1. The centralized intelligent glue supply method for producing the waterproof coiled material base is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
centralized material preparation and feeding;
preparing biological base glue, quantitatively adding modifier, and blending;
delivering the blended product to a glue tank of a production line;
controlling the glue supply amount according to the height of the glue tank liquid, so that the height of the glue tank liquid is positioned in a set range;
recycling the residual glue in the glue groove;
the method adopts a centralized intelligent glue supply system for waterproof coiled material base production, and the system comprises the following components: the system comprises a control system, a spare material feeding device, a blending device, a conveying device and a supplementing device; the control system controls the spare material feeding device, the allocation device, the supplementing device and the conveying device, wherein the spare material feeding device comprises a material feeding hopper, a conveying chain plate, a high-level material bin and a rotary metering valve; the ton bags are unpacked, dead weight is put into a hopper, then are conveyed to a high-level bin above the blending tank through a conveying chain plate, are led into a rotary metering valve, and are used for metering the dosage by controlling the number of revolutions of the metering valve; the spare power charging device is used for intensively charging raw materials and auxiliary materials required by the input of the production line; the blending device is used for blending the biological base adhesive and adding the modifier for blending; the conveying device is used for selecting and switching the glue storage tank of the formula glue to be communicated with a corresponding production line and conveying the blended product to a glue groove of the production line; the supply device controls the glue supply amount according to the height of the glue tank liquid, so that the height of the glue tank liquid is positioned in a set range;
the system also comprises a recovery device, wherein the recovery device comprises a movable waste rubber recovery vehicle with a suction pneumatic pump, and the waste rubber recovery vehicle is used for recovering residual rubber in a rubber groove and sending the residual rubber to a recovery station for screening, waste treatment or filtering and recovering the residual rubber to a corresponding rubber storage tank; the recovery device further comprises a recovery pump, a filter and a recovery pipeline; when the glue formula is changed or the line is stopped in production, residual glue in the glue groove can be absorbed into a movable waste glue recycling vehicle and sent to a recycling station for screening or waste treatment or filtering and recycling to a corresponding glue storage tank;
the preparation device comprises a biological basic glue tank, a modifier storage tank, a preparation tank, a logic program control element, a field metering detection element and a field control execution element; the on-site metering detection element detects production parameters of a biological basic glue tank and a modifier filling and blending tank in the glue blending process, and the logic program control element compares the production parameters with a formula set value for operation and outputs an execution signal to the on-site control execution element; the production parameters comprise water quantity, biological starch weight, temperature, heating time, adhesiveness and liquid level;
the conveying device comprises a glue storage tank, a centralized pneumatic distribution switching valve group and a conveying distribution pipeline; each glue storage tank is communicated with a father channel, and the son glue supply pipeline of each line can be communicated with each father channel through the switching of a valve; defining a formula of each glue storage tank, and only blending one specification of glue in each glue storage tank, so as to determine the specification of the glue supplied by each father channel, and realizing that each production line is switched to communicate with the father channel of the glue with the corresponding specification according to the production requirement; the liquid level of the glue storage tank glue is controlled within a designated range, so that continuous uninterrupted supply of corresponding production lines is ensured, and the number of the glue storage tanks is set according to requirements;
the replenishing device comprises a glue groove height limit detection device, a glue supply pneumatic pump and a pneumatic valve; the glue supply pneumatic pump is connected with the glue storage tank; when the liquid level of the glue tank reaches the lower limit of the set value, the glue supply pneumatic pump and the pneumatic valve are started; when the liquid level of the glue tank reaches the upper limit, the glue supply pneumatic pump and the pneumatic valve are closed;
the replenishing device is provided with a lower limit glue breaking alarm and an upper limit glue filling anti-overflow alarm.
