Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the present application but are not intended to limit the scope of the present application.
In the description of the embodiments of the present application, it should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "back", "drawing direction", "top", "bottom", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only used for convenience in describing the embodiments of the present application and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have specific orientations, be configured in specific orientations, and operate, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present application. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
The embodiment of the application provides a distributor box, including box body 1 and pressing means.
The embodiment of the application also provides a detergent feeding device, which comprises a detergent box and the distributor box of any embodiment of the application, wherein the distributor box can be arranged in the detergent box in a drawing mode. Before washing clothes, a user pulls out the distributor box from the detergent box to throw detergent, and pushes the distributor box into the detergent box after the detergent is thrown.
In the embodiment of the present application, a detergent dispensing device applied to a clothes treatment apparatus is described as an example.
Referring to fig. 2 and 10, the box 1 is provided with a liquid storage cavity 101 for containing detergent, a throwing cavity 102 for containing inlet water flow, and a flow passage 103 for communicating the liquid storage cavity 101 and the throwing cavity 102. The detergent is stored in the storage chamber 101, and the capacity of the storage chamber 101 may be used for washing the laundry for a plurality of times, for example, 5 times, 10 times, 20 times, 50 times, 100 times, etc. The detergent in the liquid storage chamber 101 can flow into the dispensing chamber 102 through the flow channel 103, and after the inflow water enters the dispensing chamber 102, the inflow water carries the detergent and is discharged out of the dispensing chamber 102.
It should be noted that the detergent is in liquid state, and can be liquid with higher viscosity, such as laundry detergent, softener, etc.; or a liquid of lower viscosity, such as a disinfectant, etc.
The pressing mechanism is used to close the transfer passage 103. The pressing mechanism can move relative to the case 1, and can be switched from a closed state for closing the overflow channel 103 to an open state for opening the overflow channel 103 under the action of external force. That is, the pressing mechanism can selectively close or open the excess flow passage 103.
It will be appreciated that the pressing mechanism may be movably connected to the case 1, or may be movably connected to a structure other than the case 1.
It should be noted that the external force refers to a force outside the laundry treating apparatus, for example, a force applied by a user.
When the detergent is not required to be dosed into the dosing chamber 102, the pressing mechanism is in a state of closing the overflow channel 103, that is, the pressing mechanism is in a closed state of closing the overflow channel 103 by default. When detergent needs to be released to the dosing cavity 102, a force is applied to the pressing mechanism, so that the pressing mechanism is switched from a closed state of closing the overflowing channel 103 to an open state of opening the overflowing channel 103, and the detergent in the liquid storage cavity 101 flows into the dosing cavity 102 through the flowing channel 103. It should be noted that, the user can control the time of the pressing mechanism in the open state according to the amount of the required detergent, and after the amount of the detergent is enough to the amount required for washing the laundry in a single time, the pressing mechanism is set in the closed state of closing the overflow channel 103. That is, the detergent put into the putting chamber 102 is the detergent required for washing the laundry once.
When the inflow water flows into the putting cavity 102, the inflow water flows out of the putting cavity 102 along with the detergent.
According to the distributor box provided by the embodiment of the application, the detergent is quantitatively extracted without using an extraction pump, and the detergent can be put in as required by manually operating the pressing mechanism, namely, the detergent can be put in as required without adding an electric element, so that the cost is low; in addition, the detergent required by multiple times of washing can be added into the liquid storage cavity 101 at one time, the detergent does not need to be added into the dispenser box before clothes are washed at each time, the frequency of adding the detergent by a user is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that the detergent dispensing device is configured with a drainage channel for the dispensing cavity 102, and the inlet water flow entering the dispensing cavity 102 and the detergent are discharged out of the dispensing cavity 102 through the drainage channel.
The detergent entering the dosing chamber 102 may be at least partially drained from the dosing chamber 102 via a drainage channel or may be completely accumulated in the dosing chamber 102 before the incoming water flow enters the dosing chamber 102.
Illustratively, the drainage channel is configured to: the dosing chamber 102 is capable of accumulating detergent from the reservoir 101 and the incoming water flow entering the dosing chamber 102 is capable of exiting the dispenser box via a drainage channel. That is, before the inflow water flows into the dispensing chamber 102, the detergent entering the dispensing chamber 102 from the reservoir chamber 101 does not flow out of the dispensing chamber 102, but is accumulated in the dispensing chamber 102, and after the inflow water flows into the dispensing chamber 102, the inflow water flows out of the dispenser box with the detergent. Since the detergent released into the dispensing cavity 102 is accumulated in the dispensing cavity 102, the user can see the amount of the dispensed detergent in the process of releasing the detergent, so that the user can master the time of the pressing mechanism for opening the overflowing channel 103, and the accuracy of the detergent dispensing amount is improved.
