referring to figure 1: in this embodiment, an environment-friendly corrugated carton, environment-friendly corrugated carton is made by environment-friendly corrugated container board through cross cutting, indentation, nail case/glue case, environment-friendly corrugated container board includes in proper order: the waterproof paper comprises a first waterproof outer layer 1, a hard paper layer 2, a first buffer layer 3, a first corrugated paper layer 4, a fiber net layer 5, a second corrugated paper layer 6, a second buffer layer 7, a glass fiber layer 8 and a second waterproof outer layer 9, wherein the layers are bonded through an environment-friendly adhesive; the first waterproof outer layer 1 is waterproof coated paper; the waterproof coated paper comprises brown paper which is tough and waterproof packaging paper and is brown yellow, and is made by chemically pulping wood fibers of coniferous trees, pulping the wood fibers in a pulping machine, adding sizing materials, dyes and the like, and finally making the paper in a paper machine. The environment-friendly corrugated paper box disclosed by the invention has the advantages that formaldehyde is not released, the environment-friendly corrugated paper box is easy to degrade and environment-friendly, the environment-friendly corrugated paper board is formed by compounding multiple materials, the heat insulation effect is better, an additional heat insulation layer is not required, the packaging space is not occupied, and the packaging capacity is large; the paper core of the environment-friendly corrugated board consists of a first corrugated paper layer, a fiber mesh layer and a second corrugated paper layer, wherein the fiber mesh layer 5 is bamboo charcoal fiber mesh cloth. The bamboo charcoal fiber is a green environment-friendly material extracted from raw bamboo, has natural mite-proof, odor-resistant, insect-proof and anion-generating properties of the bamboo, and has strong toughness and wear resistance and unique rebound resilience; the bamboo charcoal fiber mesh cloth has the advantages of strong longitudinal and transverse strength, stability, uniformity and good drapability, and the bamboo charcoal fiber mesh cloth added into the bamboo charcoal fiber mesh cloth has good mechanical properties such as strength and the like, high toughness and is not easy to break or tear.
As shown in fig. 2, the first corrugated paper layer 4 and the second corrugated paper layer 6 have the same structure, the first corrugated paper layer 4 is formed by bonding a middle corrugated paper layer 10 and surface paper 11 on the upper and lower sides of the middle corrugated paper layer, a plurality of trapezoidal channels 12 are arranged on the two sides of the corrugated paper layer, a supporting circular tube 13 is arranged in each trapezoidal channel 12, the supporting circular tube 13 has good damping performance, and a silencing hole 14 is arranged on the surface of each supporting circular tube 13. As shown in fig. 3, the environment-friendly corrugated carton comprises a front side paperboard 17, a rear side paperboard 18, a left side paperboard 19 and a right side paperboard 20, wherein the bottom of the front side paperboard 17 and the bottom of the rear side paperboard 18 are respectively provided with a first bottom paperboard 21 and a second bottom paperboard 22, the first bottom paperboard 21 is of a concave structure, one end of the first bottom paperboard is provided with a left L-shaped bridging plate 23 and a right L-shaped bridging plate 23, a T-shaped groove is formed between the two L-shaped bridging plates 23, the second bottom paperboard 22 is of a convex structure, the middle part of one end of the second bottom paperboard is provided with a T-shaped bridging plate 24, the first bottom paperboard 21 and the second bottom paperboard 22 are in concave-convex fit with each other, wherein the L-shaped bridging plate 23 is lapped on the second bottom paperboard 22, the T-shaped bridging plate 24 is lapped on the first bottom paperboard 21, so as to establish a primary bottom buckling plane, and can transmit the gravity of articles to the bottom of the front side paperboard 17 and the rear side paperboard 18, the bottom of the left side paper board 19 and the right side paper board 20 are respectively provided with an L-shaped bottom paper board 25, one side of the L-shaped bottom paper board 25 at the inner end is positioned between the T-shaped lap board 24 and the first bottom paper board 21, and the other side of the L-shaped bottom paper board 25 at the outer end is positioned above the T-shaped lap board 24. The L-shaped bottom sheet 25 may transmit the weight of the article to the bottom of the left and right side sheets 19, 20 to reinforce the bottom constructed by the first and second bottom sheets 21, 22. Through above-mentioned technical scheme, the double-deck rate of the knot end structure of carton bottom surface is high, and the effort of bottom surface random point can all finally be shared on front side cardboard 17, rear side cardboard 18, left side cardboard 19 and right side cardboard 20, and bearing capacity is good, can improve the long service life of carton, is difficult to the broken end, is fit for the packing of some large tracts of land end or heavier product.
