The two flexible positioning strips 13 limit the friction plate at the same time, so that the position stability of the friction plate can be further improved. The buffer spring 14 enables the flexible positioning strip 13 to be always kept in a tensioned state, so that excessive friction can be generated between the flexible positioning strip 13 and the rotating cylinder 6 and the driving strip 7, the flexible positioning strip 13 is guaranteed to have enough service life, meanwhile, the flexible positioning strip 13 can have enough acting force, and the friction plate is attached to the outer wall of the rotating cylinder 6. The support body 15 arranged on the inner wall of the support plate 5 can support the flexible positioning strip 13, and ensures that the flexible positioning strip 13 and the outer wall of the rotating cylinder 6 have enough distance difference, and meanwhile, the friction plate can normally enter the space between the flexible positioning strip 13 and the rotating cylinder 6, and the normal movement of the friction plate is ensured.
Along with the increase of the service time, the elastic acting force of the buffer spring 14 can be weakened, and the limiting effect of the flexible positioning strip 13 on the friction plate is weakened, at this time, the first support rod 11 needs to be rotated, and the length of the buffer spring 14 is increased, so that the flexible positioning strip 13 can have enough pressure to limit the friction plate (the method can play a role in adjustment to a certain extent, and if the first support rod 11 is rotated, the flexible positioning strip 13 cannot be guaranteed to have enough acting force, a new buffer spring 14 needs to be replaced).
When adjusting the angle of the first support lever 11, first, the worker holds the rotary disc 27 with one hand and pushes the palm against the outer wall of the rotary disc 27, then the worker grasps the two anti-slip portions 29 with the fingers, and then drives the two anti-slip portions 29 toward the rotary disc 27 in a pinching manner until the stabilizing cylinder 30 pushes the stopper 28, the tooth-shaped body 24 indicating this is released from the tooth-shaped groove 19, and then the worker can rotate the rotary disc 27 while pinching the anti-slip portions 29 and the rotary disc 27. At rolling disc 27 pivoted in-process, rolling disc 27 has driven actuating lever 26 and has rotated, and antiskid 29 has driven location cover 23 and has rotated, and actuating lever 26 can directly drive first bracing piece 11 and rotate, and location cover 23 also can drive first bracing piece 11 through movable rod 21 and rotate, and the effort that so whole hand was applyed can both drive first bracing piece 11 and rotate, and need not other instruments for the simple operation degree is higher.
After the first support rod 11 is rotated to a proper angle, the anti-slip part 29 is released, and under the elastic action of the fixed spring 22, the movable rod 21, the positioning cover 23, the tooth-shaped body 24, the anti-slip part 29 and the stabilizing head move towards the support block 18 until the last tooth-shaped body 24 is clamped in the tooth-shaped groove 19, so that the first support rod 11 is positioned simply and conveniently. Wherein if at an angle the tooth-shaped bodies 24 fail to snap into the tooth-shaped grooves 19, a suitable further rotation of the rotary disc 27 is sufficient, which is possible because the adjustment of the damping spring 14 does not need to be very precise.
After the tooth-shaped body 24 is clamped into the tooth-shaped groove 19, even if the buffer spring 14 has a pulling effect on the first support rod 11 and causes the first support rod 11 to have a rotation tendency, the movable rod 21 can play a clamping effect on the first support rod 11 because the longitudinal section of the movable rod 21 and the longitudinal section of the fixing hole 20 are both square; the movable rod 21 is limited by the tooth-shaped groove 19 through the positioning cover 23 and the tooth-shaped body 24, so that the positions of the positioning cover 23, the tooth-shaped body 24, the movable rod 21 and the first support rod 11 are fixed and cannot be driven to rotate; moreover, since the fixing spring 22 is continuously in the extended state, the fixing spring 22 can stably engage the tooth-shaped body 24 in the tooth-shaped groove 19, thereby ensuring the position stability of the first support rod 11.
The driving rod 26 passes through the movable rod 21 and the fixed spring 22 (both ends are fixedly connected with the inner walls of the movable rod 21 and the fixed hole 20 respectively), so that the whole fixed structure has stronger structural compactness; and when the stabilizing cylinder 30 is abutted against the stopping part 28, the tooth-shaped bodies 24 are separated from the tooth-shaped grooves 19, so that the worker can be prevented from excessively driving the anti-slip part 29 and the stabilizing cylinder 30 to move, and the fixing spring 22 is protected.
The antiskid parts 29 on both sides of the stabilizing cylinder 30 enable the operation convenience to be higher (in a pinching mode), and meanwhile, both ends of the antiskid parts 29 are respectively connected to the positioning cover 23 and the stabilizing cylinder 30, so that the shape stability of the antiskid parts 29 is ensured, and the service life of the antiskid parts is prolonged.
The movable rod 21 and the stabilizing cylinder 30 are movably sleeved on the driving rod 26, so that the driving rod 26 improves the motion stability of the movable rod 21 and the stabilizing cylinder 30, and also improves the motion stability of the positioning cover 23, so that the tooth-shaped body 24 at the end part of the positioning cover 23 can be better aligned with the tooth-shaped groove 19.
In the polishing process, an exhaust fan or a bag type dust collector and the like are arranged at the tail end of the dust collection pipe 32, so that the polished dust can be absorbed; wherein the closing plate 31 makes the absorption of dust better and reduces the amount of dust drifting to the outside. Meanwhile, the bottom and the top of the closing plate 31 are provided with dust suction pipes 32, so that the dust suction effect is better.

the edge grinding machine comprises an edge grinding motor (8), wherein a grinding piece (9) is arranged at the end part of the edge grinding motor (8), a first abdicating hole (10) for an output shaft of the edge grinding motor (8) to pass through is formed in each supporting plate (5), and the two grinding pieces (9) are located between the two supporting plates (5) and have a set distance with the outer wall of the rotating cylinder (6);
and the positioning mechanism is used for fixing the friction plate on the rotating cylinder (6).

An edge grinding device for a drum type friction plate according to claim 1, the positioning mechanism comprises a first support rod (11) arranged at the top of the two support plates (5) and a second support rod (12) arranged below the rotating cylinder (6), the first supporting rod (11) is higher than the rotating cylinder (6), a flexible positioning strip (13) is arranged between the first supporting rod (11) and the second supporting rod (12), the flexible positioning strip (13) bypasses the rotating cylinder (6), and is attached to the outer wall of the rotating cylinder (6) and/or the driving strip (7), the longitudinal section of the flexible positioning strip (13) is C-shaped, the opening of the flexible positioning strip (13) faces the blanking plate (3), and the axis of the rotating cylinder (6) is positioned in the opening of the longitudinal section of the flexible positioning strip (13).
