The high-voltage generating circuit module is electrically connected with the negative ion generator through a conducting wire. The high-voltage generating circuit module can be arranged in an air outlet duct connected to an air outlet of the water tank 2, and the high-voltage generating circuit module can be arranged at an air inlet end of the air outlet duct or in the middle of the air outlet duct relatively. Anion generator sets up in the top cap of water tank 2 to make more anions can form water ion with the water contact in the water tank 2, do benefit to the improvement to anion's utilization ratio. Alternatively, the high voltage generating circuit module and the negative ion generator are mounted to the top cover of the water tank 2.
A first detection piece 4 is arranged on the front side of the frame 11, and the first detection piece 4 is in communication connection with the control unit; the first detecting member 4 is used for detecting the position of the front decorative plate 12; the control unit is used for controlling the negative ion device 3 to be powered off when the front decorative plate 12 is determined to be away from the mounting position according to the detection result of the first detection piece 4, namely when the front decorative plate 12 is determined to be taken down from the frame 11.
The first detecting member 4 may be disposed on a front side of the frame 11. In some examples, the first detecting member 4 may include a distance measuring sensor such as an ultrasonic sensor or an infrared sensor or a radar sensor, and the first detecting member 4 transmits the detected distance between the first detecting member and the front trim panel 12 to the control unit, and when the control unit determines that the detected distance exceeds a threshold value according to the detection result, the control unit determines that the front trim panel 12 is away from the installation position, that is, determines that the front trim panel 12 is removed from the air conditioner indoor unit, and controls the negative ion device 3 to be powered off.
FIG. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view at C-C of FIG. 2; fig. 4 is a partially enlarged schematic view of a portion a in fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, and with continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in other examples, the first detecting element 4 may include a first magnetic sensor, and correspondingly, the inner surface of the front decorative plate 12 facing the receiving space is disposed on the first magnet 13 engaged with the first magnetic sensor. The first magnetic sensor may include a wireless transmitting module, the wireless transmitting module has a normally open reed pipe, and when the distance between the reed pipe and the first magnet 13 exceeds a set value, the first magnetic sensor sends a corresponding signal to the control unit, so that the control unit determines that the front decorative plate 12 is away from the installation position according to the signal and controls the anion device 3 to be powered off. When the distance between the reed switch and the first magnet 13 is smaller than a set value, the front decorative plate 12 is in the installation position.
Alternatively, the first magnetic sensor may be disposed on a beam for separating the upper chamber and the lower chamber. The first magnetic sensor is relatively positioned above the water tank device. The specific arrangement of the first magnetic sensor in the frame 11 is preferably such that it does not interfere with other structures. For example, the first magnetic sensor may be located at a vertical center line of the air conditioner indoor unit with respect to the frame 11, or the first magnetic sensor may be located on the left or right side with respect to the vertical center line.
In this example, when the components in the lower housing need to be inspected, for example, the water tank 2 needs to be taken out for cleaning or the water tank 2 needs to be inspected, the front trim 12 needs to be detached, when the front trim 12 is detached from the air conditioner internal unit, the distance between the first magnet 13 of the front trim 12 and the first magnetic sensor of the frame 11 gradually increases, and when the distance between the first magnetic sensor and the first magnet 13 exceeds a set value, the first magnetic sensor sends a corresponding signal to the control unit, so that the control unit determines that the front trim 12 is away from the installation position according to the signal, and controls the negative ion device 3 to be powered off.
The air conditioner internal unit that this embodiment provided includes: the device comprises a machine shell 1, a water washing device, an anion device 3 and a control unit; the machine shell 1 is provided with a frame 11 and a front decorative plate 12 which is detachably connected with the front side of the frame 11, and the water washing device and the anion device 3 are arranged in the frame 11; when the front decorative plate 12 is positioned at the installation position connected with the frame 11, the water washing device and at least part of the negative ion device 3 are shielded; the anion device 3 is arranged at the top end of the water washing device, the anion device 3 is used for generating anions under the action of high-voltage current, and the anions can be contacted with water washing liquid in the water washing device to form water ions; a first detection piece 4 is arranged on the front side of the frame 11, and the first detection piece 4 is in communication connection with the control unit; the first detection piece 4 is used for detecting the position of the front decorative plate 12; the control unit is used for controlling the negative ion device 3 to be powered off when the front decorative plate 12 is determined to leave the mounting position according to the detection result of the first detection piece 4. Therefore, even if a user carelessly touches part of the components of the negative ion device 3, the negative ion device 3 is powered off, the user is not shocked, and the safety of the air conditioner internal unit is improved.
