All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Quality checks are indispensable for each piece of software running on the line. For example, the quality of the software running on the detection line is periodically evaluated, whether the quality of the software is abnormal or not is determined, and abnormal information is sent to an abnormal handling person in a mail warning mode. After receiving the warning mail, the abnormity processing personnel can process abnormity in time according to the abnormal information in the mail, thereby ensuring the quality of the software running on the line of the product. But because the mail alarming mode has certain hysteresis, the timeliness of the online quality abnormity alarming process is poor.
In order to solve the problem that the timeliness of an alarm process is poor when the existing online software is abnormal, the embodiment of the invention provides an online software abnormity alarm method. The method can be applied to any electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment can perform abnormal alarm. In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, if the electronic equipment detects that the software running on the line is abnormal, the electronic equipment sends an alarm mail to a mailbox of an abnormal handling person, wherein the alarm mail comprises an abnormal detection result, whether a secondary alarm is performed for the abnormality or not is determined according to the level of a user and/or the level of a service corresponding to the software, and the secondary alarm comprises the following steps: based on the instant communication account number of the exception handling personnel, sending alarm information to the exception handling personnel, and determining whether to carry out three-level alarm aiming at the exception according to the processing state of the two-level alarm, wherein the three-level alarm comprises the following steps: and carrying out voice alarm to the abnormal handling personnel based on the account number of the voice communication equipment of the abnormal handling personnel.
By the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the software running on the line is abnormal and mail alarm is carried out aiming at the abnormality, whether secondary alarm is carried out or not is determined according to the level of the user corresponding to the software and the level of the service, whether tertiary alarm is carried out or not is determined according to the processing state of the secondary alarm, namely after the mail alarm is carried out, the alarm is upgraded by timely adopting instant messaging alarm and voice alarm with higher timeliness, so that an abnormality processing person can timely claim and process the abnormality, the influence of the hysteresis of a mail alarm mode on the abnormality processing is reduced, the timeliness of the abnormality alarm is improved, and the timeliness of the abnormality processing is further improved.
The following examples illustrate the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a first flowchart of an online software exception warning method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method comprises the following steps.
And step S101, if the abnormality of the software running on the line is detected, sending an alarm mail to a mailbox of an abnormality processing person, wherein the alarm mail comprises an abnormality detection result.
In this step, when detecting the quality of each piece of software running on the line, if it is detected that the software is abnormal, the electronic device may acquire the mailbox account number of the abnormal handling person, and send an alarm mail to the mailbox of the abnormal handling person according to the abnormal detection result. The alarm mail includes an anomaly detection result. Such as abnormality information corresponding to the abnormality.
In an optional embodiment, the electronic device may detect the quality of software running on the line, and when an abnormality is detected, the electronic device may send an alarm mail including an abnormality detection result to a mailbox of an abnormality handler according to the abnormality detection result.
In another alternative embodiment, the quality of the software running on the line is detected by another device, and when an abnormality is detected, the other device may send an abnormality detection result to the electronic device. After receiving the anomaly detection result, the electronic device can determine that the quality of the software running on the line is abnormal. At this time, the electronic device may send an alarm mail including the abnormality detection result to a mailbox of the abnormality handler.
The detection result of the medium anomaly in the alert mail includes, but is not limited to, the name of the abnormal service line, the abnormal service, the severity level of the anomaly, the request identifier (requusetid), the account identifier (AccountID), the abnormal area (Region), and other information. Here, the above-mentioned warning mail is not particularly limited.
The above-mentioned exception handler may be one exception handler, or may be a plurality of exception handlers. For example, a quality detection process of software running on the line can generate a plurality of different types of exceptions, and in order to improve the exception handling efficiency, one or more exception handlers corresponding to one type or a plurality of similar types of exceptions exist. When detecting that the quality of the software running on the line is abnormal, the electronic equipment can send an alarm mail to the mailbox of one or more abnormal processing personnel corresponding to the type of the detected abnormality.
Step S102, determining whether to perform secondary alarm aiming at the abnormity according to the user level and/or the service level corresponding to the software, wherein the secondary alarm comprises the following steps: and sending alarm information to the abnormal handling personnel based on the account number of the instant communication equipment of the abnormal handling personnel.
