Referring to fig. 1, the process flow for preparing the special adhesive for the plant straw ecological plate is as follows:
adding the vegetable gum into a dispersion tank with a stirrer according to the formula dosage, sequentially adding a water repellent, a preservative, a coupling agent, a wetting agent, an emulsifier and a composite drying agent under the stirring condition of the rotating speed of 300-400 rpm, dispersing and mixing for 20-30 min, and uniformly mixing to obtain the special adhesive for the plant straw ecological plate (hereinafter referred to as special adhesive).
In the special adhesive:
(1) Vegetable gum: ZW-100, chemical glue water acrylic acid modified emulsion, chemical glue water polyurethane glue, water epoxy glue or chemical glue water inorganic glue can be selected;
(2) Water repellent: sodium methylsiliconate or potassium methylsiliconate can be selected;
(3) Preservative: sodium benzoate can be selected;
(3) Coupling agent: silane coupling agent KH-560 can be selected;
(4) Wetting agent: fatty alcohol wetting agents such as LWJ-678 produced by the Jiangsu plum chemical industry;
(5) Emulsifier: OP-10 can be selected;
(6) And (3) composite drying agent: a mixture of calcium chloride hexahydrate and aluminum potassium sulfate can be selected, wherein the mass ratio of the calcium chloride hexahydrate to the aluminum potassium sulfate is 2.
The water repellent in the special adhesive can greatly improve the water resistance, moisture resistance and water immersion resistance of the plant straw ecological plate.

The coupling agent in the special adhesive can generate a bridge action between the plant straws and the plant glue, so that the affinity between the plant glue and the plant crushed materials is improved, and the bonding strength of the plant straw ecological plate is improved.
The wetting agent in the special adhesive can reduce the surface tension of the straw, so that the surface of the straw is rapidly fused with the plant glue, the rapidness and uniformity of gluing are greatly improved, and the gluing strength of the plant straw ecological plate can be increased.
In addition, the special adhesive provided by the invention is a water-based plant adhesive, does not contain formaldehyde and other toxic and harmful volatile matters, has ultralow VOC, is green and environment-friendly and safe to use, and solves the long-pending problem of formaldehyde release in the plant straw artificial board industry.

The raw materials and the dosage required for preparing the special treating agent for the plant straws are as follows:
58 to 62 portions of water, 2 to 3 portions of oxidant, 1.5 to 2 portions of wetting agent, 0.5 to 1 portion of emulsifier and 1 to 2 portions of bactericide.
Referring to fig. 2, the process flow for preparing the special treating agent for plant straws is as follows:
according to the formula dosage, adding water into a dispersion tank with a stirrer, firstly adding an oxidant under the stirring condition of the rotating speed of 200-300 rpm, dispersing for 10-15 min, then sequentially adding a wetting agent, an emulsifying agent and a bactericide, continuously dispersing for 15-20 min, and uniformly mixing to obtain the special treating agent for the plant straws (hereinafter referred to as special treating agent).
In the special treating agent:
(1) Oxidizing agent: potassium permanganate, sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide or sodium hypochlorite can be selected;
(2) Wetting agent: fatty alcohol wetting agents may be selected, for example LWJ-678 produced by Jiangsu plum chemical industry;
(3) Emulsifier: OP-10 can be selected;
(4) And (3) bactericide: triazole bactericide can be selected, such as LWJ-688 produced by Jiangsu plum shift chemical industry.
The emulsifier in the special treating agent can convert wax on plant straws such as rice straws, wheat straws and the like into hydrophilic substances (wax emulsion), so that the problem of hydrophobicity on the surfaces of the straws is solved, and the bonding strength of the plant straws and the water-based adhesive can be greatly improved.
The oxidant in the special treating agent can react with the siliceous material in the plant straws to generate sodium silicate (water glass inorganic glue), and the reaction formula is as follows: siO 2 2 +2NaOH=Na 2 SiO 3 +H 2 O, thereby eliminating the siliceous hydrophobicity and further improving the bonding strength of the plant straws and the water-based adhesive.
The wetting agent in the special treating agent can reduce the surface tension of the plant straws, so that the surface of the plant straws is quickly compatible with the special treating agent, and the treatment effect of the special treating agent on the plant straws is further improved.
The bactericide in the special treating agent can thoroughly kill microbes such as bacteria in the crushed straw, so that the crushed straw has the effects of corrosion resistance, mildew resistance and moth resistance, and the storage life of the crushed straw and the service life of the plant straw ecological plate are greatly prolonged.
Therefore, the special treating agent provided by the invention can effectively treat waxy substances and siliceous substances on the plant straws and reduce the surface tension of the straws, so that the treated plant straws are suitable for various water-soluble adhesives.

