Specifically, the control system for the printing semi-finished product output parameters of the printing workshop comprises a printing semi-finished product output parameter calculation model subsystem, a digital production process subsystem and a production operation management subsystem, wherein the parameter calculation model subsystem is configured to: presetting perimeter data of a printing plate roller, reading the number of rotation turns of the printing plate roller in real time, and calculating the length meter value of a printed printing raw material roll film; when detecting that the printing of each printing raw material roll film is finished, executing automatic cutting and simultaneously generating the finished meter number of the printing raw material roll film; the digital production process subsystem reads the finished meter value of each printing raw material roll film in real time and sends the finished meter value to the production operation management subsystem for performing comparative analysis on data; wherein the production operation management subsystem automatically checks whether the number of produced meters matches the number of input meters; if the difference value of the output meter number and the input meter number is within the error allowable range, judging that the output is effective, receiving the data value as the output meter value, storing the output meter value into a production daily report module, and simultaneously storing the production operation management subsystem into a tracing record under the production batch number and a progress report formed by the accumulated finishing quantity of the printing process under the production batch number; if the difference value of the output meter number and the input meter number is not in the error allowable range, judging that the output meter number is not matched with the input meter number, wherein when the output meter number is larger than the input meter number, the production operation management subsystem records according to the input meter number and feeds back a difference alarm report to remind manual judgment; and when the number of produced meters is smaller than the number of input meters, the production operation management subsystem records the number of produced meters, takes the difference value between the number of produced meters and the number of output meters as the number value of the waste in the secondary production lot number printing process, stores the number value into a waste record table, feeds the number value back to the manual work, waits for receiving cause information data of the waste, forms a waste analysis cause report, and feeds the report back to the manual work improvement analysis.
Further, the production operations management subsystem is further configured to: and allocating a unique bar code to each printing raw material roll film, and recording the initial length meter value of each printing raw material roll film so as to match the production batch number to each printing raw material roll film, wherein the total length data and the position data of each printing raw material roll film are arranged in each bar code information.
Further, the control system for the output parameters of the printed semi-finished products in the printing workshop further comprises a quality tracing subsystem, wherein the quality tracing subsystem is used for automatically associating the production process parameters, the information of processing workers, the processing time and the produced bar codes of the printed semi-finished products, generating an electronic form to form quality tracing files of each production batch number, providing block chain nodes, and recording the links of the quality tracing files into a block chain, so that manual subsequent tampering can be avoided.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a control apparatus for output parameters of a semi-finished product printed in a printing shop, the apparatus comprising: a software application, a memory for storing the software application, and a processor for executing the software application. The software application programs can correspondingly execute the steps of the control method of the output parameters of the printing semi-finished products in the printing workshop.
A typical combination of hardware and software could be a general purpose computer system with a computer program that, when being loaded and executed, controls the computer system such that it carries out the methods described herein.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the control device for the yield parameters of the printing semifinished product in the printing shop may be embodied as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a mobile intelligent device, etc., but the foregoing description is only by way of example and includes other intelligent devices loaded with the software application program of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, corresponding to the embodiment of the method of the present invention, according to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a control device for output parameters of a printing semi-finished product in a printing shop, where the control device includes a production operation management system server, a device networking gateway, a printing machine environment temperature and humidity sensor, a printing machine management system terminal, a printing machine device control terminal, a printing machine electronic billboard, multiple color gamut data collectors, a color gamut air duct temperature sensor, a color gamut air duct air volume sensor, a printing solvent viscosity automatic controller, a printing machine, and a printing machine color gamut unit. The color set data collectors are arranged between the feeding end and the discharging end and connected to the equipment networking gateway, and the equipment networking gateway is further connected with the printing machine equipment control end, the printing solvent viscosity automatic control instrument, the printing machine environment temperature and humidity sensor and the printing machine management system terminal. Each color group data collector is also connected with the color group air duct air quantity sensor, and the color group air duct temperature sensor is connected with the color group air duct air quantity sensor. The production operation management system server is connected with the equipment networking gateway, the printing machine management system terminal and the printing machine electronic billboard.

