Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived from the embodiments given herein by one of ordinary skill in the art, are within the scope of the invention.
In the related art, a worker usually inspects each server to be inspected in sequence according to a prepared inspection plan, and alarms when detecting that the server and/or the service system are in an abnormal state.
However, in the above related art, when the number of the servers to be inspected is large, the inspection task is complicated, the workload is large only by manual inspection, the time consumption is long, and further, the efficiency of service inspection is low.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a service inspection method.
The method can be applied to various application scenes in which a service system needs to be inspected, for example, in a factory, each service line is inspected; on the development platform, a plurality of business systems provided with operation services by the platform are inspected and the like. The inspection management server can be an independent server for providing inspection service for the service system to be inspected, and a functional module for executing the method can be added to the electronic equipment for providing other service, so that the electronic equipment can also provide the inspection service for the service system to be inspected on the basis of providing other service; moreover, the routing inspection management server can be a cloud server or a local server. Based on this, the embodiment of the present invention does not specifically limit the application scenario and the execution subject of the method.
The service inspection method provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to an inspection management server and can comprise the following steps:
acquiring a patrol plan; wherein, the plan of patrolling and examining includes: a target server of a service system to be patrolled and examined and a preset state threshold value;
calling a preset inspection management interface to inspect the target server to obtain the operation data of each service system to be inspected of the target server;
and comparing the operating data with the state threshold value to obtain an inspection result of the service system to be inspected.
As can be seen from the above, with the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, when inspecting a business system to be inspected, a user may first determine a target server that provides a service for the business system to be inspected and a status threshold related to a business to be inspected, thereby compiling an inspection plan including the target server and the status threshold, and sending the inspection plan to an inspection management server for performing business inspection. In this way, the patrol management server can firstly acquire the patrol plan and determine a target server of the service system to be patrolled and examined and a preset state threshold value in the patrol plan; then, the routing inspection management server can call a preset routing inspection management interface to carry out routing inspection on the target server of the service system to be routed, and operation data of the target server about each service system to be routed is obtained; and then, comparing the running data with the preset state threshold value to obtain an inspection result of the service system to be inspected.
Based on the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the routing inspection management server can complete routing inspection of the service system to be routed through calling the preset routing inspection management interface and routing inspection of the target server included in the acquired routing inspection plan, so that automatic routing inspection of the service system to be routed is realized, routing inspection tasks are simplified, the time for executing the routing inspection tasks is shortened, and further, the efficiency of service routing inspection is improved.
Hereinafter, a service inspection method according to an embodiment of the present invention is specifically described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a service inspection method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to an inspection management server, and as shown in fig. 1, the method may include the following steps S101 to S103.
S101: acquiring a patrol plan;
wherein, the plan of patrolling and examining includes: a target server of a service system to be patrolled and examined and a preset state threshold value;
before the inspection of the service system, related personnel can determine at least one service system to be inspected based on actual needs, further determine a target server of each service system to be inspected, and set a state threshold value for each item of operation data of each service system to be inspected, wherein the target server of each service system to be inspected is: and the target server can acquire the operation data of each service system served by the target server, respectively record the operation data according to the service system generating the operation data, and establish the corresponding relation between the service system and the operation data.
The number of the service systems to be patrolled can be one or a plurality of; one or more target servers of the service system to be inspected can be provided; moreover, it is reasonable that one target server may serve one service system to be inspected, and may also serve a plurality of service systems to be inspected, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
The state threshold is used for evaluating whether the operation state of each service system to be inspected is normal or not. According to the number of the types of the operation data of each service system to be patrolled, the service system to be patrolled can correspond to one state threshold value or a plurality of state threshold values, and the state threshold value corresponding to each service system to be patrolled can be set according to the actual condition of the service system to be patrolled. For example, a click rate threshold, a browsing duration threshold, a purchase conversion amount threshold and the like can be set for the advertisement service system; moreover, the corresponding state thresholds of different service systems to be inspected may be the same or different, for example, when the operation data B of the service system to be inspected a is not greater than the state threshold B, the service system to be inspected a is represented to operate normally, and the state threshold B may be preset for the service system to be inspected a; when the operation data D of the service system C to be inspected is not greater than the state threshold D, the service system C to be inspected is represented to operate normally, and the state threshold D can be preset for the service system C to be inspected; when the operation data B of the service system E to be inspected is not greater than the state threshold B, the operation of the service system E to be inspected is represented to be normal, and the state threshold B can be preset for the service system E to be inspected; it is reasonable that the preset state threshold is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Therefore, after the target server and the state threshold value of the service system to be patrolled are obtained, a patrolling plan comprising the target server and the preset state threshold value of the service system to be patrolled can be written by using a preset programming language.
