The toothpastes of examples 1, 2, 3 and 4 and the toothpastes of comparative examples 1, 2, 3 and 4 were randomly administered to 80 volunteers aged 18 to 60 years, who had a tendency to halitosis all the year round, or were susceptible to canker sores, gingival inflammation or toothache. Each person used different toothpastes at the same time every day in different months, after cleaning the oral cavity with the same amount of toothpastes in the corresponding morning or evening, respectively, but used the toothpaste products of different examples and comparative examples, respectively. The time for brushing teeth is 5 minutes. After brushing, the oral and dental status of the user was observed and evaluated at random and questionnaires were performed.
The toothpastes of examples 1, 2, 3 and 4 and comparative examples 1, 2, 3 and 4 were used continuously for 7 days, respectively; after 56 days in total, the statistical survey results show the following (evaluated from 6 aspects such as fire dispelling effect, anti-inflammatory and detumescence effect, breath freshening effect, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, allergy and the like, and respectively scored as very excellent, good, poor and extremely poor):
during the using period of the product in the embodiment 1, fresh breath, obvious improvement of halitosis, good fire-dispelling effect, pain-relieving effect and no allergy are generally considered.

In the using period of the product of the embodiment 3, the fire dispelling effect is generally considered to be good, the tooth whitening effect is good, fresh breath can be kept for a long time, and no allergy exists.
The group using the product of the embodiment 4 generally considers that the product has good fire-dispelling effect, better prevents or relieves the oral ulcer, can play a role in diminishing inflammation and relieving pain for a long time, and has no allergy.
The group using the product of comparative example 1 is generally regarded as having no effect of dispelling fire, short period of relieving pain, common others and no allergy.
The group using the product of comparative example 2 generally believes that the mouth wash cannot achieve the effects of relieving pain, eliminating fire, relieving canker sore and causing no allergy.
The group using the product of comparative example 3 was widely regarded as not improving the oral environment, having little effect of improving the oral odor, and having no allergy.
The group using the product of comparative example 4 generally believes that the oral environment cannot be improved, the oral odor is hardly improved, the whitening effect on teeth is hardly achieved, and neither allergy is caused.
Therefore, the dendrobium officinale extract is reasonable in formula, and due to the fact that the dendrobium officinale extract has extremely strong viscosity, effective anti-inflammatory and antibacterial ingredients in the dendrobium officinale extract can be adsorbed on teeth, gums and oral intima together, and cannot be washed away by mouth wash even after tooth brushing is carried out, so that the dendrobium officinale extract can play a role in inhibiting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, eliminating peculiar smell and promoting healing of fine oral wounds for a long time. The dendrobium officinale adopted by the invention has the effects of tonifying qi and promoting the production of body fluid, nourishing yin and removing heat, reducing swelling and promoting granulation, and dredging collaterals and relieving pain, and can obviously prevent and improve symptoms of oral ulcer, gum swelling and pain, bleeding and halitosis. Meanwhile, the raw materials of the toothpaste are made of the nano-grade powder, so that the effective antibacterial and anti-inflammatory components can be effectively adsorbed in the oral cavity in a free manner, and the time effects of the toothpaste, such as anti-inflammation, sterilization and pain relieving, are greatly enhanced; it can clean the oral cavity for 24 hours, and then the user keeps the breath in the oral cavity fresh. The invention adopts nano titanium dioxide as an efficient and nontoxic photocatalyst, and the nano titanium dioxide can play a role in whitening teeth when being used in toothpaste. The zinc citrate adopted by the invention can effectively improve the flora in the oral cavity, thereby playing the roles of cleaning the oral cavity and refreshing the breath.
