Abstract
本发明涉及一种基于同轴静电纺丝的纳米丝状凝胶面膜的制备方法及其产品,包括纺丝液I制备:纺丝液II制备、纺丝,上述复合纤维膜烘干制备成面膜。采用同轴静电纺丝的方式制备凝胶面膜,凝胶面膜纤维为核壳式纤维,内核载带抗菌纳米颗粒,外部壳层载带护肤因子。核壳的结构可避免纳米材料与皮肤之间接触导致的皮肤过敏症状,又可保证面膜材料的抗菌效果。除此之外,外部壳层结构直接载带生物活性分子海藻酸钠、透明质酸、VEGF和丝素蛋白,可具有保湿、美白、促进皮肤修复的功效。面膜加入液体后可呈现凝胶状态,利于与皮肤的贴合;同时面膜直接载带生物精华分子,避免了多余精华的浪费和滴落污染。

本发明涉及一种新型凝胶面膜的制备方法。具体涉及一种基于同轴静电纺丝的纳米丝状凝胶面膜的制备方法及其产品。本发明属于化妆品技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,人们对美容领域,特别是面部护理方面的关注日益加深。面膜是面部皮肤保养美颜的产品,由于其使用方便效果显著,深受到爱美人士的关注,在市场上具有广泛的认可度。现有的面膜通常采用面膜基布载带美颜液体,利用其与面部的直接接触,促使面膜中的营养物质进入皮肤表面的角质层,达到保湿、美白、祛痘的目的。然而,现有的面膜纸巾太薄,承载的营养液有效,过量的营养液体在制造、加工、保存和运输过程中易造成细菌或真菌污染;同时面膜使用过程中多余的液体溶液滴落,弄脏衣物;手部的直接接触也易造成营养液体污染等。
静电纺丝可以利用电场将喷射出的高分子流体生产出纳米级的聚合物细丝,进而制备出具有较高比表面积和孔隙率的超细纤维膜,达到不同功能化的目的。凝胶面膜可以载带大量皮肤所需水分和精华成分,因此采用静电纺丝技术,制备新型的凝胶面膜,可以提高面膜的保湿和透气性能,具有极高的研究及实用价值。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的在于提供一种基于同轴静电纺丝的纳米丝状凝胶面膜的制备方法。该方法制备面膜的操作过程简单,生物相容性良好,解决了液体面膜容易细菌污染的问题,提高了面膜的保湿和促皮肤恢复性能。
发明的再一目的在于:提供一种上述方法制备得到的基于同轴静电纺丝的纳米丝状凝胶面膜产品。
本发明目的通过下述方案实现:一种基于同轴静电纺丝的纳米丝状凝胶面膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)纺丝液I制备:一定浓度纳米氧化锌(ZnO NPs)或纳米二氧化钛颗粒(TiO2NPs)溶解于一定浓度的丝素蛋白(SF)溶液,于60℃混合均匀,得到浓缩的纺丝液I;
(2)纺丝液II制备:一定浓度的海藻酸钠、小分子透明质酸、维生素C(Vc)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及丝素蛋白充分溶解于聚乙烯醇溶液中,得到纺丝液II;
(3)纺丝:将混合均匀的纺丝液I和纺丝液II分别注入2个10 mL注射器,设定电纺压为15~20 kv,以流速0.1~1 mL/h,纺丝在天然纤维素基布上,在12~20 cm接受距离内进行静电纺丝,得到0.1~0.5 mm厚的复合纤维膜;
(4)上述复合纤维膜60℃烘干10min,制备成面膜,灭菌并密封包装,使用时可用超纯水浸润,敷于面部。

步骤(2)中所述维生素C为0.01%-0.6wt%
步骤(2)中所述丝素浓度为0.01%-0.1wt%。
步骤(2)中所述聚乙烯醇浓度为10%~20wt%。
本发明提供一种基于同轴静电纺丝的纳米丝状凝胶面膜,根据上述任一所述方法制备得到。
本发明的优点在于:
(1)采用同轴静电纺丝的方式制备凝胶面膜,凝胶面膜纤维为核壳式纤维,内核载带抗菌纳米颗粒,外部壳层载带护肤因子。核壳的结构可避免纳米材料与皮肤之间接触导致的皮肤过敏症状,又可保证面膜材料的抗菌效果。除此之外,外部壳层结构直接载带生物活性分子海藻酸钠、透明质酸、VEGF和丝素蛋白,可具有保湿、美白、促进皮肤修复的功效。
(2)面膜加入液体后可呈现凝胶状态,利于与皮肤的贴合;同时面膜直接载带生物精华分子,避免了多余精华的浪费和滴落污染。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体的实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述。以下的实施例是对本发明的进一步说明,而不限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种基于同轴静电纺丝的纳米丝状凝胶面膜,按以下步骤制备:
(1)纺丝液I制备:10wt%g纳米氧化锌(ZnO NPs)或溶解于30wt%的丝素蛋白(SF)溶液,于60℃混合均匀,得到浓缩的纺丝液I;
(2)纺丝液II制备:浓度为2wt%的海藻酸钠、浓度为8wt%的小分子透明质酸、0.6wt %的维生素C(Vc)、8ng/mL的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及0.01%wt%的丝素蛋白充分溶解于浓度为20wt%的聚乙烯醇溶液中,得到纺丝液II;
(3)纺丝:将混合均匀的纺丝液I和纺丝液II分别注入2个10 mL注射器,设定电纺压为15kV,以流速0.1~1 mL/h,纺丝在天然纤维素基布上,在15 cm接受距离内进行静电纺丝,得到0.5 mm厚的复合凝胶膜;
(4)上述复合纤维膜60℃烘干10min,制备成面膜,灭菌并密封包装。
实施例2
一种基于同轴静电纺丝的纳米丝状凝胶面膜,与实施例1步骤近似,按以下步骤制备:
(1)纺丝液I制备:10wt%纳米氧化锌(ZnO NPs)溶解于30wt%的丝素蛋白(SF)溶液,于60℃混合均匀,得到浓缩的纺丝液I;
(2)纺丝液II制备:浓度为2wt%的海藻酸钠、浓度为8wt%的小分子透明质酸、0.6wt%的维生素C(Vc)、1-100 ng/mL的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及0.025wt%的丝素蛋白充分溶解于浓度为20wt%的聚乙烯醇溶液中,得到纺丝液II;
(3)纺丝:将混合均匀的纺丝液I和纺丝液II分别注入2个10 mL注射器,设定电纺压为15kV,以流速0.5mL/h,纺丝在天然纤维素基布上,在15cm接受距离内进行静电纺丝,得到0.5 mm厚的复合凝胶膜;
(4)上述复合纤维膜60℃烘干10min,制备成面膜,灭菌并密封包装。
实施例3
一种基于同轴静电纺丝的纳米丝状凝胶面膜,与实施例1步骤近似,按以下步骤制备:
(1)纺丝液I制备:10wt%纳米氧化锌(ZnO NPs)溶解于30wt%的丝素蛋白(SF)溶液,于60℃混合均匀,得到浓缩的纺丝液I;
(2)纺丝液II制备:浓度为2wt%的海藻酸钠、8wt%透明质酸钠、8ng/mL VEGF、0.6wt%Vc、0.5wt%丝素蛋白充分溶解于质量分数20%聚乙烯醇溶液中,得到纺丝液II;
(3)纺丝:将混合均匀的纺丝液I和纺丝液II分别注入2个10 mL注射器,设定电纺压为15 kV,以流速0.5 mL/h,在15 cm接受距离内进行静电纺丝在天然纤维素基布上,得到0.5 mm厚的复合凝胶膜;
(4)上述复合纤维膜60℃烘干10min,制备成面膜,灭菌并密封包装。
将实施例1-3制备的面膜剪成直径为0.3 mm的小圆片,灭菌后平铺于96孔板底部,随后,单个孔内接入2000个人皮肤成纤维细胞(100µL体积)培养箱培养3日后,弃去培养基,单孔加入100µL含10%CCK-8的DMEM培养基,培养1.5hr后,酶标仪450nm测定各孔吸光度。
图1为实施例1-3所制备的膜促细胞生长活性图。由图1可知,与对照组相比,本发明实施例1-3所制备的膜能够促进成纤维细胞的生长,具有促进皮肤细胞修复的功效。
Claims (7)
1.一种基于同轴静电纺丝的纳米丝状凝胶面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)纺丝液I制备:一定浓度纳米氧化锌(ZnO NPs)或纳米二氧化钛颗粒(TiO2 NPs)溶解于一定浓度的丝素蛋白(SF)溶液,于60℃混合均匀,得到浓缩的纺丝液I,所述ZnO NPs或TiO2 NPs添加质量为10~50wt%g,所述SF浓度为20~30wt%;
(2)纺丝液II制备:浓度为1~8wt%的海藻酸钠、浓度为2-16wt%的小分子透明质酸、0.01%-0.6wt%的维生素C(Vc)、1-100 ng/mL的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及0.01%-0.1wt%的丝素蛋白充分溶解于浓度为10%~20wt%的聚乙烯醇溶液中,得到纺丝液II;