It should be noted that the dispenser box is required to allow the user to see the detergent in the dispensing chamber 102. Illustratively, in some embodiments, the dosing chamber 102 is exposed to the exterior view of the dispenser box, i.e., the detergent in the dosing chamber 102 is visible to the user from the exterior of the dispenser box during use of the dispenser box. For example, no shielding structure is provided above the dosing chamber 102, or a transparent shielding structure is provided above the dosing chamber 102.
It is understood that after the user manually drives the pressing mechanism from the closed state to the open state, the user may manually reset the pressing mechanism from the open state to the closed state, or the pressing mechanism may be automatically reset, that is, the user does not need to manually reset.
Illustratively, in some embodiments, the dispenser box includes an elastic reset piece 4, and the elastic reset piece 4 can drive the pressing mechanism to reset from the open state to the closed state, that is, the elastic reset piece 4 drives the pressing mechanism to automatically reset. Illustratively, the user applies force to the pressing mechanism, so that the pressing mechanism is switched from the closed state to the open state and is kept in the open state for a certain time, and then the user releases the pressing mechanism, i.e. the external force is removed, and the elastic resetting piece 4 drives the pressing mechanism to automatically reset to the closed state.
The specific structure of the elastic reset piece 4 is not limited, and may be a cylindrical spring, a torsion spring, etc., which is not limited again.
The feeding chamber 102 is not limited in the manner of water feeding, and for example, referring to fig. 2, 4, 7 and 9, the top side of the feeding chamber 102 is opened to form a water inlet 1d for receiving the water flow from above the upper distributor box. Specifically, the detergent box includes a housing and an upper cover provided at a top side of the upper cover, the housing and the upper cover together defining a drawing space for accommodating the dispenser box. The upper cover is provided with a water inlet channel and a water outlet, water from an external water source enters the water inlet channel, the water outlet is positioned above the water inlet 1d of the throwing cavity 102, and water in the water inlet channel flows downwards from the water outlet and flows into the throwing cavity 102 through the water inlet 1d to realize water injection into the throwing cavity 102. Therefore, an additional water inlet pipe is not required to be arranged on the box body 1, so that the structure of the box body 1 is convenient to simplify; furthermore, the dosing chamber 102 of this embodiment reduces the need for precision in the positioning of the dispenser cartridge, facilitating the filling of the cartridge body 1, since the dispenser cartridge needs to be drawn out frequently.
Illustratively, the housing of the detergent box is provided with a water mixing tank located below the drawing space and a main water outlet communicated with the water mixing tank. After being mixed in the putting cavity 102, the detergent and the water flow into the water mixing tank and then enter the washing cavity of the clothes treatment equipment through the main water outlet. The drainage way of the drainage channel is not limited, for example, in some embodiments, a water outlet is provided at a bottom wall corresponding to the dispensing cavity 102, and the liquid in the dispensing cavity 102 is drained out of the dispenser box through the water outlet under the action of its own weight. It will be appreciated that the position of the water outlet is as low as possible in the lowest position of the dosing chamber 102 in order to empty the dosing chamber 102 as much as possible of the liquid.
In other embodiments, the liquid in the dosing chamber 102 is discharged by a siphon principle, that is, the liquid discharge channel is a siphon channel, before the dosing chamber 102 is filled with water, the detergent entering the dosing chamber 102 is temporarily stored in the dosing chamber 102 and is not discharged, and when the dosing chamber 102 is filled with water to a siphon height, the water flow carrying the detergent is discharged through the siphon channel.
The siphon channel is formed in a non-limiting manner, for example, referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the dispenser box includes a siphon tube 31, a water inlet end of the siphon tube 31 extends into the dispensing chamber 102, a middle portion of the siphon tube 31 is raised above a sidewall of the dispensing chamber 102, a water outlet end of the siphon tube 31 is wound to an outside of the dispensing chamber 102, a space inside the siphon tube 31 is the siphon channel, and liquid in the dispensing chamber 102 is discharged out of the dispenser box through the siphon tube 31.
It should be noted that, since the user needs to withdraw the dispenser box from the detergent box before washing, the siphon tube 31 is disposed to avoid interference with the detergent box. Illustratively, referring to fig. 1, the siphon tube 31 is located at the rear end of the box body 1 in the drawing direction of the dispenser box, and the dispensing chamber 102 is located at the rear side of the liquid storage chamber 101, so as to facilitate the arrangement of the siphon tube 31.
