In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a rental service management system, where the rental service management system includes: the system comprises a memory, a processor and a leasing business management program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the leasing business management program realizes the steps of the leasing business management method according to the embodiment when being executed by the processor.
The implementation principle of the rental service management system of the present invention can refer to the above embodiments, and will not be described herein again.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a rental business management program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when executed by a processor, the rental business management program implements the steps of the rental business management method according to the above embodiment.
The implementation principle of the rental service management system of the present invention can refer to the above embodiments, and will not be described herein again.

1. A rental business management method is applied to a rental business management platform, and comprises the following steps:
receiving an operation instruction of the financial product leasing service at the leasing service management platform;
displaying a corresponding leasing operation page according to the operation instruction;
and managing at least part of links in the whole life cycle of the financial product leasing business on the financial product leasing operation page according to the received management instruction, wherein the part of links at least comprise financial product leasing counting and lifting and multi-dimensional index-based financing cost measurement and calculation.
2. The method for rental business management of claim 1, wherein said step of managing at least some of the entire life cycle of the rental business of the financial product according to the received management instructions at the rental business operation page comprises:
in the financial product leasing operation page, if the received management instruction is a financing cost measurement instruction, obtaining financing cost measurement related indexes according to the financing cost measurement instruction, wherein the financing cost measurement related indexes comprise one or more of the following dimension indexes: leasing places, a sleeve protection mode, leasing purposes, leasing duration, leasing fees, water-sticking-increasing rate and returning in advance in different times;
and calculating the financing cost of the financial product according to the related indexes of the financing cost calculation.
3. The method for rental business management of claim 1, wherein said step of managing at least some of the entire life cycle of the rental business of the financial product according to the received management instructions at the rental business operation page comprises:
on the financial product leasing operation page, if the received management instruction is a financial product leasing and counting instruction, obtaining leasing fee data of financial product leasing business in an interval corresponding to business measurement and calculation of the financial product according to the financial product leasing and counting instruction;
performing automatic account keeping of lease fees on an accounting system based on the lease fee data, and displaying a financial product ledger accounting page;
if receiving a query screening instruction, searching the corresponding financial product lease interest amount on the financial product standing book billing page, and outputting an interest amount query list;
and outputting the specific sectional interest counting details of the financial product lease on the interest counting amount interface if a detail checking instruction is received.
4. The method for rental business management of claim 2, wherein said step of managing at least some of the entire life cycle of said rental business of said financial product according to said received management instructions at said rental business action page further comprises:
if the received management instruction is a financial product leasing query instruction, displaying a leasing standing book query page of the financial product on the financial product leasing operation page;
on the rental standing book query page of the financial product, if a query screening instruction is received, the rental standing book of the financial product which needs to be checked is searched and screened;
if a detailed information page opening instruction is received in the searched financial product leasing machine account interface, displaying detailed information of the financial product leasing service, and providing an inquiry interface for inquiring and displaying the rising water pasting rate and the financing cost of the financial product leasing service; or
If the received management instruction is a financial product leasing registration, maintenance and return instruction, displaying a leasing operation function page corresponding to the financial product on the financial product leasing operation page;
and performing corresponding registration, maintenance and return operations on the rental operation function page corresponding to the financial product, and displaying corresponding detailed information.

The method for rental business management of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the step of managing at least a portion of the entire life cycle of the financial product rental business at the financial product rental operations page in accordance with the received management instructions further comprises:
on the financial product leasing operation page, if the received management instruction is a cash flow prediction instruction of the financial product leasing service, acquiring financial product leasing service data according to the cash flow prediction instruction of the financial product leasing;
and calculating the cash flow data of the rental business of the financial products in the corresponding interval of the business of the financial products according to the rental business data of the financial products.
6. The rental business management method of any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
and setting a reminding function before the return plan of the financial product leasing business is due according to the received setting instruction on the financial product leasing operation page.
7. The rental business management method of claim 6, further comprising:
detecting an expiration condition of the financial product rental service;
and sending an expiration return advance notice when the financial product rental business is detected to be expired.
8. The rental business management method of claim 6, wherein the financial product rental business is a gold rental business, and wherein the full lifecycle management further comprises one or more of: the method comprises the following steps of credit line occupation, guarantee association, repeated returning, returning registration, credit line release and logout management of the financial product.
9. A rental business management system, comprising: memory, a processor, and a rental business management program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the rental business management program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the rental business management method of any of claims 1-8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein a rental business management program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the rental business management method of any of claims 1-8.
