The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Fig. 1 is a first structural schematic diagram of an air washing device in an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a structural schematic diagram of a water tank in an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 is a structural schematic diagram of a base in an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment of the application provides a water washing air device 100, and the device adopts water to purify, humidify or cool the air. Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the water washing air device 100 includes a base 10, a water tank 20, a water curtain forming device, an air outlet casing 30 and an air driving device, wherein the base 10, the water tank 20 and the air outlet casing 30 are sequentially disposed from bottom to top, and the water tank 20 is accommodated on the base 10.
The inside of water tank 20 has the appearance chamber that is used for splendid attire water, and water curtain forming device installs the appearance intracavity at water tank 20, and water curtain forming device can form the water curtain with the water in the water tank 20 to the air that flows through the water curtain purifies, the humidification or cools down.
An air inlet duct located at the upstream of the water tank 20 is formed on the base 10, an air inlet 201 communicated with the air inlet duct is formed in the side wall of the water tank 20, an air outlet is formed in the top of the water tank 20, an air outlet duct located at the downstream of the water tank 20 is formed in the air outlet casing 30, and the air outlet duct is communicated with the air outlet. The air driving device is used for driving air in the environment to enter the water tank 20 through the air inlet duct and sending the air after water treatment out of the air outlet duct. Therefore, the base 10, the water tank 20 and the air outlet casing 30 together form a flow passage for purifying air.
Based on the above, when washing air device 100 during operation, air-driven device starts, air (for example, indoor air) suction base 10 with external environment in, the air inflow air inlet duct, get into in water tank 20 through air intake 201 again, the air that flows toward the air outlet passes the water curtain, dust in the air, impurity such as hair or fine hair wadding and water-soluble formation water droplet in the water curtain, the water droplet falls back in water tank 20, air carrying part steam after the impurity of being filtered flows from the air outlet duct, thereby make the quality of indoor air obtain improving.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the base 10 may include a bottom wall 101 for receiving the water tank 20 and a ring-shaped sidewall 102 surrounding the bottom wall 101, the ring-shaped sidewall 102 is connected to at least a portion of the outer periphery of the bottom wall 101, a first gap is formed between the ring-shaped sidewall 102 and the outer periphery of the bottom wall 101, a second gap is formed between the sidewall of the water tank 20 mounted on the bottom wall 101 and the ring-shaped sidewall 102, and the first gap and the second gap together form an air inlet duct of the base 10. The water tank 20 and the annular side wall 102 are both U-shaped, and correspondingly, the air inlet duct is also U-shaped. In this example, one end of the opening of the "U" -shaped ring side wall 102 is connected to the bottom wall 101 and constitutes a mounting opening through which the water tank 20 can pass, and the water tank 20 passes through the mounting opening in a horizontal direction to be put on the base 10 or taken out from the base 10.
It should be noted that, when the air washing device 100 is used, the user takes out the water tank 20 to change water or add water, and then needs to place the water tank 20 filled with water on the base 10 again, and if the speed of the user moving the water tank 20 is too fast, the water in the water tank 20 will largely shake and easily spill from the air inlet 201, so that the water will spill on the bottom wall 101, and if the water is serious, the water will also spill from the air inlet duct of the base 10.
With continued reference to FIG. 3, at least one water leakage hole 1011 is further formed on the bottom wall 101, so that water falling on the bottom wall 101 leaks from the water leakage hole 1011 to the lower part of the base 10, thereby preventing the water from accumulating on the bottom wall 101 and increasing the weight bearing of the bottom wall 101.
The electric cabinet is installed to the below of base 10, is provided with electrical components in the electric cabinet, and electrical components passes through the wire and is connected with air drive arrangement and water curtain forming device to provide the electric energy for air drive arrangement and water curtain forming device, thereby drive air drive arrangement and water curtain forming device operation.
However, with such an arrangement, when the speed of the user moving the water tank 20 is too fast and water in the water tank 20 is spilled, the spilled water leaks to the electric cabinet through the water leakage hole 1011 or the air inlet duct, so that the electric cabinet has a risk of water leakage and short circuit.
In order to solve the above problem, the embodiment of the present application provides an air washing device 100, which is beneficial to reducing the probability that water is sprayed to an electric cabinet, and further reducing the risk of safety accidents caused by water entering the electric cabinet. The following describes a preferred embodiment of the water washing air device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 4 is a second structural schematic diagram of the air washing device in the embodiment of the invention, and fig. 5 is a structural schematic diagram of the water blocking assembly in the first view angle in the embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the water washing air device 100 of the embodiment of the present application further includes a water blocking assembly 40, the water blocking assembly 40 is located between the base 10 and the electric cabinet 50, the water blocking assembly 40 at least includes a water blocking plate 401, the water blocking plate 401 is located directly above the electric cabinet 50, and a projection of the water blocking plate 401 along the vertical direction is not less than a projection of the electric cabinet 50 along the vertical direction. That is, the water guard plate 401 is installed above the electric cabinet 50 and completely shields the top of the electric cabinet 50. From this, breakwater 401 can block from leaking water hole 1011 or the air inlet duct part of water that falls drenches on electric cabinet 50, and then is favorable to reducing the possibility that electric cabinet 50 intake to be favorable to reducing the risk that electric cabinet 50 appears the electric leakage short circuit.