As can be seen from the above table, the bonding strength of the plant straw treated by the special treating agent is greatly improved. This is because: the special treating agent contains an emulsifier and an oxidant, wherein the emulsifier can react with wax in the plant straws to generate a hydrophilic substance (to obtain wax emulsion) to eliminate the hydrophobicity of the wax, and the oxidant can react with silica in the plant straws to generate sodium silicate (to obtain water glass inorganic glue) to eliminate the hydrophobicity of the silica, so that the special treating agent can obviously improve the bonding strength of the plant straws and the water-based adhesive.
Step 3, preparing straw crushed aggregates
The water content of the common straws is 10-15% when the straws are just withdrawn from the field, and the water content is 8-10% when the straws are piled for several days after harvesting. The straws which are piled for several days after being harvested or just recovered from the field are crushed, so that the utilization rate is low, the glue consumption is large, the cost is high, and most importantly, the strength and the toughness of the prepared board are low.
Research experiments show that: when the water content of the straws is 20-22%, the crushed materials are not too much when the straws are crushed, and the optimal grading standard of the artificial straw board can be achieved.
Just, the special plant straw treating agent with the straw mass of about 10% is added when the straw is crushed, so that the grading standard of the artificial straw board is achieved, waxy materials and siliceous materials on the straw are treated, and the surface tension of the straw is reduced.
Referring to fig. 3, the process flow for preparing the straw scraps is as follows:
feeding plant straws (such as rice straws, corn straws, cotton straws, sorghum straws, soybean straws and sesame straws) into a special speed-regulating pulverizer for straws, spraying a special plant straw treating agent accounting for 10% of the weight of the plant straws by a high-pressure gun under the condition of low-speed stirring, uniformly mixing the special plant straw treating agent and the plant straws, pulverizing at a high speed, grading and sorting after the crushed straws meet the grading requirement required by a plant straw ecological plate, and drying at a high temperature of 180-210 ℃ in a rotary dryer for 3-4 min to obtain crushed straws with the water content of 4-5%.
Step 4, hot pressing plate or cold pressing plate
The required raw materials and the dosage are the same regardless of hot pressing plates or cold pressing plates, and the specific steps are as follows:
580-620 parts of plant crushed aggregates, 36-42 parts of reinforcing agent and 120-130 parts of special adhesive.
In the present invention, the plant pieces comprise: crushed straw, bagasse and wood residue, wherein the crushed straw comprises: crushed rice straw, crushed corn straw, crushed cotton straw, crushed sorghum straw, crushed soybean straw and crushed sesame straw, wherein the wood residue comprises: wood residue obtained by crushing waste wooden furniture and wood. When the board is pressed, one plant crushed material can be used independently, two or more plant crushed materials can be mixed together for use, and the performance of the prepared plant straw ecological board is not obviously influenced.
In the present invention, the grading requirements of the plant chaff required for the pressboard are: 25% of the length of 10mm, 35% of the length of 20mm, 24% of the length of 30mm and 16% of the length of 40 mm.
In the invention, the reinforcing agent can improve the strength and impact resistance of the plant straw ecological plate and can also improve the waterproof performance of the plant straw ecological plate, and Portland cement, portland white cement, anhydrous gypsum, semi-hydrated gypsum, kaolin, mica powder, argil, calcium carbonate or silica powder can be selected, and the Portland cement, the Portland white cement, the anhydrous gypsum or the semi-hydrated gypsum is preferred.
The production process of the plant straw ecological board provided by the invention is basically the same as the production process of the artificial shaving board, and the production equipment of the artificial shaving board can be adopted without technical improvement.
Referring to fig. 4, the process flow of hot pressing the plate is specifically as follows:
(1) According to the formula, the plant crushed aggregates and the reinforcing agent are sequentially added into a mixing machine and are dry-mixed for 3-5 min, so that the plant crushed aggregates and the reinforcing agent are uniformly mixed;
(2) Spraying the special adhesive (glue mixing) into a mixer in a high-pressure spraying mode under the stirring condition of the rotating speed of 200-300 rpm, and stirring for 10-15 min until the surface of the crushed plant material is uniformly adhered with the special adhesive;
(3) Hot pressing the plate: adopt the spreading machine to carry out the blank and mat formation, control system board thickness ratio of paving is the finished plate: billet =1:6, hot pressing at 180 ℃ under 3.2MPa for 9min (the thickness of the plate prepared under the hot pressing condition is 12 mm);
(4) And others: and (5) cooling the plate, sequentially cutting edges, filling sand and veneering, and warehousing after the plate is qualified in inspection.
Because the special adhesive provided by the invention has long opening time and good initial adhesion, when the plant straw ecological plate is prepared, a heat-eliminating pressing plate process can be adopted, a cold pressing plate process is adopted, and no matter the hot pressing plate process or the cold pressing plate process is adopted, the performance of the prepared plant straw ecological plate is not obviously influenced.
Referring to fig. 5, the process flow of cold pressing the plate is specifically as follows:
(1) According to the formula, the plant crushed aggregates and the reinforcing agent are sequentially added into a mixing machine and are dry-mixed for 3-5 min, so that the plant crushed aggregates and the reinforcing agent are uniformly mixed;
(2) Spraying the special adhesive (glue mixing) into a mixer in a high-pressure spraying mode under the stirring condition of the rotating speed of 200-300 rpm, and stirring for 10-15 min until the surface of the plant crushed material is uniformly adhered with the special adhesive;
(3) Cold pressing a plate: after the special adhesive for the plant crushed aggregates and the plant straw ecological plates is mixed, the mixture is firstly dried in a workshop for 1-5 h (glue drying), then a spreading machine is adopted to spread the blanks, and the plate manufacturing and spreading thickness ratio is controlled to be finished plates: billet =1:6, cold pressing under the pressure of 5-6 Mpa for 30-40 min (the thickness of the plate prepared under the condition of the cold pressing is 12 mm);
(4) And others: and after the plate is dried, sequentially carrying out edge cutting, sand filling and veneering, and warehousing after the plate is qualified through inspection.
The cold-pressed board saves energy and has lower cost than the hot-pressed board because the board-making temperature required by the cold-pressed board is lower than that required by the hot-pressed board.

