Claims (15)

1. A material management system, the system comprising:
the material information maintenance module is used for maintaining the stock information of the material;
the claiming module is used for receiving material claiming information of a claiming person;
the auditing module is used for generating auditing information according to the storage information and the material application information;
and the financial information processing module is used for generating corresponding financial data after the material application is finished.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
the warehouse-in and warehouse-out recording module is used for recording warehouse-out information and warehouse-in information of various materials;
the material information maintenance module is also used for maintaining the inventory information of the materials according to the ex-warehouse information and the in-warehouse information.
3. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
the material information maintenance module is further used for sending reminding information when the inventory of the materials is lower than the preset safety inventory according to the inventory information of the materials.
4. The system of claim 1,
the system further comprises: the team information maintenance module is used for maintaining team information to which the claimant belongs;
and the financial information processing module is also used for analyzing cost data according to the financial data so as to determine the consumption condition of each team on various materials.
5. The system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
and the display module is used for displaying the inventory information of the materials in real time and displaying the material application information in real time.
6. A material management method applied to the material management system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, the method comprising:
receiving material application information sent by an application person;
acquiring auditing information corresponding to the material application information;
and receiving material receiving confirmation information sent by the claimant to finish material claiming under the condition that the audit information is passed.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein receiving material claiming information sent by a claimant comprises:
searching inventory information of the material according to the material code input by the claimant, and displaying the inventory information;
receiving material claiming information input by the claimant according to the inventory information; wherein, the material application information at least comprises the material type and quantity.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein obtaining audit information corresponding to the material claim information comprises:
confirming the inventory information of related materials according to the material claim information, and generating auditing information according to the material claim information and the inventory information; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and receiving audit information fed back by an administrator according to the material application information.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein after completing the material claim, the method further comprises:

analyzing cost data according to the financial data to determine the consumption condition of each team on various materials; wherein each team has one or more claimants.

confirming stock information of the materials at a preset time point or in real time;
and sending reminding information when the stock of the material is lower than the preset safety stock.
12. The method according to any one of claims 6 to 10, further comprising:
and displaying the material application information and the audit information in real time.
13. The method according to any one of claims 6 to 10, wherein the materials management system is provided with an operation open time period and operation rights of the claimant.
14. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of claims 6 to 13.
15. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
storage means for storing one or more programs which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to carry out the method of any one of claims 6 to 13.