The programming language may be Python, vbscript, or javascript, which is all reasonable, and the programming language is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Of course, the patrol plan may further include other data, such as the specific number of the service systems to be patrolled, the identification of the service systems to be patrolled, and the like.
And then, the related personnel can send the patrol plan to the patrol management server. Therefore, the patrol management server can receive the patrol plan, read the patrol plan and determine a target server and a state threshold of the service system to be patrolled.
S102: calling a preset inspection management interface to inspect the target server to obtain the operation data of each service system to be inspected of the target server;
the patrol management server can patrol the service system to be patrolled by patrolling the target server of the service system to be patrolled, so the patrol management server can call a preset patrol management interface to access the target server to patrol the target server.
The target server can provide services for the service systems to be inspected and respectively record the operation data of each service system, so that the inspection management server can obtain various operation data of the service systems to be inspected from the target server when calling a preset inspection management interface to inspect the target server.
Optionally, the inspection management Interface may be a Zabbix API (Zabbix Application Programming Interface, operation and maintenance alarm management platform Application Programming Interface), and the inspection management server may monitor the operation data and the network state of at least one target server by using a distributed system monitoring and/or network monitoring function of the Zabbix API, so as to obtain the operation data of each service system to be inspected of the target server.
That is to say, after obtaining the inspection plan, the inspection management server may call a Zabbix API to monitor a target server of a service system to be inspected in the inspection plan, and further obtain operation data of each service system to be inspected in the target server.
The patrol management interface may be other management interfaces, which are reasonable, and the patrol management interface is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In order to realize the regular inspection of the operation condition of the service system, the service system can be inspected according to a preset period, so that when an inspection plan is appointed, the inspection period for inspecting the service system can be set, and therefore, after the inspection plan is obtained, the inspection management server can inspect the service system to be inspected according to the inspection period.
Optionally, in a specific implementation manner, the inspection plan further includes: a polling period; the step S102 may include the following steps 11:
step 11: and calling a preset inspection management interface to inspect the target server according to the inspection period to obtain the operation data of each service system to be inspected of the target server.
In this specific implementation manner, when the inspection plan includes the inspection period, the inspection management server may call a preset inspection management interface to inspect the target server according to the inspection period, so as to obtain the operation data of the target server about each service system to be inspected. And inspecting the service system to be inspected in the inspection plan.
The polling period may be one day or one week, and may be set according to actual needs, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
S103: and comparing the operation data with the state threshold value to obtain an inspection result of the service system to be inspected.
After the operation data is obtained, the patrol management server can compare the operation data with the state threshold value, and according to the comparison result, a patrol result about the service system to be patrolled is obtained.
Because the state threshold may include a state threshold corresponding to each item of operation data of each service system to be inspected, and the target server may record at least one item of operation data of each service system to be inspected, when the inspection management server obtains the operation data from the target server, the obtained operation data includes: and the patrol management server can determine a state threshold set for each operation data in the state thresholds aiming at each acquired operation data, so as to compare the operation data with the determined state threshold, and further determine a patrol result of each service system to be patrolled according to all obtained comparison results after comparing each operation data of each service system to be patrolled with the state threshold set for the operation data aiming at each service system to be patrolled. Therefore, the inspection of each service system to be inspected can be realized by inspecting the target server of each service system to be inspected.
