The present embodiment provides a dispenser box 100, please refer to fig. 1 and 2, including a box body 1, a cover body 2, an on-off device 4 and an operating mechanism 3.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a detergent dispensing device, which includes a detergent box and the dispenser box 100 of any embodiment of the present application, and the dispenser box 100 is drawably disposed in the detergent box. Before washing the laundry, the user pulls the dispenser box 100 out of the detergent box, releases the detergent in the dispenser box 100 as needed, and pushes the dispenser box 100 into the detergent box.
The embodiment of the application provides a washing device, including organism and the detergent of this application any embodiment puts in the device, and the detergent is put in the device and is set up in the organism.
The specific type of the washing apparatus is not limited, and may be, for example, a washing apparatus or a shoe washing apparatus. The washing equipment can be a washing machine and a washing and drying integrated machine. The washing equipment can be drum-type or impeller-type.
In the embodiments of the present application, a washing apparatus is taken as an example for explanation.
Referring to fig. 6, the box body 1 is provided with a liquid storage cavity 1a for containing detergent and a flow passage 1c for discharging the detergent in the liquid storage cavity 1a, and the detergent is stored in the liquid storage cavity 1 a. The detergent in the reservoir chamber 1a is discharged from the flow passage 1c out of the reservoir chamber 1 a. It will be appreciated that the detergent discharged from the overflow path 1c may directly flow out of the dispenser box 100, or may enter other spaces within the dispenser box 100. It should be noted that the detergent discharged from the through-flow passage 1c is flushed into the washing apparatus by the flow of the inlet water, i.e., the detergent released from the reservoir 1a is the detergent required for washing the clothes in a single time.
The capacity of the reservoir chamber 1a may be used for a required amount of detergent for a plurality of laundry washing, for example, 5 times, 10 times, 20 times, 30 times, etc.
It should be noted that the detergent is in liquid state, and can be liquid with higher viscosity, such as laundry detergent, softener, etc.; or a liquid of lower viscosity, such as a disinfectant, etc.
The specific form of the flow passage 1c is not limited, for example, in some embodiments, the flow passage 1c may extend through a through hole of the plate body. In other embodiments, the flow passage 1c may also be a flow passage with a certain extending length, wherein the flow passage 1c may extend linearly, may also extend in a curve, and may also extend in a bending manner, which is not limited herein. It will be appreciated that the liquid flow path in the transfer channel 1c should be as short as possible to reduce the flow resistance of the detergent.
The cover body 2 covers at least the opening of the liquid storage cavity 1 a. The cover 2 may cover the entire opening of the case 1, or may cover only the opening of the reservoir 1 a.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the on-off device 4 is disposed in the box body 1, and the box body 1 provides mounting and support for the on-off device 4.
The on-off device 4 has a closed state closing the transfer channel 1c and an open state opening the transfer channel 1 c. When the on-off device 4 is in a closed state, the overflowing channel 1c is blocked, and the detergent in the liquid storage cavity 1a cannot flow out of the liquid storage cavity 1 a; when the on-off device 4 is in an open state, the detergent in the liquid storage chamber 1a flows out of the liquid storage chamber 1a from the overflowing channel 1 c. That is, the on-off device 4 can controllably discharge the detergent in the reservoir chamber 1a out of the reservoir chamber 1 a. The on-off device 4 may be disposed at any suitable position in the case 1, may be disposed in the reservoir chamber 1a, or may be disposed outside the reservoir chamber 1 a.
In the embodiment of the present application, the on-off device 4 is disposed in the reservoir chamber 1a as an example.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the operating mechanism 3 is disposed on the cover 2, a portion of the operating mechanism 3 extends into the liquid storage cavity 1a, and the operating mechanism 3 is capable of moving relative to the cover 2 under an external force and driving the on-off device 4 to switch from the closed state to the open state.
It should be noted that the external force refers to a force outside the washing apparatus, for example, a force applied by a user.
In the case of no need to dispense detergent into the washing apparatus, the on-off device 4 is in the closed state closing the overflow channel 1c, i.e. the actuating element 3 is in the closed state by default. When detergent needs to be put into the washing equipment, a user applies force to the operating mechanism 3, the operating mechanism 3 moves relative to the cover body 2, the operating mechanism drives the on-off device 4 to move, so that the on-off device 4 is switched from a closed state to an open state, and the detergent in the liquid storage cavity 1a is released through the flow channel 1 c.
It should be noted that, the user can control the time of the on-off device 4 in the open state through the operation mechanism 3 according to the required amount of the detergent, and after the amount of the detergent is enough to wash the required amount of the laundry for a single time, the operation mechanism 3 is reset to the initial state without being pressed, and the on-off device 4 is reset to the closed state.
The dispenser box 100 of the embodiment of the application can release the detergent as required by manually operating the control mechanism 3 without using an infusion pump to quantitatively draw the detergent, does not need to add electrical components, and has low cost; in addition, the detergent required by multiple times of washing can be added into the liquid storage cavity 1a at one time, the detergent does not need to be added into the dispenser box 100 before clothes are washed at each time, the frequency of adding the detergent into the dispenser box 100 by a user is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
The dispenser box 100 of the embodiment of the present application is convenient to assemble because the operating mechanism 3 is provided on the cover body 2 and the on-off device 4 is provided in the box body 1. For example, in the assembling process, the operating mechanism 3 and the cover body 2 are assembled into a pre-assembled whole, so that the assembling process has a large assembling space and is convenient to assemble; the on-off device 4 and the cartridge 1 are assembled to another pre-assembled whole, also having a large assembly space. After the cover body 2 is assembled on the box body 1, the operating mechanism 3 and the on-off device 4 are already in correct assembling positions, and the operating mechanism 3 and the on-off device 4 do not need to be adjusted, so that the assembling efficiency can be improved.
The driving fit relationship between the operating mechanism 3 and the on-off device 4 is not limited. The operating member 3 is, for example, detachably in contact with the on-off device 4. That is, the operating mechanism 3 and the opening/closing device 4 are only in contact, and there is no relatively restrained connection therebetween, and the opening/closing device 4 does not restrain the operating mechanism 3 from being detached from the opening/closing device 4.
The connection method of the lid 2 and the case 1 is not limited, and for example, the lid and the case may be connected by a non-detachable method such as ultrasonic welding or fusion welding.
Illustratively, the cover 2 is detachably disposed on the box 1, for example, by clamping, screwing, etc., so that the user can detach the cover 2 from the box 1 according to the actual use requirement, for example, when the dispenser box 100 needs to be cleaned, the cover 2 is detached, which facilitates cleaning the cover 2 and the inside of the box 1.
In the embodiment in which the cover 2 is detachably connected to the case 1, the cover 2 can be removed from the cover 2 with the operating mechanism 3, that is, when the cover 2 is removed from the case 1, the operating mechanism 3 is also removed together with the cover 2, and the operating mechanism 3 does not limit and restrict the process of attaching and detaching the cover 2.
It is understood that, after the user manually operates the operating mechanism 3, the user may manually reset the operating mechanism 3 to the initial state, or the operating mechanism 3 may be automatically reset, that is, the user does not need to manually reset.
The initial state of the actuator means is the initial state before the actuator 3 is pressed.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the dispenser box 100 includes a first elastic restoring member 5, and the first elastic restoring member 5 is used to drive the operating mechanism 3 to return to the initial state, that is, the user releases the operating mechanism 3, that is, the external force is removed, and the operating mechanism 3 automatically returns to the initial state under the action of the first elastic restoring member 5.
The specific type of the first elastic restoring member 5 is not limited, and may be a spring, an elastic pad, a rubber band, etc.
The manner in which the operating mechanism 3 can move relative to the lid body 2 is not limited, and may be linear movement, rotational movement, or the like.
Illustratively, the operating mechanism 3 moves linearly in the up-down direction with respect to the lid body 2. Specifically, the manipulation mechanism 3 moves downward when pressed, and the manipulation mechanism 3 moves upward in the process of returning to the initial state. The linear motion mode is simple and reliable, the structural complexity of the operating mechanism 3 can be reduced, and the operating mechanism 3 is convenient to arrange on the cover body 2.
The specific structure of the cover 2 is not limited, and for example, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the cover 2 includes a cover plate 21 and a liquid feeding cover 22, and the cover plate 21 is used as the main structure of the cover 2.
Referring to fig. 2, the cover plate 21 is provided with a liquid feeding port 21a, and the liquid feeding cover 22 is detachably disposed at the liquid feeding port 21a and seals the liquid feeding port 21 a. When detergent needs to be added into the liquid storage cavity 1a, the dispenser box 100 is pulled out from the detergent box, the liquid feeding cover 22 is opened, the detergent is poured into the liquid storage cavity 1a from the liquid feeding port 21a, then, the liquid feeding cover 22 is covered, and then the dispenser box 100 is pushed into the detergent box. Since the liquid feeding cover 22 seals the liquid feeding port 21a, the detergent in the liquid storage chamber 1a will not splash from the liquid feeding port 21 a.
Illustratively, the operating mechanism 3 is disposed on the liquid feeding cover 22, that is, the operating mechanism 3 and the liquid feeding cover 22 are integrated together, and the liquid feeding cover 22 can be removed from or mounted on the cover body 21 together with the liquid feeding cover 22, so that the structure is compact. When the user presses the operating mechanism 3, the operating mechanism 3 moves downward relative to the liquid feeding cover 22. When the liquid feeding cover 22 is removed from the cover plate 21, the liquid feeding cover 22 is removed together with the operating mechanism 3.
In the embodiment, the operating mechanism 3 is installed by using the liquid feeding cover 22, so that the number of holes on the cover plate 21 is reduced, the structure of the existing cover plate 21 is not required to be changed, a mold of the cover plate 21 is not required to be replaced or modified, and the production cost is reduced; in addition, the user can take and place the liquid feeding cover 22, add detergent or press the operating mechanism 3 at the same position, so that the operation of the user is facilitated, and the user experience is improved.
The specific structure of the operating mechanism 3 is not limited.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 4 and 6, the operating mechanism 3 includes a pressing portion 31 and at least one guide post 32 disposed at a bottom side of the pressing portion 31. The pressing portion 31 is located on the top side of the liquid feeding cover 22, that is, the pressing portion 31 is located on the side of the liquid feeding cover 22 away from the liquid storage cavity 1a, and the pressing portion 31 is exposed on the appearance surface of the dispenser box 100, so that a user can press the pressing portion 31 conveniently.
Referring to fig. 7, the liquid feeding cover 22 is provided with a through hole 22b, and the guiding columns 32 are slidably disposed through the through hole 22b, referring to fig. 4, the bottom end of at least one guiding column 32 extends into the liquid storage cavity 1a and is used for driving and matching with the on-off device 4. In this embodiment, the movement of the operating mechanism 3 is guided by the engagement of the through-hole 22b and the guide post 32, so that the movement of the operating mechanism 3 is more stable.
The number of the through holes 22b is the same as the number of the guide posts 32, and one guide post 32 is inserted into each through hole 22 b. For example, in the embodiment where the number of the guide posts 32 is one, the number of the through holes 22b is also one, and the bottom ends of the guide posts 32 protrude into the reservoir chamber 1a and are adapted to detachably engage in contact with the on-off device 4. In the embodiment where the number of the guide posts 32 is plural, the number of the through holes 22b is plural, and both the numbers are the same, and in this embodiment, the bottom end of at least one guide post 32 extends into the liquid storage chamber 1a and is used for driving and matching with the on-off device 4.