step 2, preparing a special treating agent for plant straws
Adding 58-62 parts of water into a dispersion tank with a stirrer, adding 2-3 parts of an oxidant under stirring, dispersing for 10-15 min, then sequentially adding 1.5-2 parts of a wetting agent, 0.5-1 part of an emulsifier and 1-2 parts of a bactericide, and uniformly dispersing and mixing to obtain the special treating agent for the plant straws;
step 3, preparing straw crushed aggregates
Feeding plant straws into a special speed-regulating pulverizer for the straws, spraying a special treating agent for the plant straws, which accounts for 10% of the weight of the plant straws, into a high-pressure gun under the condition of low-speed stirring, uniformly mixing, performing high-speed pulverization, grading and sorting the crushed straw materials after the crushed straw materials meet the grading requirement, and drying the crushed straw materials in a rotary dryer until the water content is 4-5%;
step 4, hot pressing plate or cold pressing plate

in the step 1, the vegetable glue is selected from ZW-100, chemical glue aqueous acrylic acid modified emulsion, chemical glue aqueous polyurethane glue, aqueous epoxy glue or chemical glue aqueous inorganic glue; the water repellent is selected from sodium methylsiliconate or potassium methylsilicate; sodium benzoate is selected as the preservative; the coupling agent is selected from silane coupling agent KH-560; the wetting agent is selected from fatty alcohol wetting agent; the emulsifier is OP-10; the composite drying agent is a mixture of calcium chloride hexahydrate and aluminum potassium sulfate, and the mass ratio of the calcium chloride hexahydrate to the aluminum potassium sulfate is 2;
in the step 2, the oxidant is selected from potassium permanganate, sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide or sodium hypochlorite; the wetting agent is selected from fatty alcohol wetting agent; the emulsifier is OP-10; the bactericide is triazole bactericide.