Optionally, for each service system to be inspected, after comparing each item of operation data of the service system to be inspected with the state threshold set for the item of operation data, if each obtained comparison result is: when the operation data is greater than the state threshold, it may be determined that the operation state of the service system to be inspected is abnormal, and then, the inspection result of the service system to be inspected is abnormal, and the service system to be inspected needs to be adjusted.
Optionally, for each service system to be inspected, after comparing each item of operation data of the service system to be inspected with the state threshold set for the item of operation data, if each obtained comparison result is: when the operation data is not greater than the state threshold value, the operation state of the service system to be inspected can be determined to be normal, and further, the inspection result of the service system to be inspected is normal, and the service system to be inspected does not need to be adjusted.
Optionally, for each service system to be inspected, after comparing each operation data of the service system to be inspected with the state threshold set for the operation data, if part of the operation data is greater than the set state threshold and another part of the operation data is not greater than the set state threshold in the multiple operation data of the service system to be inspected, it may be determined whether a sum of preset weights of the operation data not greater than the set state threshold is greater than the preset weight threshold based on a preset weight of each operation data, and if the sum of preset weights is greater than the preset weight threshold, it may be determined that the operation state of the service system to be inspected is normal, so as to obtain an inspection result of the service system to be inspected.
Of course, the above-mentioned description is only an example of determining the inspection result of the service system to be inspected based on the comparison result of the operation data of the service system to be inspected and the state threshold, and is not limited thereto.
Generally, when a target server records various operation data of each service system to be inspected, problems of recording errors, data omission and the like may exist, so that invalid data exists in the recorded various operation data; moreover, when the patrol management server acquires the operation data of each service system to be patrolled, the patrol management server may acquire the expired data in consideration of the influence of the patrol period and the like, so that some invalid data, such as expired data, error data and the like, may exist in the operation data acquired by the patrol management server.
Based on this, optionally, after the routing inspection management server obtains the operation data from the target server, the routing inspection management server may first perform formatting on the obtained operation data, for example, correct error data, filter out-of-date data, and the like, and then obtain routing inspection results of each service system to be routed by comparing the formatted operation data with the state threshold.
After the inspection result of each service system to be inspected is obtained, the inspection management server can display the inspection result to the user, so that the user can adjust the running state of each service system to be inspected based on the inspection result.
Optionally, in a specific implementation manner, as shown in fig. 2, the service inspection method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following step S104:
s104: and outputting a polling result.
In this specific implementation manner, the target server of the service to be patrolled is patrolled according to the patrol plan, and a patrol result about the service system to be patrolled is obtained, and then the patrol management server can output the patrol result, so that a relevant worker can determine the operation state of the service system to be patrolled by looking up the patrol result.
Optionally, an inspection report may be generated according to the acquired operation data, the comparison result, and the inspection report is output; the polling report can be in various forms such as a text form, a table form, an icon form and the like.
Optionally, the inspection result may be sent to the specified electronic device through an FTP (File Transfer Protocol).
Optionally, when the inspection management server is configured with a display screen, the inspection result may be displayed at a designated position of the display screen.
Aiming at different inspection results, the inspection service management system can adopt different processing modes, for example, when the inspection result represents that the running state of the service system to be inspected is overload running, an alarm signal can be output; when the inspection result indicates that the operation state of the service system to be inspected is low-load operation, the adjustment signal can be output, which is reasonable, and the embodiment of the invention is not particularly limited.
Optionally, in a specific implementation manner, as shown in fig. 3, the service inspection method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following step S105:
s105: and when the inspection result represents that the service system to be inspected is abnormal, outputting an alarm signal.
In this specific implementation manner, when the inspection result indicates that the service system to be inspected is abnormal, an alarm signal may be output, so that a relevant person can process the service system to be inspected, which is abnormal in operation state, based on the alarm signal, to ensure normal operation of the service system to be inspected.
