Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, the present application provides a one-touch action testing method applied to a diagnostic device, where the diagnostic device is in communication connection with a target vehicle, and the method includes:
s1, acquiring a plurality of test systems of the target vehicle;
s2, judging whether a one-key action test instruction is received;
s3, if a one-key test instruction is received, integrating a plurality of test systems according to a preset rule to obtain a test system distribution diagram;
s4, according to the test system distribution map, sending a first control instruction to each test system, so that each test system executes a corresponding action test according to the control instruction.
As described in the foregoing steps S1 to S4, the test system of the target vehicle may include a window test system, a seat test system, a wiper test system, a tire pressure test system, a mirror test system, and so on, in the conventional motion test method, if all test systems of the target vehicle are to be subjected to a comprehensive motion test, the vehicle window test system, the seat test system, the wiper test system, the tire pressure test system, and the mirror test system need to be entered for a corresponding motion test, and when the test systems are subjected to a motion test, the test systems cannot be entered once, but one test system needs to be entered first and then the motion test is performed, and after the motion test is completed, the test system needs to be exited to enter the next test system for a motion test; because automobiles in the prior art are more and more intelligent, the number of related test systems is increased gradually, when the method is adopted to carry out comprehensive action test on a target vehicle, the action test time is undoubtedly prolonged, and each test system can only be tested singly, so that the action test efficiency is too low; based on this, the application integrates a plurality of test systems by obtaining a plurality of test systems of the target vehicle and judging whether a one-key action test instruction is received, if the one-key test instruction is received, the test systems can be collected to form a test system distribution diagram, the test system diagram is displayed on a display interface of the diagnostic equipment, then a first control instruction can be sent to each test system according to the distribution condition of the test system diagram, so that the test systems execute corresponding action tests, when the one-key action test is carried out, a maintenance worker can also know the current test condition by looking up the test system diagram, and the diagnostic equipment can carry out the action test on all the test systems of the target vehicle, the maintenance worker does not need to artificially select the test system any more, so that the action test is more and more intelligent, the detection time of maintenance personnel can be reduced, and the test efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, after the step S4 of sending the control command to each of the test systems, the method includes:
s5, receiving a first test result fed back by the test system, and displaying the first test result on the test system distribution diagram;
s6, judging whether a user demand instruction is acquired;
s7, if a user demand instruction is obtained, extracting a test system corresponding to the user demand instruction as a target test system;
s8, sending a second control instruction to the target test system so that the target test system executes a corresponding action test according to the second control instruction;
s9, receiving a second test result fed back by the target test system;
and S10, counting the first test result and the second test result to obtain an action test report.
As described in the foregoing steps S5 to S10, after the diagnostic device completes the operation test on each test system, each test system feeds back the first test result to the test system distribution diagram, for example, if the first test result of the vehicle window test system is normal, the text of the vehicle window test system in the test system distribution diagram may be displayed as green, and if the first test result of the vehicle window test system is abnormal, the text of the vehicle window test system in the test system distribution diagram may be displayed as red, so that the maintenance personnel can know the fault condition of each test system in time, after the first test result of each test system is fed back to the test system distribution diagram, the maintenance personnel can select whether to perform the operation test on a certain test system again according to their own needs, for example, if the vehicle window test system needs to perform the operation test again, the maintenance personnel can send a user demand instruction to the diagnostic device, the diagnosis equipment takes the vehicle window testing system corresponding to the user demand instruction as a target testing system based on the received user demand instruction, sends a second control instruction to the target testing system, tests the action of the target testing system again, and after the action test is finished, the target testing system can send a second test result to the diagnosis equipment which counts all the first test results and the second test results to obtain an action test report; for example, if the first test result of the vehicle window test system is abnormal and the second test result is normal, the first test result and the second test result can be both displayed in the action test report for the maintenance personnel to check and analyze. In order to improve the accuracy of the action test, after the one-key action test is completed, the action test can be performed on each test system again by judging whether a user demand instruction is obtained or not, the first test result and the second test result are counted together, and an action test report is generated, so that a maintenance worker can conveniently perform comprehensive analysis on the test system of the target vehicle according to the action test report, and the accuracy of the action test is improved.
In an embodiment, the step S10 of performing statistics on the first test result and the second test result to obtain an action test report includes:
s101, judging whether the first test result is the same as the second test result or not;
s102, if the first test result is the same as the second test result, extracting the first test result or the second test result as a final test result;
s103, if the first test result is different from the second test result, judging whether a user demand instruction is acquired;
s104, if a user demand instruction is obtained, returning to the step of extracting the test system corresponding to the user demand instruction as a target test system if the user demand instruction is obtained;
s105, if the user demand instruction is not obtained, extracting the first test result and the second test result as final test results;
and S106, counting the final test result to obtain an action test report.
As described in the above steps S101 to S106, when the first test result and the second test result are the same, only the first test result or the second test result needs to be extracted as a final test result to be displayed in the action test report, and if the first test result is different from the second test result, it can be determined whether the user requirement instruction is obtained, that is, when the first test result is different from the second test result, the second test result can be displayed on the display interface of the diagnostic device, and at this time, the user can select whether to perform the action test on the test system again, and if the action test is performed on the test system again, the diagnostic device performs the action test on the test system again, and generates a new second test result; preferably, the diagnostic device counts the number of times of the action test, sums up the second test results of each time, and then uses the second test result with the largest occurrence number as a new second test result, so that the accuracy of the second test result of the test system can be improved, for example, ten action tests are performed on the vehicle window test system, wherein eight second test results are normal, and two second test results are abnormal, so that the new second test result can be recorded as normal; and if the user demand instruction is not acquired, taking the first test result and the second test result as final test results, and counting the final test results to obtain an action test report. Preferably, after receiving the first test result, the method may also perform the action test on the test system corresponding to the first test result by determining whether the user requirement instruction is received, and the step of performing the action test on the test system is the same as the step of performing the action test on the test system corresponding to the second test result, which is not described herein again as described above.
