Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a project automation management method, which is applied to an automation management system, where the automation management system is used to interact with a project management system and perform automation management on project data of the project management system, and the method includes:
acquiring data of a target project in project data managed by a project management system, wherein the target project corresponds to any local management project of the automatic management system;
updating data about a local management project stored in the automatic management system according to the acquired data of the target project to obtain first data of the local management project;
processing the first data of the local management item according to a preset processing rule to obtain second data of the local management item;
and judging the second data of the local management item according to a preset judgment rule so as to execute a preset operation according to a judgment result.
By the project automatic management method, the automation degree of the project management system can be improved, the data in the project management system can be continuously monitored, and automatic preset operation can be performed when any data is in an abnormal state, so that the labor cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a project automation management method according to an embodiment of the present application. The project automation management method provided by the embodiment of the application is applied to an automation management system, the automation management system is used for interacting with the project management system and automatically managing project data of the project management system, and the project automation management method comprises the following steps:
in step S11, data of a target item among the item data managed by the item management system is acquired.
The project management system in the present application may be a JIRA system, where the JIRA system is a project management system, and the JIRA system may perform work such as defect tracking, customer service, demand collection, process approval, task tracking, project tracking, and agile management. The acquisition of the data of the target item in the item data managed by the item management system may be periodically acquiring the data of the target item in the item data managed by the item management system, and for example, the data of the target item in the JIRA system may be acquired once per second.
The target project corresponds to any local management project of the automatic management system. For example, the data of the corresponding project in the corresponding project management system is acquired according to the local management project of the automation management system. The automated management system may be a python-jiara system, i.e., a management system written in python language for monitoring the jia a system
The project automation management method provided by the embodiment of the invention aims at project data in the intelligent terminal equipment, so that the project data can be executed through the intelligent terminal equipment, and specifically, the intelligent terminal equipment can be a computer or a server and the like.
Step S12, the data about the local management project stored in the automated management system is updated according to the acquired data of the target project, so as to obtain first data of the local management project.
Wherein, the target project corresponds to any local management project of the automatic management system. The data about the local management project stored in the automatic management system is updated according to the acquired data of the target project, and the data of the local management project can be updated according to the data of the target project, so that the first data of the local management project is obtained.
For example, data of an item in the JIRA system is periodically acquired by the automation management system, and then data of a locally managed item of the automation management system is updated based on the acquired item data. For example, the total number of recorded BUGs (BUGs) in the jitra system is acquired once per second, and then the data in the automated management system is updated according to the acquired total number of the BUGs, so that the updated total number of the BUGs, that is, the first data is obtained.
And step S13, processing the first data of the local management item according to a preset processing rule to obtain second data of the local management item.
The processing of the first data of the local management project according to the preset processing rule may be further processing the first data of the local project management system by using a preset operation rule. For example, the total number of the removed BUGs in the history period of time is obtained as the first data, and the number of the processed BUGs per day in the past period of time can be obtained by dividing the total number of the removed BUGs by the time, so that the working efficiency can be effectively monitored. For another example, the first data is the total number of the BUGs appearing in the current period of time and the total number of the BUGs already processed, and the total number of the current BUGs to be processed can be known by calculating a difference, so that the state of the current item can be monitored.
And step S14, judging the second data of the local management item according to a preset judgment rule, so as to execute a preset operation according to the judgment result.
The preset judgment rule may be a preset judgment rule for various items. And judging second data of the local management item according to a preset judgment rule, wherein the first data is, for example, the total number of the BUGs appearing in a current period of time and the total number of the BUGs already processed, and the total number of the BUGs to be processed currently, that is, the second data can be known by calculating a difference. By comparing the total number of the BUGs to be processed with a preset threshold value, whether the total number of the BUGs to be processed exceeds an alarm value or not can be known.
Wherein, a preset operation is executed according to the judgment result, for example, when the total number of the BUGs to be processed exceeds the alarm value, the alarm information related to the BUG can be sent for the item.
Therefore, the project automation management method can improve the automation degree of the project management system, continuously monitor the data in the project management system, and automatically preset operation when any data is in an abnormal state, thereby reducing the labor cost.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, in step S13, processing the first data of the local management item according to a preset processing rule to obtain second data of the local management item, where the processing includes:
step S131, acquiring preset data of the local management project according to the preset processing rule, and processing the first data by using the preset data of the local management project according to the preset processing rule to obtain second data of the local management project.
The processing method includes acquiring preset data of a local management project according to a preset processing rule, and processing first data by using the preset data of the local management project according to the preset processing rule, where the processing method may be configured to process the first data for acquiring data related to the first data preset in the local management project according to the preset processing rule.