Wherein, the output alarm signal may be: sending a mail for reminding abnormal updating to a preset mailbox; it can also be: displaying an alarm identifier on a display screen of the equipment; the method can also be as follows: it is reasonable to sound an alarm, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.
As can be seen from the above, according to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the patrol management server can complete patrol of the service system to be patrolled by calling the preset patrol management interface and patrolling the target server included in the obtained patrol plan, so that automatic patrol of the service system to be patrolled is realized, a patrol task is simplified, the time for executing the patrol task is reduced, and the efficiency of service patrol is improved.
When the inspection service system needs to be inspected every time, a user can compile a corresponding inspection plan and send the inspection plan to the inspection management server. Furthermore, the inspection management server can detect whether a new inspection plan is acquired in real time, and when the new inspection plan is detected to be acquired, the new inspection plan can be used for replacing the existing inspection plan, and the inspection business system is inspected according to the new inspection plan.
Optionally, in a specific implementation manner, the service inspection method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following steps 21 to 23:
step 21: acquiring a new inspection plan, and replacing the inspection plan with the new inspection plan;
step 22: calling a preset inspection management interface to inspect a target server included in the new inspection plan to obtain the operation data of each service system to be inspected of the target server;
step 23: and comparing the operating data with the state threshold value in the new inspection plan to obtain an inspection result of the service system to be inspected.
In this specific implementation manner, when it is detected that a new patrol plan is received, the previous patrol plan may be replaced with the new patrol plan, and then the new patrol plan is read and a to-be-patrol service system in the new patrol plan is patrolled according to the new patrol plan.
The method comprises the steps that a preset patrol inspection management interface can be called to patrol an object server of a service system to be patrolled and inspected in a new patrol inspection plan, and operation data of each service system to be patrolled and inspected in the object server are obtained. And then, for each service system to be patrolled, comparing the operation data of the service system to be patrolled with the state threshold corresponding to the service system to be patrolled in the new patrolling plan to obtain a patrolling result of the service system to be patrolled.
When the patrol inspection management server performs patrol inspection according to the patrol inspection plan, the condition that the user changes the service and/or state threshold value to be patrolled according to the application requirement may occur, and then the user can send the update information about the patrol inspection plan to the patrol inspection management server according to the change condition. The patrol management server can detect whether update information about the patrol plan is received in real time, and update the patrol plan according to the update information after receiving the update information of the patrol plan.
Optionally, in a specific implementation manner, the service inspection method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following steps 31 to 33:
step 31: acquiring updating information of the inspection plan, and updating the inspection plan by using the updating information to obtain a new inspection plan;
wherein the update information includes: updating information about a target server and/or a preset state threshold of the service system to be patrolled;
step 32: calling a preset inspection management interface to inspect a target server included in the new inspection plan to obtain the operation data of each service system to be inspected of the target server;
step 33: and comparing the operating data with the state threshold value in the new inspection plan to obtain an inspection result of the target server.
In this specific implementation manner, when it is detected that update information about the patrol plan is received, the update information of the patrol plan may be read, and the patrol plan may be updated according to the update information, so that a new patrol plan is obtained.
The update information may include information about a target server of the service system to be inspected in the inspection plan and/or a preset state threshold update. That is, when the target server of the to-be-inspected service system in the inspection plan is updated, or the preset status threshold value is updated, or the target server of the to-be-inspected service system and the preset status threshold value are updated, the update information about the inspection plan is generated.
And then, the patrol inspection management server can patrol the service system to be patrolled in the new patrol inspection plan according to the new patrol inspection plan.
The system comprises a plurality of target servers, a plurality of inspection management interfaces and a plurality of inspection management interfaces, wherein the target servers can call the preset inspection management interfaces to inspect the target servers of the to-be-inspected service systems in the new inspection plan to obtain the operation data of each to-be-inspected service system in the target servers. And then, for each service system to be patrolled, comparing the operation data of the service system to be patrolled with the state threshold corresponding to the service system to be patrolled in the new patrolling plan to obtain a patrolling result of the service system to be patrolled.
