Referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a mobile compound disinfection apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a mobile compound disinfection apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a side view of the mobile compound sterilizer and a sterilization spray according to the first embodiment of the present invention; and, fig. 4 is a schematic view showing the top view and the whole scanning range of the mobile compound disinfection apparatus provided by the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, a mobile compound disinfection and sterilization device 1 comprises a mobile platform 11, a scanning module 12, a control module 13, a spray disinfection component 14, an ultraviolet light module 15, a path generation module 16 and an additional light module 17.
The spray disinfection module 14 is disposed on an external display surface of the mobile platform 11 and is used for generating a disinfection spray SP. In the present embodiment, the external display surface is a top surface S1, but not limited thereto. The external display surface is a surface displayed outside the mobile platform 11, and includes at least a top surface S1 and a side surface S2.
In the present embodiment, the spray disinfection assembly 14 comprises a nozzle 141, a rotating element 142 and a body 143. The nozzle 141 has at least one nozzle 1411, three of which are shown and one of which is indicated. The body 143 has a receiving space S for storing a sterilizing liquid L and communicating with the nozzle 1411, wherein the sterilizing liquid L is used for forming a sterilizing spray SP. The rotating element 142 is connected to the nozzle 141 and can rotate to drive the nozzle 141 to rotate. The nozzle 1411 is used to spray the sterilizing spray SP.
The UV light emitting module 15 is disposed on a bottom surface S3 of the mobile platform 11 for generating at least one UV light beam UV.
The scanning module 12 is disposed on the movable platform 11 and has an overall scanning range a. In the present embodiment, the scanning module 12 includes a first scanning unit 121 and a second scanning unit 122. The first scanning unit 121 scans in a first direction Da and has a first local scanning range a 1. The first local scanning range a1 has two first scanning boundaries a11, a 12. The second scanning unit 122 scans in a second direction Db and has a second local scanning range a 2. The second partial scan range a2 has two second scan boundaries a21, a 22. Wherein the first direction Da is opposite to the second direction Db.
In the embodiment, the first scanning unit 121 and the second scanning unit 122 of the scanning module 12 are respectively disposed in front of and behind the movable platform 11 and are embedded in the movable platform 11, but not limited thereto. The scanning module 12 may also be disposed at other positions of the mobile platform 11, such as: top surface S1 of movable platform 11, four corners of movable platform 11, front and back of movable platform 11 but not fitted in movable platform 11, etc.
To explain in more detail, because the first scan boundaries a11, a12 are located within the second local scan range a2, and the second scan boundaries a21, a22 are located within the first local scan range a 1. Therefore, the whole scanning range a formed by the first local scanning range a1 and the second local scanning range a2 covers the periphery of the moving platform 11, i.e. the periphery of the moving compound disinfection and sterilization apparatus 1.
The control module 13 is electrically connected to the scanning module 12, the spray disinfection component 14, the ultraviolet light emitting module 15, the path generating module 16 and the additional light emitting module 17.
In the present embodiment, the additional light emitting module 17 includes two additional light emitting units 171a and 171 b. Additional light emitting units 171a,171b are disposed on the spray disinfection assembly 14 for generating a plurality of additional ultraviolet light beams UV 2. The wavelength ranges of the ultraviolet light beam UV and the additional ultraviolet light beam UV2 are both between 260 nm and 280 nm. In practice, the additional light emitting units 171a and 171b may be UVC LED tubes, or ultraviolet fluorescent tubes. Each additional light unit 171a,171b will typically also comprise a quartz glass, whether UVC LED tube or uv fluorescent tube. The quartz glass is transparent and encloses a tube space. Further, the irradiation directions of the additional ultraviolet ray UV2 and the ultraviolet ray UV are also different.
Next, please refer to fig. 1 to 9, wherein fig. 5 is a schematic view illustrating a disinfection operation performed by the mobile composite disinfection apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 6 is a schematic view showing a mobile compound disinfection apparatus scanning a human body according to a first embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 7 is another schematic view of the mobile compound disinfection apparatus provided by the first embodiment of the present invention scanning the human body; FIG. 8 is a schematic view showing the mobile compound sterilizer of the first embodiment of the present invention in a patrol mode; and fig. 9 is a schematic view showing the rotating element of the mobile composite disinfection and sterilization device provided by the first embodiment of the invention driving the spray head to rotate. As shown in the figure, the mobile compound disinfection and sterilization device 1 moves in a work area AW, and performs a spray disinfection and sterilization operation, an illumination disinfection and sterilization operation, and an additional illumination disinfection and sterilization operation on the work area AW. The work area AW may be a hospital, classroom, building, department store, restaurant, etc. where sterilization may be required.
