An air filter element 1211 is arranged above the dust outlet 127 and positioned in the dust removing channel 124, and the air filter element 1211 can adopt the existing filtering device with the function of filtering dust; the upper part of the dust removing channel 124 is communicated with a special dust removing centrifugal fan 1212 through a pipeline, a second partition 1213 is arranged above the polishing area 125 to isolate the polishing area 125, and the special dust removing centrifugal fan 1212 is arranged on the second partition 1213; an air outlet 1214 is formed in the top of the shell 122; with the arrangement of the special centrifugal fan 1212, the trend of dust is further ensured, and the air with the dust is sequentially introduced into the water tank 121 from the dust inlet 126 under the action of the special centrifugal fan 1212, introduced into the dust removing channel 124 through the dust outlet 127, and discharged from the air outlet 1214 through a pipeline.
A feed port 1215 and a discharge port 1216 are arranged at the two ends of the shell 122 and at positions corresponding to the polishing wheels 128, and the feed port 1215 and the feeding rack conveying device 1111 are at the same height, so that the pipe can smoothly enter the pipe polishing machine 12; the pipe enters the rear polishing wheel 128 for polishing, and the whole pipe is comprehensively polished along with the movement of the pipe and finally sent out from the discharge hole 1216.
When the polishing device is used, a pipe enters the polishing area 125 from the feed port 1215, the polishing wheel 128 rotates to polish the polishing area, and at the moment, a large amount of dust is contained in the air, and the dust enters the water tank 121 from the dust inlet 126 under the combined action of the polishing wheel 128 and the special centrifugal fan 1212 for dust removal, so that the water is collected in the water tank 121, and a certain adsorption effect is generated on the dust to remove the dust; then air carrying dust continuously enters the dust removing channel 124 from the dust outlet 127 under the action of the centrifugal fan, dust is removed and filtered again under the action of the air filter element 1211, the content of air particles treated by the air filter element 1211 reaches the release level, and finally the air particles are discharged from the air outlet 1214; after the dust removal and filtration treatment for a plurality of times, the dust content in the air is greatly reduced.