Illustratively, the through hole 22b extends a long distance in the axial direction to increase the contact area with the guide post 32 and enhance the guiding effect.
For example, referring to fig. 4 and 6, an elastic hook 321 is formed at a lower end of at least one guiding post 32, and the elastic hook 321 is located at a side of the liquid feeding cover 22 facing the liquid storage cavity 1a and is matched with a bottom stop of the liquid feeding cover 22. The resilient catch 321 reduces the chance of the guide post 32 moving too far upward to disengage the dosing cap 22.
Specifically, during the assembly process, the guide post 32 passes through the through hole 22b from top to bottom, and during the process of passing through the through hole 22b, the elastic hook 321 is forced to elastically deform under the extrusion of the hole wall of the through hole 22b, and after the elastic hook 321 passes through the through hole 22b, the elastic hook 321 recovers the elastic deformation under the action of the elastic force of itself and can be matched with the part around the through hole 22b on the bottom side of the liquid feeding cover 22 in a stopping manner.
Illustratively, the first elastic restoring member 5 is a spring, the first elastic restoring member 5 is sleeved on at least one of the guide posts 32, and the first elastic restoring member 5 is located between the top side of the liquid feeding cover 22 and the bottom side of the pressing portion 31. When the pressing portion 31 is pressed, the pressing portion 31 moves downward, the first elastic restoring member 5 compresses, and when the external force is removed, the first elastic restoring member 5 drives the pressing portion 31 to move upward to the initial state.
In the embodiment where the number of the guide posts 32 is plural, the first elastic restoring member 5 may be sleeved on a part of the guide posts 32, and the first elastic restoring member 5 is not sleeved on the other guide posts 32; the first elastic restoring element 5 can also be sleeved on all the guide posts 32 respectively.
For example, referring to fig. 4, the guide post 32 on which the first elastic restoring member 5 is sleeved is not provided with the elastic hook 321, and the other guide posts 32 are provided with the elastic hooks 321, so that the first elastic restoring member 5 is conveniently sleeved on the guide post 32, and the elastic hooks 321 are prevented from affecting the assembly of the first elastic restoring member 5.
The specific configuration of the liquid feeding cover 22 is not limited.
For example, referring to fig. 4 and 7, the liquid feeding cover 22 has a concave cavity 22a, and the pressing portion 31 is located in the concave cavity 22 a. Thus, the pressing part 31 can be prevented from protruding from the surface of the cover plate 21, and the interference between the pressing part 31 and the detergent box can be avoided.
Illustratively, with continued reference to fig. 4 and 7, the liquid delivery cover 22 includes a cylinder 221, a flange 222 surrounding a circumferential outer surface of a top portion of the cylinder 221, and a bottom 223 enclosing a bottom portion of the cylinder 221. The cylinder 221 and the cylinder bottom 223 together define the recessed cavity 22a described above. Referring to fig. 4, the cover plate 21 is provided with a sinking platform 21c surrounding the liquid feeding port 21a, the flange 222 is supported on the sinking platform 21c, and the cylinder 221 is recessed below the cover plate 21.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 4, the dispenser box 100 further includes a sealing ring 6, and the sealing ring 6 is interposed between the flange 222 and the sinking platform 21c to improve the sealing performance between the liquid feeding cover 22 and the cover plate 21.
Illustratively, with continued reference to fig. 4 and 7, the bottom wall of the recessed cavity 22a is formed with a gripping ridge 224 that extends into the recessed cavity 22a, the gripping ridge 224 facilitating grasping and application of force by a user. The through hole 22b is provided on the holding ridge 224. The holding ridge 224 enables the through hole 22b to have a larger axial size, so that the holding ridge 224 has a larger guide contact area with the guide post 32, and the movement smoothness of the operating mechanism 3 is improved.
It should be noted that the pressing portion 31 is required to be configured to avoid interference with the operation of grasping the holding ridge 224 by the user.