The spray disinfection module 14 generates a disinfection spray SP for performing a spray disinfection operation on the work area AW. The ultraviolet light emitting module 15 generates an ultraviolet light beam UV for irradiating a ground surface GR of the working area AW, so as to perform an illumination disinfection operation on the ground surface GR. The additional light emitting module 17 generates an additional ultraviolet light beam UV2 to perform an additional light disinfection operation on the work area AW.
Because of the physical properties, the disinfecting spray SP generated by the spray disinfection module 14 will flow upward, and it is not necessarily effective to disinfect and disinfect the ground GR under the mobile composite disinfection apparatus 1 or in the work area AW. Therefore, the ultraviolet light beam UV generated by the ultraviolet light emitting module 15 is used to irradiate the ground GR, so as to perform the light disinfection operation on the ground GR. In addition, the additional UV beam UV2 is used to illuminate a work area AW other than the ground GR. If the disinfecting spray SP performs a spray disinfecting operation (a first disinfecting operation) to kill viruses or bacteria in the work area AW to the ground GR, the ultraviolet beam UV2 is added to perform an additional illumination disinfecting operation (a second disinfecting operation), and the ultraviolet beam UV can perform an illumination disinfecting operation (a third disinfecting operation) on the ground GR again.
On the other hand, the spray disinfection and sterilization operation belongs to a chemical disinfection method, and the illumination disinfection and sterilization operation and the additional illumination disinfection and sterilization operation belong to a physical disinfection method.
The movable combined type disinfection and sterilization device 1 can perform the spraying disinfection and sterilization operation, the illumination disinfection and sterilization operation and the additional illumination disinfection and sterilization operation on the working area AW by using the spraying disinfection component 14, the ultraviolet light emitting module 15 and the additional light emitting module 17, as shown in fig. 5, so as to replace manpower to achieve the disinfection and sterilization effect and solve various problems derived from manpower cleaning.
The disinfection and sterilization spray SP belongs to chemical components, possibly comprises chlorine, chlorine dioxide, ozone, chloramine, halogen, metal ions and other components, and is not excluded from causing harm to human bodies if the disinfection and sterilization spray SP is inhaled by human bodies for a long time. Therefore, when the scanning module 12 scans that the whole scanning range a has a human body H, an alarm signal is generated. When the control module 13 receives the warning signal, it will control the spray disinfection component 14 to stop spraying the disinfection spray SP, so as to prevent the human body H from inhaling too much disinfection spray SP to cause injury to the human body. Preferably, the control module 13 includes an ultraviolet control unit 131 and an additional control unit 132. The ultraviolet light control unit 131 is used for controlling the ultraviolet light module 15 to stop generating the ultraviolet light beam UV when receiving the warning signal, so as to prevent the ultraviolet light beam UV from irradiating the human body H. Similarly, the additional control unit 132 is configured to control the additional light emitting module 17 to stop generating the additional ultraviolet light beam UV2 when the warning signal is received, so as to prevent the additional ultraviolet light beam UV2 from irradiating the human body H.
In more detail, as shown in fig. 6, the human body H is spaced apart from the mobile compound disinfection apparatus 1 by a distance D1. When the scanning module 12 scans that the human body H is located in the whole scanning range a, an alarm signal is generated. Thus, the control module 13 turns off the spray disinfection assembly 14, the uv light module 15 and the additional light module 17. At this time, the composite sterilizer 1 is moved without generating the sterilizing spray SP, the ultraviolet ray UV and the additional ultraviolet ray UV2, as shown in fig. 6.
When the human body H continues to walk and has a distance D3 with the mobile composite disinfection apparatus 1, and the scanning module 12 scans that the human body H has left the entire scanning range a, the control module 13 will restart the spray disinfection assembly 14, the ultraviolet light emitting module 15, and the additional light emitting module 17, so that the spray disinfection assembly 14, the ultraviolet light emitting module 15, and the additional light emitting module 17 regenerate the disinfection and sterilization spray SP, the ultraviolet light beam UV, and the additional ultraviolet light beam UV 2. It should be noted that, when the human body H moves to the rear of the mobile composite disinfection apparatus 1 and has a distance D2 with the mobile composite disinfection apparatus 1, which is shown by the dotted line in the figure, but the scanning module 12 scans that the human body H is still located within the whole scanning range a, the control module 13 does not restart the spraying disinfection assembly 14, the ultraviolet light emitting module 15 and the additional light emitting module 17.
Therefore, the mobile composite disinfection apparatus 1 can prevent the human body H from being inhaled by the disinfection spray SP and the ultraviolet light beam UV and the additional ultraviolet light beam UV2 for a long time to irradiate the human body H, and further from causing damage to the human body H.