For example, the total number of the current BUGs to be processed and the total time length required for processing all the BUGs preset in the local management project are obtained. The workload per unit time can be obtained by dividing, and thus the work schedule per unit time can be arranged. For another example, the total number of the current BUGs to be processed is obtained, and the number of the different types of BUGs can be obtained by matching all the BUGs with the preset classification standard of the BUGs, for example, the total number of important BUGs and the total number of non-important BUGs are obtained.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, in step S14, the determining, according to a preset determination rule, second data of the local management item, so as to execute a preset operation according to a determination result, where the preset operation includes:
and step S141, matching the second data of the local management item with a preset condition according to a preset judgment rule, and executing a preset operation when the preset condition is met.
And matching the second data of the local management item with a preset condition according to a preset judgment rule. For example, the second data obtained by the total number of the current BUGs to be processed and the scheduled working time is the total number of the BUGs scheduled to be processed daily, and the second data is matched with the preset conditions. Wherein the second condition is that the daily projected work task volume is greater than a certain threshold. The preset operation is performed when a preset condition is satisfied, wherein the preset operation may be a plurality of types of operations. For example, send alarm information, make a call or send a short message for notification, etc.
For example, the total number of unsolved BUGs is acquired, the total number of unsolved BUGs is compared with a preset alarm value, and a preset operation is performed when the total number of unsolved BUGs exceeds the alarm value. For another example, the important BUG occurrence time and the current time in the unresolved BUG are obtained, the time from the occurrence of the important BUG to the current time is obtained, and when the time exceeds a preset threshold, a preset operation is executed. For another example, the working schedule of the important BUG is obtained, and when the working schedule of the important BUG is smaller than a preset threshold, for example, after a preset time, the important BUG is still in an unprocessed (unsolved) state, a preset operation (sending notification information to relevant people, for example, sending notification information to relevant people through a telephone, a short message, and/or a mail) is performed. For another example, the default repair time length of the BUG and the used time length of the current BUG are obtained, and when the obtained remaining repair time length is smaller than the preset threshold value, the preset operation is executed.
Optionally, referring to fig. 4, the second data includes the total bug number of the local management item, and step S14 judges the second data of the local management item according to a preset judgment rule, so as to execute a preset operation according to a judgment result, where the preset operation includes:
step S142, determining whether the total number of bug bugs of the local management project is greater than a preset number threshold according to the preset determination rule.
And step S143, when the total number of the bug bugs of the local management project is larger than a preset number threshold, sending notification information to a target mailbox, and/or sending notification information to a target telephone number in a telephone or short message notification mode.
The notification by mail can be performed simultaneously with the telephone call notification and the short message notification, or can be performed separately. For example, the preset number threshold may include a plurality of values, such as a first threshold, a second threshold, and a third threshold, and when the total number of bugs is greater than the first threshold, the notification message is sent to the target mailbox. And when the total number of the bugs is larger than a second threshold value, sending notification information to the target telephone number in a telephone or short message notification mode. And when the total number of the bugs is larger than a third threshold value, sending notification information to a target mailbox, and sending the notification information to a target telephone number in a telephone or short message notification mode.
Optionally, referring to fig. 5, the method further includes:
and step S15, generating a chart corresponding to the second data according to the second data of the local management item so as to visually display the second data.
The generated chart can be a report of various types or formats, such as a graph, a line graph and the like. According to the second data of the local management item, a chart corresponding to the second data is generated, for example, the total number of processed BUGs in a past period of time per day can be obtained, and a graph of the number of processed BUGs per day is generated, so that the straight pipe judgment can be carried out on the work efficiency per day. For another example, by counting the total number of the BUGs and the total number of the currently completed BUGs, a pie chart is generated and displayed, and the percentage of the currently completed work can be seen through the straight tube.
Therefore, the chart corresponding to the second data is generated according to the second data of the local management project so as to visually display the second data, so that the current data can be more intuitively watched and processed by personnel.
Optionally, referring to fig. 6, on the basis of the foregoing method embodiment, the foregoing method may further include the following steps:
in step S16, log information of the automated management system is recorded.
The log information of the automated management system may be operation information, data information, and the like of the automated management system. For example, when a user performs a certain operation through the automated management system, the operation and time of the current user are recorded, or when the first data is acquired and the second data is generated, the first data and the generated second data are recorded. By recording the log information of the automatic management system, the accident tracing of workers can be facilitated, the current automatic management system can be improved, and the like.