In other embodiments, referring to fig. 11, the bottom wall of the dispensing chamber 102 is provided with a second liquid outlet 1b, and referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, the dispenser box comprises a first siphon cap 32, the first siphon cap 32 is disposed at the second liquid outlet 1b in the dispensing chamber 102, and when the dispensing chamber 102 is filled to a siphon height, the water with the detergent flows through the first siphon cap 32 and the second liquid outlet 1b to be discharged.
The specific form of the overflow channel 103 is not limited, for example, in some embodiments, a partition is disposed between the liquid storage cavity 101 and the dispensing cavity 102, and the overflow channel may be a through hole penetrating through the partition. In other embodiments, the flow passage 103 may also be a flow passage with a certain extending length, wherein the flow passage 103 may extend linearly, may also extend in a curve, and may also extend in a bending manner, which is not limited herein. It will be appreciated that the liquid flow path in the transfer channel 103 should be as short as possible to reduce the flow resistance of the detergent.
It will be appreciated that, referring to fig. 3 and 10, the inlet 103a of the transfer channel 103 is disposed on the inner surface of the reservoir chamber 101 and the outlet 103b of the transfer channel 103 is disposed on the inner surface of the dosing chamber 102.
Illustratively, with continued reference to fig. 3 and 10, the inlet 103a of the overflow channel 103 is disposed on the bottom surface 101b of the reservoir 101, so as to minimize the position of the inlet 103a of the overflow channel 103, and even if the amount of detergent in the reservoir 101 is small, the detergent can enter the dispensing chamber 102 from the overflow channel 103.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 and 10, the bottom surface 101b of the reservoir 101 is higher than the bottom surface 102c of the dispensing chamber 102, i.e., there is a certain height difference therebetween. The inlet 103a of the overflow channel 103 is located on the bottom surface of the reservoir 101, the outlet 103b of the overflow channel 103 is located on the side surface 102d of the dosing chamber 102 near the reservoir 101, and the inlet 103a is located at a higher position than the outlet 103 b. When the pressing mechanism opens the overflow channel 103, the detergent can flow into the dispensing chamber 102 quickly due to the difference in height between the inlet 103a and the outlet 103 b.
For example, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and 9, at least a portion of the reservoir 101 is positioned in front of the dispensing chamber 102. it will be appreciated that the "front" may be either a front or a side front, as long as at least a portion of the reservoir 101 is positioned further forward than the dispensing chamber 102. In this embodiment, after the user withdraws the dispenser box from the detergent box, the user can add detergent to the reservoir 101 conveniently because at least a portion of the reservoir 101 is closer to the user.
For example, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, the sidewall of the dosing chamber 102 is provided with a visual indicator 15 for indicating the level of the liquid in the dosing chamber 102, and the visual indicator 15 is exposed to the outside view of the dispenser box, i.e. the visual indicator 15 is visible to the user from the outside of the dispenser box. In this embodiment, the visual identifier 15 can provide a volume reference, which is convenient for a user to directly know the current amount of detergent in the dispensing chamber 102, and the user does not need to guess the amount by feel, thereby improving the user experience and the accuracy of the amount of detergent to be dispensed.
The specific form of the visual mark 15 is not limited, and may be, for example, a scale mark disposed on the sidewall of the dispensing cavity 102, a color band with different colors, a pattern with different patterns, a character, or the like.
It should be noted that the position of the visual mark 15 is required to be easily observed by the user during the use process. For example, at least one side wall of the dosing chamber 102 may be provided as an inclined side wall, on which the visual indication 15 is provided.
It should be noted that, before washing, the user withdraws the detergent box from the detergent box, but only a portion of the detergent box is withdrawn, and the entire detergent box is not completely separated from the detergent box, so that even if the detergent box is withdrawn, the rear end of the detergent box is still located in the detergent box, and the user does not easily see the rear end of the dispenser box. For example, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, fig. 4, fig. 6 to fig. 9, the releasing chamber 102 includes a first sub-area 102a and a second sub-area 102b which are communicated with each other, the first sub-area 102a is located at the rear end of the box body 1, the second sub-area 102b extends forward from the front side of the first sub-area 102a, and the second sub-area 102a is located at one lateral side of the liquid storage chamber 101. That is, the second sub-area 102b and the reservoir chamber 101 are arranged side by side in the left-right direction of the dispenser cartridge.