In the fourth embodiment, the third embodiment is further described, and the same parts are not described herein, and referring to fig. 1-6, the polishing cover 129 is openable and closable; preferably, the polishing cover plate 129 is connected with one end of the opening and closing cylinder 1217, the other end of the opening and closing cylinder 1217 is connected with the first partition 123, when the polishing cover plate is set, in order to ensure the normal overturning of the polishing cover plate 129, the front part and the rear part of the polishing cover plate 129 are connected through a hinge, the front part of the polishing cover plate 129 is connected with the opening and closing cylinder 1217, the opening and closing of the polishing cover plate 129 are realized through the expansion and contraction of the opening and closing cylinder, the cleaning of the opening and closing cover plate is facilitated, and preferably, for further facilitating the cleaning, an operation door and an observation window can be further opened at the side edge of the housing 122.
Example five
In the fifth embodiment, the details of the fourth embodiment are not repeated herein, referring to fig. 1-6, and an adjustable water curtain device 15 is disposed in the water tank 121 and below the first partition 123; the adjustable water curtain device 15 includes a water storage pipe 151, the water storage pipe 151 is communicated with the water tank 121 through a water pump, so as to realize water circulation, preferably, the other end of the water storage pipe 151 is opened or a water outlet 152 is provided, so that water can flow into the water tank 121 again.
A water outlet 152 is arranged below the water storage pipe 151, and an adjustable water curtain plate is arranged on the water outlet 152; the water curtain plate is divided into a first water curtain plate 153 and a second water curtain plate 154, and one sides of the first water curtain plate 153 and the second water curtain plate 154 are tightly attached to be connected in a triangular shape; the first water curtain plate 153 and the second water curtain plate 154 are provided with water curtain holes 155; the water curtain holes 155 are arranged in a matrix on the first water curtain plate 153 and the second water curtain plate 154.
In use, water flows out of the water outlet 152 and uniformly flows into the first water curtain plate 153 and the second water curtain plate 154, and because of the arrangement position of the water storage pipe 151, the first water curtain plate 153 is positioned below the dust inlet 126, and the second water curtain plate 154 is positioned below the dust outlet 127; and the water curtain holes 155 are provided so that a multi-layered water curtain is formed under the first and second water curtain plates 153 and 154, and dust must pass through both water curtains in sequence after entering the water tank 121 to sufficiently filter the dust.
Example six
In the sixth embodiment, the same components are not described herein, and referring to fig. 1-6, the first water curtain plate 153 and the second water curtain plate 154 are both provided with an adjusting plate 156, the adjusting plate 156 is provided with an elongated adjusting groove, two sides of the water storage pipe 151 are provided with mounting plates 157, the mounting plates 157 are provided with elongated mounting grooves, and the adjusting plate 156 and the mounting plates 157 are connected by bolts passing through the adjusting groove and the mounting grooves.
When the water curtain device is used, the water curtain plate can be moved up and down, so that the adjusting groove can be moved up and down, and meanwhile, the adjustable water curtain device is fixed through bolts, so that the size of an adjustable water outlet 152 formed below the first water curtain plate 153, the second water curtain plate 154 and the water storage pipe 151 can be adjusted, and the effect of adjusting the water curtain can be achieved.
Example seven
In the seventh embodiment, the same components are not described herein, and referring to fig. 1-6, one side of the polishing wheel 128 is provided with two second limiting plates 16 disposed opposite to each other for placing a pipe; the second limiting plates 16 are oppositely arranged, and the pipeline is placed between the second limiting plates 16, so that the limiting effect is realized; one of the second limiting plates 16 is connected with a screw mechanism 161, and the distance between the two second limiting plates 16 is adjusted through the screw mechanism 161 so as to meet the requirements of pipes with different diameters.
Example eight
In the eighth embodiment, further description of the first embodiment is omitted, and the same parts are not described herein, referring to fig. 1-3, an adjusting cylinder 131 for adjusting the height of the polishing transition frame 13 is disposed in the polishing transition frame 13; the height of the polishing transition frame 13 is adjusted by the adjusting cylinder 131, so that the polishing transition frame and the discharge hole 1216 are at the same height, and normal conveying of the pipe is ensured; preferably, the polishing transition frame 13 is provided with a V-shaped groove for conveying the pipe.
Example nine
The ninth embodiment is further described in the first embodiment, and the same components are not described herein, referring to fig. 1-3, and the automatic eddy current inspection device 14 includes a main frame 141, and a pulley block 142 for transporting the pipe is disposed on the main frame 141; a front compression conveying device is arranged above one side of the main frame 141, and a rear compression conveying device is arranged behind the front compression conveying device; an eddy current flaw detector 143 is arranged between the front compaction conveying device and the rear compaction conveying device (the eddy current flaw detector 143 can be an existing detection product); the main frame 141 is provided with a reversible disqualified turning plate 144 and a reversible qualified turning plate 145.
The front compression conveying device comprises a first mounting frame 146 arranged above the main frame 141, a front compression cylinder 147 is arranged on the first mounting frame 146, the output end of the front compression cylinder 147 passes through the first mounting frame 146 to be connected with a front pinch roller 148, the rear compression conveying device comprises a second mounting frame 149 arranged above the main frame 141, a rear compression cylinder 1411 is arranged on the second mounting frame 149, the output end of the rear compression cylinder 1411 passes through the second mounting frame 149 to be connected with a rear pinch roller 1412, a front power conveying wheel 1413 is arranged below the front pinch roller 148, and a rear power conveying wheel 1414 is arranged below the rear pinch roller 1412; the front power transmission wheel 1413 and the rear power transmission wheel 1414 are connected with a transmission motor; with the arrangement of the front pressing cylinder 147 and the rear pressing cylinder 1411, the distance between the front pressing wheel 148 and the front power transmission wheel 1413 and the distance between the rear pressing wheel 1412 and the rear power transmission wheel 1414 can be very conveniently adjusted, so that the automatic detection process of pipes with different pipe diameters can be realized, and the practicability is wider.
A first shaft 1415 and a second shaft 1416 are installed at both sides of the main frame 141; one side of the unqualified material turning plate 144 is connected with a first shaft 1415, an unqualified material turning cylinder 1417 is connected below the unqualified material turning plate 144, and the unqualified material turning cylinder 1417 is connected with a main frame 141; one side of the qualified material turning plate 145 is connected with a second shaft 1416, a qualified material turning cylinder 1418 is connected below the qualified material turning plate 145, and the qualified material turning cylinder 1418 is connected with the main frame 141.
Preferably, the eddy current inspection device 143 is connected with a control center (may be an existing controller), and the reject turning cylinder 1417 and the reject turning cylinder 1418 are also connected with the control center; when in use, the pipe enters between the front pinch roller 148 and the front power transmission wheel 1413, passes through the eddy current flaw detection device 143 under the drive of the power transmission wheel, detects, and transfers the detected qualified and unqualified information to the control center; and then the pipe continues to advance, enters between the rear pinch roller 1412 and the rear power transmission wheel 1414, and is driven to advance by the rear power transmission wheel 1414, when the tail end of the pipe moves out from between the rear pinch roller 1412 and the rear power transmission wheel 1414, the control center controls the qualified product turning cylinder 1418 or the unqualified product turning cylinder 1417 to operate according to corresponding instructions, and the pipe is moved out of the detection device, so that the automatic detection process is realized.
Examples ten
In the tenth embodiment, further description of the ninth embodiment is omitted, and the same components are not described here again, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the main frame 141 is disposed on the sub-frame 1420 through the height adjusting cylinder 1419; and the height of the main frame 141 can be adjusted to be consistent with the height of the front polishing transition frame 13, so that the transportation is convenient.
Example eleven
In the eleventh embodiment, the details of the tenth embodiment are omitted, and referring to fig. 1-3, a reject container 1421 is disposed on a side of the sub-frame 1420, which is close to the first shaft 1415; a qualified product storage tank 1422 is arranged on one side of the auxiliary frame 1420, which is close to the second shaft 1416; the unqualified product storage tanks 1421 and 1422 are arranged to collect corresponding products by hand, and the products are classified independently, so that the sorting is more convenient.

