The bank server can deduct money from the user account according to the amount of the tax receipt to finish the customs clearance. Therefore, the invention can realize the whole flow online application, verification and use of the customs duty and the insurance letter, solves the problem of difficult verification of the offline paper customs duty and insurance letter, simultaneously ensures the handling speed and the use efficiency of the customs duty and insurance letter, and improves the efficiency and the safety of using the customs duty and insurance letter to pay the customs duty.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the method further comprises, after receiving the user-transmitted association request, the previous S000:
s010: and receiving a tariff insurance application transmitted by a user, and determining a target bank server according to the tariff insurance application.
S020: and forwarding the tariff insurance application to the target bank server so that the target bank server checks the tariff insurance application, and if the check is passed, forming an electronic tariff insurance to allow the bank server to carry out tariff clearance on a user account corresponding to the tariff insurance application according to the amount of a tax receipt.
Specifically, it can be understood that the user can use the electronic duty bond to pay for clearance and clearance at customs, and the electronic duty bond is applied to the bank in advance, the bank provides guarantee for the user and issues the electronic duty bond for the user, and the user can use the electronic duty bond as a certificate to quickly close clearance and clearance.
Thus, the user can submit the tariff insurance application to the customs server before receiving the customs clearance application transmitted by the user. The tariff insurance application may include the user information and a target bank for which the user applies for the tariff insurance. The customs server can analyze the customs bond application to obtain a target bank in the customs bond application, and determines the target bank server according to the target bank to forward the customs bond application to the target bank server.
And after receiving the customs duty request transmitted by the customs server, the bank server analyzes the customs duty request to obtain the user information. The bank server can search user qualification information such as credit line and client qualification corresponding to the user information from all user information prestored in the bank, and check the application of the customs insurance bond according to the user qualification information. If the verification is passed, an electronic duty insurance letter can be made for the user, and the electronic duty insurance letter is associated with the user account, so that the bank server can deduct cash corresponding to the amount of the tax bill from the user account to finish tax payment after receiving the amount of the tax bill corresponding to the electronic duty insurance letter transmitted by the customs server.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the method further comprises:
s030: and the target bank server forms a tariff and insurance message according to the electronic tariff and insurance, and transmits the tariff and insurance message to the supervision server so that the supervision server checks the tariff and insurance message.
S040: and if the check is passed, receiving the tariff and insurance message transmitted by the monitoring server to obtain the electronic tariff and insurance.
Specifically, it can be understood that the bank server may send the electronic customs insurance bond formed according to the application of the customs insurance bond to the customs server, so that the customs server may perform a customs clearance on the application of the customs bond according to the electronic customs insurance bond transmitted by the bank server after receiving the application of the customs bond transmitted by the user. In the preferred embodiment, the target bank server forms a insurance message according to the electronic customs insurance, and sends the electronic customs insurance to the supervision server in the form of a message, so that the supervision server can check and count the customs insurance messages transmitted by each large bank server. In one or more embodiments, the monitoring server may be, for example, a people bank server, and the monitoring server may monitor the electronic duty insurance bond issued by each large bank server, obtain the electronic duty insurance bond from the duty insurance bond message by parsing, and perform compliance verification on the electronic duty insurance bond according to a preset verification rule to ensure legal compliance of the electronic duty insurance bond. In practical application, the verification rule may be set according to actual requirements, which is not limited in the present invention. Furthermore, the monitoring server can also perform statistical analysis on the customs duty bond messages transmitted by the bank servers to form statistical analysis results and feed the statistical analysis results back to the monitoring personnel, so that the monitoring personnel can know the quantity, distribution and other conditions of the electronic customs duty bond.
And after the verification is passed, the supervision server can transmit the checked customs duty bond message to the customs server, and the customs server analyzes the customs duty bond message to obtain an electronic customs duty bond, stores the electronic customs duty bond and associates the electronic customs duty bond with the user information, so that the electronic customs duty bond corresponding to the user information in the customs application is obtained after the customs application is received, and the customs clearance is carried out.
It should be noted that the tariff and insurance message can be formed according to the electronic tariff and insurance letter through a preset message forming rule, and the security of the electronic tariff and insurance letter in the transmission process can be ensured by transmitting the electronic tariff and insurance letter in the form of the message. For example, the bank server may encrypt the electronic customs duties bond by using a key exchanged with the customs server in advance to obtain a customs bond message, and the customs server decrypts the customs bond message by using the key to obtain the electronic customs bond, so that the security in the transmission process of the electronic customs bond is ensured, and the electronic customs bond is prevented from being stolen or tampered.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the transmitting the tax fund amount to the bank server by S300 specifically includes:

Specifically, in the preferred embodiment, the customs server forms a tax receipt message according to the amount of the tax receipt and the corresponding user information, and transmits the tax receipt message to the bank server. The bank server can analyze the amount of the tax receipt and the user information according to the tax receipt message, and the bank server can further determine whether an electronic duty insurance bond corresponding to the user information exists according to the user information, and if so, cash of the amount of the tax receipt can be deducted from a user account corresponding to the electronic duty insurance bond, so that duty clearing is completed.
Similarly, in the preferred embodiment, the tax receipt message can be formed according to the tax receipt amount and the corresponding user information by the preset message forming rule, and the safety of the tax receipt amount and the user information in the transmission process can be ensured by transmitting the tax receipt amount and the user information in the form of the message. For example, the bank server may encrypt the tax bill amount and the user information by using a key exchanged with the customs server in advance to obtain a tax bill message, and the customs server may decrypt the tax bill message by using the key to obtain the tax bill amount and the user information, so that the security of the tax bill amount and the user information in the transmission process is ensured, and the tax bill amount and the user information are prevented from being stolen or tampered.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the step S300 of performing tariff clearing on the user account corresponding to the clearance application according to the amount of the tax receipt specifically includes:
s321: and determining a corresponding user account according to the amount of the tax receipt.
