Abstract
本发明公开了一种牡丹籽油生肌膏,其特征在于,由以重量份计的以下组分制成:当归10‑15份、白芷20‑25份、甘草8‑10份、紫草8‑10份、血竭10‑15份、轻粉10‑15份、蜂蜡5‑10份和牡丹籽油20‑30。该发明以牡丹籽油作为基质且以中药当归、白芷2、甘草、紫草、血竭作为原材料,便于整个制备过程在万级条件下进行,安全卫生,精炼后的所述牡丹籽油的成分包括α‑亚麻酸,α‑亚麻酸是人类生命进化过程中最基本、最核心的物质,α‑亚麻酸是合成细胞膜的主要元素,外用还对治疗口腔溃疡、鼻炎、关节炎、皮肤病等有奇效。

技术领域
本发明涉及生肌膏技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种牡丹籽油生肌膏。
背景技术
牡丹籽油具有良好的赋形作用,其柔软润滑,其含有的亚油酸是组成细胞膜的原材料,具有活血化瘀、消炎杀菌、促进细胞再生、激活末梢神经、强化新陈代谢,增强细胞活力的功能,且牡丹籽的出油率高达80%,牡丹籽是牡丹植株的精华结晶,传承了牡丹本身具有的一切特性外,它更有自己独特的医药和营养成分,牡丹种子是受果壳和种壳双层保护的坚果,具有天然的
“长寿”基因。牡丹籽油为植物类油脂,为淡黄色透明液体,具有淡淡的牡丹花香味。牡丹籽油不饱和脂肪酸含量达90%以上,尤其难能可贵的是其中多不饱和脂肪酸——亚麻酸(属w—3系列)含量超过38%,油酸含量为21%以上,亚油酸含量大于25%。亚麻酸、亚油酸对人的心脑血管疾病有很好的预防与治疗功效;此外,亚麻酸还具有抗过敏、吸收紫外线、延缓细胞衰老、防止皮肤干燥等功效,但是现在人体外伤对于牡丹籽的利用极少,而且现有的生肌膏制作过程卫生环境导致严重皮肤感染无菌要求达不到,传统饮片存在微生物、农药残留等问题,难以保证洁净,产品溶解性差,对组织有一定刺激性,质量控制仅限于软膏剂标准。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种牡丹籽油生肌膏,以全方共奏清热解毒、祛腐生肌之功,促进创面坏死组织脱落、肉芽组织生长.上皮组织修复,明显缩短了创面愈合时间。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种牡丹籽油生肌膏,其特征在于,由以重量份计的以下组分制成:当归10-15份、白芷20-25份、甘草8-10份、紫草8-10份、血竭10-15份、轻粉10-15份、蜂蜡5-10份和牡丹籽油20-30份。
优选的,在上述一种牡丹籽油生肌膏中,该生肌膏的制备过程包括如下步骤:
步骤一:精馏取得牡丹籽油;
步骤二:按照上述重量份数称取当归、白芷、甘草、紫草、血竭、轻粉和蜂蜡,将当归、甘草、紫草和白芷按冷浸渍法浸渍3天后备用;
步骤三:将牡丹籽油放置在锅炉中加热至牡丹籽油微沸,锅炉加热温度为105-115摄氏度,在锅炉内加入当归、甘草、紫草和白芷,慢火保持10-30分钟,同时用柳枝棒不断搅拌至白芷呈微黄色,5-15分钟停止,避免焦黑;
步骤四:使用纱布对于所述步骤三内的混合物进行过滤,弃滤渣,留下滤油备用;
步骤五:取所述步骤四中产生的滤油后放置到锅炉内加热至沸腾,加入蜂蜡,并用柳枝棒不停搅至完全溶解形成滤液备用;
步骤六:将步骤五中的滤液放冷却至60摄氏度,开始凝结时加入轻粉,并用柳枝棒搅拌均匀,然后分开包装即得生肌膏。
优选的,在上述一种牡丹籽油生肌膏中,所述精炼后的牡丹籽油的成分包括肉豆蔻酸、棕桐酸、棕桐油酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚麻酸、α-亚麻酸、r-亚麻酸、花生酸和顺-二十碳一烯酸,其中,比例为肉豆蔻酸0.03%、棕桐酸5.19%、棕桐油酸0.06%、硬脂酸1.63%、油酸22.55%、亚麻酸28.74%、α-亚麻酸41.39%、r-亚麻酸0.16%、花生酸0.07%和顺-二十碳一烯酸0.18%。
本发明中各成分的功效如下:
α-亚麻酸是人类生命
进化过程中最基本、最核心的物质,α-亚麻酸是合成细胞膜的主要元素,既可内服又可外用,具有活血化瘀、消炎杀菌、促进细胞再生、激活末梢神经、降血压、降血脂、减肥等作用,外用可以美容养颜,消除色素沉积,减少皱纹,使肌肤细腻光洁,富有弹性。外用还对治疗口腔溃疡、鼻炎、关节炎、皮肤病也包括青春痘、脚气、手脚蜕皮、上火起泡、湿疹、红肿、痒疼等有奇效。
当归具有补血活血调经止痛、润肠作用其主要有效成分为挥发油,油中主要成份为藻本内酯,主要针对血液及造血系统,具有抗血小板聚集、抗血栓、抗贫血,促进造血,细胞再生,提高机体免疫功能等作用。
白芷疏风散结、活血化瘀、通经止痛。白芷除了具有解热、镇痛、抗炎等作用,还能改善局部血液循环,促进细胞新陈代谢。
紫草凉血消肿,祛湿解毒;药理研究具有:抗疟原虫、抗血吸虫、抗病原微生物,能抵制细菌生长、繁殖,从而达到西医抗炎、解热作用。
血竭血竭活血散瘀、收敛生肌,可以抑制血小板的聚集和加快血小板的电泳速度,可以使血流通畅,防止血栓形成,促进肉芽组织生长且制作过程中用柳枝不断搅拌,柳枝性寒味苦,无毒,利水消肿止痛,主治风肿,疔疮,丹毒,齿龋,龈肿,全方共奏清热解毒、祛腐生肌之功,促进创面坏死组织脱落、肉芽组织生长.上皮组织修复,明显缩短了创面愈合时间。
甘草补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、缓急止痛,调和诸药。
牡丹籽油具有良好的赋形作用,其柔软润滑,其含有的亚油酸是组成细胞膜的原材料,具有活血化瘀、消炎杀菌、促进细胞再生、激活末梢神经、强化新陈代谢,增强细胞活力的功能。
轻粉化腐生肌,加速创面坏死组织脱落,加强组织再生能力,所述紫草凉血消肿,祛湿解毒;药理研究具有:抗疟原虫、抗血吸虫、抗病原微生物,能抵制细菌生长、繁殖,从而达到西医抗炎、解热作用。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明以牡丹籽油作为基质且以中药作为原材料,便于整个制备过程在万级条件下进行,安全卫生,精炼后的牡丹籽油的成分包括肉豆蔻酸、棕桐酸、棕桐油酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚麻酸、α-亚麻酸、r-亚麻酸、花生酸和顺-二十碳一烯酸,营养丰富,牡丹籽油中含有丰富的亚油酸,所占比例为23.34%,油酸是细胞的组成成分特别是参与线粒体及细胞膜磷质的合成。缺乏亚油酸可能导致线粒体肿胀细胞膜机构、功能的改变膜透性、脆性增加,亚油酸是合成前列素的必须前提体内缺乏亚油酸,组织形成前列素的能力就会减退。亚油酸还会对由于X射线引起的一些皮肤损伤有保护作用,牡丹籽油不但能够预防心脑血管疾病还有治疗脂肪肝的奇特功效,亚油酸的另一个功效就是组成细胞膜的原材料。组成细胞膜的材料就是不饱和脂肪酸。亚油酸有强化新陈代谢,增强细胞活力的功能,可直接涂布创伤面接触肌肉组织,亦可与无菌纱布制成纱条;轻粉采用极细粉,分散度高,成品溶解性好,最后还有做退火处理,保证成品对局部无刺激性,无全身毒副作用,通过当归、白芷、紫草、甘草、轻粉和牡丹籽油的中西药组方,分散均匀,对机体刺激性。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅本发明公开的一种牡丹籽油生肌膏,由以重量份计的以下组分制成:当归10-15份、白芷20-25份、甘草8-10份、紫草8-10份、血竭10-15份、轻粉10-15份、蜂蜡5-10份和牡丹籽油20-30份。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,该生肌膏的制备过程包括如下步骤:
步骤一:精馏取得牡丹籽油;

