全智能口吃矫正康复仪
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗仪器技术领域,具体是指全智能口吃矫正康复仪。
背景技术
口吃,是一种言语流畅性障碍,主要表现症状不自主的叠字、卡顿、中断、难发、拖音等,大多数伴发紧张、恐惧、焦虑、敏感等心理情绪特征。据统计,世界范围内的口吃患有率高达1%,全世界高达8000万人患有口吃,而中国就有1300万人正忍受着口吃带来的痛苦。其中,青少年的患有率为2%左右,儿童口吃的发生率更高,约达到5%,尤其在7岁组儿童中的患有率最高。口吃患者中80%为男性,男女性别比为3.9:1。口吃始发年龄大多数集中在3-5岁,6岁以后儿童口吃模仿居多,但10-15岁青春早期是口吃心理障碍加重的关键期。
口吃的形成因素多种多样,但主要原因涉及幼儿期发育性口吃固化以及模仿口吃形成的肌肉记忆,还有急躁、紧张恐惧等诱发口吃现象固化而成。目前解决口吃主要途径有以下几种:一种是采取传统慢语发音法(用慢速加抑扬顿挫的语言训练方式,其核心就是慢说话,不结巴,这种机械僵硬的说话方式虽然在一定程度上能缓解口吃现象,但很难运用于生活中);一种是纯心理认知方法(认知改变、接纳口吃等,旨在排除口吃的心理恐惧,解除口吃的痛苦);一种是行为学方法(主要以成功学理念引导口吃者“要成功,先发疯,脑袋空空向前冲”,采取类似生存训练、魔鬼训练等方式,目的是提高胆量和自信,大胆说话);最后就是神秘包装方法(主要就是采取各种手段把矫正机构中某位矫正师包装成神秘大师或号称国外进口或祖传神秘方法,其实是换汤不换药老一套组合,主要特点就是包装高大上,让口吃者对矫正师或矫正机构产生盲目崇拜),但至目前为止,这些方法都不能让口吃患者尽快地回归口语化、生活化、场景化的流畅表达,特别是无法让口吃者获得对说话轻松启口、节奏、语速、呼吸、停顿、语气语调及整体语流的驾控力,遇到口吃无化解之力,面对紧张无解脱之方,只能被动应对,多次失败体验导致口吃复发如前;另一种是通过矫正仪器来对患者言语发音节奏进行不同程度的电子信号刺激干预语速,或利用听觉延迟反馈达到减轻口吃症状,上述方法发明只能适度减轻口吃现象,而不能达到真正彻底矫正口吃回归正常说话的目的。因为它既无法程序化规范训练,也无法保证矫正的持续性和有效性,也做不到跟踪监督及时纠正错误的说话模式,也不能转移注意调整情绪,更不能融入生活实现场景化矫正,最终口吃患者不能获得言语驾控力,更不能获得流畅说话的良好心理情绪的体验感,从而导致口吃矫正的实际效果收效甚微,绝大多数口吃患者均以失败而告终。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述技术的缺陷,提供全智能口吃矫正康复仪。
基于俄国生理学家巴甫洛夫的经典条件反射和美国心理学家斯金纳操作性条件反射的生物反馈原理,包括肌肉记忆消退与建立,情绪情感反馈,潜意识调整转换的理论基础,经过三十四年临床研究探索,创立优化筛选一种简单易做的音气心手(势)全息协调流畅说话发音口吃矫正法。口吃矫正的目的是(1)运用科学正确方法改变口吃的行为习惯,转换潜意识,建立流畅说话的肌肉记忆;(2)采用丹田运气方法调理说话运气的习惯方式;(3)学习说话技能,获得言语驾控力,知行合一,融入生活;(4)认知心理重建,消除非理性信念,转换负性情绪,流畅说话,恢复自信;(5)让口吃患者通过音、气、手、心结合在一起同步强化训练,建立牢固的肌肉记忆,手势运动带动支配发音器官流畅说话的活动,建立大脑神经中枢对说话活动的支配力、协调力和驾控力,从而达到丹田运气、以气诱声、音随气出、手动声发、气手音心同步协调,轻松说话,最终达到正常说话完全康复的效果。