the production operation management module automatically checks whether the number of produced meters is matched with the number of input meters; if the output meter number is matched with the input meter number, judging that the output is effective, and receiving the data value as the output meter value; and if the output meters are not matched with the input meters, feeding back abnormal information to the printing machine management system terminal and the printing machine electronic billboard, and adjusting the output parameters of the printing semi-finished product after manual judgment or improvement.
Further, if the difference value between the output meter number and the input meter number is within the error allowable range, judging that the output is valid, receiving the data value as the output meter value, storing the output meter value into a production daily report module, storing the output meter value into a tracing record under the production batch number through the production operation management module, and storing the tracing record and the printing process accumulated completion amount under the production batch number to form a progress report; if the difference value of the output meter number and the input meter number is not within the error allowable range, judging that the output meter number is not matched with the input meter number, wherein when the output meter number is larger than the input meter number, the input meter number is recorded through the production operation management module, a difference alarm report is generated, and the difference alarm report is sent to the printing machine management system terminal and the printing machine electronic billboard to wait for manual judgment; and when the number of produced meters is less than the number of input meters, recording the number of the produced meters through the production operation management module, storing a difference value between the two values into a waste record table as a waste quantity value in a secondary production lot number printing process, feeding back the difference value to the manual work, waiting for receiving cause information data of the waste, forming a waste analysis cause report, and feeding back the report to the manual improvement analysis again.
Further, the production operation management module allocates a unique bar code to each printing raw material roll film, and records an initial length meter value of each printing raw material roll film to match a production batch number to each printing raw material roll film, wherein the total length data and the position data of each printing raw material roll film are set in each bar code information.
Furthermore, the control device of the printing machine equipment control end is provided with a quality management tracing module, the binding information of the production process parameters, the production task batch numbers and the codes of the production main materials in the production process is obtained, each production batch number and the corresponding quality tracing information are obtained, an electronic form is generated, each quality tracing file is formed, the control device of the printing semi-finished product output parameters of the printing workshop further comprises a block chain node service end, block chain nodes are provided, and each quality tracing file is stored in a block chain library in a linked mode.
In this preferred embodiment of the present invention, the production operation management system service integrates ERP, MES, SCADA, and WMF. The printer is used for printing plastic films. The feeding end is a place for feeding the raw material film. The discharging end is a place for discharging the printed semi-finished product. The automatic controller for the solvent viscosity of the printing machine automatically controls the viscosity of the ink and the solvent mixed liquid used in printing to be in a specified range. In the air quantity sensor of the air channel of the color group, each color group is provided with a PLC (programmable logic controller) to control the drying air speed of each color group, and the air quantity value of each color group is obtained through an algorithm, for example, the collection is carried out according to the preset collection frequency. And performing data analysis, early warning analysis and the like by an algorithm in the air quantity sensor of the color group air duct. The equipment networking gateway can be connected with various data collectors, a PLC and the automatic printer solvent viscosity controller and transmits data to the production operation management system server. The printer machine management system terminal is used for man-machine interaction with a production operation management system, and is responsible for inputting necessary data, obtaining feedback of operation results, counting and analyzing data, checking past information and the like. The electronic billboard of the printing machine displays the statistical information of the production operation management system, and provides a large display screen of early warning information when an abnormality occurs.
In a specific variant embodiment, all the required process parameters are sorted out and classified into printer control system supply, color set control system supply, printer solvent viscosity automatic controller supply, self-mounted sensor supply, production operation management system supply and manual input supply by workers; the method comprises the steps that communication negotiation is respectively carried out between the printer equipment manufacturer end and the printer control system supplier end and between the printer solvent viscosity automatic controller supplier end and the printer equipment manufacturer end, and the parameter data belonging to the printer equipment manufacturer end and the printer control system supplier end are required to be provided by the opposite side through a unified communication protocol; according to the placement condition of the printing machine, a self-made sensor and a color set data acquisition unit are respectively additionally arranged at proper places; safe wiring, connecting the color set data collector, the sensor, the equipment controller and the like with the equipment networking gateway; the equipment networking gateway is connected with the cloud-deployed production operation management system through the router; the printing machine electronic billboard device is also connected with the production operation management system server through the router; all data reading and transmission are carried out in real time, and the data reading and transmission are operated for a long time without human intervention and maintenance; after the hardware environment is deployed, data debugging and parameter calibration are carried out, and the device can be put into daily use after the data debugging and parameter calibration are completed.
In the operation of the control device for the output parameters of the printed semi-finished products in the printing workshop according to other modified embodiments, the production operation management system plans each process for each production lot number, and includes that each input raw material film has a unique bar code, and the information carries the total length information of the film and the information of the current position. The printer control system can provide the number of printed meters of the piece of film currently being printed on the device. The digital production process module reads the number of meters and the current running speed of the printer, and gives the number of meters and the current running speed of the printer to a market operation management system, and the production operation management system can obtain the number of remaining meters according to the number of meters which are printed and the original total length of the film and obtain the remaining time of the film which is used up according to the current running speed of the equipment. The production operation management system also stores the average feeding time length of the AGV trolley, the average feeding time length is compared with the remaining time length, and when the remaining time length is equal to or less than the trolley transportation time, a feeding instruction is created. The instruction includes information such as where to go, what barcode material to take, where to go, and the latest time to send. After the instruction is transmitted to the AGV through the wireless network, the AGV starts to execute the instruction, and the AGV takes materials, transports and delivers the materials to be unloaded. After the actions are completed, the trolley can transmit successful feeding information to the production operation management system, and the system completes feeding operation and records. If the trolley breaks down or fails in transportation after receiving the instruction and does not complete the instruction, the trolley needs to transmit information back to the production operation management system, and the production operation management system can trigger an alarm on a workshop electronic billboard or a warehouse electronic billboard to notify a worker to solve the problem. The operation of conveying the semi-finished products is similar, after automatic output registration, the semi-finished products are manually prevented from being appointed at a semi-finished product output point on a machine, the production operation management system also sends an instruction to the AGV, and the semi-finished products are conveyed to an appointed feeding place of the next procedure.

