the first cleaning device 3 comprises two groups of chain-rolling type cleaning devices 30 which are symmetrically arranged up and down on the water surface; the chain rolling type cleaning device 30 comprises two mounting frames 31, two driving rotating shafts 32, two chain cleaning structures 33 and a first recovery unit 34, wherein one end of each mounting frame 31 is movably mounted on the supporting upright post 10, the other end of each mounting frame 31 is movably mounted on the arc chute 12, the two driving rotating shafts 32 are respectively and movably arranged on the mounting frames 31, the chain cleaning structures 33 are mounted on the two driving rotating shafts 32, and the first recovery unit 34 is arranged on the ground and used for collecting floating garbage from the chain cleaning structures 33;
the mounting frame 31 comprises a mounting plate 310, a pivot 311 arranged at one end of the mounting plate 310 and rotatably connected with the support upright 10, and a sliding key 312 arranged at the other end of the mounting plate 310 and slidably connected with the arc chute 12; the distance between two adjacent pivots 311 on the same side of the support upright post 10 is 0.6 m;
the driving shaft 32 comprises a central shaft 320 movably arranged on the mounting plate 310, 10 chain wheel discs 321 uniformly arranged on the central shaft 320, and a driving motor 322 connected with the central shaft 320 for providing rotary power; the chain cleaning structure 33 comprises 10 chains 330 respectively arranged on the chain wheel disc 321, and hooks 331 uniformly arranged on the chains 330;
the second cleaning device 4 comprises two mounting shafts 40 horizontally arranged on the two support columns 10, two rotating drums 41 movably arranged on the two mounting shafts 40, a conveying belt 42 horizontally arranged on the rotating drums 41 and with the lower surface attached to the water surface, a garbage dip net 43 uniformly arranged on the conveying belt 42, and a second recovery unit 44 arranged on the ground and used for collecting garbage floating in the garbage dip net 43.
The interception structure 2 comprises an interception rope 20 with two ends respectively arranged on the sliding polished rod 11 in a sliding manner, floating blocks 21 uniformly arranged on the contact part of the interception rope 20 and the water surface of the reservoir, an underwater interception net 22 arranged under the floating blocks 21 and with the upper edge arranged on the floating blocks 21, and a balancing weight 23 arranged on the lower edge of the underwater interception net 22. The conveyor belt 42 includes 3 link ropes 420 provided on the rotary drum 41, and a wire connecting plate 421 uniformly provided on the link ropes 420.
The first recovery unit 34 includes a recovery port 340 disposed on the mounting plate 310 and located at an end of the chain 330, a conveying pipe 341 having one end communicating with the recovery port 340, a garbage piling bin 342 disposed at the other end of the conveying pipe 341, and a negative pressure device 343 disposed at a connection position of the recovery port 340 and the conveying pipe 341. The second recovery unit 44 includes a temporary storage tank 440 disposed on the ground at the end of the conveyor belt 42 for collecting the garbage within the garbage dip net 43, a crushing assembly 441 disposed inside the temporary storage tank 440, and a transfer screw 442 having one end mounted in the temporary storage tank 440 and located below the crushing assembly 441; the other end of the transmission screw 442 is communicated with the garbage piling bin 342.
The arc chute 12 comprises an arc chute body which takes the pivot 311 as the center of a circle and has an arc length of a quarter of an arc, and lock holes 120 which are uniformly arranged on the chute body; the sliding key 312 includes a sliding key body slidably disposed in the arc chute body, and a spring lock lever 313 disposed on the sliding key body; the spring lock bar 313 includes a spring member provided in the sliding key body, and a lock bar penetrating the sliding key body, the spring member being capable of being coupled with the lock hole 120.
The fishing device 5 is arranged on one side of the conveying belt 42;
the fishing device 5 includes a fixed bracket 50 fixed on the ground at both ends, a rotating shaft 51 provided on the fixed bracket 50 and parallel to the conveying belt 42, a rectangular fishing net 52 provided on the rotating shaft 51 and parallel to the conveying belt 42, and a rotating motor 53 for powering the rotating shaft 51.
The rectangular overshot 52 includes a rectangular frame 520 connected to the rotating shaft 51 through the middle of both short sides thereof, and a net 521 provided in the rectangular frame 520.
The conveying screw 442, the negative pressure device 343, the rotary drum 41, the crushing assembly 441 and the driving motor 322 are commercially available product components, and the specific product type can be selected by those skilled in the art according to the needs.
The working method of the device comprises the following steps:
the first cleaning device 3 and the second cleaning device 4 rotate continuously to clean pollutants; the rotating motor 53 of the fishing device 5 drives the rectangular fishing net 52 to rotate in shape, so that pollutants are turned over to the chain 330 and the conveying belt 42; the cleaning efficiency of the first cleaning device 3 and the second cleaning device 4 is enhanced.

Claims (10)

1. The intercepting and cleaning device for the special floater of the reservoir is characterized by comprising two intercepting supports (1) which are respectively arranged on the ground at two sides of the reservoir, an intercepting structure (2) with two ends respectively arranged on the intercepting supports (1) and the middle part positioned in the reservoir and used for intercepting garbage, a first cleaning device (3) which is arranged on the intercepting supports (1) and positioned at one side of the intercepting structures (2) for intercepting garbage, and a second cleaning device (4) which is arranged on the intercepting supports (1) and positioned at one side of the intercepting structures (2) for intercepting garbage;
the intercepting structure (2), the first cleaning device (3) and the second cleaning device (4) all cross the reservoir and are arranged in parallel; the first cleaning device (3) is positioned between the intercepting structure (2) and the second cleaning device (4);
the intercepting bracket (1) comprises a supporting upright post (10) vertically fixed on the ground, a sliding polished rod (11) vertically arranged on the supporting upright post (10) and connected with the intercepting structure (2), and two arc-shaped sliding chutes (12) arranged on the supporting upright post (10);
the two arc-shaped sliding chutes (12) are connected with the first cleaning device (3) and are arranged in an up-and-down symmetrical manner;
the first cleaning device (3) comprises two groups of chain-rolling type cleaning devices (30) which are symmetrically arranged up and down relative to the water surface; the chain rolling type cleaning device (30) comprises two mounting frames (31), two driving rotating shafts (32), a chain cleaning structure (33) and a first recovery unit (34), wherein one end of each mounting frame (31) is movably mounted on the supporting upright column (10), the other end of each mounting frame is movably mounted on the arc-shaped chute (12), the two driving rotating shafts (32) are movably arranged on the mounting frames (31), the chain cleaning structure (33) is mounted on the two driving rotating shafts (32), and the first recovery unit (34) is arranged on the ground and used for collecting floating garbage from the chain cleaning structure (33);
the mounting frame (31) comprises a mounting plate (310), a pivot (311) which is arranged at one end of the mounting plate (310) and is rotationally connected with the support upright post (10), and a sliding key (312) which is arranged at the other end of the mounting plate (310) and is slidably connected with the arc-shaped sliding chute (12);
the distance between two adjacent pivots (311) on the same side of the support upright post (10) is 0.3-0.6 m;
the driving rotating shaft (32) comprises a central rotating shaft (320) movably arranged on the mounting plate (310), a plurality of chain wheel discs (321) uniformly arranged on the central rotating shaft (320), and a driving motor (322) connected with the central rotating shaft (320) and used for providing rotating power;
the chain cleaning structure (33) comprises a plurality of chains (330) which are respectively arranged on the chain wheel disc (321), and hooks (331) which are uniformly arranged on the chains (330);

The intercepting and cleaning device of the special floating objects for reservoir as claimed in claim 1, wherein the intercepting structure (2) comprises intercepting cables (20) with two ends respectively sliding on the sliding polished rod (11), floating blocks (21) are uniformly arranged on the contact part of the intercepting cables (20) and the water surface of the reservoir, an underwater intercepting net (22) which is arranged under the floating blocks (21) and the upper edge of which is arranged on the floating blocks (21), and a balancing weight (23) which is arranged on the lower edge of the underwater intercepting net (22).

The intercepting and cleaning device for the floating objects specially used for the reservoir according to claim 1, wherein the conveying belt (42) comprises a plurality of connecting cables (420) arranged on the rotary drum (41), and a dip net connecting plate (421) uniformly arranged on the connecting cables (420);
the dip net connecting plate (421) is provided with a mounting groove (422);
the garbage landing net (43) comprises a fan-shaped frame (430) with the inner edge fixed in the installation groove (422), a net bag (431) installed on the fan-shaped frame (430), and a fishing fork (432) horizontally arranged on the arc length part of the outer edge of the fan-shaped frame (430).

The intercepting and cleaning device for the floating objects specially used for the reservoir according to claim 1, wherein the first recovery unit (34) comprises a recovery port (340) arranged on a mounting plate (310) and positioned at the end part of a chain (330), a conveying pipeline (341) with one end communicated with the recovery port (340), a garbage piling bin (342) arranged at the other end of the conveying pipeline (341), and a negative pressure device (343) arranged at the joint of the recovery port (340) and the conveying pipeline (341).

The intercepting and cleaning device for the floating objects specially used for the reservoir according to claim 4, wherein the second recovery unit (44) comprises a temporary storage tank (440) which is arranged on the ground at the end of the conveyor belt (42) and is used for collecting the garbage in the garbage dip net (43), a crushing assembly (441) which is arranged inside the temporary storage tank (440), and a transmission screw rod (442) which is arranged in the temporary storage tank (440) and is positioned below the crushing assembly (441);
the other end of the transmission screw rod (442) is communicated with a garbage stacking bin (342).

The intercepting and cleaning device for the floating objects specially used for the reservoir according to claim 1, wherein the arc chute (12) comprises an arc chute body which takes a pivot (311) as a center and has an arc length of a quarter of an arc, and locking holes (120) which are uniformly arranged on the chute body;
the sliding key (312) comprises a sliding key body which is arranged in the arc-shaped sliding groove body in a sliding mode, and a spring locking rod (313) arranged on the sliding key body;
the spring lock rod (313) comprises a spring element arranged in the sliding key body and a lock rod penetrating through the sliding key body and connected with the lock hole (120) through the spring element.

The intercepting and cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the intercepting bracket (1) further comprises a plurality of anchoring cables, one end of each anchoring cable is arranged at the upper end of the supporting upright post (10), and the other end of each anchoring cable is arranged on the ground.
8. The intercepting and cleaning device for the floating objects specially used for the reservoir according to claim 1, further comprising a fishing device (5) arranged at one side of the conveying belt (42);
the fishing device (5) comprises a fixed support (50) fixed on the ground at two ends, a rotating shaft (51) arranged on the fixed support (50) and parallel to the conveying belt (42), a rectangular fishing net (52) arranged on the rotating shaft (51) and parallel to the conveying belt (42), and a rotating motor (53) used for providing power for the rotating shaft (51).