为了进一步优化上述技术方案,使用时可直接涂布创伤面接触肌肉组织,亦可与无菌纱布制成纱条;轻粉采用极细粉,分散度高,成品溶解性好,最后还有做退火处理,保证成品对局部无刺激性,无全身毒副作用。

Claims (3)
1.一种牡丹籽油生肌膏,其特征在于,由以重量份计的以下组分制成:当归10-15份、白芷20-25份、甘草8-10份、紫草8-10份、血竭10-15份、轻粉10-15份、蜂蜡5-10份和牡丹籽油20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡丹籽油生肌膏,其特征在于,该生肌膏的制备过程包括如下步骤:
步骤一:精馏取得牡丹籽油;
步骤二:按照上述重量份数称取当归、白芷、甘草、紫草、血竭、轻粉和蜂蜡,将当归、甘草、紫草和白芷按冷浸渍法浸渍3天后备用;
步骤三:将牡丹籽油放置在锅炉中加热至牡丹籽油微沸,锅炉加热温度为105-115摄氏度,在锅炉内加入当归、甘草、紫草和白芷,慢火保持10-30分钟,同时用柳枝棒不断搅拌至白芷呈微黄色,5-15分钟停止,避免焦黑;
步骤四:使用纱布对于所述步骤三内的混合物进行过滤,弃滤渣,留下滤油备用;