It should be noted that a ventilation gap is formed between the water blocking member 40 and the bottom wall 101 and the annular side wall 102, and the ventilation gap is communicated with the air inlet duct. In other words, a gap communicated with the air inlet duct is formed between the water retaining assembly 40 and the base 10, that is, the water retaining assembly 40 arranged below the base 10 does not block the air inlet duct, so that the air inlet duct keeps smooth, and the water washing air device 100 can normally work. Similarly, the projection of the electric cabinet 50 in the vertical direction is smaller than the projection of the base 10 in the vertical direction, that is, the electric cabinet 50 does not completely occupy the space below the base 10, so as to prevent the air inlet duct from being blocked.
Based on this, in the present embodiment, the water baffle 401 is configured to form a ventilation gap with the bottom wall 101 and the annular side wall 102, and the ventilation gap is communicated with the air inlet duct, so that the air inlet duct keeps ventilation. That is, the water guard 401 is configured not to block the intake air duct to ensure that the water washing air device 100 can operate effectively.
Wherein, the water baffle 401 may be disposed parallel to the horizontal plane, or the water baffle 401 may be disposed obliquely, as long as the water baffle 401 can cover the top of the electric cabinet 50. The water baffle 401 is preferably horizontally disposed in this embodiment, which is beneficial to ensure the miniaturization of the water washing air device 100.
Taking the horizontal arrangement of the water baffle 401 and the projection of the water baffle 401 along the vertical direction equal to the projection of the electric cabinet 50 along the vertical direction as an example, if the electric cabinet 50 is in a cuboid shape, correspondingly, the water baffle 401 is in a rectangle, and if the electric cabinet 50 is in a cylinder shape, correspondingly, the water baffle 401 is in a circle. Therefore, on the basis that the water baffle 401 can completely cover the electric cabinet 50, a large ventilation gap can be formed between the water baffle 401 and the base 10, so that the air volume flowing through the ventilation gap is large, and the air volume of the air inlet duct is favorably ensured. Of course, in some other examples, the water guard 401 and the electric cabinet 50 may also be in a regular shape such as a square, U-shape, or other irregular shapes.
To sum up, the water washing air device 100 of the embodiment of the present application, the water blocking component 40 can shield the electric cabinet 50, and is favorable for reducing the water sprayed on the electric cabinet 50, thereby being favorable for reducing the risk of electric leakage short circuit caused by water inflow of the electric cabinet 50.
The installation manner of the water blocking assembly 40 is not limited in this embodiment, for example, the water blocking assembly 40 may be connected to the bottom of the base 10, and the water blocking assembly 40 may also be connected to the electric cabinet 50. Or, the bottom of the base 10 and the top of the electric cabinet 50 jointly define a mounting gap for mounting the water blocking assembly 40, and the water blocking assembly 40 is limited in the mounting gap, that is, the water blocking assembly 40 is not directly connected with the base 10 or the electric cabinet 50, but is clamped between the base 10 and the electric cabinet 50.
The electric cabinet 50 can be installed at any position below the base 10, and the structure and installation method of the water blocking assembly 40 can have various possible implementation modes according to the change of the position of the electric cabinet 50.
In a first example, the electric cabinet 50 may be located at a position right in the middle below the base 10. In this example, the water blocking assembly 40 may include a water blocking plate 401 and a plurality of connecting rods, the plurality of connecting rods are uniformly distributed around a central axis of the water blocking plate 401, one end of the connecting rod is connected with the water blocking plate 401, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the base 10, so as to achieve connection of the water blocking assembly 40 and the base 10.
In a second example, the electric cabinet 50 may be located under the base 10 on a side away from the mounting opening, that is, the electric cabinet 50 is located on a side of the side wall 102 of the U-shaped ring away from the opening, which is equivalent to the rear side of the whole water washing air device 100. Here, the rear side refers to a side toward the input water tank 20, and the opposite, front side refers to a side away from the input water tank 20, that is, a side toward the output water tank 20.
In this example, the water blocking assembly 40 may include a water blocking plate 401 and a first clamping portion disposed on the water blocking plate 401, and a second clamping portion matched with the first clamping portion is disposed on the base 10. So set up, water retaining assembly 40 is fixed on base 10 through the mode of joint, and the mounting means is simple.
Illustratively, the first clamping portion is an elastic protrusion protruding from the top surface and/or the bottom surface of the water baffle 401, a strip-shaped through hole for inserting the water baffle 401 is formed in the ring-shaped sidewall 102, and the second clamping portion is a recess formed in the upper hole wall and/or the lower hole wall of the strip-shaped through hole. In this embodiment, a portion of the water baffle 401 is inserted into the strip-shaped through hole, and the elastic protrusion is clamped in the recess, so that the water baffle 401 is tightly connected with the ring-shaped sidewall 102.
It can be understood that the first clamping portion may also be a recess disposed on the top surface and/or the bottom surface of the water baffle 401, and correspondingly, the second clamping portion is an elastic protrusion disposed on the upper hole wall and/or the lower hole wall of the strip-shaped through hole.