本发明提供的技术方案为全智能口吃矫正康复仪:包括控制处理器、耳机、手势运动测评装置、丹田呼吸测评器,所述耳机、手势运动测评装置、丹田呼吸测评器均与控制处理器无线连接;所述控制处理器设有显示屏、扬声器、APP+智能机器人,所述手势运动测评装置包括测评手环、测评指环,所述测评指环上设有轨迹传感器,所述测评手环上设有血压测试器、心率测试器、压力传感器。
作为改进,所述控制处理器采用手机。
作为改进,所述测评手环设有振动提醒装置。
作为改进,所述全智能口吃矫正康复仪采用APP+智能机器人,口吃矫正智能化,人机互动,虚拟现实融合。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:本发明可以使口吃矫正活动人工智能化,虚拟现实结合,人机互动性强,融入实际生活随时随地有效进行,轻松达到流畅说话矫正口吃的目的,并拒绝复发,操作简单方便,便于推广应用。

下面结合附图对本发明全智能口吃矫正康复仪做进一步的详细说明。
结合附图1,全智能口吃矫正康复仪,包括控制处理器1、耳机2、手势运动测评装置3、丹田呼吸测评器4,所述耳机2、手势运动测评装置3、丹田呼吸测评器4均与控制处理器1无线连接;所述控制处理器1设有显示屏、扬声器、APP+智能机器人,所述手势运动测评装置3包括测评手环3.1、测评指环3.2,所述测评指环3.2上设有轨迹传感器,所述测评手环3.1上设有血压测试器、心率测试器、压力传感器。
所述控制处理器1采用手机。
所述测评手环3.1设有振动提醒装置。
本发明在具体实施时,将耳机2戴在耳朵上,丹田呼吸测评器4贴放于患者丹田部位,其中丹田呼吸测评器4的放置方式可以是粘贴在在内裤上靠近丹田部位,也可以采用腰带将其固定在丹田部位(或者相类似的放置方式),将测评手环3.1戴于手腕,将测评指环3.2带于手指,控制处理器1内置人工智能口吃矫正程序,口吃矫正程序包含智能语音助手和智能机器人演示及教授,通过丹田呼吸测评器4测试丹田运气呼吸起伏的变化,测评手环3.1测评心跳血压和肌肉紧张度,测评指环3.2测评手势运动轨迹的变化,耳机2接收控制处理器1传递的言语训练信息反馈,使用者接发语音指令,以便及时执行指令或者与智能语音助手沟通互动。从而达到对患者的呼吸、言语、行为训练的有效指导和掌控,辅以系统专业的认知心理辅导,以达到口吃矫正康复言语的目的。
正常人说话时一旦决定把组织好的内容(内部言语)变成可以沟通的话(外部言语)表达出来,首先需要发音动力系统的有力支持,而这个动力系统的燃料就是根据表达需要呼出具有可控制性的气流。而口吃患者因为较长时间业已形成的错误发音习惯性的肌肉记忆,加上负性情绪压力作用造成呼吸紊乱、胸闷气短,字词不自主的重复、停顿、卡壳、难发、拖音阻尼等症状更是恶性循环加重口吃。为了保障说话所需要的充分气息,语速安全可控、节奏平稳连贯、抑扬顿挫、声情并茂,自然流畅,就必须强化先补气再说话的行为习惯,并逐步转化为自主补气。丹田运气、以气诱声、音随气出、手动声发、手停音止,气手音心同步协调,建立轻松说话的肌肉记忆和情绪体验。
本发明可以使口吃矫正活动人工智能化,虚拟现实结合,人机互动性强,融入实际生活随时随地有效进行,轻松达到流畅说话矫正口吃的目的,并拒绝复发,操作简单方便,便于推广应用。

所述控制处理器(1)设有显示屏、扬声器、APP+智能机器人,所述手势运动测评装置(3)包括测评手环(3.1)、测评指环(3.2),所述测评指环(3.2)上设有轨迹传感器,所述测评手环(3.1)上设有血压测试器、心率测试器、压力传感器。