In this step, the electronic device may determine whether to perform a secondary alarm for the exception according to the basic of the user corresponding to the software in the exception and/or the level of the service corresponding to the software, that is, determine whether to perform an alarm upgrade for the exception, and upgrade the mail alarm to the secondary alarm.
In an optional embodiment, when determining that the secondary alarm is performed for the abnormality, the electronic device may send an alarm message to the abnormality handler based on the instant messaging account of the abnormality handler. The manner of the secondary alarm can be seen from the following description, and is not specifically described here.
In another optional embodiment, when it is determined that the secondary alarm is not performed for the abnormality, the electronic device will not perform alarm upgrading for the abnormality, that is, will not perform alarm in a secondary alarm manner.
Step S103, determining whether to carry out a third-level alarm aiming at the abnormity according to the processing state of the second-level alarm, wherein the third-level alarm comprises the following steps: and carrying out voice alarm to the abnormal handling personnel based on the account number of the voice communication equipment of the abnormal handling personnel.
In this step, after performing the secondary alarm for the anomaly, the electronic device may determine whether to perform the tertiary alarm for the anomaly according to the processing state of the secondary alarm. Namely, whether to upgrade the alarm aiming at the abnormity is determined, and the second-level alarm is upgraded to the third-level alarm.
In an optional embodiment, when it is determined that the three-level alarm is performed for the abnormality, the electronic device may perform a voice alarm to the abnormality handler based on an account of the voice communication device of the abnormality handler. The manner of the three-level alarm can be referred to the following description, and is not specifically described here.
In another optional embodiment, when it is determined that the three-level alarm is not performed for the abnormality, the electronic device will not perform alarm upgrading for the abnormality, that is, the alarm will not be performed in a three-level alarm manner.
In summary, after the software running on the line is abnormal and performs the mail alarm for the abnormality, whether to perform the second-level alarm is determined according to the user level and the service level corresponding to the software, and whether to perform the third-level alarm is determined according to the processing state of the second-level alarm, that is, after the mail alarm is performed, the alarm is upgraded by using the instant messaging alarm and the voice alarm with higher timeliness, so that the abnormality processing personnel can timely recognize and process the abnormality, the influence of the hysteresis of the mail alarm mode on the abnormality processing is reduced, the timeliness of the abnormality alarm is improved, and further the timeliness of the abnormality processing is improved.
In an optional embodiment, the electronic device may obtain an exception handling result of the exception handling person for the exception, and generate the exception information table according to the exception detection result and the exception handling result of the exception.
For example, the electronic device may generate the abnormality information table using information included in the abnormality detection result and information included in the abnormality processing result. For example, the electronic device may generate the abnormal information table according to a user identifier ID of the abnormal user, a service name of the abnormal service, an abnormal occurrence time, information of an abnormal handler, an abnormal response time, and other various information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the electronic equipment carries out digital statistics on the abnormality in the quality detection of the software running on the line according to the information in the abnormality detection result and the abnormality processing result, so that an abnormality processing person can conveniently carry out abnormality analysis, abnormality troubleshooting and the like on the quality of the software running on the line according to the information in the abnormality information table in the later period.
In an optional embodiment, the step S103 of determining whether to perform the third-level alarm for the exception according to the processing state of the second-level alarm may specifically include the following steps.
And step S1031, detecting whether the processing state of the secondary alarm is a first processing state within a preset time length after the secondary alarm is performed, wherein the first processing state is used for indicating that the abnormality is not claimed by an abnormality processing person. If yes, go to step S1032. If not, step S1033 is performed.
In this step, the electronic device may detect in real time whether the processing state of the secondary alarm indicates a first processing state in which the abnormality is not claimed by an abnormality handler, within a preset duration of performing the secondary alarm for the abnormality.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the processing state of the secondary alarm may also be other processing states. For example, a second processing state indicating that the secondary alarm is being claimed by the exception handler, a third processing state indicating that the exception handler is handling the secondary alarm, and so on. Here, the processing state of the secondary alarm is not particularly limited.
Step S1032 determines to perform a third level alarm for the anomaly.
In this step, when the processing state of the second-level alarm is always the first processing state within the preset time after the second-level alarm is performed on the abnormality, the electronic device may determine to perform the third-level alarm on the abnormality.
In an optional embodiment, after the preset time duration of the time corresponding to the secondary alarm is performed, the electronic device may perform a tertiary alarm for the abnormality.
