Description

Lubricating grease for gas stove sealing and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of gas stove sealing lubricating grease, in particular to lubricating grease for lubricating, sealing and protecting a gas stove and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The industrial segmentation of gas range parts and complete gas range in our country has been completed in approximately 90 years. This is marked by the emergence of manufacturers of key components of a controller (stopcock assembly), burner, pulse igniter and panel light. Through the first 15 years of development in this century, parts have passed through the maturity stage, and the threshold of the maturity stage begins to be stepped, and industrial clusters with large bead triangles and long triangles and respective characteristics are formed.
At present, the popularization of middle-grade and low-grade gas stove products is primarily finished in most areas of China. However, the difference of the distribution of market areas with different grades, such as high grade, medium grade and low grade, and the difference of the sales quantity are also extremely obvious. The component industry belonging to subordinate status is greatly influenced by the industrial pattern of the whole machine.
As the living standard of people is improved, the demand of medium and high-grade products is gradually improved, the pattern of the whole gas stove industry is changed, more markets are brought to the part industry, and the gas plug valve has a larger prospect as one of the parts.
Therefore, a lubricating grease for lubricating, sealing and protecting the gas plug valve is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to provide a gas stove sealing lubricating grease and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving the problem of the requirement in the background technology that the lubricating grease for lubricating, sealing and protecting a gas plug valve is prepared by thickening special synthetic oil by an inorganic thickening agent and adding a special structure improver, a solid lubricant, an antirust agent, an antioxidant and the like, and has good lubricating property, sealing property and protecting property.
(II) technical scheme
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the lubricating grease for gas stove sealing is prepared with special synthetic oil thickened with inorganic thickener and through adding special structure improver, solid lubricant, antirust agent and antioxidant in the following weight proportion:
synthetic oil: 70-80 parts;
inorganic thickener: 10-15 parts of;
a structure-improving agent: 3-5;
cosolvent: 10-15 parts of;
antioxidant: 1-5;
antirust agent: 0.1-0.5.
As a further improvement of the invention, the synthetic base oil is silicon synthetic oil with the kinematic viscosity of 900-1100mm at 25 DEG C2/s。
As a further improvement of the invention, the inorganic thickener is white amorphous silica gel powder with a BET surface area of 170 +/-30 m 2/g.
As a further improvement of the invention, the structure improver is a hydroxyl silanol product, and the hydroxyl content of the hydroxyl improver is more than or equal to 12.5.
As a further improvement of the invention, the cosolvent refers to an alcohol compound.
As a further development of the invention, the antioxidant is 3, 5-bis (1, 1-dimethylethyl) -4-hydroxy-C7-9 branched alkyl phenylpropionate, liquid octyl, butyldiphenylamine or nonyl-N- (nonylphenyl) aniline, or a mixture thereof.
As a further improvement of the invention, the antirust agent is benzotriazole, imidazoline derivative or N-acyl sarcosine, or a mixture thereof.
As a further improvement of the invention, the solid lubricant is molybdenum disulfide, polytetrafluoroethylene or colloidal graphite, or a mixture thereof.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the sealing grease for the gas stove, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adopting normal-pressure double-planet dispersing equipment, adding synthetic base oil, a hydroxyl structure improver and a cosolvent according to a specified weight ratio, and heating to 75-85 ℃ to remove the cosolvent;
(2) heating to 150-;
(3) cooling to below 100 deg.C;
(4) adding an inorganic thickening agent and stirring;
(5) after being stirred uniformly, the solid lubricant, the antioxidant and the antirust agent are added, and then the mixture is taken out of the kettle, ground and packaged.
(III) advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, after the technical scheme is adopted, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. has good lubrication and sealing performance: the silicon synthetic oil has good viscosity-temperature performance, and ensures the sealing performance of the lubricating grease.
2. The acid and alkali resistance is good, and the equipment is ensured not to be corroded: the silicon synthetic oil has good acid and alkali resistance, and can ensure the corrosion of C0, methane and the like in the fuel gas.
3. Has good rubber compatibility and prevents rubber from expanding or shrinking: excellent rubber compatibility, and avoids the expansion or contraction of the sealing ring.
4. Has good mechanical stability and long service life: the inorganic thickener is a white amorphous highly dispersed powder. The prepared lubricating grease has unstable structure and poor water resistance when being directly used as a lubricating grease thickening agent, and can obviously improve the mechanical stability, colloid stability, thermal stability and the like of the lubricating grease by adding the hydroxyl silanol structure improver for covering. Since the hydroxystilnol-type improvers are poorly soluble, a certain amount of alcohol compounds needs to be added to dissolve.
5. Has good high and low temperature performance, and the use temperature can reach-40 to 200 ℃.