In an embodiment, after the step S106 of performing statistics on the final test result to obtain the action test report, the method includes:
s107, analyzing the action test report to obtain a plurality of fault codes corresponding to a plurality of test systems;
s108, searching a plurality of maintenance suggestions corresponding to a plurality of fault codes from a database of the diagnosis equipment according to the fault codes;
and S109, summarizing the maintenance suggestions to obtain a maintenance report.
As described in steps S107 to S109, the action test report is analyzed, so that a fault code of the test system can be obtained, based on the fault code, historical maintenance suggestions corresponding to the fault code can be searched from the database, and the maintenance suggestions are summarized to obtain a maintenance report, so that the user can directly maintain the target vehicle based on the maintenance report without manually checking the fault code and then maintaining, thereby improving the work efficiency of the maintenance personnel.
In an embodiment, the step S3 of integrating the plurality of test systems according to the preset rule to obtain the test system distribution map includes:
s31, obtaining test information of each test system, wherein the test information comprises an action test type and an action test time;
s32, sequencing each test system according to a preset rule according to the test information to obtain a sequencing result;
and S33, generating a test system distribution diagram according to the sequencing result, and displaying the test system distribution diagram on a display interface of the diagnosis equipment.
As described in the foregoing steps S31 to S33, by obtaining the test information of each test system, the test systems may be sorted according to a preset rule, for example, the test systems are classified into a window test system, a seat test system, a wiper test system, a tire pressure test system, and a mirror test system, the corresponding action test time is 2 minutes, 10 minutes, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, and 8 minutes, respectively, the preset rule may be sorted according to the length of the test time, the sorting result is the window test system, the wiper test system, the tire pressure test system, the mirror test system, and the seat test system, or the preset rule may be sorted according to the structure of the target vehicle, for example, the vehicle head test is performed to the vehicle tail, and the sorting result is the wiper test system, the mirror test system, the window test system, the mirror test system, and the mirror test system, The seat testing system and the tire pressure testing system are more preferable, and maintenance personnel can set preset rules according to requirements; after the test systems are sequenced, a test system distribution diagram can be generated based on the sequencing result, so that maintenance personnel can know the specific conditions of all the test systems of the target vehicle conveniently according to the test system distribution diagram.
In one embodiment, the step S4 of sending the first control command to each of the test systems according to the test system distribution map includes:
s41, according to the test system distribution map, extracting a test system as a test system to be tested according to a preset sequence, and sending a first control instruction to the test system to be tested, where the test system to be tested executes an operation of an action test according to the first control instruction, and feeds back a test signal to the diagnostic device;
s42, marking and counting the test systems to be tested according to the test signals, and judging whether the total number of the test systems to be tested is equal to the total number of the test systems;
s43, if the total number of the test systems to be tested is not equal to the total number of the test systems, returning to the step of extracting one test system as the test system to be tested according to the test system distribution diagram and sending a first control instruction to the test system to be tested;
and S44, if the total number of the test systems to be tested is equal to the total number of the test systems, feeding back a one-key action test completion instruction to the diagnostic equipment so as to enable the diagnostic equipment to finish the action test operation.
As described in the above steps S41-S44, when the diagnostic device performs the one-touch operation test on the multiple test systems, in order to avoid the control system of the target vehicle from being disturbed or jammed, instead of using the method of simultaneously starting the first control instruction to the multiple test systems, one test system is extracted from the multiple test systems as the test system to be tested, the first control instruction is sent to only one test system to be tested each time, after the test system to be tested completes the operation test, the test system to be tested feeds back the test signal to the diagnostic device, if the diagnostic device receives the test signal, the test system to be tested is tested, at this time, the test system to be tested may be marked and counted, if the total count number of the test systems to be tested is not equal to the total number of the test systems, the test to be not completed currently is represented, returning to step S41, continuing to test the system under test, if the total count number of the system under test is equal to the total number of the test systems, it represents that the detection of all the systems under test is completed, at this time, a one-key motion test completion instruction may be fed back to the diagnostic device, so that the diagnostic device ends the operation of the motion test.
In one embodiment, before the step of sending the first control instruction to the test system to be tested, the method includes:
s411, sending a message identification code to a vehicle-mounted system of the target vehicle;
s412, receiving a response instruction fed back by the vehicle-mounted system according to the message identification code;
s413, extracting the corresponding test system to be tested from the vehicle-mounted system according to the response instruction;
and S414, sending a link maintenance instruction to the test system to be tested so as to establish communication connection with the test system to be tested.
As described in the foregoing steps S411 to S414, the diagnostic device may first establish a communication connection with a vehicle-mounted system of the target vehicle through an OBD interface, and since the vehicle-mounted system includes a plurality of test systems connected to a CAN (controller area network) bus, in order to establish communication with one of the test systems, that is, to establish communication with the test system to be tested, the vehicle-mounted system may send a message identification code corresponding to the test system to be tested to the vehicle-mounted system, so that the vehicle-mounted system may find the corresponding test system to be tested according to the message identification code and notify the test system to be tested to feed back a response instruction to the diagnostic device, and after receiving the feedback response instruction, the diagnostic device may send a link maintaining instruction to the test system to be tested to establish a communication connection with the test system to be tested, so as to ensure stability of the communication connection between the diagnostic device and the test system to be tested, the situations of unstable connection, connection interruption and the like in the process of action test are prevented.