Claims (5)

1. The integrated production line for polishing and detecting the pipe is characterized by comprising an automatic feeding frame (11) for feeding the pipe, wherein a pipe polishing machine (12) is arranged at the rear of the automatic feeding frame (11), a polishing transition frame (13) is arranged at the rear of the pipe polishing machine (12), and an eddy current flaw detection automatic detection device (14) is arranged at the rear of the polishing transition frame (13);
a first rotating shaft (111) is arranged in the automatic feeding frame (11), a second rotating shaft (112) is arranged below the first rotating shaft (111), a sleeve (113) is arranged on the first rotating shaft (111), and a winding wheel (1120) is arranged on the second rotating shaft (112); a feeding belt (114) is further arranged in the automatic feeding frame (11), one side of the feeding belt (114) is connected with the automatic feeding frame (11), and the other side of the feeding belt bypasses the sleeve (113) and is connected with the tape coiling wheel (1120); a leveling conveying belt (115) is arranged at the rear of the sleeve (113), an inclined feeding slope (116) is arranged at the tail end of the leveling conveying belt (115), a limiting plate (117) is arranged at the tail end of the feeding slope (116), a pushing cylinder (118) is arranged below the tail end of the feeding slope (116), a pushing block (119) is arranged on the pushing cylinder (118), and a feeding frame conveying device (1111) is further arranged at the rear of the limiting plate (117); a height limiting plate (1112) is arranged above the leveling conveying belt (115), and the height limiting plate (1112) is arranged on the automatic feeding frame (11) through a screw rod adjusting device (1113);
an adjusting cylinder (131) for adjusting the height of the polishing transition frame (13) is arranged in the polishing transition frame (13);
a water tank (121) is arranged below the pipe polishing machine (12), a shell (122) is sleeved above the water tank (121), a first partition plate (123) is arranged above the water tank (121) and positioned in the shell (122), and the first partition plate (123) divides the interior of the shell (122) into a dust removal channel (124) and a polishing area (125); the water tank (121) is provided with a dust inlet (126) and a dust outlet (127) at two sides of the first partition board (123); a polishing wheel (128) is arranged above the dust inlet (126), and a polishing cover plate (129) is arranged above the polishing wheel (128); an air filter element (1211) is arranged above the dust outlet (127) and positioned in the dust removing channel (124), and the upper part of the dust removing channel (124) is communicated with a special centrifugal fan (1212) for dust removal through a pipeline; a second partition plate (1213) is arranged above the polishing area (125), and the special centrifugal fan (1212) for dust removal is arranged on the second partition plate (1213); an air outlet (1214) is formed in the top of the shell (122);
an adjustable water curtain device (15) is arranged in the water tank (121) and positioned below the first partition plate (123); the adjustable water curtain device (15) comprises a water storage pipe (151), and the water storage pipe (151) is communicated with the water tank (121) through a water pump; a water outlet (152) is formed below the water storage pipe (151), and an adjustable water curtain plate is arranged on the water outlet (152); the water curtain plate is divided into a first water curtain plate (153) and a second water curtain plate (154), and one side of the first water curtain plate (153) is closely connected with one side of the second water curtain plate (154) in a triangular shape; the first water curtain plate (153) and the second water curtain plate (154) are provided with water curtain holes (155); the water curtain holes (155) are distributed on the first water curtain plate (153) and the second water curtain plate (154) in a matrix arrangement; the water storage device comprises a first water curtain plate (153) and a second water curtain plate (154), wherein the first water curtain plate and the second water curtain plate (154) are respectively provided with an adjusting plate (156), the adjusting plates (156) are provided with long-strip-shaped adjusting grooves, the two sides of the water storage pipe (151) are provided with mounting plates (157), the mounting plates (157) are provided with long-strip-shaped mounting grooves, and the adjusting plates (156) and the mounting plates (157) are connected through bolts penetrating through the adjusting grooves and the mounting grooves;
two second limiting plates (16) which are arranged oppositely and used for placing the pipe are arranged on one side of the polishing wheel (128), and one second limiting plate (16) is connected with a screw mechanism (161); a pushing roller (162) which is obliquely arranged is arranged behind the second limiting plate (16); an acoustic insulation cotton is arranged on the inner side of the shell (122).