Due to the particularity of part of the business systems to be inspected, for example, the business systems for managing enterprise product reports; when the service system with particularity is inspected, the inspection management server is required to have access authority aiming at the target server of the service system to be inspected, and the target server of the service system to be inspected can be inspected. Based on this, after determining the service system to be inspected, it needs to first determine whether the inspection management server has an access right for a target server of the service system to be inspected.
Optionally, in a specific implementation manner, as shown in fig. 4, before the step S102 of calling a preset inspection management interface to inspect the target server and obtaining the operation data of each service system to be inspected of the target server, the following steps may be further included, including step S106:
s106: judging whether the target server has an access right; if so, the above step S102 is executed,
in this specific implementation manner, after determining the service system to be inspected, the inspection management server may determine whether or not it has an access right for the target server of the service system to be inspected. And when the access right of the target server is provided, polling can be performed on the target server by calling a preset polling management interface, so that the operation data of the target server about each service system to be polled is obtained.
Optionally, when the target server does not have the access right, a notification message about that the inspection task cannot be executed according to the inspection plan may be sent out.
Optionally, in a specific implementation manner, before the step S102 of calling a preset inspection management interface to inspect the target server and obtain the operation data of each service system to be inspected of the target server, the following step 41 may be further included:
step 41: sending an access request to a target server so that the target server judges whether the routing inspection management server has an access right, and feeding back a judgment result to the routing inspection management server; and when the judgment result represents that the routing inspection management server has the access right of the target server, executing the step S102.
In this specific implementation, after determining the service systems to be inspected, an access request may be sent to a target server of each service system to be inspected. Thus, after receiving the access request of the routing inspection management server, the target server can judge whether the routing inspection server has the access authority to the target server, obtain the judgment result and send the judgment result to the routing inspection management server.
In this way, the inspection management server may receive the determination result, and may invoke an inspection management interface to inspect the target server when the determination result indicates that the inspection management server has the access right to the target server, so as to obtain the operation data of the target server about each service system to be inspected.
Optionally, when the determination result indicates that the inspection management server does not have the access right to the target server, a notification message that the inspection task cannot be executed according to the inspection plan may be sent.
Optionally, after the service system to be patrolled is determined, an access request may be sent to the bastion machine of each service system to be patrolled. In this way, the bastion machine can judge whether the patrol server has the access authority or not after receiving the access request of the patrol management server, obtain a judgment result and send the judgment result to the patrol management server.
Among them, the bastion is a protection device that protects devices such as servers, network devices, security devices, and databases by various technical means in order to protect a network and data from intrusion and destruction by external and/or internal users in a specific network environment. Such as a firewall.

The inspection management machine in fig. 5 is an inspection management server in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, after determining the service system to be inspected, the relevant personnel may write an inspection plan about the service system to be inspected using Python development code, and then may send the inspection plan to the inspection manager. Furthermore, the inspection management machine can execute inspection on the target server by calling the Zabbix API and obtain an inspection result. Then, the inspection management machine can generate an Excel table from the inspection result and send the Excel table to a designated mailbox; the inspection results can be gathered and sent to an FTP server through FTP, so that related workers can download the inspection results through office computers.
Because part of the special service systems to be patrolled and examined need to be visited through the fort machine, a special patrol plan can be independently made for the special service systems to be patrolled and examined, and the special patrol plan is sent to the patrol and examined management machine of the special patrol and examined service systems. The inspection manager of the special inspection business system needs to firstly acquire the access authority of the target server of the special inspection business system, then call the Zabbix API to perform inspection on the target server of the special inspection business system through the bastion machine connected with the target server of the special inspection business system, and acquire an inspection result. Then, the inspection management machine of the special inspection service system can upload the inspection result to the inspection management machine, generate an Excel table by the inspection management machine and send the table to a designated mailbox; the inspection management machine can also collect the inspection results and send the inspection results to an FTP server through FTP, so that related workers can download the inspection results through an office computer.
