, 1.5% of sodium nitrate, 1.5% of sodium citrate, 1.5% of sorbitol, 0.2% of preservative, 35% of ethylene glycol tertiary butyl ether, 1% of surfactant, 1.3% of defoaming agent, 1.5% of citric acid monohydrate, 10% of glycerol and 12% of antifreeze.
The preparation method of the alcohol-free fountain solution comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:

the alcohol-free fountain solution is prepared from the following substances in percentage by mass: 32.5% of water, 2% of sodium hydroxide, 1.5% of sodium nitrate, 1.5% of sodium citrate, 1.5% of sorbitol, 0.2% of preservative, 35% of ethylene glycol tertiary butyl ether, 1% of surfactant, 1.3% of defoaming agent, 1.5% of citric acid monohydrate, 10% of glycerol and 12% of antifreeze.
VOC detection is carried out on the alcohol-free fountain solution produced in the second embodiment, the sample amount is 250ml, the VOC content in the sample is determined according to GB 38508-:

Hexavalent chromium was analyzed using IC-UV/LC-ICP-MS. The organotin was analyzed by GC-MS. Specific detection results are shown in table 4:
