Abstract
一种光发射组件、光模块以及光线路终端,包括激光器(602)、光开关(609)、光出口(605)、单片机(607)以及半导体制冷器(604),激光器(602)与光出口(605)连接,在激光器(602)和光出口(605)之间的光路上设置有光开关(609);激光器(602)、光开关(609)以及半导体制冷器(604)均与单片机(607)连接,激光器(602)用于在单片机(607)的控制下处于开启状态;无论光发射组件是位于主用无源光纤网络端口中还是位于备用无源光纤网络端口中,激光器(602)均处于正常工作的状态,半导体制冷器(604)一直处于热平衡状态,不会破坏半导体制冷器(604)的热平衡。