S322: deducting the tax fund amount from the user account.
S323: and if the cash balance in the user account is less than the amount of the tax receipt, the balance is insufficient, and the user account corresponding to the closing application is suspended from being subjected to closing clearance according to the amount of the tax receipt.
Specifically, the customs server forms a tax receipt message according to the tax receipt amount and corresponding user information, and transmits the tax receipt message to the bank server. The user information can be analyzed from the tax bill message, the corresponding user account can be determined according to the user information, cash of the amount of the tax bill is deducted from the user account in real time, real-time payment of the tax fee is completed, and the guarantee money limit of the user is avoided being occupied. When the cash balance in the user account is less than the amount of the tax receipt, the cash of the user account is not enough to cover the tax of the amount of the tax receipt. For the insufficient balance condition, the bank server can suspend the customs clearance business transaction of the user account based on the tax amount. Further, the bank server can return prompt information of money deduction failure to the customs server, so that the customs server can take further measures to complete customs clearance and clearance of the user according to the prompt information.
In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises:
s400: and forming out-of-table account information and transmitting the out-of-table account information to a user so that the user can pay cash in the user account according to the out-of-table account information to enable a bank server to deduct cash of the amount of the tax receipt from the user account.
In particular, it will be appreciated that when the cash balance in the user account is less than the tax amount, the cash in the user account is insufficient to cover the tax of the tax amount. For the insufficient balance condition, the bank server can suspend the customs clearance business transaction of the user account based on the tax amount. Further, in the preferred embodiment, the bank server may further generate the account outside information, and feed the account outside information back to the user. For example, the out-of-form account information may be transmitted to the user terminal for feedback to the user. The user can pay cash to the user account after receiving the account information outside the form, and the bank server can normally deduct the cash of the tax amount from the user account to complete the customs clearance and also relieve the limitation of the customs clearance of the user account.
In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises:
s500: and if the duration of the insufficient balance state exceeds a preset time threshold, forming a recollection message and transmitting the recollection message to a bank server so that the bank server deducts the deposit of the amount of the tax bill from a deposit account of the user.
Specifically, it can be understood that, when the user does not pay cash and completes the tariff clearance after exceeding the validity period (preset time threshold) of the electronic tariff insurance, the customs server may form a corresponding additional payment message, transmit the additional payment message to the bank server, and the bank server may deduct the deposit of the amount of the tax receipt from the deposit account of the user to complete the tariff clearance.
Therefore, the invention deducts the tariff amount from the user account preferentially, and avoids occupying the user's deposit. And when the balance of the user is insufficient, prompting the user to pay cash in time to meet the deduction of the amount of the customs duty, and completing the customs duty clearing in time. Further, when the valid period of the electronic tariff insurance letter is expired, the user still does not finish the tariff clearance, and then the corresponding guarantee amount of the tax bill is deducted from the guarantee amount account of the user to finish the tariff clearance. The invention adopts the electronic customs bond and the online real-time customs clearance, improves the efficiency and the safety of using the customs bond to pay the customs, simultaneously provides different customs clearance modes in different stages, avoids the occupation of the deposit while clearing the customs in real time, and improves the flexibility of paying the customs clearance and clearance taxes of the user.
Based on the same principle, the embodiment also discloses a method for processing the tariff insurance data. The method comprises the following steps:
receiving the amount of the tax receipt transmitted by the customs server, and clearing the customs of the user account corresponding to the clearance application according to the amount of the tax receipt, wherein the amount of the tax receipt is that the customs server receives the clearance application transmitted by the user, and if the clearance application corresponds to the electronic clearance insurance policy, determining the amount of the tax receipt to obtain according to the clearance application.
In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises, before receiving the user-transmitted association request:
and receiving the customs server to receive the forwarded customs duty application, auditing the customs duty application, and if the auditing is passed, forming an electronic customs duty to allow the bank server to carry out customs clearance on a user account corresponding to the customs duty application according to the amount of the tax receipt. The customs insurance application is obtained by the customs server receiving the customs insurance application transmitted by the user, determining a target bank server according to the customs insurance application, and forwarding the customs insurance application to the target bank server.
In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises:
and forming a tariff and insurance message according to the electronic tariff and insurance, transmitting the tariff and insurance message to a supervision server so that the supervision server checks the tariff and insurance message, and transmitting the tariff and insurance message to a customs server if the check is passed so that the customs server obtains the electronic tariff and insurance.
In a preferred embodiment, the receiving the amount of the tax receipt transmitted by the customs server specifically includes:
and receiving a tax receipt message transmitted by the customs server, wherein the tax receipt message is formed by the customs server according to the amount of the tax receipt and corresponding user information.
In a preferred embodiment, the performing tariff clearing on the user account corresponding to the clearance application according to the amount of the tax receipt specifically includes:
determining a corresponding user account according to the amount of the tax receipt;
deducting the tax form amount from the user account;
and if the cash balance in the user account is less than the amount of the tax receipt, the balance is insufficient, and the user account corresponding to the closing application is suspended from being subjected to closing clearance according to the amount of the tax receipt.
In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises:
and forming out-of-table account information and transmitting the out-of-table account information to a user so that the user can pay cash in the user account according to the out-of-table account information to enable a bank server to deduct cash of the amount of the tax receipt from the user account.
