Background
With the implementation of the four-law of non-road countries, the engineering machinery with the diesel engine power of more than 37kW must be matched with an after-treatment device for reducing emission. The aftertreatment devices may include DOC, DPF and SCR, and the prior art achieves the effect of exhaust conversion by uniformly coating a coating layer with a catalyst on a related carrier. The catalyst contains noble metals such as platinum and palladium. In order to gain benefits, after the post-processing device is stolen, on one hand, precious metals can be refined and profitable through special means, and on the other hand, the stolen assembly can also be installed on the same configuration machine type with damaged or lost post-processing, and illegal profit can be gained. However, the post-processing device is very important for the national four-engine, and not only can the whole vehicle not normally run after the defect, but also the post-processing purchase is quite expensive, so that the vehicle owner generates very large loss.
The existing post-processing is mainly fixed on the whole vehicle through a support, an electric appliance wire harness supplies power to a post-processing sensor, and only after a key of the whole vehicle is electrified, an engine ECU identifies that no post-processing communication signal exists, and a whole vehicle instrument can prompt fault information.
The prior art is mainly considered from the aspects of installation and maintenance convenience of the post-processing, so that the post-processing device is easy to disassemble. Meanwhile, the control logic can only identify the aftertreatment loss after the whole vehicle is electrified, has no alarm function, cannot generate the deterrent effect on the stealers, and cannot remotely alarm the vehicle owners.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides an after-treatment anti-theft alarm system for engineering machinery, which reduces the risk of after-treatment theft, timely alarms the owner, and effectively prevents the stolen after-treatment device from being used for illegal sale in the service spare part market.
The method comprises the following steps: the intelligent warning system comprises a post-processing device, a sensor, an ECM (electronic control module), a controller, a warning device, a sound warning, a light warning, a camera, a GPS (global positioning system) system, a management platform, a mobile terminal, a wireless internet, a whole vehicle power supply and a standby power supply.
The construction machine needs to be equipped with an after-treatment device to meet the requirements of emission regulations.
The sensors on the aftertreatment are checked against the engine ECM by ID codes, each aftertreatment ID being unique. If the ID code detected by the engine ECM does not match the ID code stored in the ECM, an alarm will be generated to restrict vehicle use (to restrict aftertreatment sensor data transmission).
The diesel ECM may determine whether the aftertreatment device is removed by monitoring the communication status of sensors on the aftertreatment device.
The controller can also directly monitor the communication state of the sensor to judge whether the aftertreatment device is detached.
The whole vehicle is required to be equipped with a warning device, including a sound warning device and a light warning device.
The controller can control the on and off of the sound warning device and the light warning device.
The controller can control the camera to work according to the sensor signal.
The camera not only works according to the requirement of the controller, but also has an active camera shooting function.
The camera needs to be arranged in the cab to prevent being dismantled.
The controller sends the alarm information to the management platform in time through wireless internet by activating the GPS system.
After the management platform receives the alarm information, the alarm information including characters, images and position information is sent to a vehicle owner through the wireless internet at the first time, and meanwhile, the management platform is recorded.
After the vehicle owner receives the alarm information, the vehicle owner can directly connect the controller through the wireless internet to control and check the field condition, and send the voice information to dissuade the field behavior.
The whole vehicle power supply is used for supplying power to the controller, the ECM, the sensor, the warning device, the camera and the GPS, and is in a long power state.
The standby power supply is used for supplying power to the camera of the controller and the GPS after the power supply of the whole vehicle is damaged or broken, and has an alarm function.
An after-treatment anti-theft alarm method for engineering machinery comprises the following steps:
after the engineering machine is shut down, aftertreatment burglar alarm system is in operating condition, real time monitoring aftertreatment state to reduce stolen risk, when aftertreatment device was stolen simultaneously and is installed other vehicles, because the ID identifying code mismatches, lead to unable normal use aftertreatment device, reduce stolen spare part and be used for the illegal action of selling in service spare part market.
1) The sensor is in the long-current communication state on the aftertreatment, when the aftertreatment is dismantled, the electric wire harness needs to be disconnected at first, so that the sensor monitoring wire harness is powered off, the engine ECM recognizes that the CAN communication signal is interrupted, and the aftertreatment device is judged to be dismantled.
2) When the ECM identifies that the communication signal of the sensor is interrupted, the signal is sent to the engineering machinery controller through CAN communication, and the controller CAN also directly monitor the state of the sensor on the post-processing device through CAN communication.
3) The controller receives the information of the communication interruption of the sensor, directly sends an instruction to the whole vehicle alarm device, and carries out on-site alarm at the first time.
4) The whole vehicle alarm device comprises a sound alarm device and a light alarm device, and the sound alarm device can also play voice information sent by a vehicle owner through a remote terminal.
5) The whole vehicle is provided with the camera, and when the controller receives the sensor interrupt communication signal, the camera is triggered to work, so that the field condition is recorded in real time.
6) The whole vehicle is provided with a GPS system, the controller sends an instruction to the GPS system, and the field condition is sent to the information management platform through the wireless internet.
7) After the information management platform receives the relevant information sent by the GPS, the information management platform gives an alarm to a mobile terminal of a vehicle owner at the first time, and meanwhile, the information management platform needs to be backed up for later-stage query.
8) The alarm information contains text, impact and position information.
9) The vehicle owner receives the alarm information sent by the management platform through the mobile terminal, can be connected with the whole vehicle through a wireless network, and can check the field condition and carry out field discouraging through the sound warning device.
10) And when the power supply of the whole vehicle is cut off, the standby power supply is used for supplying power to the controller, the camera and the GPS system, and the steps 5, 6, 7 and 8 are completed. When the power supply of the whole vehicle is recovered, the standby power supply is charged by the power supply of the whole vehicle, as shown in figure 4.
11) When the post-processing device is stolen and installed on other vehicles, the sensor on the post-processing device sends an ID identification code to the engine ECM, meanwhile, the ECM feeds back an ID identification code to the post-processing sensor, when the ID is matched correctly, the post-processing sensor sends detection data to the engine ECM, and the post-processing normally operates. When the discrimination IDs do not match, the post-processing sensor interrupts transmission of the detection data to the ECM, resulting in a failure state of the post-processing device. Due to failure of post-treatment, the whole vehicle can perform related alarming and locking according to national regulations. The overall recognition logic is shown in fig. 2.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and variations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and variations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
