The carrier comprises a carrier chassis 1, a carrier front lifting frame body 2 and a carrier rear lifting frame body 3, wherein a walking driving wheel 12 driven by a walking driving device 20 is arranged on the carrier chassis 1, the walking driving device 20 comprises a motor, a speed reducer, a quick braking module, a laser ranging or stay wire encoder control module and the like, and the motor is used for overcurrent protection, frequency conversion, short-circuit protection and the like; the front lifting frame body 2 of the carrier is provided with a front comb tooth assembly 4 for bearing the front wheels of the automobile, the rear lifting frame body 3 of the carrier is provided with a rear comb tooth assembly 5 for bearing the rear wheels of the automobile, and the carrier chassis 1, the front lifting frame body 2 of the carrier and the rear lifting frame body 3 of the carrier are connected with a lifting guide device through a spiral lifting device.
The carrier is provided with three sets of spiral lifting devices which are respectively and fixedly arranged at the front part, the middle part and the rear part of a carrier chassis 1 and comprise spiral lifting wheels 6, lifting transmission chain wheels 27, lifting transmission main shafts 28, a lifter base 29 and lifting pin shaft assemblies 22 which are fixed on a front lifting frame body 2 of the carrier and a rear lifting frame body 3 of the carrier.
The carrier is provided with eight sets of lifting guide devices, and comprises a linear bearing 7 fixed on a lifting frame body 2 in front of the carrier and a lifting frame body 3 behind the carrier and a linear cylindrical optical axis guide rail 8 fixed on a carrier chassis 1.
As shown in fig. 8, the lifting drive device 19 is fixed to the carrier chassis 1 with the output shaft facing downward, the lifting output sprocket 25 is connected to the output shaft end, and the lifting guide sprocket 26 is fixed to the lower side of the carrier chassis 1. The lifting driving device 19 synchronously drives the lifting transmission chain wheel 27 of the three sets of rotary lifting devices to rotate through the lifting output chain wheel 25, the lifting guide chain wheel 26 and the lifting transmission chain 18.
As shown in fig. 9, the lifting transmission chain wheel 27 drives the spiral lifting wheel 6 to rotate through the lifting transmission main shaft 28, and at the same time, the spiral lifting wheel 6 is matched with the lifting pin shaft assembly 22, and under the assistance of the linear bearing 7 and the linear assisting optical axis guide rail 8, the front carrier lifting frame body 2 and the rear carrier lifting frame body 3 move up and down, so that the lifting function of the carrier on the vehicle is realized.
As shown in fig. 2, the traveling drive devices 20 fixed to the front and rear ends of the carrier chassis 1 are connected to the traveling output sprocket 10, and the traveling drive sprocket 12 is driven to rotate by the traveling drive chain 11, thereby driving the traveling guide wheels 30 to realize the traveling function of the carrier.
