referring to fig. 5, the embodiment of the present application discloses a polishing apparatus, including a polishing machine 7 and the above-mentioned plate feeding device, the polishing machine 7 includes a machine body and a feeding conveyor belt 8 extending out of the machine body, a conveying direction of the feeding conveyor belt 8 is parallel to the first guide frame 31, the feeding conveyor belt 8 abuts against end portions of the first guide frame 31 and the second guide frame 32 located at the material pushing port 33, when a plate is pushed out of the material pushing port 33, the plate enters the feeding conveyor belt 8, and is sent into the polishing machine 7 through the feeding conveyor belt 8 for polishing.
The sheet material fed after rotating from the circular arc section 322 may not be completely parallel to the conveying direction, so the polishing machine 7 further includes a leveling mechanism 9, the leveling mechanism 9 includes a leveling rod 91 disposed on the top surface of the feeding conveyor belt 8 and parallel to the first guide frame 31, and a fifth driving assembly 92 for driving the leveling rod 91 to reciprocate along the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the feeding conveyor belt 8, and the fifth driving assembly 92 may be configured as an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder.

the feeding device can polish two surfaces of the plate while feeding, the plate is rotated and then is conveyed to the feeding conveyor belt 8 from the material pushing port 33, the fifth driving assembly 92 drives the flattening rod 91 to reciprocate, so that the plate is adjusted to be in a proper state, the feeding conveyor belt 8 conveys the plate into the polisher 7 to polish the other four surfaces, and six-surface polishing efficiency is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A panel loading attachment, its characterized in that includes:
a base (1);
the material placing frame (2) is arranged on the base (1) and used for stacking plates, and a feeding hole (21) and a discharging hole (22) are respectively formed in the top and the bottom of the material placing frame (2);
the guide mechanism (3) comprises a first guide frame (31) and a second guide frame (32) which are oppositely arranged along the length direction of the base (1), the second guide frame (32) comprises a straight line section (321) and an arc section (322) which is tangent to the straight line section (321), the circle center of the arc section (322) is located on the first guide frame (31), a stop block (311) is arranged at the circle center of the first guide frame (31), and a material pushing opening (33) is formed between one end, far away from the straight line section (321), of the arc section (322) and the first guide frame (31);
the pushing mechanism (4) is used for pushing the plate to pass through the guide mechanism (3) and move towards the material pushing opening (33) and can push the plate to rotate along the arc section (322);
the first pre-grinding mechanism (5) is used for grinding the end face, facing the first guide frame (31), of the plate; and
and the second pre-grinding mechanism (6) is used for grinding the end face, facing the arc section (322), of the plate.

A feeding device for boards as claimed in claim 1 wherein the first pre-grinding mechanism (5) comprises a grinding strip (51) disposed on the side wall of the first guiding frame (31) facing the second guiding frame (32) and a plurality of pressing wheels (52) arranged on the straight section (321), the pressing wheels (52) are connected to a first driving assembly (53) for driving the pressing wheels (52) to move towards the first guiding frame (31).

The board feeding device according to claim 1, wherein the second pre-grinding mechanism (6) comprises a plurality of pressing rollers (62) arranged on the circular arc section (322) in an arrayed manner and a grinding belt (61) sleeved on the plurality of pressing rollers (62), and the pressing rollers (62) are connected with a second driving assembly (63) for driving the pressing rollers (62) to move towards the center of the circular arc section (322) and a third driving assembly (64) for driving the pressing rollers (62) to rotate along the axis.

A plate feeding device according to claim 1, wherein the pushing mechanism (4) comprises a fixed rail (41) arranged along the length direction of the base (1) and a sliding rail (42) connected to the fixed rail (41), the sliding rail (42) is connected to a fourth driving assembly (43) for driving the sliding rail (42) to reciprocate along the length direction of the fixed rail (41), and a plurality of pushing members (44) are arranged in a length direction array on the side of the sliding rail (42) facing the guiding mechanism (3).

A device for feeding sheets as claimed in claim 4, wherein said pushing element (44) comprises a hinged seat (441) disposed on said sliding track (42) and a push rod (442) hinged to said hinged seat (441), said push rod (442) is used for pushing the sheet to move towards said feeding opening (33), said push rod (442) is connected with a resetting element (443) for resetting said push rod (442).
6. A plate feeding device according to claim 2, wherein a first shaft rod (521) is arranged in the middle of the vertical direction of the pressing wheel (52), and the pressing wheel (52) can rotate along the shaft center.
7. A sheet feeding device according to claim 6, wherein a first connecting rod (54) is connected between two adjacent first shafts (521).
8. A board feeding device according to claim 3, wherein a second shaft rod (621) is inserted in the middle of the end surface of the pressing roller (62) far away from the rotating assembly, and a second connecting rod (65) is connected between two adjacent second shaft rods (621).