(3)纺丝:将混合均匀的纺丝液I和纺丝液II分别注入2个10 mL注射器,设定电纺压为15~20 kv,以流速0.1~1 mL/h,纺丝在天然纤维素基布上,在12~20 cm接受距离内进行静电纺丝,得到0.1~0.5 mm厚的复合纤维膜;
(4)上述复合纤维膜60℃烘干10min,制备成面膜,灭菌并密封包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述基于同轴静电纺丝的纳米丝状凝胶面膜的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(1)中,所述 ZnO NPs或TiO2 NPs尺寸为10~20 nm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的基于同轴静电纺丝的纳米丝状凝胶面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤制备:
(1)纺丝液I制备:10wt%g纳米氧化锌(ZnO NPs)或溶解于30wt%的丝素蛋白(SF)溶液,于60℃混合均匀,得到浓缩的纺丝液I;
(2)纺丝液II制备:浓度为2wt%的海藻酸钠、浓度为8wt%的小分子透明质酸、0.6 wt %的维生素C(Vc)、8ng/mL的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及0.01%wt%的丝素蛋白充分溶解于浓度为20wt%的聚乙烯醇溶液中,得到纺丝液II;
(3)纺丝:将混合均匀的纺丝液I和纺丝液II分别注入2个10 mL注射器,设定电纺压为15kV,以流速0.1~1 mL/h,纺丝在天然纤维素基布上,在15 cm接受距离内进行静电纺丝,得到0.5 mm厚的复合凝胶膜;
(4)上述复合纤维膜60℃烘干10min,制备成面膜,灭菌并密封包装。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的基于同轴静电纺丝的纳米丝状凝胶面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤制备:
(1)纺丝液I制备:10wt%纳米氧化锌(ZnO NPs)溶解于30wt%的丝素蛋白(SF)溶液,于60℃混合均匀,得到浓缩的纺丝液I;
(2)纺丝液II制备:浓度为2wt%的海藻酸钠、浓度为8wt%的小分子透明质酸、0.6wt%的维生素C(Vc)、1-100 ng/mL的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及0.025wt%的丝素蛋白充分溶解于浓度为20wt%的聚乙烯醇溶液中,得到纺丝液II;
(3)纺丝:将混合均匀的纺丝液I和纺丝液II分别注入2个10 mL注射器,设定电纺压为15kV,以流速0.5mL/h,纺丝在天然纤维素基布上,在15cm接受距离内进行静电纺丝,得到0.5 mm厚的复合凝胶膜;
(4)上述复合纤维膜60℃烘干10min,制备成面膜,灭菌并密封包装。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的基于同轴静电纺丝的纳米丝状凝胶面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤制备:
(1)纺丝液I制备:10wt%纳米氧化锌(ZnO NPs)溶解于30wt%的丝素蛋白(SF)溶液,于60℃混合均匀,得到浓缩的纺丝液I;
(2)纺丝液II制备:浓度为2wt%的海藻酸钠、8wt%透明质酸钠、8ng/mL VEGF、0.6wt%Vc、0.5wt%丝素蛋白充分溶解于质量分数20%聚乙烯醇溶液中,得到纺丝液II;
(3)纺丝:将混合均匀的纺丝液I和纺丝液II分别注入2个10 mL注射器,设定电纺压为15 kV,以流速0.5 mL/h,在15 cm接受距离内进行静电纺丝在天然纤维素基布上,得到0.5mm厚的复合凝胶膜;
(4)上述复合纤维膜60℃烘干10min,制备成面膜,灭菌并密封包装。
6.一种基于同轴静电纺丝的纳米丝状凝胶面膜,其特征在于根据权利要求1-5任一项所述方法制备得到。
7.一种基于同轴静电纺丝的纳米丝状凝胶面膜的使用方法,特征在于:用超纯水浸润,敷于面部。