A visual indication 15 is provided on the inner surface of the second sub-zone 102 b. Since the second sub-area 102b extends forward a distance, the second sub-area 102b is more easily seen by the user when the user pulls out the dispenser box, and therefore, the visual mark 15 is disposed on the side surface of the second sub-area 102b, which facilitates the user to view the visual mark 15.
For example, referring to fig. 4, 7, 8 and 9, the inner surface of the front side of the second sub-area 102b is an inclined surface 102b ' inclined upward, that is, the inclined surface 102b ' is inclined upward, and the visual mark 15 is disposed on the inclined surface 102b '. The visual indicia 15 can be more clearly and more easily seen when the user looks down at the dispenser box after the user has withdrawn the dispenser box.
Illustratively, the dosing chamber 102 receives the flow of influent water through the second sub-zone 102b and the drainage channel is disposed in the first sub-zone 102 a.
Illustratively, in some embodiments, the dispenser box includes a cover 5, and the cover 5 is disposed on the top of the box 1 and covers the reservoir 101. The cover body 5 can prevent foreign matters or dust from entering the liquid storage cavity 101, so that the detergent in the liquid storage cavity 101 is kept clean.
The shape of the cover 5 substantially matches the contour shape of the reservoir chamber 101. It should be noted that the cover 5 does not cover the dispensing cavity 102, so that the dispensing cavity 102 can receive the inflow water.
The cover body 5 can be made of a light-transmitting material, so that a user can visually see the residual detergent capacity in the liquid storage cavity 101, and the user can add detergent conveniently. It is understood that the cover 5 may be made of an opaque material, and is not limited herein.
The pressing mechanism may be provided in the liquid storage chamber 101 or the dispensing chamber 102, without being limited to a specific position. In embodiments where the pressing mechanism is disposed in the reservoir 101, the pressing mechanism closes the inlet 103a of the overflow channel 103. In the embodiment in which the pressing mechanism is provided in the dosing chamber 102, the pressing mechanism closes the outlet 103b of the overflow channel 103.
The connection mode of the pressing mechanism and the case 1 is not limited as long as the pressing mechanism can move relative to the case 1.
In some embodiments, the pressing mechanism is capable of linear reciprocating motion relative to the cartridge 1. For example, the pressing mechanism linearly reciprocates in the vertical direction of the cartridge 1. Illustratively, when a user needs to release the detergent in the liquid storage cavity 101 to the putting cavity 102, the user pulls the pressing mechanism upwards, and the pressing mechanism moves upwards, so that after the pressing mechanism is separated from the inlet 103a of the overflow channel 103, the pressing mechanism is in an open state of opening the overflow channel 103; when the overflowing channel 103 needs to be closed, a user can manually press the pressing mechanism, so that the pressing mechanism is in a closed state for closing the overflowing channel 103 after the pressing mechanism moves downwards to block the inlet 103 a. It will be appreciated that in the embodiment with the resilient return member 4, when it is desired to close the transfer passage 103, the user releases the pressing mechanism and the resilient return member 4 automatically drives the pressing mechanism downwardly to a position blocking the inlet 103 a.
In other exemplary embodiments, referring to fig. 3, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 10 and fig. 12, the pressing mechanism is a lever mechanism 2, the lever mechanism 2 is rotatably connected with the box body 1, and the rotating connection point is a lever fulcrum O.
Specifically, referring to fig. 12, the lever mechanism 2 includes a pressing portion 22 for pressing, a sealing portion 23 for closing the flow passage 103, and a bending rod portion 21 connecting the pressing portion and the sealing portion 23, the lever mechanism 2 is rotatably connected to the box body 1 or the cover body 5 through the bending rod portion 21, that is, the lever fulcrum O is located on the bending rod portion 21, and the pressing portion 22 and the sealing portion 23 are located on two opposite sides of the lever fulcrum.
For example, when the user presses the pressing portion 22 downward, the lever mechanism 2 is driven by an external force to rotate by a certain angle around the fulcrum in the counterclockwise direction in fig. 10, and the sealing portion 23 moves upward in fig. 10, so that the flow passage 103 can be opened.
In the embodiment, the force application direction of the user is downward, so that the human engineering is met, and the force application of the user is facilitated. Furthermore, the arrangement of the pressing portion 22 and the inlet 103a of the overflow channel 103 is also facilitated. In particular, the inlet 103a of the transfer channel 103 needs to be as close as possible to the dosing chamber 102, while the pressing portion 22 needs to have a suitable pressing dimension, and the lever mechanism 2 can be such that the pressing portion 22 and the inlet 103a of the transfer channel 103 are arranged offset.