In a third example, with continued reference to fig. 4, the electric cabinet 50 may also be located close to the mounting opening, that is, the electric cabinet 50 is located at the front side of the entire water wash air device 100. Therefore, compared with the previous example, most of the electric cabinet 50 in the embodiment is located below the bottom wall 101, which is beneficial to reducing the water falling from the air inlet duct to the electric cabinet 50, and further beneficial to reducing the possibility of water entering the electric cabinet 50.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the electric cabinet 50 is disposed near the mounting opening, and the front side wall of the electric cabinet 50 is flush with the front side walls of the base 10 and the water tank 20, so that the whole air washing device 100 is more beautiful.
In this embodiment, the water guard assembly 40 may be only the water guard 401, and the water guard 401 is limited to the mounting gap defined by the bottom of the base 10 and the top of the electric cabinet 50. During installation, only the water baffle 401 needs to be inserted into the installation gap, installation with the help of tools is not needed, and installation is simple.
As an alternative embodiment, the water guard assembly 40 may further include a connection portion fixedly connected with the water guard plate 401, and the connection portion is detachably connected with the bottom of the base 10. In this way, the water deflector assembly 40 can be removed from the base 10 to facilitate maintenance of the fan (as described below).
Alternatively, referring to fig. 5, the connection part may be a grid plate 402, and the grid plate 402 has holes, i.e. ventilation gaps, formed thereon so as to prevent air from entering the intake air duct.
Specifically, the grid plate 402 and the base 10 may be connected by a snap-fit manner, or may be screwed by a fastener. For example, a plurality of connecting through holes are formed on the grid plate 402, a plurality of threaded holes are formed at the bottom of the ring side wall 102, the central axis of each connecting through hole is coaxial with the central axis of one threaded hole, the central axis of each connecting through hole is perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and a fastening screw penetrates through each connecting through hole and then is screwed with the threaded hole, so that the grid plate 402 is connected with the base 10.
It should be noted that, in any one of the three examples described above, the water blocking assembly 40 may also be replaced by another structure, and the water blocking assembly 40 and the base 10 or the electric cabinet 50 may be connected by screwing, clamping or other methods, which is not described in detail herein.
Further, it should be noted that, in the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the annular side wall 102 includes an upper side wall extending upward from the bottom wall 101 and a lower side wall extending downward from the bottom wall 101, and the water blocking assembly 40 is connected to the lower side wall of the annular side wall 102. For example, in the second example, a strip-shaped through hole is formed in the lower sidewall, and the water guard plate 401 is inserted into the lower sidewall. Therefore, the lower side wall and the bottom wall 101 can jointly enclose a mounting cavity for mounting the air driving device, and the space utilization rate below the bottom wall 101 is further improved. The air driving device may be a fan, and the fan is installed in the installation cavity to drive air to pass through the grid plate 402 of the water blocking assembly 40 and then send the air into the air inlet duct. Therefore, when the water retaining assembly is used, the water retaining assembly 40 can be detached, and the fan located in the installation cavity is convenient to maintain.
The specific structure of the water deflector assembly 40 in the third example will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the connection of the base, the water stop assembly and the air intake grille in an embodiment of the present invention. In the example shown in fig. 4 and 6, the electric cabinet 50 is disposed at the front side of the entire water washing air device 100, and when the water guard 401 is also disposed at the front side of the water washing air device 100, one side (i.e., the left side in fig. 6) of the water guard 401 is in contact with the inner wall of the ring-shaped side wall 102. Thereby, the installation position of the water blocking assembly 40 is easily found. Further, the edge of one side of the water baffle 401 extends upwards to form an abutting plate 404, and the abutting plate 404 abuts against the inner wall of the annular side wall 102, so that the abutting plate 404 can play a certain role in guiding and positioning.
The water guard plate 401 further has a first enclosing plate 403 protruding therefrom, and the first enclosing plate 403 divides the water guard plate 401 into a first portion located at the front side of the water washing air device 100 and a second portion located at the rear side of the water washing air device 100. The edge of the other side (i.e. the right side shown in fig. 6) of the water baffle 401 is further provided with a second enclosing plate 405, and the first enclosing plate 403, the second enclosing plate 405 and the water baffle 401 together enclose a closed water receiving tank. Thus, the water receiving tank can receive water scattered from the base 10.
The preferred realization of this embodiment is that the height of first bounding wall 403 is far away from the height of second bounding wall 405, and like this, the water that spills from the top falls into to the water receiving tank from the opposite side of breakwater 401 easily to first bounding wall 403 can block that water spills to first part beyond first bounding wall 403, makes water only can fall into the water receiving tank, has restricted the unrestrained scope of water.
Further, the other side of the water baffle 401 extends towards the direction away from the first enclosing plate 403 to form a diversion trench, the diversion trench is communicated with the water receiving tank, and a diversion port is arranged at one end of the diversion trench away from the first enclosing plate 403. So set up, the hydroenergy that falls into in the water receiving tank can flow into the guiding gutter to flow out through the water conservancy diversion mouth of guiding gutter.