In one embodiment, when performing the three-level alarm, the electronic device may obtain a phone number of the exception handling staff, perform a phone call with the exception handling staff, that is, perform a voice call with the voice communication device of the exception handling staff, and perform a voice broadcast of the exception information corresponding to the exception handling staff during the voice call.
In another embodiment, when performing the third-level alarm, the electronic device may perform a voice call with an exception handling person according to an IM (Instant Messaging) account of the exception handling person, and voice-broadcast, to the exception handling person, the exception information corresponding to the exception after the voice call is connected.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the voice warning to the abnormality processing person is described by taking an example of broadcasting the abnormality information corresponding to the abnormality processing person. However, in the practical application process, when the voice content broadcast in the voice communication is too much, the abnormality processing person cannot record too much information in time, the electronic device may store the abnormal information corresponding to the abnormality, and when the voice alarm is performed, broadcast other more concise information such as a storage address or a number corresponding to the abnormal information to the abnormality processing person. Here, the manner of the voice alarm is not particularly limited.
In an optional embodiment, when the electronic device executes the voice alarm, if the abnormality processing person does not connect the voice call, the electronic device may perform the voice alarm again to the abnormality processing person, or perform the voice alarm again to the abnormality processing person after a preset time length, so as to ensure that the abnormality can be immediately claimed and processed by the abnormality processing person.
Step S1033, it is determined that the third-level warning is not performed for the abnormality.
In this step, after the preset duration after the second-level alarm is performed on the anomaly, the processing state of the second-level alarm is not the first processing state, that is, the processing state of the second-level alarm is changed from the first processing state to another processing state, and the electronic device may determine that the third-level alarm is not performed on the anomaly.
In the embodiment of the invention, the electronic equipment can accurately determine whether the abnormality is claimed by the abnormality processing personnel according to the processing state of the two-draft alarm within the preset time after the secondary alarm is carried out, so that the alarm mode is timely upgraded when the abnormality is not claimed by the abnormality processing personnel, the timeliness of the abnormality alarm is improved, and the timeliness of the abnormality processing is further improved.
In an optional embodiment, when determining to perform a secondary alarm for the abnormality, the electronic device may send an alarm message to the abnormality handler pair based on an instant messaging technology, that is, an IM technology. For example, the electronic device may send an alarm message according to a device (instant messaging device) in which the instant messaging account of the exception handler is logged.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the IM technology includes, but is not limited to, various chat applications, or an online chat service.
In an optional embodiment, when there are multiple exception handlers, the electronic device may send an alarm message to the instant messaging device of each exception handler according to the instant messaging account of each exception handler.
In another optional embodiment, when there are multiple exception handlers and the multiple exception handlers are in the same group, the electronic device may send an alarm message to the instant messaging device of the exception handler according to the instant messaging account of the group including each exception handler.
When the electronic equipment sends the alarm message to the exception handling personnel, namely, when the electronic equipment carries out secondary alarm, the electronic equipment can send the exception information to the exception handling personnel, and can also alarm other content information to the exception handling personnel in the forms of notification messages, instant messages and the like. For example, the secondary alert sent by the electronic device may include content information that may inform the exception handler that an alert mail has been received at a particular point in time. After receiving the second-level alarm, the abnormity processing personnel can check the corresponding mail in time and process the abnormity.
Compared with the mail alarm mode, the IM technology adopted by the secondary alarm can send the alarm message to the instant communication equipment of the abnormal handling personnel in time, and the IM technology can be widely applied to various mobile terminals such as mobile phones, intelligent watches and the like, so that the abnormal handling personnel can receive and check the secondary alarm in time, and the timeliness of the abnormal alarm is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, when the exception handler receives the secondary alarm, the exception handler may determine whether to claim the exception according to its actual situation, such as the number of exceptions being handled, and handle the exception in time after claiming.
In an optional embodiment, according to the online software exception warning method shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention provides an online software exception warning method. As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a second flowchart of an online software exception warning method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method comprises the following steps.
Step S201, if the abnormality of the software running on the line is detected, an alarm mail is sent to a mailbox of an abnormality processing person, wherein the alarm mail comprises an abnormality detection result.
Step S201 is the same as step S101.
Step S202, the user is divided into a plurality of user levels in advance, and the corresponding relation between the user identification ID and the user level is generated according to each user identification ID.