The path generating module 16 is used for generating a patrol path R corresponding to the work area AW. The control module 13 controls the moving platform 11 to move along the patrol path R and controls the spray disinfection assembly 14, the ultraviolet light emitting module 15 and the additional light emitting module 17 to generate the disinfection and sterilization spray SP, the ultraviolet light beam UV and the additional ultraviolet light beam UV2 respectively.
As shown in fig. 8, the control module 13 controls the moving platform 11 to move along the patrol route R in a moving direction DR1 and a moving direction DR2 sequentially. The previous position of the mobile compound disinfection apparatus 1 is shown by dashed lines, and therefore, it is apparent from the figure that the spray disinfection assembly 14, the ultraviolet light emitting module 15 and the additional light emitting module 17 generate the disinfection spray SP, the ultraviolet light beam UV and the additional ultraviolet light beam UV2 respectively while the mobile compound disinfection apparatus 1 moves along the patrol route R. That is, the mobile combined type disinfection apparatus 1 performs a spray disinfection operation, an illumination disinfection operation, and an additional illumination disinfection operation on the work area AW while moving. The patrol mode can be suitable for places with few obstacles or spacious space, such as corridors, galleries, halls and the like.
It should be noted that the patrol route R does not actually exist in a real environment in practice, and the drawing is drawn in the working area AW for clarity and is shown by a dotted line.
The control module 13 controls the rotating element 142 to rotate in a rotating direction DR 3. In addition, the rotating element 142 is connected to the nozzle 141, so that the rotating element 142 drives the nozzle 141 to rotate together along the rotating direction DR3, as shown in fig. 9. The figure again shows with dashed lines the position of the spout 1411 before rotation in the direction of rotation DR 3.
The flow direction of the disinfecting spray mist SP ejected from the ejection port 1411 is difficult to be determined compared with the irradiation direction of the ultraviolet ray UV and the additional ultraviolet ray UV2 because the irradiation direction of the light has directivity. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the control module 13 controls the rotating element 142 to rotate along the rotating direction DR3, and the rotating element 142 can rotate 360 degrees along the rotating direction DR 3. Even though the flow direction of the disinfecting/sterilizing spray SP sprayed from the nozzle 1411 is not directional, the nozzle 1411 rotates 360 degrees in the rotating direction DR3 by rotating the rotating member 142 360 degrees in the rotating direction DR3, and simultaneously sprays the disinfecting/sterilizing spray SP, thereby achieving a wide disinfecting/sterilizing range.
It should be noted that the above 360 degrees are only examples, and the rotating element 142 can rotate to 360 degrees, but the rotating element 142 can rotate without angle limitation, such as 180 degrees, 720 degrees, 1080 degrees, etc., so that the nozzle 1411 can spray the disinfecting and sterilizing spray SP 360 degrees.
Finally, referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a perspective view illustrating a mobile composite disinfection apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the drawings, a mobile compound disinfection apparatus 1a is different from the mobile compound disinfection apparatus 1 in the first embodiment only in the spray disinfection component 14a, and the rest is the same, so it is not repeated.
In the present embodiment, the spray sterilization assembly 14a is disposed on the side surface S2 of the movable platform 11, instead of the top surface S1. The spray sterilization assembly 14a further includes a plurality of wheels 144a, only two of which are shown in the drawings and one of which is labeled. Because spray sterilization assembly 14a includes wheels 144a, when mobile platform 11 is moving, spray sterilization assembly 14a may move with mobile platform 11 via wheels 144 a.
The spray disinfection module 14a is disposed on the side surface S2 of the mobile platform 11, and can also be regarded as following the mobile platform 11, so as to increase the flexibility of use and avoid being restricted by height and being unable to enter some places for disinfection and sterilization.
In summary, the mobile composite disinfection apparatus provided by the present invention utilizes the mobile platform to move in the working area, and utilizes the spray disinfection module and the ultraviolet light module to perform the spray disinfection operation and the illumination disinfection operation, so as to replace manual cleaning, thereby reducing the risk of contamination of cleaning personnel, compared with the prior art, and moreover, the spray disinfection operation and the illumination disinfection operation respectively belong to a physical disinfection method and a chemical disinfection method, thereby effectively improving the disinfection effect. In addition, the invention also utilizes the scanning module and the control module to close the spraying disinfection component and the ultraviolet light-emitting module when the human body is scanned to be within the integral scanning range, so as to prevent the human body from sucking the disinfection and sterilization spray and prevent the ultraviolet light beam from irradiating the human body to further cause injury to the human body.
The foregoing detailed description of the preferred embodiments is intended to more clearly illustrate the features and spirit of the present invention, and not to limit the scope of the invention by the preferred embodiments disclosed above.
