For example, a doctor is a dedicated doctor of a patient, a fixed doctor provides medical services for the patient, and at this time, the doctor may push related information to the patient, which specifically may include an examination/visit time reminding message, a medication reminding message, or an examination result message, and the like. In this way, the first user can receive the various information configured by the second user through the smart sound box device, and the configuration by the first user is not required.

Fig. 15 illustrates an architecture of a computer system, which may include, in particular, a processor 1510, a video display adapter 1511, a disk drive 1512, an input/output interface 1513, a network interface 1514, and a memory 1520. The processor 1510, video display adapter 1511, disk drive 1512, input/output interface 1513, network interface 1514, and memory 1520 may be communicatively coupled via a communication bus 1530.
The processor 1510 may be implemented by a general-purpose CPU (Central Processing Unit), a microprocessor, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits, and is configured to execute related programs to implement the technical solution provided by the present Application.
The Memory 1520 may be implemented in the form of a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), a static storage device, a dynamic storage device, or the like. The memory 1520 may store an operating system 1521 for controlling the operation of the electronic device 1500, a Basic Input Output System (BIOS) for controlling low-level operations of the electronic device 1500. The information interaction processing system 1525 may be an application program that implements the operations of the foregoing steps in this embodiment of the application. In summary, when the technical solution provided by the present application is implemented by software or firmware, the relevant program codes are stored in the memory 1520 and called for execution by the processor 1510.
The input/output interface 1513 is used for connecting an input/output module to realize information input and output. The i/o module may be configured as a component in a device (not shown) or may be external to the device to provide a corresponding function. The input devices may include a keyboard, a mouse, a touch screen, a microphone, various sensors, etc., and the output devices may include a display, a speaker, a vibrator, an indicator light, etc.
The network interface 1514 is used to connect a communication module (not shown) to enable the device to communicatively interact with other devices. The communication module can realize communication in a wired mode (such as USB, network cable and the like) and also can realize communication in a wireless mode (such as mobile network, WIFI, Bluetooth and the like).
The bus 1530 includes a path to transfer information between the various components of the device, such as the processor 1510, the video display adapter 1511, the disk drive 1512, the input/output interface 1513, the network interface 1514, and the memory 1520.
It should be noted that although the above devices only show the processor 1510, the video display adapter 1511, the disk drive 1512, the input/output interface 1513, the network interface 1514, the memory 1520, the bus 1530, etc., in a specific implementation, the devices may also include other components necessary for proper operation. Furthermore, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the apparatus described above may also include only the components necessary to implement the solution of the present application, and not necessarily all of the components shown in the figures.

Claims (37)

1. An information interaction system, comprising:
the system comprises intelligent sound box equipment, an intelligent sound box system server and a hospital-side information system; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the intelligent sound box system server is used for providing an information link between the intelligent sound box equipment and the information system at the hospital side so as to transfer information;
the smart sound box device is used for providing front-end interaction for a first user, and the front-end interaction comprises: receiving a request initiated by a first user so as to forward the request to an information system at the hospital side through the intelligent sound box system server, or outputting a message forwarded by the intelligent sound box system from the information system at the hospital side; the first user is a user with a requirement for acquiring medical service;
the hospital side information system is used for receiving the request from the first user forwarded by the intelligent sound box system server and providing response information to the first user through the intelligent sound box system server, or pushing information to the first user through the intelligent sound box system server.
2. The system of claim 1,
the hospital-side information system includes an information system developed by a third-party system development facilitator who cooperates with the hospital;
the intelligent sound box system server is further used for establishing a corresponding relation between the first ID of the first user and the equipment ID of the associated intelligent sound box equipment;
the information system at the hospital side is further used for establishing a corresponding relation between the second ID of the first user and the equipment ID of the associated intelligent sound box equipment;
when the information about the target first user is forwarded to the other side between the intelligent sound box system server and the information system at the hospital side, the information carries the equipment ID information of the intelligent sound box equipment associated with the target first user, so that the receiver of the information can conveniently identify the identity of the first user through the equipment ID and the corresponding relation established in the respective systems.
3. An information interaction method, comprising:
the smart sound box device receives a request initiated by a first user; the first user is a user with a requirement for acquiring medical service;
submitting the request to an intelligent sound box system server so that the intelligent sound box system server forwards the request to an associated information system at the hospital side, and the information system at the hospital side processes the request and returns the processed result to the intelligent sound box system server;
and receiving and outputting the processing result information forwarded by the intelligent sound box system server.
4. The method of claim 3,
the first user-initiated request comprises: a registration/reservation examination request, wherein the hospital-side information system is configured to perform registration/reservation examination for the first user, and the processing result includes: registration/appointment check results.
5. The method of claim 3,
the first user-initiated request comprises: a request for learning courses set by a hospital side is made; the intelligent sound box system server is used for returning the course content information submitted by the hospital side information system associated with the first user in advance to the intelligent sound box device.