In this step, each user stores a corresponding level, i.e., the user is divided into a plurality of levels. The electronic device may generate a correspondence between the user identification ID and the user level according to the user identification ID of each user and the level of each user.
In the embodiment of the invention, each user has a corresponding level, and the level of the user can be a plurality of different levels. For example, the levels of users may include three levels, P0, P1, and P2, wherein P0> P1> P2, i.e., the users of the P0 level have the highest level and the users of the P2 level have the lowest level. The level of each user may be determined by integrating user data of each user in multiple dimensions. Taking the above software as shopping software as an example, the user data of a certain user in multiple dimensions may be user data such as the number of times the user shops in the shopping software, and the amount paid for each shopping.
In an alternative embodiment, the level corresponding to each user may be manually set by an exception handler.
In another alternative embodiment, the level corresponding to each user may also be calculated by the electronic device by integrating user data of each user in multiple dimensions.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the execution sequence of step S201 and step S202 is not particularly limited.
In an optional embodiment, the correspondence between the user identification ID and the user level may further include other information of the user, for example, company information, mailbox information, age information, and the like of each user. Here, the other information is not particularly limited.
In the embodiment of the invention, the electronic equipment maintains the user information of each user by generating the corresponding relation between the user ID of each user and other information, and is convenient for the electronic equipment to acquire the other information of each user in time according to the user identification ID of each user. For example, when the user level corresponding to the abnormality is obtained, the electronic device searches the user level corresponding to the user identification ID in the generated corresponding relationship according to the user identification ID of the abnormal user, so as to obtain the user level of the abnormal user.
Step S203, determining whether to perform secondary alarm aiming at the abnormity according to the level of the user corresponding to the software, wherein the secondary alarm comprises the following steps: and sending alarm information to the abnormal handling personnel based on the account number of the instant communication equipment of the abnormal handling personnel.
In this step, after detecting the abnormality, the electronic device may determine the level of the user corresponding to the software according to the correspondence between the user identifier ID and the level, that is, determine the user identifier ID of the software to be used when the abnormality occurs, and determine the level of the user according to the correspondence. And further determining whether to perform secondary alarm aiming at the abnormity according to the determined level.
In an optional embodiment, in step S203, determining whether to perform a secondary alarm for the exception according to the level of the user corresponding to the software may specifically be represented as: and if the user level corresponding to the abnormity is not less than the preset first alarm level, performing secondary alarm aiming at the abnormity.
The electronic device may compare the user level corresponding to the anomaly with a preset first alarm level to determine whether the user level is not less than the preset first alarm level. And when the user level is not less than the preset first alarm level, determining to perform secondary alarm aiming at the abnormality.
For example, the preset first alarm level may be the above-mentioned P0, and the electronic device may compare the user level of the abnormal user with the P0 level, and determine whether the user level of the abnormal user is not less than P0, that is, determine whether the user level of the abnormal user is P0. When the user level of the abnormal user is P0, the electronic device may determine that the user level of the abnormal user is equal to the preset first alarm level, that is, the user level of the abnormal user is not less than the preset first alarm level, when the user level of the abnormal user is P0 ═ P0. At this time, the electronic device may perform alarm upgrading on the exception corresponding to the exception user. In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset first alarm level is not specifically limited.
In another optional embodiment, when the user level is less than the preset first alarm level, it is determined that the secondary alarm is not performed for the abnormality.
The preset first alarm level is still described as the above-mentioned P0 level. When the user level of the abnormal user is P1 or P1, P0> P1> P2, the electronic device may determine that the user level of the abnormal user is less than a preset first alarm level. At this time, the electronic device may not perform a secondary alarm for the abnormality.
Step S204, determining whether to carry out a third-level alarm aiming at the abnormity according to the processing state of the second-level alarm, wherein the third-level alarm comprises the following steps: and carrying out voice alarm to the abnormal handling personnel based on the account number of the voice communication equipment of the abnormal handling personnel.
Step S204 is the same as step S103.
By the method shown in fig. 2, the electronic device determines whether to perform alarm upgrading by comparing the user level corresponding to the abnormality with the preset first alarm level, so that the electronic device can perform alarm upgrading on the abnormality corresponding to the user with the higher user level in time, and an abnormality handler can handle the abnormality in time. .