FIG. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken at D-D of FIG. 2; fig. 6 is a partially enlarged view of a portion B in fig. 5.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, and with continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in one possible implementation manner, the water tank base 6 is provided with a second detecting member 5, and the second detecting member 5 is in communication connection with the control unit; the control unit controls the negative ion device 3 to be powered off when determining that the water tank 2 leaves the working position or determining that the water level in the water tank 2 is lower than a preset value according to the detection result of the second detection piece 5; wherein, when water tank 2 was located operating position, the driving piece can drive the washing unit and drive the wash liquor motion in the water tank 2 and form the water curtain.
In some examples, the second detecting member 5 may include a distance measuring sensor such as an ultrasonic sensor or an infrared sensor or a radar sensor, and the second detecting member 5 transmits the detected distance between the second detecting member and the water tank 2 to the control unit, and the control unit determines that the water tank 2 is away from the installation position, that is, determines that the water tank 2 is removed from the water tank base 6 when determining that the detected distance exceeds a corresponding threshold according to the detection result, and controls the anion device 3 to be powered off.
In other examples, the second detection member 5 may comprise a second magnetic sensor, and accordingly, the water tank 2 is provided with a second magnet 21 cooperating with the second magnetic sensor. The second magnetic sensor may include a wireless transmitting module, the wireless transmitting module has a normally open reed pipe, and when the distance between the reed pipe and the second magnet 21 exceeds a set value, the second magnetic sensor sends a corresponding signal to the control unit, so that the control unit determines that the water tank 2 is away from the installation position according to the signal and controls the anion device 3 to be powered off. When the distance between the reed switch and the second magnet 21 is smaller than a set value, the water tank 2 is in the installation position.
Optionally, the bottom of the water tank 2 is provided with a mounting seat, and the mounting seat is provided with a water level detection piece; the second magnet 21 is mounted in the mounting seat. So, do benefit to and simplify the water tank 2 structure, do benefit to and reduce the occupation to water tank 2 internal volume.
Optionally, the water level detecting member includes: a floating level gauge 22; the second magnet 21 is connected to a floating part of the floating type liquid level meter 22, so that the floating part can drive the second magnet 21 to move downwards along with the descending of the water level in the water tank 2; when the water level in the water tank 2 is lower than a preset value, the second magnet moves downwards to a lower limit position; the control unit controls the negative ion device 3 to be powered off when the control unit determines that the second magnet 21 moves down to the lower limit position according to the detection result of the second detection piece 5.
In this example, when the liquid level in the water tank 2 rises, the floating member drives the second magnet 21 to move upwards together; when the liquid level in the water tank 2 is lowered, the floating piece drives the second magnet 21 to be lowered together; when the liquid level in the tank 2 drops to a preset value, for example, when there is no water in the tank 2, the float and the second magnet 21 move down to the lower limit position. When the second magnet 21 descends to the lower limit position, the distance between the second magnetic sensor and the second magnet 21 exceeds a corresponding set value, the second magnetic sensor sends a corresponding signal to the control unit, and the control unit controls the negative ion device 3 to be powered off when the control unit determines that the second magnet 21 moves downwards to the lower limit position according to the signal. So, when water tank 2 is interior not watered, also can in time cut off the power supply of anion device 3, even like this when first magnetic sensor protection became invalid, still can in time control anion device 3 outage, do benefit to and further ensure user's safety.
When the liquid level in the water tank 2 does not drop to the set value, if the water tank 2 is taken out, the distance between the second magnet 21 and the second magnetic sensor exceeds the corresponding set value in the process of taking out the water tank 2, correspondingly, the second magnetic sensor sends a corresponding signal to the control unit, and the control unit controls the negative ion device 3 to be powered off when determining that the second magnet 21 moves downwards to the lower limit position according to the signal. So, even take out it under the condition that has water in water tank 2, when first magnetic sensor protection became invalid, still can in time control anion device 3 outage, do benefit to and further ensure user's safety.
The floating level gauge 22 is generally disposed on the rear side of the bottom of the tank 2; accordingly, the second magnet 21 is disposed at the rear side of the bottom of the water tank 2. Of course, the second magnet 21 may also be disposed relatively independently, for example, the second magnet 21 is embedded in the wall of the water tank 2; at this time, in the process of taking out the water tank 2, the distance between the second magnet 21 and the second magnetic sensor exceeds a corresponding set value, the second magnetic sensor sends a corresponding signal to the control unit, and the control unit controls the negative ion device 3 to be powered off when determining that the second magnet 21 moves down to the lower limit position according to the signal.
