In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present application further discloses a method for processing a light string, including the following steps:
placing lamp beads, placing a plurality of lamp beads on a welding station side by side, wherein the placing directions of all the lamp beads are consistent, and the bottoms of the lamp beads are upward;
placing a connecting wire group, placing an anode wire 19 on the anode bonding pads 10 of all the lamp beads and tightly attaching the anode wire to the cathode bonding pads 9 of the plurality of lamp beads, placing a cathode wire 20 on the cathode bonding pads 9 of the plurality of lamp beads and tightly attaching the cathode wire to the cathode wire, and placing a signal wire 21 on the input bonding pads 3 and the output bonding pads 4 of the plurality of lamp beads and tightly attaching the signal wire to the input bonding pads 3 and the output bonding pads 4;
welding, namely welding a positive wire 19 with a first welding section 7 corresponding to the positive pad 10, welding a negative wire 20 with the first welding section 7 corresponding to the negative pad 9, and welding a signal wire 21 with a second welding section 8 of the input pad 3 and a second welding section 8 of the output pad 4;
cut off, need be earlier with lamp stand 1 bottom down and place on the station that corresponds, on the station is hugged closely to whole connecting wires this moment, then cutting equipment carries out cutting operation along cutting guide way 5 again, when the cutting is used for the signal transmission connecting wire, the condition of connecting wire one side falling empty just can not appear and drag the connection after the welding, when will make things convenient for cutting signal, can also avoid influencing the firm in connection nature of input pad 3 and output pad 4 on signal line 21 and the lamp pearl.

Claims (10)
1. The lamp bead convenient for cutting is characterized by comprising a lamp holder (1) and a mounting groove (2) arranged on the lamp holder (1), wherein 2 electrode pads and a signal pad group are arranged in the mounting groove (2) side by side, the 2 electrode pads are positioned on the same side of the signal pad group, and one sides of the 2 electrode pads and the signal pad group, which are far away from a notch of the mounting groove (2), are protruded out of the bottom of the mounting groove (2); the signal pad group comprises input pads (3) and output pads (4) which are arranged at intervals, the lamp holder (1) is provided with a cutting guide port (5) on one side of the mounting groove (2), and the cutting guide port (5) is arranged between the input pads (3) and the output pads (4).
2. The lamp bead convenient for cutting the line according to claim 1, wherein the cutting guide opening (5) is provided with a guide inclined surface (6) on the inner wall of one end of the notch of the mounting groove (2).

The lamp bead convenient for cutting according to claim 1, wherein both ends of the electrode pad are provided with first welding sections (7) penetrating through the side wall of the lamp holder (1), and the ends of the input pad (3) opposite to the output pad (4) are provided with second welding sections (8) penetrating through the side wall of the lamp holder (1).

welding, namely welding a first welding section (7) corresponding to the positive electrode wire (19) and the positive electrode pad (10), welding a first welding section (7) corresponding to the negative electrode wire (20) and the negative electrode pad (9), and welding a signal wire (21) and a second welding section (8) of the input pad (3) and a second welding section (8) of the output pad (4);
and cutting off, namely cutting off the signal lines (21) at the positions of the notches (22) between the input bonding pads (3) and the output bonding pads (4) on all the lamp beads.