A buckle structure is arranged between the L-shaped bottom paperboard 25 and the T-shaped lapping plate 24 and comprises a buckle strip 26 arranged at the outer end of the L-shaped bottom paperboard 25 and a buckle hole 27 arranged on the T-shaped lapping plate 24, and the buckle strip 26 is buckled into the buckle hole 27 from the upper surface and then penetrates back to the position between the L-shaped bottom paperboard 25 and the L-shaped lapping plate 23 through a T-shaped groove. The buckle structure can strengthen the firmness of the connection between the L-shaped bottom paperboard 25 and the T-shaped lap-joint plate 24 and improve the bearing capacity of the bottom center of the carton.

The preparation method of the environment-friendly adhesive comprises the following steps:
s1: preparing corn starch A with the concentration of 22-25 Be';
s2: adding diacetyl tartaric acid monoglyceride and percarbamide into the corn starch A in the step S1, and stirring at the temperature of 32-36 ℃ for crosslinking grafting reaction for 35-40min to prepare slurry B;
s3: conveying the slurry B in the step S2 to a dryer for pregelatinization and drying at the temperature of 135-145 ℃ to obtain a material C;
s4: and (5) crushing and sieving the material C obtained in the step S3, and then conveying the material C to a separator for collection to obtain the environment-friendly adhesive.
The concentration of the diacetyl tartaric acid monoglyceride in the step S2 is 1.05-1.15%, the stirring rotation speed in the step S2 is 400-450r/min, the dryer in the step S3 is a vacuum dryer, the water content of the material C in the step S3 is 4-5%, the material C in the step S4 is crushed and then passes through a sieve of 80-90 meshes, and the separator in the step S4 is a cyclone separator. The novel environment-friendly adhesive prepared by the invention has good solubility, high viscosity and strong binding power, is nontoxic and harmless, can meet the requirements of the environment-friendly aspect on products, and does not generate harmful gas and pollute air after being combusted.
The degradable waterproof glue is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 4-7 parts of acrylate, 2-2.5 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 2-4 parts of flame retardant, 0.2-0.5 part of antioxidant, 1000 parts of deionized water, 3-5 parts of glutinous rice starch, 1.6-2 parts of thiodipropionic acid and 1.25-1.5 parts of dimethyl silicone oil. The invention takes polyvinyl alcohol as a main raw material, the product of the invention can achieve the purpose of natural biodegradation by adding the acrylic ester, so that the product of the invention has the waterproof function, is green and environment-friendly, is nontoxic and tasteless, does not pollute the environment, and has no harm to human bodies. The product of the invention has flexibility, compressibility and high tensile strength, does not pollute a medium, is not eroded by the medium, and has good chemical stability.
The manufacturing method of the environment-friendly corrugated case comprises the following steps,
step 1, bonding the first corrugated paper layer 4, the fiber net layer 5 and the second corrugated paper layer 6 through an environment-friendly adhesive to obtain a paper core;
step 2, sequentially adhering the first waterproof outer layer 1, the hard board layer 2 and the first buffer layer 3 through an environment-friendly adhesive to obtain a first surface layer;
step 3, sequentially bonding the second buffer layer 7, the glass fiber layer 8 and the second waterproof outer layer 9 through an environment-friendly adhesive to obtain a second surface layer;
and 5, carrying out die cutting, indentation and box nailing/sticking on the obtained environment-friendly corrugated board to obtain the environment-friendly corrugated box.
While the invention has been shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. step 1, bonding a first corrugated paper layer (4), a fiber net layer (5) and a second corrugated paper layer (6) through an environment-friendly adhesive to obtain a paper core;
step 2, sequentially adhering the first waterproof outer layer (1), the hardboard layer (2) and the first buffer layer (3) through an environment-friendly adhesive to obtain a first surface layer;
step 3, sequentially bonding the second buffer layer (7), the glass fiber layer (8) and the second waterproof outer layer (9) through an environment-friendly adhesive to obtain a second surface layer;
step 4, forming a plurality of fixing holes (15) on the paper core in the step 1, then bonding the first buffer layer (3) of the first surface layer obtained in the step 2 with the first corrugated paper layer (4) of the paper core through an environment-friendly adhesive, then placing paper columns (16) in the fixing holes (15), and bonding the second buffer layer (7) of the second surface layer obtained in the step 3 with the second corrugated paper layer (6) of the paper core through the environment-friendly adhesive to obtain the environment-friendly corrugated board;
and 5, carrying out die cutting, indentation and box nailing/sticking on the obtained environment-friendly corrugated board to obtain the environment-friendly corrugated box.