The objects of the invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the examples, and any variations or modifications of the embodiments of the present invention may be made without departing from the principles.

Claims (7)

1. A control method for output parameters of a printing semi-finished product in a printing workshop is characterized by comprising the following steps:
presetting perimeter data of a printing plate roller, reading the number of rotation turns of the printing plate roller in real time, and calculating the length meter value of a printed printing raw material film;
when the printing of each printing raw material roll film is detected to be finished, executing automatic cutting and simultaneously generating the finished meter number of the printing raw material roll film;
the finished meter value of each printing raw material roll film is read in real time through a digital production process module, and the data is contrastively analyzed through a production operation management module;
automatically checking whether the output meters are matched with the input meters through a production operation management module;
if the number of output meters is matched with the number of input meters, judging that the output is effective, and receiving the data value as the number of output meters;
if the output meters are not matched with the input meters, feeding back abnormal information, and adjusting output parameters of the printing semi-finished product after manual judgment or improvement;
the method for controlling the output parameters of the printing semi-finished product in the printing workshop further comprises the following steps of: distributing a unique bar code to each printing raw material roll film through a production operation management module, and recording the initial length meter value of each printing raw material roll film so as to match a production batch number to each printing raw material roll film, wherein the total length data and the position data of each printing raw material roll film are set in each bar code information;
the production process parameters and the production task batch numbers executed in the production process and the codes of the production main materials are bound, the batch numbers and the retroactive records of the main materials are automatically formed, and retroactive report storage or printing archiving is formed to provide quality management retroactive records;
when the raw material roll film for printing is processed on a printing machine, the used production process parameters, processing workers, processing time and the produced semi-finished product bar codes are automatically associated and recorded according to the bar codes of each roll film, modification by people is not allowed, an electronic form is generated according to quality management requirements, and a quality tracing file of the batch number is formed.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein if the difference between the number of output meters and the number of input meters is within the allowable error range, the output is determined to be valid, the data value is accepted as the value of output meters and stored in the production daily report module, and the data value is stored in the tracing record under the production lot number through the production operation management module, and the accumulated completion amount of the printing process under the production lot number is stored to form the progress report.

