Abstract

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of filtering equipment, and relates to a filtering system based on a shallow medium filter.
Background
The shallow filter is a water filter device which is common in industry and consists of one or more standard filter units, and water flows through an internal water distributor and a water collector, and different media are utilized to effectively remove particles and reduce turbidity. The shallow filter has the advantages of good cleaning effect, low backwashing water consumption, high automation degree and the like, and is widely applied to industries such as industrial process water filtration, industrial circulating water filtration, raw water treatment filtration, irrigation filtration and the like.
The existing shallow filter generally has the following defects: 1. the occupied area is large, and the space cannot be effectively utilized to arrange the filtering equipment; 2. the filtration effect is unstable, the pollution control capability is weak, and deep filtration cannot be carried out; 3. the exhaust valve arranged on the shallow filter can not realize automatic exhaust, and the exhaust valve is manually opened to exhaust, which is troublesome.

The invention aims to provide a filtering system based on a shallow medium filter, which has the characteristics of small occupied area, stable filtering effect, capability of realizing automatic exhaust and low later-stage operation cost.
The invention provides a filtering system based on a shallow medium filter, which comprises a base, wherein 3 shallow medium filters are fixedly installed at the top of the base, the tops of the 3 shallow medium filters are communicated with a same water inlet pipe, the top of the shallow medium filter is communicated with a three-way valve through a first connecting pipe, the other two interfaces of the three-way valve are respectively communicated with the water inlet pipe and a sewage discharge pipe, the bottoms of the 3 shallow medium filters are connected with a same water outlet pipe through a second connecting pipe, a laminated filter is arranged on the second connecting pipe, one end of the laminated filter is communicated with a water outlet of the shallow medium filter, and the other end of the laminated filter is communicated with the water outlet pipe;
the top right side fixed mounting of inlet tube has discharge valve, including screwed joint, connecting pipe, installation cover and blast pipe on the discharge valve, screwed joint and inlet tube threaded connection, the connecting pipe communicates with the screwed joint is fixed, the top of connecting pipe extend to in the installation cover and with the sealed fixed connection of inner wall of installation cover, the bottom of blast pipe extend to in the installation cover and with the top inner wall fixed connection of installation cover, install the release ball in the installation cover, and the top of release ball and connecting pipe is sealed laminates.

an exhaust valve 10 is fixedly mounted on the right side of the top of the water inlet pipe 3, the exhaust valve 10 comprises a threaded connector 10-1, a connecting pipe 10-2, a mounting cover 10-3 and an exhaust pipe 10-4, the threaded connector 10-1 is in threaded connection with the water inlet pipe 3, the connecting pipe 10-2 is fixedly communicated with the threaded connector 10-1, the top end of the connecting pipe 10-2 extends into the mounting cover 10-3 and is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the mounting cover 10-3 in a sealing mode, the bottom end of the exhaust pipe 10-4 extends into the mounting cover 10-3 and is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the top of the mounting cover, a release ball 10-7 is mounted in the mounting cover 10-3, and the release ball 10-7 is attached to the top end of the connecting pipe 10-2 in a sealing mode.
In this embodiment, a support rod 10-5 is fixedly installed in the installation cover 10-3, a limiting rod 10-6 is longitudinally connected to the support rod 10-5 in a sliding manner, the bottom end of the limiting rod 10-6 is fixedly connected to the top of the release ball 10-7, and two reset components are arranged on the limiting rod 10-6 and are respectively located on the left side and the right side of the limiting rod.
In this embodiment, the reset assembly comprises a compression spring 10-9 and a reset ring 10-10, the two compression springs 10-9 and the two reset rings 10-10 are all sleeved on the support rod 10-5, two ends of the compression spring 10-9 are respectively and fixedly connected with the inner wall of the mounting cover 10-3 and the reset ring 10-10, the bottom of the reset ring 10-10 is fixedly provided with a transmission rod, the transmission rod is rotatably connected with a roller 10-8, and the two rollers 10-8 are in rolling contact with the release ball 10-7.
In this embodiment, the left side and the right side of the shallow medium filter 2 are both provided with an access port 11, and the top of the shallow medium filter is fixedly provided with a sand filling port 12.
In this embodiment, the three-way valve 5 is a two-position three-way valve.
In this embodiment, the bottom of shallow media filter 2 is installed with water collecting device, and water collecting device installs in the filter media below, water collecting device includes fixed plate 13, evenly installs a plurality of caps 14 of straining on the fixed plate, fixed plate and shallow media filter's barrel interference fit.
In order to facilitate the installation and maintenance of the water collecting device, the fixing plate (13) and the filter cap (14) are connected in a threaded mode.
The use process of the invention is as follows:
during filtering, the three-way valve 5 is closed with the interface of blow off pipe 6, opens with the interface of inlet tube 3, and the pressurized water gets into the inside of shallow layer medium filter 2 through the inlet tube, and when rivers filtered the sand bed, the suspended solid was held back by the filter sand, and the water after the filtration is purified by the secondary edulcoration of lamination filter 9 again, discharges through outlet pipe 8. When the set cleaning time or pressure difference is reached, namely, the state is switched to a backwashing state, during backwashing, the interface of the three-way valve 5 and the sewage discharge pipe 6 is opened, the interface of the three-way valve and the inlet pipe 3 is closed, pressurized water enters the lamination filter 9 through the outlet pipe, so that the laminations are rotated and uniformly separated, the surfaces of the laminations are sprayed and washed, impurities trapped on the laminations are sprayed and thrown out, the sprayed and washed water enters the water collecting device through the second connecting pipe 7 and then enters the sand filtering layer through the filter cap of the water collecting device to be washed away, and pollutants in the filter sand fall off and are discharged through the sewage discharge pipe. And after the backwashing is finished, the system enters a filtering state again.
In the invention, when water is conveyed into the water inlet pipe 3, the air pressure in the water inlet pipe rises, when the air pressure in the water inlet pipe 7 is greater than the initial elasticity of the two compression springs 10-9, the release ball 10-7 moves upwards, when the release ball moves upwards, the two transmission rods can be pushed by the two rollers 10-8 to move towards two sides, the two reset rings 10-10 move towards two sides, so that the two compression springs are in a stressed compression state, and when the release ball 10-7 moves upwards, the connecting pipe can be in an open state, so that the gas in the water inlet pipe is discharged outwards through the connecting pipe 10-2, the mounting cover 10-3 and the exhaust pipe 10-4, and the pressure in the water inlet pipe 3 is automatically reduced.

an exhaust valve (10) is fixedly mounted on the right side of the top of the water inlet pipe (3), the exhaust valve (10) comprises a threaded joint (10-1), a connecting pipe (10-2), a mounting cover (10-3) and an exhaust pipe (10-4), the threaded joint (10-1) is in threaded connection with the water inlet pipe (3), the connecting pipe (10-2) is fixedly communicated with the threaded joint (10-1), the top end of the connecting pipe (10-2) extends into the mounting cover (10-3) and is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the mounting cover (10-3) in a sealing manner, the bottom end of the exhaust pipe (10-4) extends into the mounting cover (10-3) and is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the top of the mounting cover, and a release ball (10-7) is mounted in the mounting cover (10-3), and the release ball (10-7) is hermetically attached to the top end of the connecting pipe (10-2).