The integrated pipe polishing and detecting production line according to claim 1, wherein a feed port (1215) and a discharge port (1216) are formed at the two ends of the shell (122) and at positions corresponding to the polishing wheels (128), and the feed port (1215) and the feeding rack conveying device (1111) are at the same height; the polishing cover plate (129) is connected with one end of an opening and closing cylinder (1217), and the other end of the opening and closing cylinder (1217) is connected with the first partition plate (123).

The integrated pipe polishing and detecting production line according to claim 1, wherein the automatic eddy current flaw detection device (14) comprises a main frame (141), and a pulley block (142) for conveying pipes is arranged on the main frame (141); a front compaction conveying device is arranged above one side of the main frame (141), and a rear compaction conveying device is arranged behind the front compaction conveying device; an eddy current flaw detector (143) is arranged between the front compaction conveying device and the rear compaction conveying device; the main frame (141) is provided with a reversible disqualified turning plate (144) and a reversible qualified turning plate (145).

A pipe polishing and detecting integrated production line according to claim 3, wherein the front pressing and conveying device comprises a first mounting frame (146) arranged above the main frame (141), a front pressing cylinder (147) is arranged on the first mounting frame (146), and an output end of the front pressing cylinder (147) penetrates through the first mounting frame (146) to be connected with a front pressing wheel (148); the rear compaction conveying device comprises a second mounting frame (149) arranged above the main frame (141), a rear compaction cylinder (1411) is arranged on the second mounting frame (149), and the output end of the rear compaction cylinder (1411) passes through the second mounting frame (149) to be connected with a rear pressing wheel (1412); a front power transmission wheel (1413) is arranged below the front pressing wheel (148), and a rear power transmission wheel (1414) is arranged below the rear pressing wheel (1412); the front power transmission wheel (1413) and the rear power transmission wheel (1414) are connected with a transmission motor; a first shaft (1415) and a second shaft (1416) are arranged on two sides of the main frame (141); one side of the unqualified material turning plate (144) is connected with a first shaft (1415), a unqualified material turning cylinder (1417) is connected below the unqualified material turning plate (144), and the unqualified material turning cylinder (1417) is connected with a main frame (141); one side of the qualified material turning plate (145) is connected with a second shaft (1416), a qualified material turning cylinder (1418) is connected below the qualified material turning plate (145), and the qualified material turning cylinder (1418) is connected with the main frame (141).

The pipe polishing and detecting integrated production line according to claim 4, wherein the main frame (141) is provided on the sub-frame (1420) through a height adjusting cylinder (1419); a reject bin (1421) is arranged on one side of the auxiliary frame (1420) close to the first shaft (1415); a reject bin (1422) is provided on the side of the sub-frame (1420) that is closer to the second shaft (1416).