The method for controlling output parameters of printed semi-finished products in a printing workshop according to claim 1, wherein if the difference between the output meters and the input meters is not within the error allowable range, the output meters and the input meters are judged not to be matched, wherein when the output meters are greater than the input meters, the input meters are recorded by the production operation management module and submitted to a difference alarm report of the difference alarm module to remind people of manual judgment; when the number of produced meters is smaller than the number of input meters, the number of the produced meters is recorded through the production operation management module, the difference value between the number of the produced meters and the number of the produced meters is used as a waste quantity value in a secondary production lot number printing process, stored in a waste record table and fed back to the manual work, the cause information data of the waste is waited to be received, a waste analysis cause report is formed, and the result data is fed back to the manual improvement analysis again.

A control system for the output parameters of the printing semi-finished product in a printing workshop is characterized by comprising a printing semi-finished product output parameter calculation model subsystem, a digital production process subsystem and a production operation management subsystem,
wherein the parametric computational model subsystem is configured to: presetting perimeter data of a printing plate roller, reading the number of rotation turns of the printing plate roller in real time, and calculating the length meter value of a printed printing raw material roll film; and
when the printing of each printing raw material roll film is detected to be finished, executing automatic cutting and generating the finished meters of the printing raw material roll film;
the digital production process subsystem reads the finished meter value of each printing raw material roll film in real time and sends the finished meter value to the production operation management subsystem for performing comparative analysis on data;
wherein the production operation management subsystem automatically checks whether the number of produced meters matches the number of input meters; if the difference value of the output meter number and the input meter number is within the error allowable range, judging that the output is effective, receiving the data value as the output meter value, storing the output meter value into a production daily report module, and simultaneously storing the production operation management subsystem into a tracing record under the production batch number and a progress report formed by the accumulated finishing quantity of the printing process under the production batch number; if the difference value of the produced meters and the input meters is not within the error allowable range, judging that the produced meters and the input meters are not matched, wherein when the produced meters are larger than the input meters, the production operation management subsystem records the input meters and feeds back a difference alarm report to remind manual judgment; when the number of produced meters is smaller than the number of input meters, the production operation management subsystem records the number of the produced meters, uses the difference value between the produced meters and the number of the input meters as a waste quantity value of a current secondary production batch number printing process, stores the waste quantity value into a waste record table, feeds back the waste quantity value to the manual work, waits for receiving cause information data of the waste, forms a waste analysis cause report, and feeds back the waste analysis cause report to the manual work for improvement analysis;
the production process parameters executed in the production process, the production task batch numbers and the codes of the production main materials are bundled, the batch numbers and the tracing records of the main materials are automatically formed, and a tracing report is formed for storage or printing and archiving;
wherein the production operations management subsystem is further configured to: allocating a unique bar code to each printing raw material roll film, and recording the initial length meter value of each printing raw material roll film so as to match a production batch number to each printing raw material roll film, wherein the information of each bar code is provided with total length data and position data of each printing raw material roll film;
the control system for the output parameters of the printed semi-finished products in the printing workshop further comprises a quality tracing subsystem, wherein the quality tracing subsystem automatically associates the production process parameters, the information of processing workers, the processing time and the produced bar codes of the printed semi-finished products, generates an electronic form to form quality tracing files of each production batch number, provides block chain nodes and records the links of the quality tracing files into a block chain.

A control device for output parameters of printing semi-finished products in a printing workshop is characterized by comprising a production operation management system server, an equipment networking gateway, a printing machine management system terminal, a printing machine equipment control terminal, a printing machine electronic billboard, a plurality of color set data collectors, a color set air duct temperature sensor, a color set air duct air quantity sensor, a printing solvent viscosity automatic controller, a printing machine and a printing machine color set unit; the system comprises a plurality of color set data collectors, a printing machine management system terminal, a printing solvent viscosity automatic controller and an equipment networking gateway, wherein the plurality of color set data collectors are arranged between a feeding end and a discharging end and connected to the equipment networking gateway; each color group data collector is also connected with the color group air duct air quantity sensor, and the color group air duct temperature sensor is connected with the color group air duct air quantity sensor; the production operation management system server is connected with the equipment networking gateway, the printing machine management system terminal and the printing machine electronic billboard; the printing machine management system terminal is used for man-machine interaction with the production operation management system and is responsible for inputting necessary data, obtaining feedback of operation results, counting analysis data and checking past information; the electronic billboard of the printing machine displays information counted by a production operation management system, and provides a large display screen of early warning information when an abnormality occurs;
