In this embodiment, the book collating device 1 further includes a movable baffle 14 and three sets of photoelectric sensors;
the third transmission assembly 11 is a roller conveying line and is fixed on the ground through a conveying support, the book turning plate 12 is arranged on the transmission support and is close to the carton turning device 2, the arrangement assembly comprises a first shifting fork 15, a second shifting fork 16, a third shifting fork 17 and three limiting plates 18, the three limiting plates 18 are respectively arranged on two sides of the third transmission assembly 11 along the book feeding direction, the first shifting fork 15, the second shifting fork 16 and the third shifting fork 17 are sequentially arranged along the book feeding direction and are respectively opposite to one limiting plate 18 and respectively move towards the corresponding limiting plate 18 along the width direction of the third transmission assembly 11 through a third air cylinder, wherein the movement directions of the first shifting fork 15 and the second shifting fork 16 are opposite;
the movable baffle 14 is arranged between the third shifting fork 17 and the book turnover plate 12 and can extend upwards above the third transmission assembly 11 or retract downwards below the third transmission assembly 11 under the driving of a fourth air cylinder 19;
each group of photoelectric sensors is arranged at one limiting plate 18;
the controller controls the operation of the third transfer assembly 11 and controls the movement of the first, second and third forks 15, 16 and 17 and the extension or retraction of the flapper 14 according to the signal of the photo sensor.

when books are sequentially placed on the third conveying assembly 11 and conveyed to the book turning device, the controller controls the first fork 15 to move towards the corresponding limiting plate 18 according to signals of the photoelectric sensor, so that the first book is attached to the right limiting plate 18, the second fork 16 moves towards the left corresponding limiting plate 18, the first book on the right side is pushed to the left side, at the same time, the second book passes through the first fork 15 and is pushed to the right side by the first fork 15, when the first book is conveyed to the third fork 17, the controller controls the fourth cylinder 19 to extend out, so that the movable baffles 14 of the second fork 16 and the third fork 17 are lifted to block the first book, the third conveying assembly 11 continues to operate, so that the second book is conveyed to the third fork 17 and is blocked by the movable baffles 14, the controller controls the third fork 17 to move towards the corresponding limiting plate 18, so that the first book and the second book are aligned to form two parallel rows, the controller controls the movable baffles 14 to descend, so that the two rows of the book conveying assemblies 12 are conveyed to the book turning device 12, and the photoelectric sensor controls the turnover switch 26 to control the turnover device to turn the book.
The book boxing device provided by the invention is used as follows:
the carton is placed on the first conveying assembly 31 for conveying, and the controller controls the first driving device to enable the pushing fingers 33 to push the carton to the dump bin 26 of the carton overturning device 2 and to be attached tightly;
the controller controls the carton overturning device 2 to overturn so that the carton on the tipping bucket 26 inclines towards the book arranging device 1;
the packaged books are placed on a third transmission assembly 11, are transmitted through the third transmission assembly 11, are arranged and aligned into two parallel rows through a first shifting fork 15, a second shifting fork 16, a third shifting fork 17 and a movable baffle 14, are received through a book overturning plate 12, and are overturned by controlling the book overturning plate 12 through a controller, and fall into a carton through the self gravity of the books to form a book box;
the controller controls the carton overturning device 2 to overturn so that the book case overturns towards the book case unloading device 4, the book case falls down through the height difference between the carton overturning device 2 and the book case unloading device 4, and the book case is conveyed to a required place through the book case unloading device 4.

the first conveying assembly (31) is used for conveying the cartons, and the controller controls the first conveying assembly (31) to operate and controls the first driving device to operate so as to drive the pushing fingers (33) to move in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction respectively, so that the cartons are pushed onto the carton overturning device (2);
the carton overturning device (2) comprises an overturning bracket (21), a second motor (22), a chain transmission device (23), a rotating shaft (24), an overturning base (25) and a tipping bucket (26);
the overturning bracket (21) is arranged between the book arranging device (1) and the carton conveying device (3);
the rotating shaft (24) is rotatably connected to the top end of the overturning bracket (21);

the overturning base (25) is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft (24);
the tipping bucket (26) is connected to the overturning base (25) in a sliding manner, is L-shaped and comprises a horizontal plate and a vertical plate, connecting lines of the horizontal plate and the vertical plate are respectively parallel to the transmission directions of the rotating shaft (24) and the first transmission assembly (31), and one ends of the horizontal plate and the vertical plate, which deviate from the carton conveying device (3), are connected through connecting plates;
the controller controls the second motor (22) to rotate forwards or reversely so as to drive the rotating shaft (24) to rotate, so that the tipping bucket (26) rotates by taking the rotating shaft (24) as an axis;
the book box discharging device (4) comprises a second transmission assembly (41), the second transmission assembly (41) is arranged on one side, away from the book arranging device (1), of the carton overturning device (2) and is used for receiving and conveying the book boxes turned and fallen by the carton overturning device (2);

a pair of pressing blocks (13) are arranged on two sides of the second plate so as to press the opening edge of the carton when the second plate rotates;
the book collating device (1) further comprises a movable baffle (14) and three groups of photoelectric sensors;
the third transmission assembly (11) is a roller conveyor belt, the sorting assembly comprises a first shifting fork (15), a second shifting fork (16), a third shifting fork (17) and three limiting plates (18), the three limiting plates (18) are respectively arranged on two sides of the third transmission assembly (11) along the book feeding direction, the first shifting fork (15), the second shifting fork (16) and the third shifting fork (17) are sequentially arranged along the book feeding direction and are respectively opposite to one limiting plate (18), and the third shifting forks respectively move towards the corresponding limiting plates (18) along the width direction of the third transmission assembly (11) through a third air cylinder, wherein the moving directions of the first shifting fork (15) and the second shifting fork (16) are opposite;
the movable baffle (14) is arranged between the third shifting fork (17) and the book overturning plate (12), and can extend upwards above the third transmission assembly (11) or retract downwards below the third transmission assembly (11) under the driving of a fourth air cylinder (19);
each group of photoelectric sensors is arranged at one limiting plate (18);
the controller controls the operation of the third transmission assembly (11) and controls the movement of the first shifting fork (15), the second shifting fork (16) and the third shifting fork (17) and the extension or retraction of the movable baffle (14) according to the signal of the photoelectric sensor.
