The surface treatment belt 5 is in a closed-loop structure and is sleeved on a plurality of conveying rotating rollers 322 in a driving way; the surface treatment belt 5 is movably arranged on the surface treatment frame 3 and is distributed in an inverted L-shaped closed loop structure; a longitudinally arranged operation conveying area 11 is formed between the surface treatment belts 5 of the surface treatment frames 3 which are oppositely arranged; the surface treatment belt 5 passes through the purifying treatment tank 4, and the surface treatment belt 5 faces the purifying treatment tank 4.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a surface treatment method of an aluminum profile surface treatment apparatus 1 comprises the following steps,
and step one, hanging and loading the aluminum profile onto a conveying frame. Specifically, four corners location is carried out to the aluminium alloy that hangs the loading through the conveying frame, promotes the positioning stability to the aluminium alloy.

step four, the surface treatment belt 5 after the surface treatment of the aluminum profile sequentially passes through the cleaning brush cavity 41 to clean and purify the surface treatment belt 5, and redundant treatment solvent in the surface treatment belt 5 is extruded out through the liquid discharge extrusion cavity 42, so that impurities on the surface of the surface treatment belt 5 can be cleaned; conveying the surface treatment belt 5 subjected to the cleaning treatment into a treatment liquid adsorption cavity 43, loading and adsorbing the treatment solvent, and taking out the supersaturated treatment solvent; then loading and adsorbing the treatment solvent through a top spraying area arranged on the upper part of the surface treatment frame 3, uniformly spraying and filling the treatment solvent into a surface treatment layer 52 on the outer side of the surface treatment belt 5, and then carrying out surface treatment on the aluminum profile to be treated through an operation conveying area 11, and sequentially and circularly reciprocating.
However, in other embodiments, the surface treatment belt 5 can also be intermittently and reciprocally conveyed and rolled according to actual requirements, so as to improve the sufficient treatment performance of the same section of surface treatment belt 5 and the surface of the aluminum profile to be processed. While also contributing to a more effective surface cleaning of the cleaning brush chamber 41 with respect to the surface treatment tape 5.
Further, in other embodiments, the lower parts of the cleaning brush cavity 41 and the liquid draining extrusion cavity 42 are provided with liquid draining ports, the liquid draining ports are connected with a filter, and the treatment solvent drained from the liquid draining ports is filtered by the filter in the prior art and then is introduced into the treatment liquid adsorption cavity 43 for recycling, so that the consumption of the treatment solvent is reduced. The treatment solvents are selected according to actual requirements and have different functions and different types in the prior art. For example, the treatment solvent can be selected from a cleaning agent for cleaning oil stains on the surface of the aluminum profile, or a cleaning agent for cleaning the surface of the aluminum profile, or an acidic cleaning agent for performing acidic treatment on the surface of the aluminum profile.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the positional relationship between the pair of oppositely disposed surface treatment frames 3 and the cleaning treatment tank 4 is adjusted by the first drive motor 10, and the depth of abutment of the oppositely disposed telescopic abutment portions 9 on the pair of surface treatment frames 3 against the operation conveying area 11 is adjusted according to the dimensional thickness of the treated aluminum profile, thereby adjusting the friction of the surface treatment belt 5 with the aluminum profile surface treatment and the application force of the treatment.
The transfer frames hung with the aluminum profiles are sequentially transferred into the operation transfer area 11, and the surface treatment belt 5 in the operation transfer area 11 is used for carrying out surface friction and wiping treatment solvent on the aluminum profiles.
And the surface treatment belt 5 is circularly conveyed in the operation conveying area 11 by the driving of the driving motor II 12, so that the circularity and convenience of operation are improved.
The surface treatment belt 5 is driven by the driving force of the driving motor II 12 to pass through the purification treatment box 4, and the purification treatment and the treatment liquid adsorption operation of the surface treatment belt 5 are realized through the cleaning brush cavity 41, the liquid discharge extrusion cavity 42 and the treatment liquid adsorption cavity 43 of the purification treatment box 4 in sequence. The surface treatment layers 52 adopted by the surface treatment belt 5 are sequentially and alternately provided with the block frosted areas 521 and the flexible brushing areas 522 according to the conveying direction of the surface treatment belt 5, so that the sufficiency and diversity of the surface treatment of the aluminum profile by the surface treatment belt 5 are further improved.

The aluminum profile surface treatment equipment comprises a purification treatment box, wherein at least one pair of surface treatment frames which are oppositely arranged are respectively arranged on two sides of the purification treatment box in a crossing manner; the method is characterized in that: a plurality of conveying rotating rollers are arranged on the surface treatment rack, and surface treatment belts are sleeved on the conveying rotating rollers in a driving manner; the surface treatment belt is movably arranged on the surface treatment frame and is distributed in an inverted L-shaped closed loop structure; a longitudinally arranged operation conveying area is formed between the surface treatment belts of the surface treatment frames which are oppositely arranged; the surface treatment belt passes through the purification treatment box and is opposite to the purification treatment box;
the purifying treatment box comprises a cleaning brush cavity, the cleaning brush cavity corresponds to the operation conveying area, a cleaning brush rotating roller is arranged in the cleaning brush cavity, and a brush for cleaning the outer surface of the surface treatment belt is arranged outside the cleaning brush rotating roller;
the two sides of the cleaning brush cavity are respectively provided with a liquid discharge extrusion cavity, the liquid discharge extrusion cavities respectively correspond to the surface treatment belts on the respective surface treatment frames, and at least one pair of extrusion rotating rollers which are arranged in parallel are arranged in the liquid discharge extrusion cavities;
a treatment liquid adsorption cavity is arranged at the outer side of each cleaning brush cavity, and a treatment solvent for aluminum profile surface treatment is arranged in each treatment liquid adsorption cavity;
the upper part of the surface treatment frame is also provided with a plurality of spray heads corresponding to the surface treatment belt, and the spray heads spray the treatment solvent on the surface treatment belt;
the surface treatment belt comprises a belt wheel correspondingly attached to the conveying rotating roller, and the belt wheel is in driving connection with the driving motor; the outer side of the wheel belt is provided with a supporting bottom layer, the outer side of the supporting bottom layer is provided with a surface treatment layer, and the surface treatment layer is sequentially provided with a plurality of sand grinding areas and flexible brushing areas at intervals according to the conveying direction of the surface treatment belt;
the surface treatment frame is provided with a telescopic leaning part corresponding to the operation conveying area; the telescopic propping parts on the oppositely arranged surface treatment frames are respectively positioned at two sides of the operation conveying area.

and step four, cleaning and purifying the surface treatment belt after the surface treatment of the aluminum profile sequentially through a cleaning brush cavity and a liquid discharge extrusion cavity, loading and adsorbing treatment solvent through a treatment liquid adsorption cavity and a top spraying area arranged on the upper part of a surface treatment frame, and sequentially and circularly reciprocating the surface treatment belt to be treated through an operation conveying area.
